The coordination chemistry of the caged phosphites 4-2,6,7-trioxa-1-phosphabicyclo [2.2.2]octane (MeCage) and 4-nitro-t2,6,7-trioxa-1t-phosphabicyclo[2.2.2]octane (NO2Caget) with copper(I) halides is reported. Reactions of CuX = CuCl, CuBr, and CuI with the phosphite ligands afford complexes of the type [CuX(MeCage)]4, [CuX(NO2Cage)]4, [CuX(MeCage)2]2, [CuX(NO2Cage)2]2, and [CuX(MeCage)3]. Recrystallization of [CuBr(NO2Cage)2]2 in MeCN produced [CuBr(NO2Cage)(NCMe)]2. Three X-ray crystal structures are reported: [CuCl(MeCage)]4 (I – 4, a = 13.4292(5) Å, b = 13.4292(5) Å, c = 9.4641(5) Å, V = 1706.79(13) Å3, Z = 2), [CuBr(MeCage)2]2 (I41/a, a = 19.5751(17) Å, b = 19.5751(17) Å, c = 16.4513(15) Å, V = 6303.9(10) Å3, Z = 8), and [CuBr(NO2Cage)(NCMe)]2 (P21/c, a = 9.0506(4) Å, b = 15.2428(7) Å, c = 8.8673(4) Å, = 109.7640(10), V = 1151.24(9) Å3, Z = 2).  相似文献

The structures of anionic pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylato (pdc2–) complexes of cobalt, nickel, and copper have been studied. The stoichiometries and structures are very much dependent on whether KOH, Et4NOH, or NaOH is used in the synthesis to deprotonate the H2pdc ligand. Crystallographic results are: (1) K2[Co(pdc)2] · 7H2O, orthorhombic, Pnna, Z = 4, a = 20.637(2)Å, b = 13.480(1)Å, c = 8.200(1)Å (2) K2[Ni(pdc)2] · 7H2O, orthorhombic, Pnna, Z = 4, a = 20.648(1)Å, b = 13.375(1)Å, c = 8.2393(8)Å (3) [Co2(H2O)5(pdc)2] · 2H2O, monoclinic, P21/c, Z = 4, a = 8.3880(6)Å, b = 27.384(2)Å, c = 9.6110(8)Å, = 98.271(6)° (4) [Ni(Hpdc)2] · 3H2O, monoclinic, P21/c, Z = 4, a = 13.679(1)Å, b = 10.0450(9)Å, c = 13.767(2)Å, = 115.184(7)° (5) Na6[Co(H2O)6][Co(pdc)2]4 · 28H2O, monoclinic, P21/n, Z = 2, a = 13.363(1)Å, b = 8.437(1)Å, c = 40.689(3)Å, = 91.288(5)° (6) Na[Ni(Hpdc)(pdc)] · 11.5H2O, monoclinic, C2/m, Z = 4, a = 15.200(2)Å, b = 22.299(2)Å, c = 8.3596(7)Å, = 118.894(7)° (7) Na[Cu(Hpdc)(pdc)] · 3H2O, monoclinic, P21/n, Z = 4, a = 9.516(4)Å, b = 14.917(6)Å, c = 12.247(5)Å, = 92.00(5)°. The potassium and sodium complexes have extensive K+—H2O and Na+—H2O networks. The fact the Et4N+ ion does not appear in any of the complexes is likely due to the fact that it is incapable of forming the intricate cation—water and hydrogen-bonding networks observed in all of the other structures.  相似文献

The reaction of a stock solution of NpO22 + in 2 M HCl with two equivalents of tetrabutylammonium chloride in 6 M HCl results in the preparation of the title compound. This compound, [NBu4]2[NpO2Cl4], is isostructural with the uranium analogue, [NBu4]2[UO2Cl4]. The anion of the complex, [NpO2Cl4]2–, adopts a pseudooctahedral geometry common to six-coordinate actinyl complexes in which the neptunium metal is coordinated by two trans axial oxo groups with NpO(oxo) bond lengths of 1.733(5)Å, and four equatorial chloride ligands with Np–Cl bond lengths in the range 2.637(2)–2.676(2)Å. The neptunyl ONpO bond angle is 178.6(3)°. Charge balance of the neptunyl tetrachloride anion is maintained by two tetrabutylammonium cations. This complex crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n (a = 15.416(4), b = 15.362(4), c = 18.479(5)Å, = 108.147(6)°, V = 4158.4(19)Å3, Z = 4).  相似文献

