The phase relations in the cross-section of the K2W2O7-K2WO4-KPO3 containing 15 mol% Bi2O3 were undertaken using flux method. Crystallization fields of K6.5Bi2.5W4P6O34, K2Bi(PO4)(WO4), Bi2WO6, KBi(WO4)2 and their cocrystallization areas were identified. Novel phase K6.5Bi2.5W4P6O34 was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction: sp. gr. P−1, a=9.4170(5), b=9.7166(4), c=17.6050(7) Å, α=90.052(5)°, β=103.880(5)° and γ=90.125(5)°. It has a layered structure, which contains {K7Bi5W8P12O68} layers stacked parallel to ab plane and sheets composed by potassium atoms separating these layers. Sandwich-like {K7Bi5W8P12O68} layers are assembled from [W2P2O13] and [BiPO4] building units, and are penetrated by tunnels with K/Bi atoms inside. FTIR-spectra of K2Bi(PO4)(WO4) and K6.5Bi2.5W4P6O34 were discussed on the basis of factor group theory.  相似文献

Specific features of the thermal behavior of Bi m + 1Fe m−3Ti3O3m + 3 layered perovskite-like compounds (where m takes integer and some fractional values between 3 and 9) were considered, and the temperature limits of stability of these compounds were determined. Solubility in the Na2Cr2O7-(NH4)2Cr2O7-K2Cr2O7-H2O four-component water-salt system at 25, 50, and 75°C was studied for the first time. Phase field boundaries for individual salts and potassium and ammonium dichromate solid solutions, monovariant lines, and invariant points were determined. Experimental data were used to optimize the looped isohydric process of potassium dichromate preparation involving additional salts.  相似文献

This paper examines the structural changes with temperature and composition in the Sc2Si2O7-Y2Si2O7 system; members of this system are expected to form in the intergranular region of Si3N4 and SiC structural ceramics when sintered with the aid of Y2O3 and Sc2O3 mixtures. A set of different compositions have been synthesized using the sol-gel method to obtain a xerogel, which has been calcined at temperatures between 1300 and 1750 °C during different times. The temperature-composition diagram of the system, obtained from powder XRD data, is dominated by the β-RE2Si2O7 polymorph, with γ-RE2Si2O7 and δ-RE2Si2O7 showing very reduced stability fields. Isotherms at 1300 and 1600 °C have been analysed in detail to evaluate the solid solubility of the components. Although, the XRD data show a complete solid solubility of β-Sc2Si2O7 in β-Y2Si2O7 at 1300 °C, the 29Si MAS-NMR spectra indicate a local structural change at x ca. 1.15 (Sc2−xYxSi2O7) related to the configuration of the Si tetrahedron, which does not affect the long-range order of the β-RE2Si2O7 structure. Finally, it is interesting to note that, although Sc2Si2O7 shows a unique stable polymorph (β), Sc3+ is able to replace Y3+ in γ-Y2Si2O7 in the compositional range 1.86?x?2 (where x is Sc2−xYxSi2O7) as well as in δ-Y2Si2O7 for compositions much closer to the pure Y2Si2O7.  相似文献

35Cl NQR has been investigated in two cyclotriphosphazene derivatives N3P3Cl4Ph2 and N3P3Cl4(NMe2)2. The observed frequencies are assigned to the various chlorines and the temperature variation of the NQR frequencies studied in the range from 77 K to 300 K. The results are analysed using the Bayer-Kushida-Brown approach. Torsional (librational) frequencies are found to fall in the range 10–25 cm?1 and are found to be only slightly temperature dependent.  相似文献

Some dielectric oxides have been synthesized and characterized in the BaO-La2O3-TiO2-Nb2O5 system. Through Rietveld refinement of X-ray powder diffraction data, Ba5LaTi2Nb3O18 and Ba4La2Ti3Nb2O18 are identified as the AnBn−1O3n (n=6) type cation-deficient perovskites with space group and lattice constants , and for Ba5LaTi2Nb3O18; , and for Ba4La2Ti3Nb2O18, respectively. Their ceramics exhibit high dielectric constant up to 57 and high quality factors (Qf) up to 21,273 GHz. The temperature coefficient of resonant frequency (τf) of these ceramics is decreased with the increase of B-site bond valence.  相似文献

