KDP晶体台阶生长动力学的激光干涉实验研究   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
采用迈克尔逊干涉技术 ,通过测量KDP晶体生长的法向速率和台阶斜率来研究其台阶生长的动力学系数、台阶自由能、溶质在边界层内的扩散特征以及激发晶体生长台阶的位错活性 .实验表明 ,KDP中不同活性位错的台阶动力学系数差异较大 ,例如高活性和低活性台阶动力学系数分别为 10 .3× 10 -2 和 5 .2 1× 10 -2 cm/s,位错源在晶体表面的形状、面积的变化 ,以及Burgers矢量的变化是造成晶体生长动力学测量数据重复性差的主要原因  相似文献

以循环伏安法研究了对羟基苯甲酸丁酯在蓖麻油-水界面上自组装膜生长动力学,在自组装初期苯环以卧式定向按指数生长规律形成Langmuir自组装膜,成膜速率常数为0.0216min-1,单分子扩散系数为1.14×10-6cm2/s。自组装后期,苯环的卧式定向转化为立式定向,遵从S形玻兹曼函数,转化速率常数为k=0.0143min-1。自组装膜在支持电解质中以指数函数形式进一步重构成为完整、稳定的有序膜,重构速率常数为k=0.0319(±0.0011)min-1。自组装膜修饰电极在较高扫速下符合理想电容器模型,而在较低扫速下受离子扩散影响。自组装膜修饰较大程度地提高了电极的双电层电容。  相似文献

铁-邻菲咯啉配合物的循环伏安-光谱电化学研究   总被引:4,自引:1,他引:3  
以循环伏安及循环伏安-光谱电化学方法研究了铁-邻菲咯啉配合物的电化学行为,Fe2 与邻菲咯啉生成1∶3配合物,给出一对受扩散控制的可逆氧化还原峰。自由Fe2 在-0.24V电位处,给出了一表面控制的不可逆还原峰。由氧化过程中的光谱电化学数据获得式电位为E0=0.875V(vs.Ag/AgCl)和电子转移数为n=1.0。由还原过程的循环伏安-光谱电化学数据发现,[Fe(phen)3]3 的电化学还原过程为产物弱吸附的自加速过程,获得裸电极上的标准速率常数为k0=1.14×10-3cm/s,电子转移系数为α=0.189。Langmuir吸附常数β=0.059(±0.007),吸附表面上的电子转移系数为αa=0.313,反应速率常数为k0a=1.24(±0.17)×10-3(cm/s),式电位为:0.11±0.01V(SD=0.184)。  相似文献

基于在H3PO4介质中痕量亚硝酸根催化溴酸钾氧化锌试剂的反应建立了测定亚硝酸根的新催化光度法,研究了影响反应速率的条件,反应速率方程为-dcZincon/dt=k′cZincon*cBrO-3*cNO-2,表现活化能E′=33.13 kJ*mol-1,表观速率常数k′=1.32×10-3*s-1,方法检出限是6.0×10-10g*mL-1,测定范围是0.60~30.00 μg*L-1,直接用于水体中亚硝酸根的测定结果满意.  相似文献

用相对速率方法分别考察了OH自由基与DMS在氮气、空气和氧气体系的反应速率常数. 发现使用HONO和CH3ONO作为OH自由基发生剂时,基态氧原子O(3P)对动力学的测定有很大的影响. H2O2为OH自由基的发生剂,室温下在氮气、空气及氧气体系下的速率常数分别为4.50×10-12,8.56×10-12和11.31×10-12 cm3/(molecule?s).在287~338 K,测得氮气和空气体系下的阿累尼乌斯表达式分别为:kair=(7.24±0.28)×10-13exp[(770.7±97.2)/T],kN2=(3.40±0.15)×10-11exp[-(590.3±165.9)/T  相似文献

 用单脉冲化学激波管实验方法,使用自由基清扫剂和对比速率,测定了邻位和对位硝基甲苯在高温下,裂解瞬间(500 μs) 的化学反应机理,并测定了化学反应速率常数。作为邻位硝基甲苯的同分异构体,对位硝基甲苯的主要裂解通道与其不同。通过实验发现了邻位硝基甲苯的裂解重要通道,测到它的产1氧-2氮-3,4-环丁二稀基异嚙唑(Anthranil) 在瞬间随温度变化生成和很快消失的过程。由此,测得这一化学性质极不稳定的产物的消失速率常数为:k(Anthranil)=3.7×1015·exp(-25 800/T) s-1。分析这一过程的机理,认为第一步是硝基甲苯的裂解,第二步是Anthranil的生成,第三步是Anthranil中的N-O键的断裂。  相似文献