The complex [Ni(L)](PDC) 2H2O (L = 3,14-dimethyl-2,6,13,17-tetraazatricyclo[16,4, 01.18,07.12]docosane; PDC = 3,5-pyrazoledicarboxylate) has been synthesized and characterized by X-ray crystallography. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system P21/c with a = 9.739(4) Å, b = 10.491(3) Å, c = 16.884(3) Å, = 97.17(2)°, V = 1711.5(8) Å3, Z = 4. The coordination environment around the nickel(II) ion exhibits a slightly distorted square-plane with four secondary amines of the macrocycle. The title compound is interconnected to give a two-dimensional network through the hydrogen-bonding interactions.  相似文献

The Schiff base ligand (1), [C15H17NO] crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c witha=10.054(3),b=10.313(3), c=13.173(4)Å, =107.42(4)°,V=1303.2(7)Å3,Z=4,Dx=1.159 g cm–3, and (MoK)=0.674 cm–1. The C2-O[1.23(1)Å] and C3–C4 [1.33(2)Å] bond lengths are short, due to its quinoidal structure. In the Schiff base nickel complex (2), [Ni(C16H18NO)2] the asymmetric unit is comprised of two half-complexes. It crystallizes in the triclinic space group witha=5.124(3),b=16.227(3),c=16.886(4)Å, =95.47(8), =96.00(1), =90.71(4)°,V=1389.6(9) Å3,Z=2,Dx=1.289 g cm–3, and (MoK) =12.1 cm–1. The coordination of the Ni(II) ions are square planar with bond angles between 87.9(1) and 92.1(1)°. The Ni–O and Ni–N distances are 1.819(2), 1.922(2) and 1.823(2), 1.914(3)Å in these two complexes.  相似文献

The title compounds 2-amino-3-cyano-4-(2-chlorophenyl)-1,4-dihydro-2H-pyrano[3, 2-h]quinoline 1 (C19H12ClN3O, M r = 333.77) and 2-amino-3-cyano-4-(2-chlorophenyl)-8-(2-chlorobenzylidene)-1,4,5,6,7,8-hexahydrobenzo[b]pyran 2 were synthesized and crystallized. The crystals of compound 1 are triclinic, space group P-1, a = 7.488(2), b = 9.127(3), c = 12.252(3) Å, = 73.58(2), = 78.38(2)°, = 75.39(2), Z = 2, V = 769.5(4) Å3; The compound 2 crystallizes in space group P21/n, with cell parameters a = 13.582(2), b = 8.974(1), c = 16.960(2) Å, = 103.34(1)° and D calc = 1.352 g/cm–3 for Z = 4. X-ray analysis reveals that atoms C(1)—C(5) and O form a pyran ring in compound 1, which adopts half-chair conformation. In compound 2 the atoms C(12)—C(16) and O form a pyran ring which adopts boat conformation, another six-membered ring (C(8)—C(13)) adopts a half-chair conformation. In addition, there are intermolecular hydrogen bonds in the crystal structures 1 and 2.  相似文献

The complex, [Zn(L)(NCO)]Cl · 3H2O (1) (L = 3,14-dimethyl-2,6,13,17-tetraazatricyclo[14,4,01.18,07.12]docosane), has been synthesized and structurally characterized. 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 10.530(3), b = 9.315(2), c = 27.188(3) Å, = 92.58(1)°, V = 2664.1(9)Å3, and Z = 4. The zinc atom is in a distorted squarepyramidal environment with the four nitrogen atoms of the macrocycle and one nitrogen atom of the isocyanate ligand.  相似文献

Three dimeric lanthanide(III) complexes, [Eu2(bet)8(H2O)4](CIO4)6 (1), [Tb2(bet)8(H2O)4](ClO4)6 (2), and [Eu2(bet)4(H2O)8] Cl6·6H2O (3) (bet = Me3N+CH2COO, trimethyl-aminoacetate), have been prepared and structurally characterized by X-ray crystallography. Complex 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c, with a = 11.7807(8), b = 27.757(5), c = 11.7980(8) Å, = 99.500(4)°, V = 3805.1(8) Å3, and Z = 2. Complex 2 is isomorphous to complex 1, crystallizing in the monoclinic space group P21/c, with a = 11.7769(14), b = 27.725(3), c = 11.795(5) Å, = 99.668(14)°, V = 3797(2) Å3, and Z = 2. Complex 3 crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pbca, with a = 12.5664(8), b = 17.8645(9), c = 22.2573(8) Å, V = 4996.6(4) Å3 and Z = 4. Both complexes 1 and 2 comprise quadruply carboxylate-O,O-bridged [M2(bet)4]6+ dimeric cores (M = Eu, Tb), and each metal ion is further coordinated by two terminal aqua ligands and two monodentate bet carboxylates to form a distorted square-antiprismatic coordination geometry. Complex 3 also has a [Eu2(bet)4]6+ core, in which two bet ligands act in the 1:1:2 bridging fashion, and the other two bet ligands in the less common 2:1:2 bridging fashion, namely bridging-chelate mode. Each europium(III) ion in complex 3 is further coordinated by four water molecules to complete a monocapped square antiprism.  相似文献

