In this paper, we introduce a new iterative scheme for finding the common element of the set of common fixed points of infinitely many nonexpansive mappings, the set of solutions of an equilibrium problem and the set of solutions of the variational inequality for α-inverse-strongly monotone mapping in Hilbert spaces. We prove that the sequence converges strongly to a common element of the above three sets under some parameters controlling conditions. This main result improve and extend Plubtieng and Punpaeng’s corresponding result [S. Plubtieng, R. Punpaeng, A new iterative method for equilibrium problems and fixed point problems of nonexpansive mappings and monotone mappings, Applied Mathematics and Computation 197 (2008), 548–558]. Using this theorem, we obtain three corollaries.  相似文献

In this paper, we propose an iterative scheme for finding a common element of the set of solutions of an equilibrium problem and the set of fixed points of a strict pseudo-contraction mapping in the setting of real Hilbert spaces. We establish some weak and strong convergence theorems of the sequences generated by our proposed scheme. Our results combine the ideas of Marino and Xu’s result [G. Marino, H.K. Xu, Weak and strong convergence theorems for strict pseudo-contractions in Hilbert spaces, J. Math. Anal. Appl. 329 (2007) 336–346], and Takahashi and Takahashi’s result [S. Takahashi, W. Takahashi, Viscosity approximation methods for equilibrium problems and fixed point problems in Hilbert spaces, J. Math. Anal. Appl. 331 (2007) 506–515]. In particular, necessary and sufficient conditions for strong convergence of our iterative scheme are obtained.  相似文献

In this paper, we introduce an iterative scheme for finding a common element of the set of fixed points of a nonexpansive mapping and the set of solutions of a generalized equilibrium problem in a real Hilbert space. Then, strong convergence of the scheme to a common element of the two sets is proved. As an application, problem of finding a common element of the set of fixed points of a nonexpansive mapping and the set of solutions of an equilibrium problem is solved. Moreover, solution is given to the problem of finding a common element of fixed points set of nonexpansive mappings and the set of solutions of a variational inequality problem.  相似文献

In this paper, we introduce hybrid pseudoviscosity approximation schemes with strongly positive bounded linear operators for finding a common element of the set of solutions of an equilibrium problem and the set of common fixed points of infinitely many nonexpansive mappings in the setting of Hilbert spaces. We prove the strong convergence of the sequences generated by our scheme to a solution of an equilibrium problem which is also a common fixed point of infinitely many nonexpansive mappings. Our results can be treated as extension and improvement of the corresponding results appeared in the literature in the recent past.  相似文献

In this paper, we introduce an iterative scheme based on the extragradient approximation method for finding a common element of the set of common fixed points of a countable family of nonexpansive mappings, the set of solutions of a mixed equilibrium problem, and the set of solutions of the variational inequality problem for a monotone L-Lipschitz continuous mapping in a real Hilbert space. Then, the strong convergence theorem is proved under some parameters controlling conditions. Applications to optimization problems are given. The purpose of this paper is to consider a new hybrid relaxed extragradient method for finding a common element of the set of solutions of a generalized equilibrium problem, the set of fixed points of a finite family of nonexpansive mappings and the set of solutions of variational inequalities for an inverse-strongly monotone mapping in Hilbert spaces. Then, we prove a strong convergence theorem of the iterative sequence generated by the proposed iterative algorithm under some suitable conditions. In this paper, we propose a new general iterative scheme based on the viscosity approximation method for finding a common element of the set of solutions of the generalized mixed equilibrium problem and the set of all common fixed points of a finite family of nonexpansive semigroups. Then, we prove the strong convergence of the iterative scheme to find a unique solution of the variational inequality that is the optimality condition for the minimization problem. Our results extend and improve some recent results of Cianciaruso et al. (J. Optim. Theory Appl. 146:491–509, 2010), Kamraksa and Wangkeeree (J. Glob. In this paper, we propose a hybrid iterative method to approximate a common solution of split monotone variational inclusion problem and hierarchical fixed point problem for a finite family of nonexpansive mappings in real Hilbert spaces. We prove that sequences generated by the proposed hybrid iterative method converge strongly to a common solution of these problems. Further, we discuss some applications of the main result. We also discuss a numerical example to demonstrate the applicability of the iterative method. In this paper, we introduce the new generalized mixed equilibrium problem basing on hemicontinuous and relaxed monotonic mapping. Using the KKM technique, we obtain the existence of solutions for the generalized mixed equilibrium problem in a Banach space. Furthermore, we also introduce a hybrid projection algorithm for finding a common element in the solution set of a generalized mixed equilibrium problem and the common fixed point set of a countable family of nonexpansive mappings. The strong convergence theorem of the proposed sequence is obtained in a Banach space setting. The main results extend various results existing in the current literature.  相似文献

