针对我国小行星探测任务对电推进系统离子推力器设计要求,基于等离子体基本理论建立了多模式离子推力器输入参数与输出特性关系,完成各工作点下屏栅电压、束电流、阳极电流、加速电压,流率等输入参数设计,采用试验研究和理论分析的方法研究了推力器工作特性.试验结果表明:在设计输入参数下,23个工作点推力最大误差小于3%,比冲最大误差小于4%,在功率为289—3106 W下,推力为9.7—117.6 mN,比冲为1220—3517 s,效率为23.4%—67.8%,电子返流极限电压随着推力增加单调减小,最小、最大推力下分别为-79.5 V和-137 V,放电损耗随着功率增大从359.7 W/A下降到210 W/A,并在886 W时存在明显拐点,效率随功率增大而上升,在1700 W后增速变缓并趋于稳定,在轨应用可综合推力器性能、任务剖面要求、寿命,合理设计输入参数区间,制定控制策略. 相似文献

为了优化锂微粉等离子体球化的工艺,对感应耦合等离子体炬进行二维建模,将电磁场计算域扩展到等离子体放电区域之外的空气区域,利用COMSOL 软件进行多物理场模拟。得到了等离子体的电磁场、温度和速度分布,并对分布形成的物理机制进行分析。模拟发现等离子体区域线圈段存在上下两组对称的回流涡,线圈段中部靠近约束管处等离子体速度分布杂乱,有激烈的径向打壁现象,乱流预计会对约束管壁相应位置造成一条环状的破裂效果。基于模拟结果,提出在采用感应耦合等离子体球化锂微粉的工艺工程中,可以将注粉口下移,绕开上回流涡。 相似文献

场线耦合模型的研究是电磁兼容分析和电磁效应评估的重要组成部分。低频时,可以使用基于准TEM波近似的经典场线耦合模型来计算外场激励下的传输线沿线电流电压响应,然而,当入射波频率增加到对应波长与传输线横向尺寸可比拟时,经典模型将产生不可接受的模型误差,因而需要发展高频情况下的场线耦合模型。介绍了国内外多导体传输线高频场线耦合模型的研究进展,详细分析和比较了两个主流分支:TRI模型和TLST模型;之后简要介绍了传输线超理论TLST模型并以算例说明了该模型的准确性和有效性;最后对高频场线耦合模型的研究内容和研究目标进行了总结和展望。 相似文献

为更加准确分析变压器绕组的状态特征,本文提出一种基于多物理场耦合仿真的变压器绕组振动声纹特性分析方法。根据实验条件,建立变压器绕组振动噪声模型,考虑变压器绝缘油在噪声传播过程中的作用,对S13-M-200/10型号的油浸式变压器进行短路实验,测量油箱表面的振动加速度以及周围空间的声音信号。仿真结果与实测数据对比分析,油箱表面的振动加速度集中频率为100Hz,空间声音信号集中频率为100Hz和200Hz,验证仿真模型的有效性。最后,建立变压器机械故障的仿真模型,分析得到变压器发生机械故障时,声音信号中100Hz频率分量减少,200Hz频率分量增加,为变压器绕组故障诊断提供依据。 相似文献

时变多途水声信道是影响水声通信性能的一个重要因素,深入了解水声信道挣性并对水声信道进行建模具有重要的研究意义。本文在分析传统时变信道模型基础上,从时域角度出发,提出采用AR (ρ)模型对已有的浅水时变多途信道模型中的小尺度衰落分量进行修正。然后基于莲花湖实测信道数据,分析了时变信道各个路径的幅度、时延、时间相干系数、系统传递函数等特性,并对修正模型进行了验证正。从仿真结果来看,修正模型与试验结果拟合的很好。本文从多个方面对水声信道特性进行了分析,有助于对水声信道的深入了解,同时为水声通信系统性能评估提供了一种仿真信道模型。 相似文献

Influence of a centered dielectric tube on inductively coupled plasma source: Chamber structures and plasma characteristics 下载免费PDF全文
A high-density RF ion source is an essential part of a neutral beam injector. In this study, the authors attempt to retrofit an original regular RF ion source reactor by inserting a thin dielectric tube through the symmetric axis of the discharge chamber. With the aid of this inner tube, the reactor is capable of generating a radial magnetic field instead of the original transverse magnetic field, which solves the E × B drift problem in the current RF ion source structure. To study the disturbance of the dielectric tube, a fluid model is introduced to study the plasma parameters with or without the internal dielectric tube, based on the inductively coupled plasma(ICP) reactor. The simulation results show that while introducing the internal dielectric tube into the ICP reactor, both the plasma density and plasma potential have minor influence during the discharge process, and there is good uniformity at the extraction region. The influence of the control parameters reveals that the plasma densities at the extraction region decrease first and subsequently slow down while enhancing the diffusion region. 相似文献