Anhydrous LnCl3 reacted with three equivalents of LiNPh2 in THF to give the unexpected homoleptic lanthanide amides [Li(THF)4][Ln(NPh2)4] (Ln = Sm (1), Y (2)) in high yield. The crystal structure of complex 2 has been determined by X-ray diffraction methods. It crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pbcn with a = 17.522(3) Å, b = 16.321(3) Å, c = 19.947(3) Å, V = 5704.4(17) Å3, and D calc = 1.231 mg/m3 for Z = 4. Complex 2 is composed of discrete [Li(THF)4]+ cations and [Y(NPh2)4] anions, both of which have crystallographically imposed two-fold symmetry. To achieve steric saturation of the metal center, there are interactions between the yttrium atom and one -carbon atom of each amide ligand. The yttrium and lithium atoms both exhibit distorted tetrahedral coordination geometry.  相似文献

A new complex, [Sm(DMF)4(H2O)4Fe(CN)6]·H2O (DMF = N, N-dimethylformamide), has been synthesized and characterized by X-ray single crystal structure and thermogravimetric analyses. The complex crystallizes in the P21/n space group, with lattice parameters a = 17.583(4) Å, b = 8.870(2) Å, c = 19.845(6) Å, = 95.98(3)°, V = 3078(1) Å3, D x = 1.679 Mg m–3, D m = 1.65(1) Mg m–3, Z = 4. The molecular structure shows that a cyano-bridged bimetallic structure is obtained. The Sm atom is coordinated by eight oxygen atoms of four water molecules and four DMF molecules and one nitrogen atom of the bridging cyanide ligand. The iron atom assumes approximately an octahedral environment surrounded by six CN ligands. The hydrate water molecule is hydrogen-bonded to one of the O atoms bound to Sm. Each terminal CN ligand of the Fe(CN) 6 3– entity is hydrogen-bonded to some O atoms of water molecules. An infrared spectrum is also reported.  相似文献

A new salt (EV)2[Cu(mnt)2] [EV = tris(p-(diethylamino)phenyl)methylium; mnt = bis(1,2-dicyanovinylene-1,2-dithiolato)] was prepared by the reaction of [NBu4]2[Cu(mnt)2] with ethyl violet dye (EV)Cl. The crystallographic data are: triclinic P–1, a = 11.1102(11) Å, b= 12.2768(12) Å, c = 14.0265(14) Å, = 98.987(2)°, = 97.972(2)°, = 110.402(2)°, V = 1732.2(3) Å3, Z = 1. The [Cu(mnt)2] dianion exhibits a quasi-square planar structure and the EV cation has a trigonal planar geometry with an A symmetric propeller-like conformation. A pseudo-dimmer of the EV cation and weak hydrogen bonds between the cation and the anion were observed in the crystal.  相似文献

The imidazolinone herbicide imazapyr, 2-(4-isopropyl-4-methyl-5-oxo-2-imidazolin-2-yl)nicotinic acid (H2imz) interacts with Cu(II) leading to [Cu(Himz)2(H2O)2] which crystallizes in the space group Pbca, with a = 12.5370(3) Å, b = 19.8500(5) Å, c = 22.7720(9) Å, and Z = 8. The Cu(II) atom is octahedrally surrounded by four nitrogen atoms of two Himz anions and two water molecules. Each Himz acts as a chelating ligand by means of N pyridine and N lactam atoms leading to five-membered chelate rings. The Cu N distances vary from 1.948(4) to 2.299(5) Å while the Cu O are 2.114(5) and 2.256(6) Å. The imidazol N-H are involved in short intramolecular hydrogen bonds with the carboxylate groups. The structure is stabilized by an intermolecular hydrogen-bonded network involving the water molecules and the carboxylate groups.  相似文献

Two cadmium(II) complexes of betaine (BET) have been prepared and characterized by X-ray crystallography. [Cd(BET) (–Cl)2] (1), is a one-dimensional polymer in which each cadmium atom is coordinated by two pairs of bridging chlorine atoms [Cd-Cl=2.631(2), 2.614(2) Å] and two oxygen atoms from different bridging carboxylate groups [Cd-O=2.291(6), 2.329(6) Å] in the form of a compressed octahedron. [Cd(BET)(H2O)Cl(–Cl)]2 (2) is a dimer with each cadmium atom in a distorted octahedral coordination environment, being surrounded by a chelating bidentate carboxylate group [2.480(2), 2.332(3) Å], one aqua ligand [2.364(3) Å], two bridging chlorine atoms [2.659(1), 2.557(1) Å], and one terminal chlorine atom [2.480(1) Å].  相似文献