本文发现了Zn(Ⅱ)离于掺杂可以加快聚乳酸的结晶过程.测试了三种Zn(Ⅱ)盐(ZnCl_2、ZnSt和ZnOAc),并与其它离子Mg(Ⅱ)和Ca(Ⅱ)进行对照.FT-IR以及变温拉曼光谱分析发现,经Zn(Ⅱ)离子掺杂后,聚乳酸的结晶度和结晶速率均增加,差示扫描量热技术以及X射线衍射分析也进一步证实.差示扫描量热技术测定PLA/ZnSt-0.4 wt%材料的结晶率达到22.46%,PLA/ZnOAc-0.4wt%材料的结晶率达到24.83%.  相似文献

本文发现了Zn(II)离子掺杂可以加快聚乳酸的结晶过程. 测试了三种Zn(II)盐(ZnCl2、ZnSt和ZnOAc),并与其它离子Mg(II)和Ca(II)进行对照. FT-IR以及变温拉曼光谱分析发现,经Zn(II)离子掺杂后,聚乳酸的结晶度和结晶速率均增加,差示扫描量热技术以及X射线衍射分析也进一步证实. 差示扫描量热技术测定PLA/ZnSt-0.4 wt%材料的结晶率达到22.46%,PLA/ZnOAc-0.4 wt%材料的结晶率达到24.83%.  相似文献

阻抑-褪色光度法测定痕量铅(Ⅱ)   总被引:12,自引:0,他引:12  
提出了一种测定痕量铅 ( )新的阻抑 -催化动力学光度法。该法基于溴化十六烷基三甲铵 (CTMAB)对于结晶紫在碱性介质中褪色反应的催化作用和 Pb( )对此催化褪色反应的阻抑效应。在所选定条件下 ,5 90 nm处的表观摩尔吸光系数为 2 .9× 10 7L· mol-1· cm-1,线性测定范围为 0 .0 0 4— 3.2μg/LPb( ) ,检出限为 1.0× 10 -13g/m L。对 1.6μg/L Pb( )测定的 RSD为 3.0 % (n=11)。本阻抑 -催化反应为一级 ,表观活化能为 15 .6k J/mol,速率常数为 8.2 9× 10 -4 s-1。该方法用于水和食品试样中 Pb( )的分析 ,标准加入回收率为 97.9%和 10 3.4 % ,RSD<3.6%。同时 ,探讨了反应机理  相似文献

Two-dimensional scanning of a 0.6328 mum guided-light beam has been realized using noncolinear acousto-optic (AO) coplanar Bragg diffraction together with colinear AO guided-mode to substrate radiation-mode conversion in a Z-cut Xpropagation LiNbO3 proton-exchanged (PE) waveguide. The two surface acoustic (SAW) waves utilized are at the center frequencies of 500 and 200 MHz, propagating in the Y and X axes, respectively. Two-dimensional scanning of approximately 720 resolvable light beam spots, namely, 18 40 (horizontal vertical) scanning, has been demonstrated using a light beam of 1.0 mm aperture. The total number of resolvable beam spots can be greatly increased from 720 by simply utilizing SAW transducers of larger bandwidth and a light beam of greater aperture. It should also be possible to significantly increase the diffraction efficiency from 3 % by optimizing the parameters of the PE waveguide and the SAWs.  相似文献

