价廉易得的L-亮氨酸先以苄基同时保护氨基及羧基得(S)-2-(二苄胺基)-4-甲基戊酸苄酯,进而在碱性条件下与乙腈发生亲核取代反应得(S)-4-(二苄胺基)-6-甲基-3-氧代庚腈,再经硼氢化钠选择性还原羰基得(3S,4S)-4-(二苄胺基)-3-羟基-6-甲基庚腈,用双氧水氧化得(3S,4S)-4-(二苄胺基)-3-羟基-6-甲基庚酸,最后在Pd(OH)2/C-H2作用下脱掉苄基得到(3S,4S)-4-氨基-3-羟基-6-甲基庚酸,即(3S,4S)-statine。整个合成路线总产率为33.6%。 相似文献

A simple and highly efficient one-pot, three-component synthesis of 3-(2-(4-chlorophenylimino)-3-(4-chlorophenyl)-2,3-dihydrothiazol-4-yl)-2H-chromen-2-ones has been reported by the reaction of 3-(2-bromoacetyl)-2H-chromen-2-one, primary amines, and phenyl isothiocyanates in presence of dimethylformamide as a solvent. 应用分子对接模拟技术结合荧光猝灭法、同步荧光法、三维荧光法和紫外-可见光谱法,模拟生理条件(p H 7.4),在298 K和310 K温度下,研究了人血清白蛋白(HSA)与4-甲氧基-N-(4-(3-吗啉基丙氧基)苯基)-3-(4-(吡啶-3-基)嘧啶-2-基氨基)苯甲酰胺(1z)之间的相互作用。发现1z的加入引起了HSA内源荧光的静态猝灭,蛋白构象发生改变。理论研究与实验结果相结合研究了蛋白与药物的作用机理,从而为进一步寻找治疗慢性粒细胞白血病的药物小分子提供了实验依据。 相似文献

标题化合物C14H10ON2是由邻硝基苯甲酰苯胺与原甲酸三乙酯在低价钛试剂作用下反应而得。结构通过单晶X-射线衍射分析确定, 其晶体属于单斜晶系, 空间群P21/c, a = 12.080(2), b = 7.793(1), c = 11.599(1) ? b = 97.56(1), Mr = 222.24, V = 1082.4(2) ?, Dc = 1.364 g/cm3, Z = 4, m(MoKa) = 0.88 mm-1, F(000) = 464, R = 0.0385, wR = 0.0851。X-衍射分析表明: 平面I (C(1)~C(6))与平面II (C(9)~C(14))之间的夹角为124.38; 平面I与平面III (ON(1)?N(2)C(7)C(8)C(9)C(14))之间的两面角为125.47; 平面II与平面III之间的两面角为2.76。 相似文献

Two new solvated benzohydrazone derivatives N′-(4-hydroxy-3-nitrobenzylidene)-3-methylbenzohydrazide-methanol-water (2/1/1) 2(C15H13N3O4)·CH3OH·H2O (1) and N′-(4-dimethylamino-benzylidene)-3-methylbenzohydrazide methanol monosolvate C17H19N3O·CH3OH (2) are prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, 1H and 13C NMR, and single crystal X-ray diffraction. Compound 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with unit cell dimensions a = 17.084(2) Å, b = 12.706(1) Å, c = 15.412(1) Å, β = 113.207(1)°, V = 3074.1(4) Å3, Z = 4, R 1 = 0.0567, and wR 2 = 0.1209. Compound 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n with unit cell dimensions a = 15.058(1) Å, b = 6.658(1) Å, c = 17.211(2) Å, β = 94.189(2)°, V = 1720.8(3) Å3, Z = 4, R 1 = 0.0611, and wR 2 = 0.1594. X-ray diffraction indicates that the asymmetric unit of 1 contains two independent benzohydrazone molecules, one methanol and one water molecules. The asymmetric unit of 2 contains one benzohydrazone molecule and one methanol molecule. Benzohydrazone molecules of the compounds display trans configurations with respect to the C=N double bonds. 用烯基膦亚胺与4-甲苯基异氰酸酯、对甲硫苯酚的串联aza-Wittig反应合成了2-(4-甲硫基苯氧基)-3-(4-甲苯基)-4H-咪唑啉-4-酮衍生物.探讨了反应进行的条件和产物的波谱性质,提出了可能的环化反应机理.生成的环化产物均为新的化合物,其结构经元素分析、IR、1H NMR和MS确证.并探讨了所合成的新型杂环化合物的生物活性,结果表明部分化合物表现出良好的抑菌活性,其中3f的活性最好,在质量分数为5×10-5浓度时,对稻瘟菌和苹果轮纹菌的抑制率均达到100%. 相似文献

研究了一条新的路线用于他汀类药物的重要中间体(R)-4-氰基-3-羟基丁酸乙酯的合成. 以廉价、易得的L-(-)-苹果酸为起始原料, 经酯化、还原、溴代和氰化四步反应得到目标化合物(R)-4-氰基-3-羟基丁酸乙酯, 合成总收率为56.7%. 所有中间体和最终产物均由ESI-MS, 1H NMR和13C NMR光谱及比旋光度表征并与文献值比较. 该方法原料易得、操作简便、收率良好, 产物容易分离纯化, 是一条适合大规模制备(R)-4-氰基-3-羟基丁酸乙酯的新合成工艺路线. 相似文献

The bond lengths inside the H ring are equalized due to the classical N-H...O hydrogen bond between the carbonyl oxygen and the amino group. In the 4-(2′-hydroxyethyl)amino-pent-3-en-2-one crystal, due to the classical N-H...O bonds, infinite zigzag chains are formed along the 0b axis and arranged into a layered structure due to the weak C-H...O interactions. 采用水热法合成了聚阴离子掺杂LiMnO2-yXy(X=BF4-,SiO32-,MoO42-,PO43-,BO33-,y=0.01、0.03、0.05)锂离子电池正极材料。通过X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、X光电子能谱(XPS)、扫描电镜(SEM)和恒电流充放实验,研究了不同掺杂离子和掺杂量对产物结构和电化学性能的影响。结果表明,少量聚阴离子的掺杂未改变正交LiMnO2的晶体类型,但增大了材料晶胞体积,改善了材料的电化学循环性能。电化学交流阻抗(EIS)测试结果表明,聚阴离子掺杂增大了材料电荷转移阻抗,但明显提高了材料中Li+的扩散能力。 相似文献