A new monomeric copper (II) complex with histamine (him), [Cu(II)(him)2(No3)2], has been prepared by the reaction of Cu(NO3)2 with histaminium dichloride and its structure was determined by x-ray crystallography. The complex crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group with a = 5.7238(4), b = 8.7094(7), c = 9.2481(11) Å, = 69.693(8), = 73.242(7), = 71.050(7)°, V = 400.84(6) Å3, and Z = 1. The structure consists of discrete [Cu(II)(him)2(NO3)2] molecules in which the metal atom is centrosymmetrically coordinated by two histamine ligands forming an equatorial plane with Cu–N(imidazole ring) being 2.032(2) and Cu–N(NH2 group) being 2.023(2) Å. Two O atoms from nitrate anions coordinate on the elongated axial positions with Cu–O being 2.549(2) Å. In the crystal structure, the molecules are organized by hydrogen bonds forming a two-dimensional network.  相似文献

The X-ray crystal structure of [(NH3)5Co(ClO2)][Pd(CN)4]·H2O consists of two discrete complex ions and a water of hydration. The red crystals are triclinic, P , with lattice parameters a = 7.1992(5), b = 9.4873(7), c = 11.7752(8) Å. = 66.680(1), = 75.784(1), = 82.203(1)°, and Z = 2 giving a cell volume of 715.27(9) Å3 and a calculated density of 2.043 g/cm3 at 293°. The chlorite ion is O-bonded to the cobalt atom with amine N—Co distances all equal. The chlorite ion is bent with a O—Cl—O angle of 110.8(2)° and the Cl—O distances being 1.601(3) and 1.558(3) Å, the longer value for the O atom also coordinated to Co. The Pd(CN)–2 4 ions are planar, C-coordinated and stack along the x-axis, separated by 3.599(1) Å and alternatively rotated by 29.9(5)°.  相似文献

The monodentate dithioformato complexes, fac-(CO)3(dppe)MnSC(S)H (1), fac- (CO)3(dppe)ReSC(S)H (2), fac-(CO)3(dppp)ReSC(S)H (3), and fac-(CO)3 (dppb)ReSC(S)H (4), where dppe is 1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane, dppp is 1,3-bis(diphenylphosphino)propane, and dppb is 1,4-bis(diphenylphosphino)butane, were synthesized from the treatment of the corresponding hydrides, fac-(CO)3 (P-P)MSC(S)H with CS2. The structure comprises discrete cations [Cu(bpy)(bet)2(H2O)]2+ in which the metal atom is coordinated in a distorted square-pyramidal environment by two oxygen atoms from a pair of monodentate carboxylato ligands [Cu–O=1.950(2) Å] and two nitrogen atoms of a bidentate bpy ligand [Cu–N=1.997(3)–2.005(3) Å] on the basal plane, and one aqua [Cu–O=2.267(3) Å] ligand at the apical position.  相似文献

The crystal and molecular structure of copper(II) complexes of benzil bis(3-piperidylthiosemicarbazone), [Cu(Bnzpip)] and 1-phenylpropane-1,2-dione bis(3-piperidylthiosemicarbazone), [Cu(Pmpip)] have been determined. [Cu(Bnzpip)] is monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 13.9375(10) Å, b = 11.6621(4) Å, c = 16.4710(10) Å, = 100.667(2)°, and V = 2630.9(3) Å3 with Z = 4, for d calc = 1.399 g/cm3. [Cu(Pmpip)] is also monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 11.292(6) Å, b = 10.219(5) Å, c = 20.292(6) Å, = 101.50(3)°, and V = 2295(2) Å3 with Z = 4, for d calc = 1.525 g/cm3. Both complexes involve N2S2 coordination, are relatively planar except for the phenyl rings and have similar bond distances and angles to copper(II) complexes of other 3-piperidylthiosemicarbazones.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu2(II)(4-Cl-3-NO2–C6H3CO2)4(CH3OH)2] or [Cu2(4-chloro-3-nitrobenzoate)4(MeOH)2] has been prepared and its structure determined using X-ray crystallography. The complex crystallizes in the triclinic space group P-1 with a = 9.6887(9)Å, b = 10.6448(9)Å, c = 11.4194(10)Å, = 108.094(2), = 110.682(2), = 105.055(2), V = 952.691(15)Å3, and Z = 1. The structure consists of centrosymmetric dimers in which the Cu(II) atoms display a square pyramidal CuO5 coordination, with four carboxylate O atoms in the basal plane [CuO 1.951(2)–1.968(2)Å] and the methanol O atoms in the apical position [CuO 2.170(2)Å]. The Cu atoms are 2.614(1)Å apart and are bridged by four benzoate groups. The discrete dimers are extended into 1D chains that result from hydrogen bonding between the coordinated methanol on one Cu(II) dimer and the nitro substituent on an adjacent Cu(II) dimer. The chains are interdigited and held by – stacking interactions forming 3D supramolecular array.  相似文献
