Asymmetric indium phthalocyanine (3, containing an NH2 group) was conjugated (via an amide bond) to magnetic nanoparticle (MNP) functionalized with carboxylic acid or glutathione-capped CdTe/ZnSe/ZnO quantum dots to form 3-MNPs or 3-QDs. Techniques such as time-resolved fluorescence measurements, transmission electron microscopy, XPS, elemental analysis, FTIR, NMR (1H, 13C, and cozy), electronic spectroscopy, as well as mass spectroscopy were employed to characterize 3 and its nanoconjugates. The phthalocyanine conjugated to quantum dot (3-QDs) possesses the lowest Фpd higher Ф? and ФT as well as longer triplet lifetimes compares to 3-MNPs and free phthalocyanine.  相似文献

A series of benzophenone chromospheres and zinc(II) phthalocyanine dichromophores labeled poly (aryl benzyl ether) dendrimer (Gn-DZnPc(BP)8n, n = 1?2) were synthesized. Their structures were characterized by elemental analysis, 1H NMR, IR, UV–vis and matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight spectrometry (MALDI-TOF MS). Their photophysical properties were examined by steady-state and time-resolved fluorescence methods. Both the poly (aryl benzyl ether) dendrimer and BP terminal chromophores had a significant effect on photophysical properties of the zinc(II) phthalocyanine core. Time-resolved spectroscopic measurements indicated that the lifetime of benzophenone (donor) chromophore was longer than that of the zinc(II) phthalocyanine (acceptor). The fluorescence of the peripheral benzophenone chromophores was quenched by the phthalocyanine group attached to the focal point. All of these observations suggest that an intramolecular singlet energy transfer occurs in Gn-DZnPc(BP)8n molecules. The light-harvesting abilities of these molecules increased with generations due to an increase in the number of benzophenone chromophores. The energy transfer efficiencies were ca. 0.49 and 0.68 for generations 1 and 2, respectively, and the rate constants of the singlet-singlet energy transfer were ca. 108 s?1. The rate constants changed inconspicuously with increase of dendron generations. The intramolecular singlet-singlet energy transfer is proposed to proceed mainly via a Förster-type interaction mechanism involving the dendrimer backbone as a scaffold to hold the peripheral benzophenone chromophores and the phthalocyanine core together. This dendrimer was an effective new energy transmission complex with high efficiency and could be used as a potential light-harvesting system.  相似文献

The synthesis and characterization of metal-free (H2-Pc) and metal-containing (Zn, Co, and Cu) derivatives of a symmetrically octa-substituted phthalocyanine derived from 4,5-bis[2-(phenylthio)ethoxy]phthalonitrile were carried out by microwave irradiation. The electrochemical properties of the metal-free phthalocyanine 4 and metallophthalocyanine complexes 5 and 6 were investigated by cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry. We have previously investigated the electrochemical properties of the tetra substituted 2-(phenylthio)ethoxy phthalocyanines. The reduction potential of the octa-substituted metal-free phthalocyanine shifted to more negative potential as a result of the electron donating of the 2-(phenylthio)ethoxy groups on the periphery compared to those of tetra substituted. The H2Pc and ZnPc demonstrated ligand-based electron transfer processes, while CoPc complex has a metal-based reduction process. Similar aggregation behavior was observed for octa-substituted phthalocyanines. The compounds were characterized using IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, elemental analysis, and MS spectral data.  相似文献

The tetra peripherally β-substituted 2(3),9(10),16(17),23(24)-tetrakis undecyloxy phthalocyanine derivatives, M{Pc[O-(CH2)11CH3)]4} Pc: Phthalocyanine, [M: Zn(II)(2), Ga(III)(3), and Ti(IV)(4)], have been synthesized and characterized using FT-IR, 1H, and 13CNMR, MS (MALDI-TOF), UV–vis, atomic force microscopy, electro and spectroelectro chemical and elemental analysis. The new synthesized complexes are soluble in both polar solvents and nonpolar solvents, such as THF, DMF, CHCl3, CH2Cl2, benzene, and even hexane. Electrochemical and spectroelectrochemical measurements give common metal-based and/or Pc ring-based redox processes which support the proposed structures of the complexes. While titanium phthalocyanine exhibits metal- and Pc ring-based reduction and/or oxidation couples, gallium and zinc phthalocyanines give only Pc ring-based electron transfer processes.  相似文献

