The N,P,N-type ligands bis(2-picolyl)phenylphosphine (), bis(4,5-dihydro-2-oxazolylmethyl)phenylphosphine (), bis(4,4-dimethyl-2-oxazolylmethyl)phenylphosphine () and bis(2-picolyloxy)phenylphosphine () were used to synthesize the corresponding pentacoordinated Ni(ii) complexes [Ni{bis(2-picolyl)phenylphosphine}Cl(2)] (), [Ni{bis(4,5-dihydro-2-oxazolylmethyl)phenylphosphine}Cl(2)] (), [Ni{bis(4,4-dimethyl-2-oxazolylmethyl)phenylphosphine}Cl(2)] () and [Ni{bis(2-picolyloxy)phenylphosphine}Cl(2)] (), respectively. The hexacoordinated iron complexes [Fe{bis(2-picolyl)phenylphosphine}(2)][Cl(3)FeOFeCl(3)] (), [Fe{bis(4,5-dihydro-2-oxazolylmethyl)phenylphosphine}(2)][Cl(3)FeOFeCl(3)] () and the tetracoordinated complex [Fe{bis(4,4-dimethyl-2-oxazolylmethyl)phenylphosphine}Cl(2)] (abbreviated [FeCl(2)(NPN(Me2)-N,N)]) were prepared by reaction of FeCl(2).4H(2)O with ligands , respectively. The crystal structures of the octahedral complexes and , determined by X-ray diffraction, showed that two tridentate ligands are facially coordinated to the metal centre with a cis-arrangement of the P atoms and the dianion (mu-oxo)bis[trichloroferrate(iii)] compensates the doubly positive charge of the complex. The cyclic voltammograms of and showed two reversible redox couples attributed to the reduction of the dianion (Fe(2)OCl(6))(2-) (-0.24 V for and -0.20 V for vs. SCE) and to the oxidation of the Fe(ii) ion of the complex (0.67 V for and 0.52 V for vs. SCE). The cyclic voltammogram of [FeCl(2)(NPN(Me2)-N,N)] showed a reversible redox couple at -0.17 V vs. SCE assigned to the oxidation of the Fe(ii) atom and an irreversible process at 0.65 V. The complexes , and [FeCl(2)(NPN(Me2)-N,N)] have been evaluated in the catalytic oligomerization of ethylene with AlEtCl(2) or MAO as cocatalyst. The nickel complex proved to be the most active precatalyst in the series, with a turnover frequency (TOF) of 61 800 mol(C(2)H(4)) mol(Ni)(-1) h(-1) with 10 equiv. of AlEtCl(2) and 12 200 mol(C(2)H(4)) mol(Ni)(-1) h(-1) with 200 equiv. of MAO. Precatalysts and were the most selective in butenes, up to 90% with 6 equiv. of AlEtCl(2) and 89% with 2 equiv. of AlEtCl(2), respectively, and up to 92% butenes with 400 equiv. of MAO and 91% butenes with 200 equiv. MAO, respectively. The best selectivities for 1-butene were provided by and AlEtCl(2) (up to 31% with 6 equiv.) and with MAO (up to 72% with 200 equiv.). The iron complexes were not significantly active with AlEtCl(2) or MAO as cocatalyst.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] Palladium porphyrins are valuable photosensitizers and luminescent agents in biology and materials chemistry. New methodology is described wherein a 1-acyldipyrromethane is converted into the palladium chelate of a trans-A(2)B(2) porphyrin via a one-flask reaction. The reaction entails self-condensation of the 1-acyldipyrromethane in refluxing ethanol containing KOH (5-10 mol equiv) and Pd(CH(3)CN)(2)Cl(2) (0.6 mol equiv) exposed to air. This direct route to palladium porphyrins is more expedient than the four steps of the traditional synthesis: (1) reduction of the 1-acyldipyrromethane; (2) acid-catalyzed condensation; (3) oxidation of the porphyrinogen intermediate; and (4) metal insertion. The new synthesis requires neither acid nor DDQ and formally entails only a 2e(-) + 2H(+) oxidation overall versus the traditional multistep synthesis which requires a 2e(-) + 2H(+) reduction per each 1-acyldipyrromethane (4e(-) + 4H(+) overall) followed by a 6e(-) + 6H(+) oxidation. The analogous reaction of a 1,9-diacyldipyrromethane and a dipyrromethane also gives the palladium porphyrin. Seven palladium porphyrins have been prepared in yields of 25-57%. The direct route also can be used with Cu(OAc)(2).H(2)O to give the copper porphyrin albeit in low yield. In summary, this methodology readily affords palladium porphyrins directly from acyldipyrromethanes.  相似文献

