Conductivity (ac and dc) measurements are reported for hydrous V2O5, Nb2O5, Ta2O5 and CeO5 in the range 250<T/K<320. Ambient temperature conductivities increase with water content and (SEM) agglomerate size, the most highly conductive material being Ta2O5·3.92 H2O (α298=3×10−4S cm−1). There is no simple composition dependence of conductivity activation energy. 1H NMR relaxation time measurements in the range 170<t/K<330 are also reported. The data consistent with chemical exchange between a range of interparticle protonic environments, but there is no simple link with conductivities.  相似文献

以CaCl2、K2B4O7和Nd2O3为原料,采用易于工业化、无污染的水溶液法反应合成碱-碱土金属硼酸盐K2O·CaO·4B2O3·12H2O∶Nd3+晶体,利用X射线衍射、红外光谱、扫描电镜、荧光分光度计等现代分析测试手段,对所合成晶体进行了分析和表征.结果表明,所制备的K2O·CaO·4B2O3·12H2O∶Nd3+晶型发育良好、形貌规整.基质本身具有上转换发光特性,K2O·CaO·4B2O3·12H2O∶Nd3+的发光强度较基质弱.当激发源为828 nm时,材料呈橙红色光.  相似文献

The paramagnetic relaxation of a single crystal of CeCl3·7H2O has been studied by the dispersion-absorption-method at temperatures between 1,1 and 4,2°K. Alternating magnetic fields with frequencies between 5 and 2660 Hz and parallel magnetic fields up to 4000 Oe have been used. The spin lattice relaxation time has been determined as a function of temperature. At two special rangesH 1 andH 4 of the magnetic field a second, temperature-independent dispersion-absorption region has been observed besides the temperature-dependent spin-lattice relaxation (double relaxation). At two other special magnetic fieldsH 2 andH 3 the anomalous field dependence of the high frequency adiabatic susceptibility suggests a second dispersion-absorption-region ocurring at frequencies, which we cannot attain experimentally. In all cases cross relaxation processes are combined with the spin lattice relaxation.  相似文献

Optical properties of nanocrystalline, LixV2O5·nH2O films (0<x<22 mol%), are explored in the present work. These films have been produced by the sol–gel technique (colloidal route), which was used for the preparation of high purity and homogeneity films. Optical measurements were carried out using a double-beam spectrophotometer. The optical constants such as refractive index n, the extinction coefficient k, absorption coefficient α, and optical band gap of the films material have been evaluated. The optical absorption coefficient was calculated from the measured normal reflectance, R, and transmittance, T, spectra. The optical spectra of all samples exhibited two distinct regions: at high energy, which suggests a direct forbidden transition with optical gap ranging from 1.75 to 2.0 eV and increases with increase in Li-content. On the other hand a second low-energy band suggests a direct allowed transition with optical gap ranging from 0.40 to 0.42 eV. The width of the localized states (band tail) Ee was also estimated for all samples. Additional calculations applying the real part of the optical dielectric function led to the evaluation of the charge carrier concentration and their effective mass.  相似文献

Quantum yields of the green Tb luminescence for 254 nm excitation of glass compositions in the system MO·Al2O3· B2O3·Tb2O3 (M = Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba and Zn) were studied in relation to absorption and excitation spectra. Yields as high as 80% were observed. The Tb 4f-5d absorption maximum ranges from 218 to 232 nm, always at a longer wavelength than the glass matrix absorption. The yield strongly depends on the spectral position of the 4f-5d absorption, due to competing impurity absorption at 254 nm.  相似文献

A quasi-one-dimensional single crystal of [Nd2(Cl3COO)6(H2O)3]n · nH2O in which chains are built up of two alternating neodymium-ion dimer fragments is studied by the EPR technique. It is found that anisotropic interactions between neodymium ions in a chain are responsible for the complex shape of the EPR spectrum. Two groups of EPR signals are distinguished in the spectrum. Each group corresponds to one of the chain dimers disturbed by the interaction with neighbors in the chain. The shape of the EPR spectra is interpreted as a superposition of the spectra of chain fragments which have different lengths and are formed by the alternating magnetic triplet and nonmagnetic singlet states in the chain. Consideration is given to two cases when two alternating dimer fragments are either equivalent or nonequivalent to each other. It is shown that the spectral shape is primarily determined by the superposition of the spectra of an isolated triplet state (S=1), two interacting triplet states, and three interacting triplet states whose weighting contributions differ for the above two cases. The tensors of the anisotropic spin-spin interaction are determined, and the contribution from the isotropic component of the interaction is estimated.  相似文献