Abstract

The applicability of copper phthalocyanine (CuPc) as an organic semiconductor gas sensor for the detection of high concentrations of NO2 in air is the aim of this study. Thin films of CuPc were deposited by sublimation. Measurements were carried out to determine the effect of NO2 on the conductivity of a CuPc film. A phthalocyanine (4) with four salicylhydrazone ligating groups that are directly linked through oxygen bridges to the macrocyclic core has been synthesized by condensation of tetrakis(4-formylphenoxy)phthalocyaninato zinc(II) (3) with salicylhydrazine. Salicylhydrazine was crystallized in methanol during the synthetic procedure. The crystal structure has triclinic space group P-1 with a = 5.8292(6) Å, b = 7.3039(7) Å, c = 17.9798(18) Å, α = 84.272(8)°, β = 89.184(8)°, γ = 81.469(8)°, and Z = 4. Intramolecular O–H?O and intermolecular O–H?O, N–H?N, N–H?O hydrogen bonds were determined in the crystal structure. In addition, there is a weak C–H?π interaction. Complexation on the periphery to yield tri-nuclear Zn(II)Pcs (57) was performed through the reaction of a Schiff base-substituted phthalocyanine (4) with MnCl2·4H2O, CoCl2·6H2O, or Ni(OAc)2 salts. Fourier transform infrared, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, UV–Vis, ICP-OES (inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopy), mass spectroscopies, and elemental analyses were applied to characterize the prepared compounds. Bleach catalyst activity of the prepared phthalocyanine complexes (57) was examined by the degradation of morin and curcumin, respectively. The catalysts had better activity for color removing in solutions at ambient temperature than to that of tetraacetylethylenediamine (TAED).  相似文献

Abstract

Synthesis and characterization of (E)-4-((5-bromo-2-(λ1-oxidanyl)benzylidene)amino)-N-(5-methyl-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl)benzenesulfonamide (1), its substituted phthalonitrile derivative (2), and its tetra substituted zinc(II) phthalocyanine complex (3) were performed. Compounds 1, 2, and 3 were characterized by methods such as elemental analyses, FT-IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR (except for 3), and MALDI-TOF mass spectra. The photophysical and photochemical properties of this substituted zinc(II) phthalocyanine complex aimed to be used as a photosensitizer were investigated in DMSO solution for determination of their photosensitizing abilities in photocatalytic applications such as photodynamic therapy (PDT). The influence of the substituent as a bioactive compound on the phthalocyanine skeleton on spectroscopic, photophysical, and photochemical properties were also determined and compared with unsubstituted zinc(II) phthalocyanine and some zinc(II) phthalocyanines containing different substituents previously studied. According to photophysical and photochemical investigations, 3 has potential as a photosensitizer for PDT.  相似文献

The number of isomers ir,t for stacked polymeric phthalocyanines in which each phthalocyanine ring is tetrasubstituted or octasubstituted with two different substituents (each benzene moiety substituted with both substitutents) is determined to be where m is the number of substituted phthalonitrile molecules incorporated into the polymer and x is the number of phthalocyanine macrocycles (degree of polymerization; m = 4x). Specifically, for a stacked polymeric phthalocyanine with x = 2; there exist 298 isomers. The stacked polymeric phthalocyanines with substituted phthalocyanine rings possess different symmetry groups (D2h, D2d, C4, C2V or CS E as sole symmetry operation). The results are valid for stacking of other macrocycles similar to phthalocyanine such as prophyrins.  相似文献

The effects of alkyloxy substituents attached to one phthalocyanine ligand of three heteroleptic bis(phthalocyaninato) yttrium complexes Y(Pc)[Pc(α‐OCH3)4] ( 1 ), Y(Pc)[Pc(α‐OCH3)8] ( 2 ), and Y(Pc)[Pc(β‐OCH3)8] ( 3 ), as well as their reduction products {Y(Pc)[Pc(α‐OCH3)4]}? ( 4 ), {Y(Pc)[Pc(α‐OCH3)8]}? ( 5 ), and {Y(Pc)[Pc(β‐OCH3)8]}? ( 6 ) [H2Pc(α‐OCH3)4=1,8,15,22‐tetrakis(methyloxy)phthalocyanine; H2Pc(α‐OCH3)8=1,4,8,11,15,18,22,25‐octakis(methyloxy)phthalocyanine; H2Pc(β‐OCH3)8=2,3,9,10,16,17,23,24‐octakis(methyloxy)phthalocyanine] are studied by DFT calculations. Good consistency is found between the calculated results and experimental data for the electronic absorption, IR, and Raman spectra of 1 and 3 . Introduction of electron‐donating methyloxy groups on one phthalocyanine ring of the heteroleptic double‐deckers induces structural deformation in both phthalocyanine ligands, electron transfer between the two phthalocyanine rings, changes in orbital energy and composition, shift of electronic absorption bands, and different vibrational modes of the unsubstituted and substituted phthalocyanine ligands in the IR and Raman spectra in comparison with the unsubstituted homoleptic counterpart Y(Pc)2. The calculations reveal that incorporation of methyloxy substituents at the nonperipheral positions has greater influence on the structure and spectroscopic properties of bis(phthalocyaninato) yttrium double‐deckers than at the peripheral positions, which increases with increasing number of substituents. Nevertheless, the substituent effect of alkyloxy substituents at one phthalocyanine ligand of the double‐decker on the unsubstituted phthalocyanine ring and on the whole molecule and the importance of the position and number of alkyloxy substituents are discussed. In addition, the effect of reducing 1 – 3 to 4 – 6 on the structure and spectroscopic properties of the bis(phthalocyaninato) yttrium compounds is also discussed. This systemic DFT study is not only useful for understanding the structure and spectroscopic properties of bis(phthalocyaninato) rare earth metal complexes but also helpful in designing and preparing double‐deckers with tunable structure and properties.  相似文献