With a view to investigate the effect of small size of A-site cations on the magnetic properties of the rare earth cobaltates, Ln1−xAxCoO3 (Ln=rare earth, A=alkaline earth), we have investigated Pr0.7Ca0.3CoO3 and Nd0.7Ca0.3CoO3 in detail. For this purpose, we have carried out low-field DC magnetization and ac susceptibility measurements including a study of magnetic relaxation and memory effects. Both Pr0.7Ca0.3CoO3 and Nd0.7Ca0.3CoO3 show frequency-dependent transitions at 70 and 55 K respectively in the ac susceptibility data, due to the onset of spin-glass like behavior. Their relaxation behavior exhibits aging effects. In addition, memory effects are found in the magnetization behavior. These characteristics establish spin-glass behavior in both these cobaltates, a behavior that is distinctly different from that of La0.7Ca0.3CoO3 and La0.5Sr0.5CoO3 which show well-defined ferromagnetic transitions, albeit without long-range ordering.  相似文献

The structural disorder in Ba0.6Sr0.4Al2O4 (space group P6322) was investigated by X-ray powder diffraction and selected-area electron diffraction (SAED). The initial structural model was determined using direct methods, and it was further modified by the combined use of Rietveld method and maximum-entropy method (MEM). MEM-based pattern fitting method was subsequently applied, resulting in the final reliability indices of Rwp=9.61%, Rp=6.96%, RB=1.40% and S=1.25. The electron density distribution was satisfactorily expressed by the split-atom model in which the strontium/barium and oxygen atoms were split to occupy the lower symmetry sites. The diffuse scattering in SAED was mainly attributable to the positional disorder of oxygen atoms.  相似文献

The coordinates of ternary eutectics were determined to be E 1: 622°C, 8.5 mol % KBO2, 56.5 mol % KCl, and 35 mol % K2CO3; E 2: 710°C, 23 mol % KBO2, 43 mol % K2CO3, and 34 mol % K2MoO4; E 3: 710°C, 23 mol % KBO2, 43 mol % K2CO3, and 34 mol % K2WO4. Absorption spectra of single crystals of Cs2SO4 doped with MoO2?4 and of RbClO4 and (C2H5)4HClO4 doped with ReO?4 have been measured at the liquid-helium temperature. All spectra show two band systems with pronounced vibrational structures. In Td symmetry they must correspond to 1T2 - 1A1 charge-transfer electornic transitions. It is likely that in the two band systems there are more than two electronic transitions.  相似文献

Transparent glasses of various compositions in the system (100−x)Li2B4O7x(SrO-Bi2O3-Nb2O5) (where x=10, 20, 30, 40, 50 and 60, in molar ratio) were fabricated via splat quenching technique. The glassy nature of the as-quenched samples was established by differential thermal analyses. X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopic studies confirmed the amorphous nature of the as-quenched and crystallinity in the heat-treated samples. Fluorite phase formation prior to the perovskite SrBi2Nb2O9 phase was analyzed by both the XRD and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy. Dielectric and the optical properties (transmission, optical band gap and Urbach energy) of these samples have been found to be compositional dependent. Refractive index was measured and compared with the values predicted by Wemple-Didomemenico and Gladstone-Dale relations. The glass nanocomposites comprising nanometer-sized crystallites of fluorite phase were found to be nonlinear optic active.  相似文献

K3InF6 is synthesized by a sol-gel route starting from indium and potassium acetates dissolved in isopropanol in the stoichiometry 1:3, with trifluoroacetic acid as fluorinating agent. The crystal structures of the organic precursors were solved by X-ray diffraction methods on single crystals. Three organic compounds were isolated and identified: K2InC10O10H6F9, K3InC12O14H4F18 and K3InC12O12F18. The first one, deficient in potassium in comparison with the initial stoichiometry, is unstable. In its crystal structure, acetate as well as trifluoroacetate anions are coordinated to the indium atom. The two other precursors are obtained, respectively, by quick and slow evaporation of the solution. They correspond to the final organic compounds, which give K3InF6 by decomposition at high temperature. The crystal structure of K3InC12O14H4F18 is characterized by complex anions [In(CF3COO)4(OHx)2](5−2x)− and isolated [CF3COOH2−x](x−1)− molecules with x=2 or 1, surrounded by K+ cations. The crystal structure of K3InC12O12F18 is only constituted by complex anions [In(CF3COO)6]3− and K+ cations. For all these compounds, potassium cations ensure only the electroneutrality of the structure. IR spectra of K2InC10O10H6F9 and K3InC12O12F18 were also performed at room temperature on pulverized crystals.  相似文献