A clean and safe synthesis method of 5-(4’-methylbiphenyl-2-yl)-1H-tetrazole was found:under hydrothermal conditions,1.2 equiv.of 4’-methylbiphenyl-2-carbonitrile react with 1 equiv.of sodium azide in a mixed solvent of propane-1,2-diol/H2O,with 1.5 equiv.of ammonium chloride and 0.2 equiv.of ammonium fluoride as catalyst.After simple post-processing,the yield can be improved to 95%,and the purity of the product is 99%without further recrystallization.  相似文献

The iron-catalyzed hydrocarboxylation of aryl alkenes has been developed using a highly active bench-stable iron(II) precatalyst to give α-aryl carboxylic acids in excellent yields and with near-perfect regioselectivity. Using just 1 mol % FeCl(2), bis(imino)pyridine 6 (1 mol %), CO(2) (atmospheric pressure), and a hydride source (EtMgBr, 1.2 equiv), a range of sterically and electronically differentiated aryl alkenes were transformed to the corresponding α-aryl carboxylic acids (up to 96% isolated yield). The catalyst was found to be equally active with a loading of 0.1 mol %. Preliminary mechanistic investigations show that an iron-catalyzed hydrometalation is followed by transmetalation and reaction with the electrophile (CO(2)).  相似文献

Phase-transfer catalysis has been successfully utilized for the Neber rearrangement of simple ketoxime sulfonates. For instance, treatment of (Z)-1a with p-toluenesulfonyl chloride (1.2 equiv), tetrabutylammonium bromide (5 mol %) and MeOH (10 equiv) in toluene-50% KOH aqueous solution (volume ratio = 3:1) at 0 degrees C for 2 h, and subsequent benzoylation followed by acidic hydrolysis afforded the protected alpha-amino ketone 2a in 80% isolated yield. On the basis of this finding, asymmetric Neber rearrangement with ketoxime (Z)-1a was examined under phase-transfer conditions using structurally rigid, C(2)-symmetric chiral quaternary ammonium bromide 3 as catalyst. The desired 2a was obtained in 80% yield and 51% ee. This represents the first experimental demonstration of the substantial involvement of anion pathway in the Neber rearrangement of simple ketoxime sulfonates. Importantly, the reaction with (E)-1a under otherwise similar conditions afforded racemic 2a in 61% yield. Moreover, enhanced enantioselectivity (63% ee) was observed in the rearrangement of the oxime sulfonate derived from (Z)-1b, and notably, use of mesitylene in place of toluene further increased the enantioselectivity to 70% ee. Our approach provides not only a new mechanistic insight but also an opportunity for extending the full synthetic utility of this classical yet useful rearrangement.  相似文献

Benzimidazoles were synthesized by the copper-catalyzed, one-pot, three-component reaction of 2-haloanilines, aldehydes, and NaN(3). The reaction was optimized when 2-iodo- or 2-bromoanilines (1.0 equiv), aldehydes (1.2 equiv), NaN(3) (2.0 equiv), 5 mol% of CuCl, and 5 mol % of TMEDA were reacted in DMSO at 120 °C for 12 h. Good yields resulted, and the reaction showed tolerance toward functional groups such as ester, nitro, and chloro. Aliphatic and heteroaromatic aldehydes also afforded the desired products in moderate to good yields.  相似文献