In this paper, a new iterative algorithm involving nonexpansive mapping in Hilbert space is proposed and proved to be strongly convergent to a point which is simultaneously a fixed point of a nonexpansive mapping and a solution of an equilibrium problem. The results of the paper extend previous results, see, for instance, Takahashi and Takahashi (J Math Anal Appl 331:506–515, 2007), and other results in this field. Moreover, this algorithm is applied to find zeros of a maximal monotone operator and solve an optimization problem.  相似文献

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the problem of finding a common element of the set of solutions of a mixed equilibrium problem (MEP) and the set of common fixed points of finitely many nonexpansive mappings in a real Hilbert space. First, by using the well-known KKM technique we derive the existence and uniqueness of solutions of the auxiliary problems for the MEP. Second, by virtue of this result we introduce a hybrid iterative scheme for finding a common element of the set of solutions of MEP and the set of common fixed points of finitely many nonexpansive mappings. Furthermore, we prove that the sequences generated by the hybrid iterative scheme converge strongly to a common element of the set of solutions of MEP and the set of common fixed points of finitely many nonexpansive mappings.  相似文献

Recently, Ceng, Guu and Yao introduced an iterative scheme by viscosity-like approximation method to approximate the fixed point of nonexpansive mappings and solve some variational inequalities in Hilbert space (see Ceng et al. (2009) [9]). Takahashi and Takahashi proposed an iteration scheme to solve an equilibrium problem and approximate the fixed point of nonexpansive mapping by viscosity approximation method in Hilbert space (see Takahashi and Takahashi (2007) [12]). In this paper, we introduce an iterative scheme by viscosity approximation method for finding a common element of the set of a countable family of nonexpansive mappings and the set of an equilibrium problem in a Hilbert space. We prove that the sequences generated by the hybrid iterative algorithm converge strongly to a common solution of these problems. Further, we give some consequences of the main result. A new condition for mappings, called condition (C), which is more general than nonexpansiveness, was recently introduced by Suzuki [T. Suzuki, Fixed point theorems and convergence theorems for some generalized nonexpansive mappings, J. Math. Anal. Appl. 340 (2008) 1088-1095]. Following the idea of Kirk and Massa Theorem in [W.A. Kirk, S. Massa, Remarks on asymptotic and Chebyshev centers, Houston J. Math. 16 (1990) 364-375], we prove a fixed point theorem for mappings with condition (C) on a Banach space such that its asymptotic center in a bounded closed and convex subset of each bounded sequence is nonempty and compact. This covers a result obtained by Suzuki [T. Suzuki, Fixed point theorems and convergence theorems for some generalized nonexpansive mappings, J. Math. Anal. Appl. 340 (2008) 1088-1095]. We also present fixed point theorems for this class of mappings defined on weakly compact convex subsets of Banach spaces satisfying property (D). Consequently, we extend the results in [T. Suzuki, Fixed point theorems and convergence theorems for some generalized nonexpansive mappings, J. Math. Anal. Appl. 340 (2008) 1088-1095] to many other Banach spaces.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with a new composite iteration approximating to common fixed points for a finite family of nonexpansive mappings in Banach spaces which have a uniformly Gâteaux differentiable norm. Utilizing the iterative algorithm, we obtain the strong convergence theorems for a finite family of nonexpansive mappings. Furthermore, the problem of image recovery is considered in the above result. Our results extend and improve the corresponding results.  相似文献
