Solvent-free Synthesis of Tetramethylammonium Salts: Synthesis and Characterization of [N(CH3)4]2[C2O4], [N(CH3)4][CO3CH3], [N(CH3)4][NO2], [N(CH3)4][CO2H], and [N(CH3)4][O2C(CH2)2CO2CH3] A general procedure to synthesize tetramethylammonium salts is presented. Several tetramethylammonium salts were prepared in a crystalline state by solvent-free reaction of trimethylamine and different methyl compounds at mild conditions: [N(CH3)4]2[C2O4] (cubic; a = 1 114.8(3) pm), [N(CH3)4][CO3CH3] (P21/n; a = 813.64(3), b = 953.36(3), c = 1 131.3(4) pm, β = 90.03(1)°), [N(CH3)4][NO2] (Pmmn; a = 821.2(4), b = 746.5(3), c = 551.5(2) pm), [N(CH3)4][CO2H] (Pmmn; a = 792.8(7), b = 791.7(3), c = 563.3(4) pm) and [N(CH3)4][O2C(CH2)2CO2CH3] (P21; a = 731.1(2), b = 826.4(3), c = 1 025.2(3) pm, β = 110.1(1)°). The tetramethylammonium salts were characterized by IR-spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction. The crystal structures of the methylcarbonate and the nitrite are described.  相似文献

Single-crystal X-ray structure analyses of N(nPr)4[B5O6(OH)4][B(OH)3]2,1, and N(nBu)4 [B5O6(OH)4][B(OH)3]2,2, reveal that these materials are novel clathrates, the isotypic host structures of which are three-dimensional assemblies of hydrogen-bonded [B5O6(OH)4] ionsand B(OH)3 molecules. The assembly of only the pentaborate anions is a distorted (i.e., along [102] elongated) fourconnected diamond-related network. The N(nPr) 4 + and N(nBu) 4 + ions are trapped within the complex three-dimensional channel systems of the host frameworks. Both1 and2 crystallize monoclinically with space groupP21/c andZ=4. The cell constants are:1:a=13.592(5),b=12.082(2),c=17.355(6) Å, =106.60(2)° (298K);2:a=13.874(3),b=12.585(1),c=17.588(4) Å, =107.04(1)° (238 K). The results obtained by both11B and13C MAS NMR spectroscopy are discussed. Thermogravimetric studies under a flowing inert-gas atmosphere suggest that water, stemming from polycondensation of the hydrous borate species, is released from the clathrates at ca. 443 K (1) and 398 K (2) before the decomposition of the organic cations starts at ca. 603 K (1) and 603 K (2).Author for correspondence. Two novel borates [(CH3)3NH][B5O6(OH)4] (I) and Na2[H2TMED][B7O9(OH)5]2 (II) have been synthesized under solvothermal conditions, and characterized by elemental analyses, FT-IR spectroscopy, and single crystal X-ray diffraction. Crystal data for I: monoclinic, P21/c, a = 9.3693(11) Å, b = 14.0375(17) Å, c = 10.0495(9) Å, β = 91.815(9)°, Z = 4. Crystal data for II: monoclinic, P21/c, a = 11.6329(2) Å, b = 11.9246(3) Å, c = 10.2528(2) Å, β = 100.178(2)°, Z = 4. Their crystal structures both have 3D supramolecular framework with large channels constructed by O–H···O hydrogen-bonding among the polyanions of [B5O6(OH)4]? or [B7O9(OH)5]2? clusters. The templating organic amines cations in I and II are both located in the channels of 3D supramolecular frameworks, respectively, and interact with the polyborate frameworks both electrostatically and via hydrogen bonds of N–H···O. Na2[H2TMED][B7O9(OH)5]2 is the first example of heptaborate co-templated by alkali metal and organic base, which is also rare in borates. The photoluminescence property of the synthetic sample of Na2[H2TMED][B7O9(OH)5]2 in the solid state at room temperature was also investigated by fluorescence spectrophotometer.  相似文献

A novel organic/inorganic hybrid molybdenum phosphate, [NH3(CH2CH2)2NH3]3[NH3(CH2CH2)2NH2]Na5-[Mo6O12(OH)3(PO4)(HPO4)3]2·4H2O (1), involving molybdenum presented in V oxidation, has been hydrothermally prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, i.r., u.v.–vis., x.p.s., t.g. and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The structure of the title compound (1) may be considered to consist of two [Mo6O12(OH)3(PO4)(HPO4)3] units bonded together with NaO6 octahedra, forming dimers. Further, these dimers connect with each other through four Na+ cations as bridges, giving rise to novel one-dimensional chain-like skeleton. Piperazines exist among inorganic chains acting as charge balancing cations.  相似文献