The phthalocyanine dyes, Remazol Turquoise Blue G133, Everzol Turquoise Blue and Heligon Blue S4 are found to be biosorbed by Phanerochaete chrysosporium (white-rot fungi) and also metabolised by its ligninolytic extracellular enzymes resulting in dye decolourisation, formation of free copper ions and organic metabolites with ultimate extensive phthalocyanine ring breakdown. It is believed that the ligninolytic extracellular enzyme laccase is involved in the early production of a metabolite M8 which involves break-up of the conjugated phthalocyanine ring structure but which retains multi-negative charge. Another ligninolytic extracellular enzyme, manganese peroxidase, is believed to be involved in the release of Cu2+ from the phthalocyanine structure to give a non-copper-containing phthalocyanine metabolite M1 with a slightly longer migration time than the parent dye and absorption at 666 nm. The phthalocyanine ring structure is also broken up by metabolic processes that involve desulphonation and oxidation to give phthalimide (M3) and an unidentified electroactive metabolite M2. Other minor, unidentified metabolites are observed using capillary electrophoresis and liquid chromatography.  相似文献

以四磺酸铝氯酞菁1为原料,采用氨基转化法,经磺酰氯化和Hinsberg磺酰胺化反应合成四磺酰铝氯酞菁2和四(6-氨基己酸磺酰基)铝氯酞菁3,产物结构经元素分析,IR,1HNMR和MS-ESI表征。3在磷酸盐缓冲溶液中与两亲嵌段共聚物聚乙二醇-聚-L-赖氨酸(PEG-b-PLL)通过静电自组装,形成负载3的聚合物纳米粒子3/m。原子力显微镜(AFM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)表明3/m具有球形核壳结构,直径约为10~20 nm。紫外-可见吸收光谱和荧光光谱法研究了3/m的光物理性质。通过对不同孵育时间的人脐带血内皮细胞(HUVEC)摄取药代动力学测定3/m细胞摄取率和MTT法评价3/m的离体光动力活性,相对自由酞菁3,3/m的细胞摄取率大大提高,且提前1 h达到最高浓度,而且细胞抑制率明显增大,约为3的2倍。  相似文献

通过在铽的酞菁卟啉混杂三层的卟啉周边共价连接体积庞大的笼型倍半硅氧烷(POSS),得到了首个包含POSS的混 杂三层Tb2(Pc)[T(OPOSS)4PP]2(1)[H2Pc=phthalocyanine;H2T(OPOSS)4PP=5,10,15,20-tetra{[[N-[heptakis(isobutyl)propoxy]phenyl]octasiloxane]}porphyrin]。为了对比研究,同时合成了类似的三层化合物Tb2(Pc)(TPP)2(2)(H2TPP=5,10,15,20-tetraphenyporphyrin)。尤其值得注意的是,在没有外加磁场的条件下,Tb2(Pc)[T(OPOSS)4PP]2(1)和Tb2(Pc)(TPP)2(2)分别表现出单分子磁体和非单分子磁体的性质,这充分说明了共价连接均匀分布的POSS基团有效地分离了磁性核心,从而改善了酞菁卟啉混杂三层的磁性。  相似文献

The new tetra-non-peripherally benzenesulfonic acid-substituted hydrophilic gallium chloride and indium chloride phthalocyanine complexes have been synthesized by cyclotetramerization of 4-(2,3-dicyanophenyl)benzenesulfonic acid (1). The newly synthesized phthalocyanines have been characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, proton nuclear magnetic resonance, mass and UV–vis spectroscopy techniques. The water-soluble gallium(III) phthalocyanine derivative (2) was aggregated in aqueous media but was fully disaggregated in the presence of a surfactant Triton X-100. The incorporation of sulfonate moieties of the phthalocyanine macrocycle provides hydrophilic character to the new compounds, which is useful for drug administration and serves as crucial in PDT application. So, the photochemical properties (singlet oxygen quantum yields and photodegradation quantum yields) and photophysical properties (fluorescence behavior) of the complexes were reported in different solutions (DMSO and water). The results of spectral measurements showed that both np-GaPc (2) and np-InPc (3) can be used as sensitizers in PDT because of their singlet oxygen efficiencies.  相似文献

