An organic–inorganic hybrid material based on paradodecatungstate building blocks and sodium–aminoacetic acid complex subunits,{Na10(H3N–CH2–COO)2[H2W12O42]}·28H2O (1), have been synthesized under mildly acidic conditions. This compound was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis, IR and UV–visible spectroscopies, and cyclic voltammetry. The compound crystallizes in the triclinic space group P-1 with a = 11.879(2) Å, b = 12.706(2) Å, c = 13.067(2) Å, α = 74.11(3)°, β = 79.71(3)°, γ = 65.95(3)°, V = 1727.2(5) Å3, and Z = 1. The crystal structure consists of infinite 2D layers constructed from [H2W12O42]10? clusters and sodium–aminoacetic acid complexes; adjacent layers are further joined by the complex units and sodium cations to yield a three-dimensional network.  相似文献

An organic–inorganic hybrid material based on paradodecatungstate anions and imidazolium cations, Na2(HIm)8(H2W12O42)·10H2O (HIm: imidazolium), has been synthesized under mildly acidic conditions. This compound was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, IR and UV–visible spectroscopies, and thermogravimetric and differential thermal analyses. The compound crystallizes in the triclinic P-1 space group with a = 11.6945(8) Å, b = 12.4782(6) Å, c = 14.0952(9) Å, α = 106.041(3)°, β = 109.338(2)°, γ = 100.249(3)°, V = 1781.0(3) Å3, and Z = 2. The crystal structure exhibits an infinite 1D inorganic structure built from [H2W12O42]10? clusters and sodium cations; adjacent chains are further joined up by hydrogen-bonding interactions between protonated imidazole cations, water molecules, and polyoxoanions, to form a 3D supramolecular architecture.  相似文献

A new organic–inorganic hybrid compound (2-AMP)4[Se2Mo5O21]·2H2O (1) [2-AMP = 2-aminopyridinium] has been synthesized and characterized by IR spectrum, UV–Vis spectra, 1H NMR spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analyses, cyclic voltammetry measurements and single crystal X-ray diffraction. Compound 1 crystallizes in the triclinic system with space group P-1 and a = 11.451(6) Å, b = 13.478(3) Å, c = 14.037(2) Å, α = 108.956(2)°, β = 96.260(2)°, γ = 97.174(3)°, Z = 2. The title compound contains four protonized 2-AMP cations, five distorted MoO6 octahedra and two SeO3 pyramids by sharing vertices and edges. These five Mo atoms are nearly coplanar, and two SeO3 pyramids lie on both sides of this plane. The interactions between [Se2Mo5O21]4? clusters are established through hydrogen contacts which involve selenium, water molecules and 2-aminopyridine cations to form a three-dimensional structure.  相似文献

A novel 5-aminotetrazole mixed ligands complex of formula [Cu(PTS)2(ATZ)2(H2O)2] (C16H24CuN10O8S2, PTS = p-toluenesulfonate, ATZ = 5-aminotetrazole) has been obtained by the reaction of 5-aminotetrazole with copper acetate and p-toluenesulfonic acid on heating in water. It was characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR spectroscopy, and X-ray single crystal diffraction. The compound crystallizes in monoclinic system, space group P21/c, Z = 2, a = 14.079(4) Å, b = 6.088(3) Å, c = 14.632(4) Å, β = 105.268(4)°, V = 1209.8(5) Å3. The central copper(II) cation is coordinated by two N atoms and four O atoms from two ATZ ligands, two water molecules and two p-toluenesulfonate ions to form a six-coordinated and distorted octahedral structure. Neutral ATZ is coordinated in the monodentate mode by the N(4) atom. The sulfonate group of the PTS ligand remains weak-coordinated modes and forms a number of hydrogen bonds with water molecule ligands and ATZ ligands. A supramolecular framework is connected by electrostatic interaction, weak coordinated bonding, hydrogen-bonding, and π–π interaction. The thermal decomposition mechanism of the title compound was predicted based on DSC, TG-DTG, and FT-IR analyses. Thermolysis of ATZ and its several derivatives is compared.  相似文献