The paper aims to clarify the modelling results concerning the heat transfer and fluid flow in a radio‐frequency plasma torch with argon at atmospheric pressure. Fluid numerical simulation requires the coupling of magnetohydrodynamics (MHD) and thermal phenomena. This model combines Navier–Stokes equations with the Maxwell's equations for compressible fluid and electromagnetic phenomena successively. A numerical formulation based on the finite element method is used. In this study, fluid flow and temperature equations are simultaneously solved (direct method, instead of using the indirect method) using a finite elements method (FEM) for optically thin argon plasmas under the assumptions of local thermodynamic equilibrium (LTE) and laminar flow. Appropriate boundary conditions are given, and nonlinear parameters such as the thermal and electrical conductivity of the gas and input power used in the simulation are detailed. We have found that the source of power is located on the torch wall in this type of inductive discharge. 完整建立一个关于射频辉光放电CH4等离子体的流体动力学模型.模型包括基于迁移-扩散近似的粒子平衡方程、电子能量平衡方程,共包含了20种粒子(环境气体粒子,激发态粒子,离子和电子)和49类化学反应(电子-中性环境粒子、离子-中性环境粒子、激发态粒子-激发态粒子(中性环境粒子)).结果表明,在强电场区域有较高的电子反应率系数;等离子体中除源气体CH4外,H2,C2H6,C3H8,C2H4和C2H2也有较高的密度含量;激发态粒子中,CH3含量最高,密度约为1019m-3;在较低放电压力时(如18 Pa),CH5+在离子成分中密度含量最高,当放电压力较高时(如67Pa),C2H5+在离子成分中占主导地位;除C2H5+外,其它各离子和激发态粒子在极板上的粒子流量随功率的增大逐渐升高. 相似文献

A novel microchannel heat sink with oval-shaped micro pin fins (MOPF) is proposed and the characteristics of fluid flow and heat transfer are studied numerically for Reynolds number (Re) ranging from 157 to 668. In order to study the influence of geometry on flow and heat transfer characteristics, three non-dimensional variables are defined, such as the fin axial length ratio (α), width ratio (β), and height ratio (γ). The thermal enhancement factor (η) is adopted as an evaluation criterion to evaluate the best comprehensive thermal-hydraulic performance of MOPF. Results indicate that the oval-shaped pin fins in the microchannel can effectively prevent the rise of heat surface temperature along the flow direction, which improves the temperature distribution uniformity. In addition, results show that for the studied Reynolds number range and microchannel geometries in this paper, the thermal enhancement factor η increases firstly and then decreases with the increase of α and β. In addition, except for Re = 157, η decreases first and then increases with the increase of the fin height ratio γ. The thermal enhancement factor for MOPF with α = 4, β = 0.3, and γ = 0.5 achieves 1.56 at Re = 668. The results can provide a theoretical basis for the design of a microchannel heat exchanger. 相似文献

利用电感耦合等离子体(ICP)装置对分子束外延(MBE)法在Sapphire衬底上生长的Zn1-xMgxO薄膜的Mg组分进行了测试. 经理论分析,得到使用1次和2次检量式所确定的Zn1-xMgxO薄膜中的Mg组分的差异. 将采用1次检量式的ICP测定与EPMA测定结果进行对照,表明当Mg组分x≤0.5时二者的测试结果相当一致,由此证明ICP测试结果的正确性.

Abstract The use of stable isotopes as tracers in biokinetic investigations provides a means to obtain important metabolic data directly in humans without exposing the subjects to undue risks. In this work, three types of mass spectrometers are compared with regard to the determination of the abundances of stable isotopes of molybdenum in natural and enriched aqueous samples. The data show a good response of thermal ionization mass spectrometry (TIMS) and of high-resolution inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICPMS) to the isotopic enrichment of the samples, whereas conventional quadrupole ICPMS shows an unsatisfactory reproducibility of the results. Moreover, only TIMS can achieve an accuracy of better than 1% for the obtained isotopic ratios. Although a tedious procedure for the preparation of the biological samples is required and less sensitivity is achieved as compared to ICPMS, TIMS still seems to be method of choice for the accurate assessment of isotope ratios as required in multitracer studies on human biokinetics of trace metals. 相似文献

应用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES),建立了定量测试明胶中微量金属元素Co, Bi的方法。采用湿法消解对明胶样品进行了前处理, 对仪器的测试条件进行了优化。讨论了用ICP-AES同时测定明胶中Co和Bi时,应用光谱干扰系数校正法(IEC)模型校正了Fe在特定波长下对Co的光谱干扰。结果表明,Fe对Co的光谱干扰可以应用IEC模型进行有效的消除, 进行光谱校正后的结果明显优于未加校正的实验结果。建立的方法准确、快速、高效、线性范围宽。被测元素工作曲线的线性相关系数r≥0.999 90。结果的相对标准偏差RSD%≤2.00。加标回收率为98%~107%。 相似文献

Fundamental understandings of surface chemistry and catalysis of solid catalysts are of great importance for the developments of efficient catalysts and corresponding catalytic processes, but have been remaining as a challenge due to the complex nature of heterogeneous catalysis. Model catalysts approach based on catalytic materials with uniform and well-defined surface structures is an effective strategy. Single crystals-based model catalysts have been successfully used for surface chemistry studies of solid catalysts, but encounter the so-called “materials gap” and “pressure gap” when applied for catalysis studies of solid catalysts. Recently catalytic nanocrystals with uniform and well-defined surface structures have emerged as a novel type of model catalysts whose surface chemistry and catalysis can be studied under the same operational reaction condition as working powder catalysts, and they are recognized as a novel type of model catalysts that can bridge the “materials gap” and “pressure gap” between single crystals-based model catalysts and powder catalysts. Herein we review recent progress of surface chemistry and catalysis of important oxide catalysts including CeO2, TiO2 and Cu2O acquired by model catalysts from single crystals to nanocrystals with an aim at summarizing the commonalities and discussing the differences among model catalysts with complexities at different levels. Firstly, the complex nature of surface chemistry and catalysis of solid catalysts is briefly introduced. In the following sections, the model catalysts approach is described and surface chemistry and catalysis of CeO2, TiO2 and Cu2O single crystal and nanocrystal model catalysts are reviewed. Finally, concluding remarks and future prospects are given on a comprehensive approach of model catalysts from single crystals to nanocrystals for the investigations of surface chemistry and catalysis of powder catalysts approaching the working conditions as closely as possible. 相似文献