Three double-decker complexes of cerium(IV) were synthesized, which commonly have a 5,10,15,20-tetrakis(4-docosyloxyphenyl)porphyrin (C22OPP) moiety as one of the two tetrapyrrole rings. The three complexes-Ce(Pc)(C22OPP), Ce(C22OPP)2, and Ce(BPEPP)(C22OPP)-are distinguished by the other rings, which are Pc (=phthalocyanine), C22OPP, and BPEPP (=5,15-bis[4-(phenylethynyl)phenyl]porphyrin), respectively. The rate of inter-ring rotation of Ce(BPEPP)(C22OPP) was estimated to be approximately 3 s(-1) in solution at room temperature. These complexes assemble into ordered arrays at the interface of 1-phenyloctane and the highly oriented pyrolytic graphite surface, owing to the affinity of the long alkyl chains toward the surface, as revealed by means of scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) with molecular resolution. The shape of the upper ring is reflected in the STM image. Thus, Ce(Pc)(C22OPP), Ce(C22OPP)2, and Ce(BPEPP)(C22OPP) were observed as circular, square, and elliptic features, respectively. Possible molecular arrangements in the array of Ce(BPEPP)(C22OPP) are proposed by comparing STM images and molecular models. In the mixed arrays of Ce(BPEPP)(C22OPP) and H2(C22OPP), the double-decker complexes were distinguished by brighter features. Competitive adsorption experiments showed that the adsorption of Ce(BPEPP)(C22OPP) is less favorable than that of H2(C22OPP) by DeltaG(app) = 2.7 kJ mol(-1). Ce(BPEPP)(C22OPP) molecules appeared elliptic when placed within their own row, while they appeared isotropic when flanked by H2(C22OPP) molecules. Implications of the differences in the observed shapes to the inter-ring rotation are discussed.  相似文献

2,2-Difluoro-1-tributylstannylethenyl p-toluenesulfonate (2) was reacted with aryl iodides in the presence of 10 mol % of Pd(PPh(3))(4) and 10 mol % of CuI in DMF at 80 °C for 10-20 h to give the cross-coupled products 3 in 35-97% yields. Further coupling reaction of 3 with arylstannanes in the presence of 5 mol % of Pd(PPh(3))(4) and 3 equiv of LiBr in DMF at 100 °C for 2-24 h afforded the desired products 5 in 25-78% yields.  相似文献

A general method has been developed to control the selective rearrangement of Meijer's AADD quadruply hydrogen-bonded homodimers by introducing an additional donor-acceptor interaction. Therefore, one donor-assembling monomer, 1, in which the electron-rich bis(p-phenylene)-34-crown-10 moiety is connected to the hydrogen-bonding moiety, and two acceptor-assembling monomers, 2 and 3, in which the electron-deficient pyromellitic diimide or naphthalene diimide group is incorporated, respectively, are synthesized and characterized. 1H NMR and 2D-NOESY studies show that all these compounds exist as stable homodimers in chloroform. Mixing 1 equiv of 1 with 1 equiv of 2 in chloroform leads to the formation of heterodimers 1.2 in approximately 60 % yield, as a result of the electrostatic interaction between the bis(p-phenylene)-34-crown-10 moiety of 1 and the pyromellitic diimide group of 2. Selective formation of heterodimer 1.3 (>97 %) was achieved by mixing 1 equiv of 1 with 1 equiv of 3 in chloroform which resulted in a strengthened electrostatic interaction between the bis(p-phenylene)-[34]crown-10 moiety of 1 and the naphthalene diimide group of 3. The structures of heterodimers 1.2 and 1.3, which have been characterized by 1H NMR and UV/Vis experiments, reveal a remarkable promoting effect between the donor-acceptor interaction and intermolecular hydrogen-bonding. 1H NMR studies also reveal that heterodimers 1.2 and 1.3 can be fully and partially dissociated by addition of heterocycle 29, leading to the formation of new more robust heterodimers 1.29 and 2.29, or 3.29,respectively, and partially regenerated by subsequent addition of heterocyclic compound 30 through the formation of a new heterodimer 29.30. Heterodimers 1.2 and 1.3 represent a novel class of pseudo[2]rotaxanes constructed by two different noncovalent interactions.  相似文献

