Racemic α′-acetoxy α,β-unsaturated cyclopentanone and cyclohexanone have been resolved into the corresponding enantiomerically enriched α′-hydroxylated and acetoxylated compounds with 96–97% ee via PLE hydrolysis. Stereoselectivity in the palladium(II)-catalyzed reaction between the enantiomerically enriched α′-acetoxylated compounds and diazomethane has been investigated. In the α′-acetoxylated cyclopentenone, preferential cyclopropanation occurs in the anti-form, whereas α′-acetoxylated cyclohexenone affords both syn- and anti-products (syn:anti, 61:36%). The relative configuration of the products was determined by NOE experiments.  相似文献

Condensation of pyrrolidine enamines of 4-alkylcyclohexanones with methyl α-(bromomethyl)acrylate affords methyl 7β- and 7α-alkyl-9-oxobicyclo [3.3.1] nonane-3α-carboxylates in a ratio of 3:2. The mechanism of the annelation reaction is discussed. The conformations of the reaction products and their epimers have been studied by means of PMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

The title phanes were synthesized. Examination of their physical properties including X-ray crystallography disclosed that 1) the p-tropoquinone ring is still bent in both compounds though to a lesser extent than in the corresponding [2.2]phanes, 2) the metacyclo compound prefers syn conformation in solution, and 3) the intramolecular CT interaction is very similar in two compounds.  相似文献

[structure: see text] Post-assembly covalent modification using Wittig chemistry of [2]rotaxane ylides, wherein NH(2)(+) centers in the dumbbell-shaped components are recognized by dibenzo[24]crown-8 (DB24C8) rings, has afforded a [3]catenane and a [3]rotaxane with a precise and synthetically prescribed shortage of DB24C8 rings. The nondegenerate pairs of translational isomers present in both of these interlocked molecular compounds provide the fundamental platform on which to construct sensory devices and nanochemomechanical systems.  相似文献

A series of water-soluble [3]rotaxanes-(n+2) and [3]pseudorotaxanes-(n+2) with short (propyl, n=1) and long (dodecyl, n=10) aliphatic spacers have been prepared in high yields by a 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction catalyzed by cucurbit[6]uril (CB6). The pH-triggered dethreading and rethreading of CB6 on these pseudorotaxanes was monitored by 1H NMR spectroscopy. A previously reported [3]rotaxane-12 that is known to behave as a bistable molecular switch has two recognition sites for CB6, that is, the diaminotriazole moieties and the dodecyl spacer. By changing the pH of the system, it is possible to observe more than one state in the shuttling process. At low pH values both CB6 units are located on the diaminotriazole moieties owing to an ion-dipole interaction, whereas at high pH values both of the CB6 units are located on the hydrophobic dodecyl spacer. Surprisingly, the CB6 units shuttle back to their initial state very slowly after reprotonation of the axle. Even after eighteen days at room temperature, only about 50 % of the CB6 units had relocated back onto the diaminotriazole moieties. The rate constants for the shuttling processes were measured as a function of temperature over the range from 313 to 333 K and the activation parameters (enthalpy, entropy, and free energy) were calculated by using the Eyring equation. The results indicate that this [3]rotaxane behaves as a kinetically controlled molecular switch. The switching properties of [3]rotaxane-3 have also been studied. However, even under extreme pH conditions this rotaxane has not shown any switching action, which confirms that the propyl spacer is too short to accommodate CB6 units.  相似文献

The synthesis of two new derivatives of 3H[1,2]diazepino[5,6-b]indole, 5 and 11 , and one new derivative of 3H[1,2]diazepino[4,5-b]indole, 16 , are described. Compound 5 was obtained by the reaction of methyl 2-(3-methoxycarbonyl-1-methylindole)acetate 2 , with hydrazine. Compound 11 was obtained in two ways from ethyl 2-(1-methylindole)acetate ( 8 ) by formylation and reaction with hydrazine. Compound 16 was obtained treating 3-(2-ethoxycarbonylindole)acetonitrile ( 14 ) with hydrazine.  相似文献

Crystal Structures of [Et3PNAsPh3]2[Ag2Br4] and [Et3PNAsPh3]2[Pd2Br6] Colourless single crystals of [Et3PNAsPh3]2[Ag2Br4]( 1 ) and red single crystals of [Et3PNAsPh3]2[Pd2Br6]( 2 ) have been isolated from saturated solutions in acetonitrile of equivalent mixtures of [Et3PNAsPh3]Br with AgBr and PdBr2, respectively. Both complexes were characterized by IR spectroscopy and by crystal structure determinations. 1 : Space group P1¯, Z = 1, lattice dimensions at ‐70°C: a = 985.0(2), b = 1042.2(5), c = 1345.8(5) pm, α = 102.88(2)°, β = 105.73(2)°, γ = 94.94(2)°, R1 = 0.0577. 2 : Space group P21/c, Z = 2, lattice dimension at ‐70°C: a = 1003.0(1), b = 1371.8(2), c = 1974.0(1) pm, β = 93.30(1)°, R1 = 0.0458. The dimeric anions of 1 and 2 form planar, centrosymmetric complex units.  相似文献

The title compounds 3 and 4 were synthesized by cyclization via isocyanate of the Z and E-9,10-dihydro-4H-benzo[4,5]cyclohepta[1,2-b]thiophene-4-ylidenacetic acids 8 and 9 , which in turn were prepared by the Wadsworth-Emmons reaction of ketone 5 with triethyl phosphonacetate followed by separation and independent hydrolysis of the corresponding esters 6 and 7 . One linear template 13 and one cyclophane template 15, both incorporating two electron rich 1,4-dialkoxybenzene units and one diamide unit, have been synthesized. By utilizing donor-acceptor interaction and/or intermolecular hydrogen bonding assembling principles, one novel hetero[3]rotaxane 22·4Cl, possessing one neutral and one tetracationic ring components, has been synthesized from 13, through neutral [2]rotaxane 21 as intermediate. With 15 as template, tetracationic [2]catenane 23·4PF6 was assembled by using donor-acceptor interaction, but no neutral [2]rotaxane could be obtained under the typical conditions of hydrogen bonding assembling principle. The interlocked supramolecular compounds have been characterized and their spectral properties are investigated.  相似文献