A new three-dimensional platinum(II)–thallium(I) coordination polymer [{Pt(pda)(NHCOtBu)2}4Tl4][Pt(CN)4]2·2H 2 O (pda = 1,2-propyldiamine) has been prepared from the direct reaction of [Tl2Pt(CN)4] and [Pt(pda)(NHCOtBu)2] in water, and its structure was characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis. The compound crystallizes in monoclinic, space group Pn, a = 11.567(2) Å, b = 11.570(2) Å, c = 37.677(8)Å, β = 94.64(3)°, V = 5025.8(17) Å3, Z = 2, R1 = 0.0679 and wR2 = 0.1574 [I >  2σ (I)], Goodness-of-fit on F 2 = 1.055. The compound exhibits a novel 3D network structure consisting of [Pt(CN)4]2? connected 1D infinite Pt–Tl–Pt–Tl chains via strong Pt–Tl bonds.  相似文献

A novel 3D compound, {K3H2[Cu(Gly)2]3BW12O40}·10H2O 1 (Gly = glycine), has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR, TG analyses, cyclic voltammetry, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Compound 1 contains square-grid layers constructed by potassium cations and copper-glycine coordination complexes, the [BW12O40]4? anions as templates are accommodated in the square grids by connecting with the K atoms. The K atoms link [BW12O40]4? anions from different layers together to yield a 3D novel structure. A new chain-like organic–inorganic hybrid compound composed of the heteropolyanions and isopolyanions, [{CuII(2,2′-bpy)}6(MoVMoVI 5O22)] [PMoVI 12O40] · H2O 1 (bpy = 2,2′-bipyridine) has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, TG analysis, XPS spectrum and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Crystal data for compound 1: monoclinic, space group P 2(1)/c, a = 13.9382(14) Å, b = 20.0300(19) Å, c = 17.1757(17) Å, β = 94.054(2)°, V = 4783.2(8) Å3, Z = 2. The Keggin-heteropolyanion [PMo12O40]3? and the Cu-supporting isopolyanion [{Cu(2,2′-bpy)}6(Mo6O22)]3+ building units are bridged through the O–Cu–O bridges into 1D infinite chain. Note that, the [{Cu(2,2′-bpy)}6(Mo6O22)]3+ unit, which contains a rarely reported isopolyanion [Mo6O22]9? decorated by six [Cu(2,2′-bpy)] fragments. Furthermore, the electrochemical behavior of a 1-modified carbon paste electrode (1-CPE) and its electrocatalytic reduction of nitrite were investigated.  相似文献

Crystal structure analysis shows the cucurbit[6]uril host and its tetrahydrofuran (THF) guest in the Pmn21 crystal lattice. The crystal data and refinement parameter for the title compound are: a = 14.027(3), b = 11.807(3), c = 16.760(4) Å, V = 2774.7(9) Å3. For Z = 2 and Mw = 1529.52, the calculate density Dcal = 1.825 g/cm3. Hydrogen bonding interaction assembled the adjacent {[La(H2O)6Cl](C4H8O@C36H36N24O12)}2+ cations into a novel one-dimensional superamolecular chain.  相似文献

A novel dihydropyrimidine (DHPM) derivative bearing a carbamoyl moiety was synthesized by an efficient three-component Biginelli reaction and was characterized spectroscopically and finally confirmed by X-ray diffraction studies. The title compound C20H20N4O4 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with cell parameters a=12.8970(12) Å, b=13.6210(11) Å, c=11.8420(13) Å, β=115.860(3)°, Z=4 and V=1872.0(3) Å3. The conformation of the dihydropyrimidine ring is unusual; it is planar instead of the usual boat-like conformation. The 3-nitrophenyl ring is orthogonal to the 3,4-DHPM ring. The carbonyl group is in an anti-clinal conformation.  相似文献

