丝素膜上药物渗透量对溶液PH值的响应   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
蚕丝丝素蛋白膜是一种具有弱碱性和弱酸性的两性荷电膜。因此在丝素膜-水溶液体系中,水溶液pH值变化会影响丝素膜上溶质的渗透速度和渗透量。丝素膜的等电点pH≈4.5。丝素膜上药物渗透实验的结果表明:在pH=3.0~9.0的范围内,当溶液的pH<4.5时,丝素膜带正电,正离子苄三甲氯化铵的渗透系数下降;当溶液的pH>4.5时,丝素膜带负电,负离子酚磺酸钠的渗透系数明显下降。中性分子间苯二酚在丝素膜上的透过不受外部溶液pH值变化的影响。当溶液的pH>8或pH>4.5时,离子化的药物5-氟尿嘧啶或维生素C的渗透系数明显变小,这是因为两者分别在pH=8(pKa=8.0)和pH=4.5(pKa=4.25)以上变成带电离子。这表明离子化药物在蚕丝丝素膜上的渗透速度和渗透量对溶液pH值变化有较好的响应特性。  相似文献

以聚4-甲基戊烯-1(PMP)为膜材质,分别以环己烷、三氯乙烯、四氯乙烯、环己烷/三氯乙烯及环己烷/四氯乙烯为溶,他这些溶液浇铸膜垢结晶性质和表面形态。结果表明,溶剂对PMP的相对溶解能力和挥发速度同所成膜内PMP的结晶形式和结晶度密切相关;不同溶剂体系的PMP溶液浇铸膜的表面形态也不尽相同。并发现以四氯乙烯(或三氯乙烯)为溶剂或溶剂组分之一的PMP溶液浇铸膜存在未见报道的Ⅵ型结晶。  相似文献

对壳聚糖均质膜折脱酸处理、干燥方法与所得膜的渗透汽化性能间的关系进行了研究。结果表明,处理方法的不同直接影响到膜的透过、分离性能。用含3wt.%NaOH的醇水溶液(乙醇/水=50/50(wt./wt.))进行脱酸处理的膜,其α水/乙醇值,在料液温度为55-75℃的范围内几乎不变。  相似文献

报道了一种灵敏度高和使用简便的免疫电极,用于测定乳腺癌抗原(CA15-3)。CA15-3抗体固定在用羟胺活化的聚氯乙烯(PVC)-牛血清白蛋白(BSA)基体膜上。当抗体膜与CA15-3血清结合形成抗原体复合物膜后,将该复合物膜固定在自制Ag-AgCI基体电极顶端,利用毫伏计测定膜电位。该法可在15-240U/mL范围测定CA15-3,线性关系良好,回归方程:△E=-8、84 13、97Ig[CA15-3],相关系数0.9998。人血清中其他常见抗原对CA15-3测定基本无干扰。同时,探讨了免疫膜的电位响应机理。  相似文献

讨论了包埋在丝素膜中的5-氟脲嘧啶(5-FU)的固定状况,在不同PH值下测定了丝素5-FU复合膜中药物的释放,实验结果表明:5-FU均匀地被包埋在丝素膜中,即丝素膜可以作为5-FU载体,经过比涂层保护,丝素5-FU复合膜中的5-FU溶解释放速率变慢,释放时间延长;经涂层的 素5-FU复合膜在接近丝素蛋白等电点(PH=4.5)时,5-FU在溶液中释放速度较慢,释放时间较长,表明用调节外部溶液PH值的  相似文献

以双(三苄基锡)氧化物为载体制备了一种对磷酸氢根离子具有良好电位响应性能的溶剂聚合膜离子敏感电极。在pH为7.20±0.02的测试液中,电极的线性响应范围为5 ×10^-6 ̄10^-1mol/L,斜率为-30.1mV/dec..用分别溶液法测得其对于各种阴离子的选择性次序:HPO4^2- ̄I^-〉Br^-〉Cl^-〉Ac〉SO4^2-。膜相中荷电离子添加实验的结果表明,电极响应系中性载体作用机制。  相似文献