Double complex [RuNO(NH3)4OH][PtCl4] (I) and [RuNO(NH3)4OH][PdCl4] (II) salts have been prepared and explored with TGA, IR spectroscopy, powder and single crystals X-ray diffraction. Crystal phases of I and II are isostructural (space group Cmc21) and have the following crystal chemical characteristics: a = 8.106 Å, b = 18.190(3) Å, c = 8.097 Å, V = 1194.0 Å3, Z = 4, ρcalc = 3.077 g/cm3 (I), and a = 8.116 Å, b = 18.135 Å, c = 8.062 Å, V = 1186.5 Å3, Z = 4, ρcalc = 2.600 g/cm3 (II). The product of thermal decomposition of I in inert and hydrogen atmospheres is a substitution solid solution Pt0.5Ru0.5 with the parameter of the FCC unit cell a = 3.856(3) Å. 首次合成了[CH3NH3][NH3(CH2)6NH3]H3[P2Mo2W16O62]·H2O,通过元素分析、红外光谱和X射线单晶衍射对合成产物进行了表征,并用TGA-DSC研究了化合物的热稳定性.晶体属单斜晶系,P21/m空间群,a=1.2596(3)nm,b=1.8715(4)nm,c=1.9816(4)nm,α=γ=90°,β=90.16(3)°,V=4.671(2)nm3,Z=2,Mr=4358.66,Dc=3.100g·cm-3,μ=19.978mm-1,F(000)=3792,R=0.0835,Rw=0.2026.结果表明,在晶体结构内形成了0.7364nm×0.8354nm的微孔.  相似文献

A novel organically templated copper pentaborate, [Cu(C3N2H4)4][Cu(CH3COO)2(C3N2H4)2(H2O)2]‐ [B5O6(OH)4]2, was synthesized by hydrothermal reaction and characterized by elemental analysis, single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, FT‐IR spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy and TGA. The crystal structure of this compound consists of two copper‐centered polyhedra and two discrete [B5O6(OH)4]? pentaborate anions, which are linked together through intensive hydrogen bonding interactions, forming a 3D framework with large channels along c axis. The discrete pentaborate anions form infinite layers by hydrogen bonds. Moreover, the two crystallographically different octahedral coppers are connected by common oxygen atom to form an infinite chain.  相似文献

The compound [NH4(NH3)4][B(C6H5)4].NH3 (1) was prepared by the reaction of NaB(C(6)H(5))(4) with a proton-charged ion-exchange resin in liquid ammonia. [NH(4)(NH(3))(4)][Ca(NH(3))(7)]As(3)S(6).2NH(3) (2) and [NH4(NH3)4][Ba(NH3)8]As3S6.NH3 (3) were synthesized by reduction of As(4)S(4) with Ca and Ba in liquid ammonia. All ammoniates were characterized by low-temperature single-crystal X-ray structure analysis. They were found to contain the ammine-ammonium complex with the maximal possible number of coordinating ammonia molecules, the [NH4(NH3)4]+ ion. 1 contains a special dimer, the [(NH4(NH3)4)2(mu-NH3)2]2+ ion, which is formed by two[NH4(NH3)4]+ ions linked by two ammonia molecules. The H(3)N-H...N hydrogen bonds in all three compounds range from 1.82 to 2.20 A (DHA = Donor-H...Acceptor angles: 156-178 degrees). In 2 and 3, additional H(2)N-H...S bonds to the thioanions are observed, ranging between 2.49 and 3.00 A (DHA angles: 120-175 degrees). Two parallel phenyl rings of the [B(C(6)H(5))(4)](-) anion in 1 form a pi...pi hydrogen bond (C...C distance, 3.38 A; DHA angles, 82 degrees), leading to a dimeric [B(C6H5)4]2(2-) ion.  相似文献

Preparation and Crystal Structure of (CH3NH3)8[NdCl6][NdCl4(H20)2]2Cl3 (CH3NH3)8[NdCl6][NdCl4 (H2O)2]2Cl3 is for the first time prepared and investigated by X-ray, single crystal work. Thermolysis of the double-metal complex [Co(NH3)6][Cr(C2O4)3] was studied in air at 200, 350, and 500°C and in a hydrogen atmosphere at 200, 350, 500, 700, and 900°C, as well as the composition and properties of thermolysis products. Oxidative thermolysis produces mixed oxides CoCr2O4 and Co2CrO4; reductive thermolysis produces Co + Cr2O3 mixture. Specific surface areas were measured for reductive thermolysis products; the maximal specific surface area and, therefore, maximal dispersion are reached at 500°C. The morphology of the reductive thermolysis products and the thermolysis chemism were studied in relation to the nature of the complex anion.  相似文献

Two cobalt hexammine-vanadate ion-pair complexes have been prepared; one in acid medium (pH≈4) and the other in alkaline medium (pH≈10). The formed complexes were characterized by their elemental analysis, IR and XRD techniques. The complexes were subjected to thermogravimetric and differential thermal analyses. The IR study suggests that the formed complexes were of the ion-pair type, while that of the thermally decomposed compounds revealed the resolution of the originally present broad V=O and V-O-V bands.