A new sandwich polyoxometalate Na4Zn2[Zn2(H2O)10(ZnCl)6(B-α- BiW9O33)2] · 40.5H2O (1) has been obtained in aqueous solution and characterized by IR, UV, element analysis, TG and single-crystal X-ray analysis. Polyoxoanion 1 is composed of a Zn 6 12+ hexagon sandwiched by two [BiW9O33]9? units, which is firstly observed in tungstobismutate. Two new pentaborates [M(dap)3][B5O6(OH)4]2·H2O (M = Co (1) and Ni (2); dap = 1,2-diaminopropane) have been hydrothermally synthesized. Both structures were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction and further characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR, thermogravimetric analysis and photoluminescence spectroscopy. Two compounds are isostructural and consist of isolated pentaborate [B5O6(OH)4]? anions and [M(dap)3]2+ complex cations. The anionic [B5O6(OH)4]? groups are linked by extensive hydrogen bonds to form a 3-D supramolecular framework with large channels, in which the transition-metal complex templates are located. The luminescent properties of 1 and 2 were studied, and blue luminescence occurs with an emission maximum at 405 and 408 nm upon excitation at 332 and 328 nm respectively. A new Keggin polyoxometalate-based polymer, formulated as (Hppy)2Cu2(ppy)4[SiMo12O40] (1) ppy = 4-(5-phenylpyridin-2-yl)pyridine, had been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. Complex 1 exhibits a one-dimensional polyoxometalate-based chain constructed from Keggin anions of [SiMo12O40]4? weakly connected by dinuclear [Cu(ppy)2] groups. This complex crystallizes in the triclinic space group P-1, a = 12.621(3) Å, b = 13.168(3) Å, c = 17.467(4) Å, α = 86.09(3)°, β = 85.35(3)°, γ = 64.10(3)°, = 2601.1(9) Å3, Z = 1. Two new one-dimensional chain-like compounds, K4Na4[Mn2(H2O)8Mn4(H2O)2(GeW9O34)2] · 20.5H2O (1) and K2Na4Cu2(H2O)12[Cu(H2O)2Cu4(H2O)2(SiW9O34)2] · 15H2O (2), constructed from the sandwich-type clusters, have been obtained by the routine synthetic reactions in aqueous solutions, and their structures were determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis. The crystal data is following: for 1, space group, monoclinic, P 21/n, a = 16.693(3) Å, b = 14.935(3) Å, c = 20.090(4) Å, β = 92.23(3)°, V = 5004.7(17) Å3, Z = 2; For 2, space group, triclinic, P ?1, a = 11.744(2) Å, b = 13.415(3) Å, c = 17.609(4) Å, α = 73.08(3)°, β = 82.68(3)°, γ = 65.18(3)°, V = 2409.1(8) Å3, Z = 1. The crystal structure of 1 shows a 1D ladder-like chain, built up of the sandwich anions [Mn4(H2O)2(GeW9O34)2]12? and the Mn2+ ions. Compound 2 is a polymeric chain, composed of the Cu-substituted sandwich-type anions [Cu4(H2O)2(SiW9O34)2]12? linked by the Cu(H2O)4 clusters. These extended materials based on the sandwich-type polyoxoanions are rarely reported in the POM chemistry.  相似文献

A mixed-valence Keggin-structural 12-molybdophosphoric acid hydrate, NH4(C4N2H12)(C2N2H10)2 [Mo 4 V Mo 8 VI PO40]·2H2O (1), has been synthesized hydrothermally and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis, TG, XRD, IR, Raman, UV–Vis diffuse reflection spectrum and XPS spectrum. The compound 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system with cell parameters of a = 20.668(4) Å, b = 10.827(2) Å, c = 21.508(4) Å, β = 117.070(3)°, V = 4,285.6(14) Å3, and space group C 2/c, Z = 4 at 293 K. The final full-matrix least-squares refinement converged to R 1 = 0.029 for the observed reflections (4,721) with I > 2σ(I) and wR 2 = 0.065 for all data (4,837) and S = 1.048. Compared with another compound, (C4N2H12)(C2N2H10)2[Mo5P2O23] (2) (Chen et al., Chin J Struct Chem 30:1178, 2011), compound 1 was obtained via only changing molar ratio of reactants and the pH value of reaction system. Meanwhile, compound 1 contains the same two kinds of organonitrogen ligands, even their molar ratio, but entirely different space architecture and distinct heteropoly blue building block, [Mo 4 V Mo 8 VI PO40]7?. The crystal packing of 1 presents interesting 1D Zig-zag, 2D laminated and even 3D honeycomb-like configurations.  相似文献