Results of a study of the effect of γ-radiation on the spectral luminescence properties of cadmium tungstate crystals doped with silver, bismuth, and molybdenum cations are presented. Spectral characteristics of the nondnnnoped crystals are briefly described. Absorption and photo and X-ray luminescence spectra of the crystals taken before and after exposure to γ-radiation (5.5·104 Gy) are compared. It is found that the spectral characteristics of the crystals doped with silver, bismuth, and molybdenum cations do not change markedly after the exposure. The relation between the type of impurity-induced defects, individual characteristics of the impurity cations, and the character of the effect of γ-radiation on the spectral luminescence properties of impure crystals is analyzed (preliminarily). A simple technique of pulse compression, based on the linear chirp compensation of self-phase modulation (SPM) spectra in dispersion shifted fibers, is demonstrated. The optimization procedure is carried out, for a short span of a single-mode fiber, using a parabolic law, which describes the behavior of the squared output pulse width versus the pump peak power in the case of Gaussian pulses. The experimental results give a minimum pulse duration of 233 fs, which is in good agreement with the model. Shorter and coherent pulses, down to 90 fs, have been obtained by inserting an interference filter at the optical output.  相似文献

The Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility(SSRF)booster ring,a full energy injector for the storage ring,is deigned to accelerate the electron beam energy from 150MeV to 3.5GeV that demands high extraction efficiency at the extraction energy with low beam loss rate when electrons are ramping.Closed orbit distortion(COD)caused by bending magnet field uniformity errors which affects the machine performance harmfully could be effectively reduced by bending magnet location sorting.Considering the affections of random errors in measurement,both ideal sorting and realistic sorting are studied based on measured bending magnet field uniformity errors and one reasonable combination of bending magnets which can reduce the horizontal COD by a factor of 5is given as the final installation sequence of the booster bending magnets in this paper.  相似文献

We measure the waveform and phase curves of short optical pulses before and after transmission over different lengths of fibers by use of the pulse analyzer with the frequency-resolved optical gating (FROG),and numerically simulate pulse evolution under the experimental conditions.The nonlinear coefficient of the fiber is given by comparing the experimental results with the numerical ones.Difference between the experiment and numerical simulation is analyzed.  相似文献

Resonance scattering of elastic spherical shell and cylindrical shell while the surrounding fluid medium has absorption is studied. The normal mode solution derived using exact elastic theory and the separation of variables is still applicable. However, the scattering form function has to be modified for the absorbing medium, otherwise the unreasonable result would be obtained. The backscattering form function in the absorbing medium is redefined, and the form function of elastic spherical and cylindrical shell with vacuum or solid matter filled is calculated in various absorption conditions. The results show that the absorption of surrounding fluid leads to notable attenuation of the coincidence resonances in the mid-frequency, but it has a little influence on the low-frequency resonance scattering induced by the filler inside the shell.  相似文献

A versatile and low-cost single-beam self-referenced phase-sensitive surface plasmon resonance(SPR)sensing system with ultra-high resolution performance is presented.The system exhibits a root-mean-square phase fluctuation of ±0.0028.over a period of 45 min.i.e.a resolution of±5.2×10-9 refractive index units.The enhanced performance has been achieved through the incorporation of three design elements:a true single-beam configuration enabling complete self-referencing so that only the phase change associated with SPR gets detected,a differential measurement scheme to eliminate spurious signals not related to the sensor response,and the elimination of retardation drifts by incorporating temperature stabilization in the liquid crystal phase modulato .Our design should bring the detection sensitivity of non-labeling SPR biosensing closer to that achievable by conventional fluorescence-based techniques.  相似文献

Ta2O5 films are prepared on BK7 substrates with conventional electron beam evaporation deposition.The effects of SiO2 protective layers and annealing on the laser-induced damage threshold (LIDT) of the films are investigated.The results show that SiO2 protective layers exert little influence on the electric field intensity(EFI)distribution,microstructure and microdefect density but increase the absorption slightly.Annealing iS effective on decreasing the microdefect density and the absorption of the films.Both SiO2 protective layers and annealing are beneficial to the damage resistance of the films and the latter is more effective to improve the LIDT.Moreover,the maximal LIDT of Ta2O5 films is achieved by the combination of SiO2 protective layers and annealing.  相似文献

Gray cross correlation matching technique is adopted to extract candidate matches with gray cross correla- tion coefficients less than some certain range of maximal correlation coefficient called multi-peak candidate matches. Multi-peak candidates are extracted corresponding to three closest feature points at first. The corresponding multi-peak candidate matches are used to construct the model polygon. Correspondence is determined based on the local geometric relations between the three feature points and the multi-peak candidates. The disparity test and the global consistency checkout are applied to eliminate the remaining ambiguous matches that are not removed by the local geometric relational test. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is feasible and accurate.  相似文献