Three different kinds of rare-earth metal phthalocyanine complexes (Pc2LuH, Pc3Gd2, R12 Pc3Dy2) were synthesized. Their ultra-thin films were prepared by the Langmuir-Blodgett technique. Crystallites were observed in Langmuir film of Pc3Gd2 by means of transmission electron microscopy. The limiting molecular areas of the phthalocyanine derivatives on pure water increased in the order mono-, di- and triphthalocyanine, implying that these phthalocyanine molecules are stacked with a face-to-face orientation and edge-on to the water surface. By using scanning tunneling microscopy individual molecules of lutetium diphthalocyanine adsorbed on graphite surfaces were imaged for the first time.  相似文献

Studying the reaction of PcSiX2 (X = Cl, OH) with KOH in DMSO we first discovered red D-A complexes [(Pc2−)·PcSiX2] and [(Pc2−)·O2] in which silicon phthalocyanine dianion Pc2− is a donor, and the parent phthalocyanine silicon or oxygen are acceptors of electron density. The complexes were characterized by electron absorption, NMR, and ESR spectra. In the reactions with Me3SiCl, H2O, or CH3COOH the complexes regenerate phthalocyanine and O2. In O2 atmosphere the [(Pc2−)·O2] complex gradually degrades affording a product of unknown nature.  相似文献

Novel pyrene‐fused unsymmetrical phthalocyanine derivatives 2,3,9,10,16,17‐hexakis(2,6‐dimethylphenoxy)‐22,25‐diaza(2,7‐di‐tert‐butylpyrene)[4,5]phthalocyaninato zinc complex Zn[Pc(Pz‐pyrene)(OC8H9)6] ( 1 ) and 2,3,9,10‐tra(2,6‐dimethylphenoxy)‐15,18,22,25‐traza(2,7‐di‐tert‐butylpyrene)[4,5]phthalocyaninato zinc compound Zn[Pc(Pz‐pyrene)2(OC8H9)4] ( 2 ) were isolated for the first time. These unsymmetrical pyrene‐fused phthalocyanine derivatives have been characterized by a wide range of spectroscopic and electrochemical methods. In particular, the pyrene‐fused phthalocyanine structure was unambiguously revealed on the basis of single crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis of 1 , representing the first structurally characterized phthalocyanine derivative fused with an aromatic moiety larger than benzene.  相似文献

Abstract

We have synthesized a new phthalonitrile with different substituents in 4- and 5-positions (1). Cyclotetramerization of 1 yielded phthalocyanines with cobalt(II) (2), zinc(II) (3), gallium(III)chloride (4), and indium(III)chloride (5) containing diethylamino-phenoxy and hexylsulfanyl substituents on each benzene unit. Elemental analyses, Fourier transform infrared spectra, 1H-nuclear magnetic resonance spectra, mass spectra, and ultraviolet-visible spectra were used for characterization of the phthalocyanines. The aggregation behavior of the zinc phthalocyanine derivative was studied in different concentrations. Also four chloro and four diethyllaminophenoxy substituted zinc phthalocyanine (6) and octa-diethylaminophenoxy substituted zinc phthalocyanine (7) were synthesized. These phthalocyanines (3, 6, and 7) were compared for electronic absorption spectra, fluorescence quantum yields, fluorescent lifetimes, and fluorescence quenching in the presence of benzoquinone. The fluorescence quantum yield gives the efficiency of the fluorescence process. The fluorescence lifetime is an important parameter for practical applications of fluorescence such as fluorescence resonance energy transfer and fluorescence-lifetime imaging microscopy.  相似文献

We proposed a new approach to the synthesis of heteroleptic crown-substituted terbium(III) bisphthalocyaninate, [(15C5)4Pc]Tb(Pc) (1) based on the reaction of unsubstituted lanthanum bisphthalocyaninate (La(Pc)2) with tetra-15-crown-5-phthalocyanine (H2[(15C5)4Pc]) and terbium(III) acetate in a mixture of octanol and chloronaphthalene in the presence of 1,8-diazabicyclo[ 5.4.0]undec-7-ene as an organic base. For the first time, we carried out a comparative spectrophotometric titration of compound 1 with MBPh4 solutions (M = K, Rb, Cs) and demonstrated the formation of isostructural cofacial supramolecular dimers. Spectral-structural correlations were developed for evaluation of the distances between phthalocyanine ligands in new supramolecular assemblies, which can be used for the development of polynuclear suprasingle-molecule magnetic materials.