Phase equilibria in the Na2CO3-NaCl-H2O and Na2CO3-Na2WO4-H2O ternary systems formed by type 1 salts (NaCl, Na2WO4) and a type 2 salt (Na2CO3) were experimentally studied at temperatures from 425 to 500°C and pressures from 30 to 160 MPa with the contents of type 1 salts from 10 to 30 wt %. Transition from supercritical homogeneous fluid equilibria of the Na2CO3-H2O system to heterogeneous equilibria of the title ternary systems was studied in the presence or absence of liquid phase immiscibility in the type 1 subsystems.  相似文献

Spin-level resolved spectra of the 3B1-1A1 (T1-So) transition of NO2? in neat NaNO2 and in a NaHCO2 host at ? 4 K show different intensity envelopes for the totally symmetric bending progression, indicating a breakdown of the Condon approximation. The non-Condon effects are associated predominantly with the τ2 spin level of the 3B1 state and are particularly severe in NaHCO2/NO2?. The results can be reasonably interpreted in terms of an empirical linear dependence of the transition moment on the bending coordinate, but the detailed origin of the effect is unclear.  相似文献

The TlAs2Se4-Tl3As2Se3Te3 system was studied using differential thermal analysis (DTA), powder X-ray diffraction, microstructure observation, and microhardness and density measurements. A phase diagram of the title system was constructed. This system is a quasi-binary join of the TlSe-As2Se3-As2Te3 quasi-ternary system. All alloys of the system under standard conditions are prepared in the glassy form. The system has a eutectic, which contains 50 mol % Tl3As2Se3Te3 and melts at 150°C. The TlAs2Se4-base solid solution in the system extends to 12 mol % Tl3As2Se3Te3, and Tl3As2Se3Te3-based solid solution extends to 20 mol % TlAs2Se4.  相似文献

High-temperature behavior of the fast ionic conductor Li0.2Na0.3La0.5TiO3 has been investigated by neutron powder diffraction between 300 and 1073 K. The Rietveld analysis of diffraction patterns showed around 1000 K a change from rhombohedral () to cubic () symmetry. During the heating, the tilting of octahedra along the [111] direction of the cubic perovskite decreased and the rhombic distortion of oxygen square windows that relates contiguous A-sites of the perovskite was eliminated. The influence of the octahedral tilting on Li mobility is finally discussed.  相似文献

Alloys in the As2S3-TlAs2S2Se2 section of the As2S3-As2Se3-TlS ternary system were studied and a phase diagram was constructed using physicochemical methods (differential thermal analysis, microstructural analysis, X-ray powder diffraction, also microhardness and density measurements). The diagram in the As2S3-TlAs2S2Se2 section is a non-quasi-binary diagonal section of the As2S3-As2Se3-TlSe quasi-ternary system. It was found that all the alloys in the section under ordinary conditions are obtained in the vitreous state. At low As2S3 concentrations in the section, solid solutions form up to 2.5 mol %, and at low TlAs2S2Se2 concentrations, their extent is 3 mol %.  相似文献

The phase diagrams of the NaBO2-NaCl-Na2CO3, NaBO2-Na2CO3-Na2MoO4, NaBO2- Na2CO3-Na2WO4, and NaBO2-NaCl-Na2WO4 ternary systems were studied by a calculation-experimental method and differential thermal analysis. Dehalogenation of perhalogenated cyclohexanes C6Cl6F6, 1-azacyclohexenes C5Cl4F5N and bicyclo[4.4.0]dec-1(6)-enes C10Cl8F8 in the vapour phase over iron filings at 350-500 °C and in solution with Zn and additivities (Cu, NiCl2·6H2O + bpy) at 80 °C (heterogeneous reaction) or with P(NEt2)3 at 20 °C (homogeneous reaction) was studied. In all cases, perfluoroarenes, chloroperfluoroarenes and dichloroperfluoroarenes (benzenes, naphthalenes and pyridines) were obtained in good overall yield.  相似文献