Solutions of Cp*IrH(rac-TsDPEN) (TsDPEN = H2NCHPhCHPhN(SO2C6H4CH3)-) (1H(H)) with O2 generate Cp*Ir(TsDPEN-H) (1) and 1 equiv of H2O. Kinetic analysis indicates a third-order rate law (second order in [1H(H)] and first order in [O2]), resulting in an overall rate constant of 0.024 +/- 0.013 M(-2) s(-1). Isotopic labeling revealed that the rate of the reaction of 1H(H) + O2 was strongly affected by deuteration at the hydride position (k(HH2)/k(DH2) = 6.0 +/- 1.3) but insensitive to deuteration of the amine (k(HH2)/k(HD2) = 1.2 +/- 0.2); these values are more disparate than for conventional transfer hydrogenation (Casey, C. P.; Johnson, J. B. J. Org. Chem. 2003, 68, 1998-2001). The temperature dependence of the reaction rate indicated DeltaH = 82.2 kJ/mol, DeltaS = 13.2 J/mol K, and a reaction barrier of 85.0 kJ/mol. A CH2Cl2 solution under 0.30 atm of H2 and 0.13 atm of O2 converted to H2O in the presence of 1 and 10 mol % of H(OEt2)2BAr(F)4 (BAr(F)4- = B(C6H3-3,5-(CF3)2)4-). The formation of water from H2 was verified by 2H NMR for the reaction of D2 + O2. Solutions of 1 slowly catalyze the oxidation of amyl alcohol to pentanal; using 1,4-benzoquinone as a cocatalyst, the conversion was faster. Complex 1 also catalyzes the reaction of O2 with RNH2BH3 (R = H, t-Bu), resulting in the formation of water and H2. The deactivation of the catalyst 1 in its reactions with O2 was traced to degradation of the Cp* ligand to a fulvene derivative. This pathway is not observed in the presence of amine-boranes, which were shown to reduce fulvenes back to Cp*. This work suggests the potential of transfer hydrogenation catalysts in reactions involving O2.  相似文献

Suzuki arylation of enantiopure (4-bromophenyl)- or (3,5-dibromophenyl)glycidyl ethers has been achieved in toluene under Buchwald conditions [ArB(OH)2 (1.1 equiv), Cs2CO3 (2 equiv), Pd2(dba)3.C6H6 (1 mol %), S-Phos (4 mol %), toluene, 100 degrees C] allowing for the formation of modular arylglycidyl ethers not directly available in enantiopure form by epoxidation routes. These bulky ethers, when submitted to regioselective and stereospecific ring opening with ammonia [aq NH3, LiClO4 (1 equiv), THF, microwave irradiation (80 W), 125 degrees C] in a sealed tube, provide access to novel enantiopure beta-amino alcohols which, in turn, provide an easy access to structurally complex C2 symmetrical bisoxazolines.  相似文献

The palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling of aryl halides or vinylic halides or triflates and 1-(1-alkynyl)cyclobutanols affords good yields of stereoisomerically pure 2-arylidene- or 2-(2-alkenylidene)cyclopentanones, respectively. The process involves (1) oxidative addition of the organic halide or triflate to Pd(0), (2) regioselective, intermolecular carbopalladation of the carbon-carbon triple bond of the 1-(1-alkynyl)cyclobutanol to produce a vinylic palladium intermediate, (3) regioselective ring expansion to a palladacycle, and (4) reductive elimination of the 2-alkylidenecyclopentanone with simultaneous regeneration of the Pd(0) catalyst. Generally, the best results are obtained by employing 10 mol % of Pd(OAc)(2), 20 mol % of PPh(3), 2 equiv of the aryl or vinylic iodide or vinylic triflate, 2 equiv of diisopropylethylamine, and n-Bu(4)NCl in DMF as the solvent.  相似文献