X-ray diffraction (XRD), thermoelectric power (S) and at room temperature electrical conductivity (σ) of Na+1-doped V2O5·nH2O nanocrystalline thin films fabricated by sol gel technique (colloid route) were studied. XRD showed that the Na2O–V2O5·nH2O thin films are highly oriented nanocrystals. The average value of particle size was found to be about 7.5 nm. The thermoelectric power showed that the thermoelectric power for all present nanocrystalline thin films samples decreased with increasing Na+1 content. However, the electrical conductivity increased with increasing Na+1 content. There is evidence that small polarons are responsible for determining the transport properties of the Na+1 doped V2O5·nH2O nanocrystalline thin films samples. The high value of electrical conductivity and small value of thermoelectric power is ideal for device applications, where device to device variation of the thermoelectric power must be small. This preparation technique was demonstrated to fabricate high quality Na2O–V2O5·nH2O nanocrystalline thin films for thermoelectric device applications. However, this may be further used for deposition with an ink-jet printer.  相似文献

Results of (dM/dH) measurements on tetrahedral K2MnCl4·2H2O as a function of temperature and magnetic field, are presented. An antiferromagnetic transition along the tetragonal axis is observed at TN = (3.05±0.05) K. The H-T magnetic phase diagram was completely determined, and shows the usual characteristics of that of a low anisotropy antiferromagnet. The T = 0 critical fields are compatible with the values HE = (29.2±0.3) kOe and HA = (5.9±0.6) kOe for the exchange and anisotropy fields.  相似文献

采用CO2-TPD及Hammett批示剂法测定了KNO3/Al2O3及K2CO3/Al2O3样品的碱量和碱强度。当KNO3,K2CO3的负载量低于其单层分散阈值时,能在AlO3均匀分布并产生强度为18.4的强碱位;高于其单层分散阈值后则能生成强度为27.0的超强碱位。  相似文献

以TiCl4为钛源,首先制备TiO2*nH2O凝胶,然后在80℃的水热条件下制备了SrTiO3粉.利用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和红外光谱(FTIR)研究了TiO2*nH2O凝胶水洗方式、阴离子(Cl-和NO3-)以及TiO2*nH2O热处理对SrTiO3粉性能的影响.结果表明,水洗和热处理都能使TiO2*nH2O凝胶产生晶化;TiO2*nH2O的晶化程度对产物SrTiO3颗粒的粒度和粒度分布有很大影响,以非晶质TiO2*nH2O为钛源制备的SrTiO3颗粒粒度大且粒度分布宽.以结晶TiO2*nH2O为钛源制备的SrTiO3颗粒粒度小且粒度分布窄,而且可以得到纳米颗粒.水热反应液相中存在Cl-或NO3-能使产物SrTiO3颗粒粒度稍有增大.综合以上结果,TiO2*nH2O凝胶水洗对产物颗粒的影响主要是由于使凝胶产生了晶化,而由阴离子脱除产生的影响很小.因此,在不考虑阴离子对其它工程化影响(如设备腐蚀等)的前提下,可采用热处理代替水洗.  相似文献

采用了X射线衍射、透射电镜和吸收光谱及荧光光谱技术研究了K2O-ZnO-Al2O3-B2O3-SiO2系掺Cr^3 玻璃的析晶性能和光谱。研究结果表明:在K2O-Al2O3-B2O3-SiO2系掺Cr^3 玻璃的基础上引入ZnO后,析晶性能明显改善;析晶温度降低,析出的纳米莫来石微晶均匀、规则;微晶玻璃的发光强度明显增强。  相似文献