A new porous zinc arsenite Zn3As2O6 1 has been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions, and characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction, IR and TG analysis. The structural analysis reveals that compound 1 is constructed from a network of AsO3 trigonal pyramids and ZnO4 tetrahedra, and represents a 3D framework with one-dimensional 8-membered-ring channels and interesting helical Zn–O chains. Two novel borates [(CH3)3NH][B5O6(OH)4] (I) and Na2[H2TMED][B7O9(OH)5]2 (II) have been synthesized under solvothermal conditions, and characterized by elemental analyses, FT-IR spectroscopy, and single crystal X-ray diffraction. Crystal data for I: monoclinic, P21/c, a = 9.3693(11) Å, b = 14.0375(17) Å, c = 10.0495(9) Å, β = 91.815(9)°, Z = 4. Crystal data for II: monoclinic, P21/c, a = 11.6329(2) Å, b = 11.9246(3) Å, c = 10.2528(2) Å, β = 100.178(2)°, Z = 4. Their crystal structures both have 3D supramolecular framework with large channels constructed by O–H···O hydrogen-bonding among the polyanions of [B5O6(OH)4]? or [B7O9(OH)5]2? clusters. The templating organic amines cations in I and II are both located in the channels of 3D supramolecular frameworks, respectively, and interact with the polyborate frameworks both electrostatically and via hydrogen bonds of N–H···O. Na2[H2TMED][B7O9(OH)5]2 is the first example of heptaborate co-templated by alkali metal and organic base, which is also rare in borates. The photoluminescence property of the synthetic sample of Na2[H2TMED][B7O9(OH)5]2 in the solid state at room temperature was also investigated by fluorescence spectrophotometer.  相似文献

Single crystals of a new organic–inorganic compound, (C5H6N5)2Cr2O7 (1), adeninium dichromate, were grown by the slow evaporation technique and characterized by X-ray diffraction, infrared absorption, and the optical properties were also investigated by UV-vis absorption spectroscopy. The compound crystallizes in the triclinic system and P-1 space group with a = 11.6850(2) Å, b = 11.7531(5) Å, c = 14.5603(7) Å, α = 83.956(3)°, β = 70.481(4)°, γ = 61.863(2)°, V = 1658.70(12) Å3. The structure of the compound consists of four adeninium, (C5H5N2)+, cations, and two dichromate dianions with all the atoms situated in general positions. Each dichromate anion is formed by two tetrahedral CrO4 joined through shared O atoms and are linked to the cations with several weak hydrogen bonding interactions resulting in an extended network. 3-D Hirshfeld surface analysis and 2-D fingerprint plots indicate that the packing is dominated by H?O/O?H and H?N/N?H contacts.  相似文献

A new arsenic vanadium compound (NH4)2[N(CH3)4]4[β-As8V14O42(SO4)] 1 has been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction, IR spectrum, elemental analysis and thermogravimetic (TG) analysis. Compound 1 crystallizes in monoclinic system with space group P2(1)/c, a = 11.4631(5) Å, b = 11.3539(5) Å, c = 24.6265(10) Å, β = 93.6620(10)°, V = 3198.6(2) Å3, Z = 2, R1 = 0.0421 and wR2 = 0.1044. The molecule structural analysis reveals that compound 1 has a β-[As8V14O42(SO4)]6? arsenic–vanadium cluster anion.  相似文献

A new three-dimensional (3D) organic–inorganic hybrid compound based on the Wells–Dawson POMs modified by Ag(I) ions and bpe (bpe = bis(4-pyridyl)ethylene) molecules, {[Ag(C12N2H10)]3(H3P2W18O62)}·(C12N2H10)·4H2O, has been synthesized under hydrothermal condition and structurally characterized. Crystal data for the title compound: C48H51Ag3N8O66P2W18, monoclinic, space group P21/m, a = 13.623(5) Å, b = 25.345(5) Å, c = 13.858(5) Å, α = 90°, β = 98.038(5)°, γ = 90°, V = 4738(3) Å3. It represents an important example of the family of Wells–Dawson POMs modified by M–N chains, in which Wells–Dawson POMs covalently link eight transitional metal complex fragments and represent the highest track number (8) of M–N chains modifying Wells–Dawson POMs. Furthermore, the electrochemical properties of the title compound were studied.  相似文献

The title compound of [Ni(H2O)6(NaSO4)2] has been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The compound crystallizes in space group P21/c of the monoclinic system in a cell at 293.2 K of a=6.1820(12) Å, b=12.316(3) Å, c=9.0890(18) Å, β=106.03(3)°, and V=665.1(2) Å3. In the title compound, each SO4 tetrahedron coordinates with three Na(I) ions and each Na(I) connects to three SO4 tetrahedrons. Such a coordinate model makes up a two-dimensional network having two different kinds of rings and, in the bigger rings, the [Ni(H2O)6]2+ ions are located. In the solid state, some hydrogen bonds connect the title compound to form three-dimensional networks, stabilizing the crystal structure. Thermogravimetric analysis shows that there are three steps of weight loss from the beginning of 110 °C and the residue may be the mixtures of NiO2 and Na2O.  相似文献
