以氨三乙酸HNTA2-为主要配体, 缬氨酸(valine)或亮氨酸(leucine)为次要配体在微酸性介质中合成了Ni(Ⅱ), Cu(Ⅱ), and Zn(Ⅱ)的三元配合物。用元素分析、热分析、FTIR, UV-Vis分光光度法, 磁性测量和质谱法表征了合成的三元配合物。结果表明, 三元配合物可在金属(M):氨三乙酸(HNTA):缬氨酸(valine)或亮氨酸(leucine)=1:1:1时制得, 其分子结构为 [M(HNTA)(valine)(H2O)2]·1.5H2O and [M(HNTA)(leucine)(H2O)2]·1.5H2O(其中M=Ni(Ⅱ) or Cu(Ⅱ))和H2[Zn(NTA)(valine)(H2O)]H2O。标题三元过渡金属配合物为八面体对称构型。同时研究了该三元配合物对大肠杆菌, 金黄色葡萄球菌, 白色念珠菌, 黄曲霉菌(菌株从开罗大学理学院微分析中心获得)的抗菌活性。根据推荐的知名方法用标准的抗菌和抗真菌剂进行体外测试(in vitro)以评估我们的新制备的配合物对细菌和真菌物种的生长抑制活性。 相似文献

在聚乙烯醇存在下 ,利用 Bi( ) -碘化钾 -碱性染料三元体系水相光度法测定铋已有报道[1 ] ,在聚乙烯醇存在下利用铋 -硫氰酸盐 -孔雀石绿三元体系测定铋亦有报道[2 ] ,在此基础上本文研究了在聚乙烯醇存在下 ,Bi( ) -硫氰酸盐 -甲基紫三元显色反应 ,在 p H为 1 .0~ 3.0 ,λmax=60 0 nm时 ,灵敏度较高( ε=7.2 5× 1 0 5) ,除 Cu( )、Fe( )等 ,其它共存离子基本无干扰 ,线性范围 1 .4~ 1 0 μg/2 5ml。1 试验部分1 .1 主要仪器与试剂72 1型分光光度计 (四川分析仪器厂 )p HS- 3型酸度计 (北京分析仪器厂 )铋标准溶液 :1 mg· ml- … 相似文献

合成了钴的三元配合物 [Co(H2 O) (C12 H8N2 ) 3 ](ClO4) 2 ,其结构经元素分析和IR表征。于pH =5 .7的HOAc -NaOAc缓冲溶液中用循环伏安法研究了配体、Co(Ⅱ )离子、Co(Ⅱ )二元及Co(Ⅱ )三元配合物在玻碳电极上的电化学行为。实验结果表明 ,在 - 1.0V~ 1.0V(vs·SCE)Co(Ⅱ )三元配合物在玻碳电极上的电化学行为为可逆氧化还原过程 ,EPa=0 .15 1V ,EPc=0 .0 80V ,ΔEp 约为 70mV。 相似文献

在较温和的条件下,利用二苯甲酰甲烷为第一配体,甲基丙烯酸为第二配体与氯化铕在乙醇中反应,合成了一个新的稀土三元配合物Eu(DBM)2MA.2H2O[DBM:C6H5COCHCOC6H5,MA:CH2C(CH3)COO-]。然后将铕三元配合物与甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)进行共聚反应,制备了一个新的键合型稀土高分子共聚物。通过元素分析、EDTA配位滴定分析、红外、紫外、荧光光谱分析测定了配合物及共聚物的组成、结构和发光性能;利用差热-热重分析测定了共聚物的热稳定性,用差示扫描量热法和凝胶色谱法测定了共聚物的玻璃化温度和平均分子量。研究结果表明,稀土三元配合物和相应的共聚物在612.94 nm处均能发出强的Eu3+特征荧光。 相似文献

碱金属、碱土金属、希土元素、锕系元素的阳离子与冠醚形成配合物的报导已有许多,但过渡金属Mn、Co、Ni、Cu的二价阳离子与冠醚形成配合物的报导却很少,而且不成系统,还未见到Fe~(3+)、Cr~(8+)与冠醚形成配合物的报导。我们以12-冠-4(Ⅰ)、15-冠-5(Ⅱ)、18-冠-6(Ⅲ)为配体,制备了Fe~(3+)、Cr~(3+)、Mn~(2+)、Co~(2+)、Ni~(2+)Cu~(2+)的硝酸盐和氯化物两系列配合物。 相似文献