用量子化学从头算方法(HF/6-31G)和密度泛函理论(DFT)的B3LYP方法,以6-31G标准基组加一个极化函数,对(ClAlNH)n(n=1-10)簇合物的几何构型,电子结构和红外光谱进行了优化,并讨论了聚合反应(ClAlNH)m→(ClAlNH)n的热力学效应,结果表明,(ClAlNH)n系列簇合物的基态稳定结构为Cs(n=1),D2h(n=2),D3h(n=3),Td(n=4),Cs(n=5),D3d(n=6),Cs(n=7),S4(n=8),D3h(n=9),C2h(n=10,n=2,4,6,8,10等偶数对应的(ClAlNH)n簇化合物的结构比n等于奇数量更稳定。  相似文献

The difference between the partial molal entropies of ferrocene and ferricinium has been determined in nine solvents from the temperature dependence of the formal potential of the ferricinium-ferrocene redox couple using a nonisothermal electrochemical cell arrangement in order to probe possible structural reasons for the limitations of the ferrocene assumption for estimating the transfer thermodynamics of single ions between different solvents. In contrast to the uniformly small positive values of predicted by the Born model, the experimental quantities varied widely from small or even negative values in hydrogen-bonded solvents (–5 to 3 e.u.) to substantially larger values (11–14 e.u.) in dipolar aprotic media. These variations appear to arise chiefly from additional solvent ordering in the vicinity of the ferricinium cation compared to the ferrocene molecule which is enhanced in the aprotic solvents. The variations in between water and a number of nonaqueous solvents provide a predominate contribution to the differences between the free energies of single ion transfer calculated using the ferrocene and alternative extrathermodynamic assumptions.  相似文献

Succinct expressions for the matrix elements of various vibrational operators have been derived in the basis of the nondegenerate harmonic oscillator. Among these are the matrix elements of and , which are found to be dependent upon two quantities and their derivatives. Furthermore, the derivative property of the commutator is used to obtain an explicit expression for the derivatives of an operator in terms of its nested commutator with the conjugate momentum. It may be applied to any of the above cases to obtain the matrix representatives of expressions such as the mixed products , for example. In addition, a simple expression for 1/q is given and its derivatives may be evaluated by this commutator technique. Also the matrix elements of a Gaussian-type operator has been evaluated. Long-term stability and performance of polymeric membranes in solvent and mixed solvent media can be reduced due to sorption and swelling of the membrane matrix. For this reason quantification of sorption and swelling is of major importance for the development of future applications of membrane processes in solvent and mixed solvent media. In this work a method is discussed, based on attenuated total reflectance infrared spectroscopy (ATR-IR), to establish sorption and sorption selectivity of a cellulose acetate (CA) membrane in water/methanol and water/ethanol mixtures. By analysis of specific peaks from the ATR-IR spectra of the solvents, the preferential sorption of water in CA membranes can be quantified. In the presence of methanol, the selectivity for water ranges from 2.5 to 3.5 between 52 and 90% of methanol. For ethanol, the selectivity for water ranges from about 1 (30% ethanol) to 2 (90% ethanol). From the work it follows that ATR-IR provides an easy and non-destructive method to study the sorption behavior of the polymeric membrane separation layer.  相似文献

Composite porous glass membranes were prepared by the sol-gel method. A thin porous glass layer, about 2 μm thick, was coated on the surface of the porous ceramic tubing (Al2O3:99.9 wt.%, pore diameter: 200 nm). The composition of the porous glass layer of the composite membrane was SiO2-ZrO2. Considering from the fact that the desalination ratio of the feed aqueous NaCl solution (NaCl 0.5 wt.%) was about 90% by use of these membranes, they were defect-free. The best composition of the porous glass layer was 70 SiO2-30 ZrO2 from the standpoint of preparing membranes. These membranes had a large water and alkali durability. These membranes can be expected to apply to recovering dyes and paints from organic solvents and to be used as a gas separation membrane.  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶工艺制备了Pb1-xCaxTiO3(0≤x≤0.3)纳米晶,在不同焙烧条件下研究其粉体晶相结构的变化.研究结果表明,升温速度和焙烧温度对纳米粉的晶相、晶胞参数和晶粒尺寸有显著影响.讨论了晶胞参数、四方畸变度和晶胞体积与Ca含量的关系.  相似文献