A flow injection manifold incorporating UV-photocatalytic oxidation for the determination of chemical oxygen demand (COD) in freshwater is reported. The method utilises the UV-photocatalytic oxidation of organic compounds instead of conventional heating (used in the standard method), with acidified potassium permanganate as the oxidant. Sodium oxalate, d-glucose and potassium hydrogen phthalate were used as COD standards. A 100 microL sample solution was injected into a 0.3 mol L(-1) H2SO4 carrier stream containing 0.1 mol L(-1) (NH4)2SO4, merged with a permanganate solution (8 x 10(-4) mol L(-1)) and passed through a 250 cm FEP (fluoroethylene polymer) photo-reaction coil wound around a 15 W UV lamp. The sample throughput was 30 h(-1), with an LOD (blank plus 3sigma) of 0.5 mg COD L(-1) and a linear range of 0.5-50 mg COD L(-1) (D-glucose, r2 = 0.9966). The method had good precision with relative standard deviations of 2.7% at 5 mg COD L(-1) and 1.2% at 20 mg COD L(-1) (n = 12) for glucose. Results for a COD certified reference material (QC Demand Quality Control Standard) were in good agreement with the certified COD value. Recovery from Tamar River water samples for all three COD standards was 83.0-111.0% and the COD values determined were in good agreement with those of a permanganate index reference method.  相似文献

A simple and environmentally friendly methodology for headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME) using a new fiber coated with polydimethylsiloxane-poly(vinyl alcohol) (PDMS/PVA) is reported for the trace determination of organochlorine (OCP) and organophosphorus (OPP) pesticides in herbal infusions of Passiflora L. by GC-ECD. The capacity of the PDMS/PVA coating for the pesticides was compared to that of commercial PDMS fibers, with advantageous results. The effects of parameters such as the sample ionic strength, dilution of the infusion, extraction temperature and time were investigated. The optimized conditions for the determination of OCP and OPP in Passiflora L. infusions were extraction time and temperature, respectively, of 38 min and 67.5 degrees C, with 5 min of sample/headspace equilibration time. The analytical curves for the range between 0.04 ng mL(-1) to 6 ng mL(-1) of each compound presented a good quality (correlation coefficients of 0.921 or better). The detection limits for the OCP and OPP in these matrices varied from 0.01 ng mL(-1) (beta-endosulfan) to 1.5 ng mL(-1) (malathion). The sensitivity of studied methodology was adequate, as well as its accuracy (78.7-91.5%) and precision (R.S.D. = 1.2-14.2%).  相似文献

Treatment of aryl and vinyl halides with 50 mol % of 100 mesh indium, 2.5 mol % of Pd-C, and 1.5 equiv of LiCl under mild conditions (DMF, 100 degrees C, 1-3 h) could produce coupling products efficiently in good to excellent yields in which the C(sp2)-C(sp2) bond was formed. This reagent worked equally well with both intermolecular and intramolecular coupling reactions, producing a variety of biaryls, 1,3-dienes, and cyclic compounds.  相似文献

1, 6-Anhydro-β-lactose (3) was prepared as its peracetate (2) from lactose monohydrate via its pentachlorophenyl β-lactoside derivative in 49% overall yield. Treatment of the 4′, 6′ 0-benzylidene derivative of 3 with 1.2 mol. equiv. of 1, 3-dichloro-1, 1, 3, 3-tetraisopropyldisiloxane gave two cyclic silyl ethers, the 2′, 3′-0-silyl and the 2, 3:2′, 3′-di-0-sllyl ethers, in the ratio of ca. 2:1. Cyclohexylidenation of 3 at 50°C with excess of 1, 1-dimethoxycyclohexane and trace of protic acid gave the 2′, 3′:4′, 6′- and the 2, 2′:3′, 4′-di-0-cyclohexylidene derivatives, whereas a similar reaction at 90-110 °C resulted in the 3, 2′:3′, 4′-di-0-cyclohexylidene derivative.  相似文献