用阿魏酸与Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn的硝酸盐制备了5种过渡金属配合物,通过红外光谱、热重-差热分析、元素分析、荧光和紫外光谱的方法对配合物进行了表征,确定了配合物的组成。并对配体和配合物进行了全血凝血时间、复钙时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间、凝血酶原时间的测定,结果表明5种配合物具有较好的抗凝血性质。通过荧光光谱、紫外光谱、圆二色谱研究了配合物与人血清白蛋白(HSA)的相互作用,HSA的荧光光谱表明配合物对其有荧光猝灭作用并使其发射峰位置红移,紫外光谱表明配合物的加入导致HSA吸收强度增加且吸收峰位置紫移,圆二色谱表明配合物的存在可引起HSA构象的变化。推测配合物抗凝血作用的起效与其和血清白蛋白之间的相互作用有一定的联系。 相似文献

Aggregation‐caused quenching (ACQ) is a general phenomenon that is faced by traditional fluorescent polymers. Aggregation‐induced emission (AIE) is exactly opposite to ACQ. AIE molecules are almost nonemissive in their molecularly dissolved state, but they can be induced to show high fluorescence in the aggregated or solid state. Incorporation of AIE phenomenon into polymer design has yielded various polymers with AIE characteristics. In this review, the recent progress of AIE polymers for biological applications is summarized.

The reaction of molybdenum, tungsten and manganese carbonyls with several thiazole heterocycle ligands yielded a number of coordinated transition metal complexes 1 – 10 . Of these complexes 1 – 6 are new compounds which have not been reported to date. The structures of new compounds were characterized by FT‐IR and 1H‐NMR spectroscopy as well as single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis. Complexes 1 – 10 are carbon monoxide releasing molecules that show structure‐related anti‐cancer activity. The cytotoxicity of all compounds on Hela cells was evaluated by MTT assay, and the results show that carbon monoxide releasing molecules containing such Schiff base ligands may have biomedical applications for their anti‐tumor effect. 相似文献

Coumarin is a privilege scaffold in medicinal chemistry. Coumarin derivatives are still an emerging class of highly potent pharmaceutical drugs, best known in the field of antimicrobials and anticoagulants. Thiocoumarins are a particular class of coumarins in which one or two of the oxygen atoms are replaced by a sulfur. They are chemically subdivided in three groups: Thiocoumarins, 2-thioxocoumarins, and dithiocoumarins. This review emphasizes the rationale behind the synthesis and biological applications of the most relevant publications related to this family of compounds. Particular attention has been given to their potential as drug candidates, with particular emphasis in the last 5 years. Abstract Phenothiazines (PT) are an important family of compound from a medical point of view. They are widely used among the tricyclic antidepressants. Their application in therapy requires methods for their determination in pharmaceuticals and body fluids. The extractive-spectrophotometric methods are very useful for these determinations. They are based on the formation of the binary and ternary complexes. Phenothiazines react with some organic substances (e.g., picric acid, alizarin S, bromocresol green, and triphenylmethane dyes) as well as with thiocyanate or halide complexes of metals [e.g., Co(II), Pd(II), Fe(III), Cr(III), Au(III), Ti(IV), Pt(IV), Mo(V), W(V), U(VI)] forming well-defined ion-association compounds. The compounds are sparingly soluble in water but quantitatively extracted from the aqueous phase into organic solvents. The extracts are intensely colored and stable for a few days. These properties are the basis for utilizing the binary and ternary complexes of phenothiazines in chemical and pharmaceutical analysis. 用5-氯邻羟苯甲醛与2-氨基-5-硝基噻唑(L1H)和4-氯苯甲醛与2-氨基-3-羟基吡啶(L2H)的反应,再用传统和微波方法将生成物与Cr髥,Co(II),Ni髤和Cu髤合成了一些席夫碱配合物。用元素分析,FTIR,快原子轰击质谱,摩尔电导率,电子光谱,1H-NMR,ESR,磁化率,热分析,电导率和XRD等对这些化合物进行了表征。这些配合物在空气中稳定并有颜色。分析数据表明所有配合物金属与配体的比均为1∶2,配位数为4或6。原子轰击质谱和热分析数据说明了这些配合物的降解方式。XRD图给出了这些配合物的结晶情况。席夫碱的上述金属配合物对革兰氏阳性菌:金黄色葡萄球菌和革兰氏阴性菌:大肠埃希菌(大肠杆菌)和真菌:黑曲霉和白色念珠菌显示出良好的抗菌活性。 相似文献
