 Various aerosils surface modified with silane reagents were prepared and investigated by 29Si solid state NMR spectroscopy. The mode of bonding onto the silanol surface (mono- or divalent) can be specified by comparison with chemical shifts from solution. A detailed analysis also leads to the detection of products formed via hydrosilylation reactions. A rough quantification of the surface loading can be obtained by a signal deconvolution process of the silanol resonances on the Aerosil surface.  相似文献

采用魔角旋转固体核磁碳谱法(MAS–~(13)CNMR)测定硫化丁苯橡胶中的苯乙烯含量。通过固体核磁碳谱解析,对丁苯橡胶中苯乙烯、1,2-乙烯基、1,4-丁二烯的特征峰进行归属分析,以固体核磁外标法定量。对已知苯乙烯含量的标准样品进行测定,绘制校正曲线,结果显示理论苯乙烯含量与固体核磁法计算结果成良好的线性关系,线性相关系数(r~2)为0.97。经标准曲线校正后的苯乙烯含量接近于真实值,计算结果的相对误差小于5%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.31%(n=6)。该方法适用于单一胶种的硫化丁苯橡胶中苯乙烯含量的检测。  相似文献

We show how to record and analyze solid‐state NMR spectra of organic paramagnetic complexes with moderate hyperfine interactions using the Cu‐cyclam complex as an example. Assignment of the 13C signals was performed with the help of density functional theory (DFT) calculations. An initial assignment of the 1H signals was done by means of 1H–13C correlation spectra. The possibility of recording a dipolar HSQC spectrum with the advantage of direct 1H acquisition is discussed. Owing to the paramagnetic shifting the resolution of such paramagnetic 1H spectra is generally better than for diamagnetic solid samples, and we exploit this advantage by recording 1H–1H correlation spectra with a simple and short pulse sequence. This experiment, along with a Karplus relation, allowed for the completion of the 1H signal assignment. On the basis of these data, we measured the distances of the carbon atoms to the copper center in Cu‐cyclam by means of 13C R2 relaxation experiments combined with the electronic relaxation determined by EPR.  相似文献

Boronic acids (R‐B(OH)2) are a family of molecules that have found a large number of applications in materials science. In contrast, boronate anions (R‐B(OH)3?) have hardly been used so far for the preparation of novel materials. Here, a new crystalline phase involving a boronate ligand is described, Ca[C4H9‐B(OH)3]2, which is then used as a basis for the establishment of the spectroscopic signatures of boronates in the solid state. The phase was characterized by IR and multinuclear solid‐state NMR spectroscopy (1H, 13C, 11B and 43Ca), and then modeled by periodic DFT calculations. Anharmonic OH vibration frequencies were calculated as well as NMR parameters (by using the Gauge Including Projector Augmented Wave—GIPAW—method). These data allow relationships between the geometry around the OH groups in boronates and the IR and 1H NMR spectroscopic data to be established, which will be key to the future interpretation of the spectra of more complex organic–inorganic materials containing boronate building blocks.  相似文献

An efficient mixing scheme is introduced for establishing two-dimensional (2D) homonuclear correlations based on dipolar couplings. This mixing scheme achieves broadband dipolar recoupling using remarkably low powers even under ultrafast magic-angle spinning (MAS) rates. This Adiabatic Linearly FREquency Swept reCOupling (AL FRESCO) method applies a series of weak frequency-chirped pluses on the 1H channel, for performing efficient 13C−13C magnetization transfers leading to cross peaks between sites separated over small or large chemical shift differences. The mixing scheme is nearly free from dipolar truncation effects, and thanks to the low RF powers it involves it can act over long mixing times (≥1.5 sec). Key considerations required for optimizing this chirped pulse mixing scheme are discussed, and the new kind of correlations that can emerge from this method are demonstrated using uniformly 13C-labeled Barstar as test protein sample.  相似文献

One kind of unknown structure sequence and composition ratio of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomers were characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, Fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy, and gel permeation chromatography (GPC). The results showed that the polyurethane (PU) was obtained from poly(tetramethylene glycol) (PTMG) as soft segment, 1,4-butanediol (BDO) as chain extender, and 4,4′-methylenediphenyl diisocyanate (MDI) as hard segment. Furthermore, the composition ratio of MDI:PTMG:BDO was 2.07:1.22:1.00. At last, the molecular weight of PU was determined by GPC, and the number average molecular weight (Mn) and weight average molecular weight (Mw) are 63,300 and 133,800?g?mol?1, respectively.  相似文献

Room‐temperature ionic liquids (RTILs) are gaining increasing interest and are considered part of the green chemistry paradigm due to their negligible vapour pressure and ease of recycling. Evidence of liquid‐state order, observed by IR and Raman spectroscopy, diffraction studies, and simulated by ab initio methods, has been reported in the literature. Here, quadrupolar nuclei are used as NMR probes to extract information about the solid and possible residual order in the liquid state of RTILs. To this end, the anisotropic nature and field dependence of quadrupolar and chemical shift interactions are exploited. Relaxation time measurements and a search for residual second‐order quadrupolar coupling were employed to investigate the molecular motions present in the liquid state and infer what kind of order is present. The results obtained indicate that on a timescale of ~10?8 sec or longer, RTILs behave as isotropic liquids without residual order.  相似文献

The ternary antimonide YIrSb was synthesized from the binary precursor YIr and elemental antimony by a diffusion controlled solid‐state reaction. Single crystals were obtained by a flux technique with elemental bismuth as an inert solvent. The YIrSb structure (TiNiSi type, space group Pnma) was refined from single‐crystal X‐ray diffractometer data: a = 711.06(9), b = 447.74(5), c = 784.20(8) pm, wR2 = 0.0455, 535 F2 values, 20 variables. 89Y solid state MAS NMR and 121Sb Mössbauer spectra show single resonance lines in agreement with single‐crystal X‐ray data. YIrSb is a Pauli paramagnet.  相似文献

Summary. The synthesis of four new 1,5-bis(4-amidinophenoxy)-3-oxapentane analogs is described. The structures of the obtained bis-amidines and bis-nitriles in the solid state are evaluated on the basis of 13C CP/MAS NMR spectra and theoretical calculations at DFT level. A single crystal X-ray diffraction structure is presented for 1,5-bis(4-amidinophenoxy)-3-oxapentane. A preliminary anticancer assay against three cell lines is also given.  相似文献

The tridentate chelate nickel complexes [(CO)Ni{(PPh2CH2)3CMe}] ( 2 ), [(CO)Ni{(PPh2CH2CH2)3SiMe}] ( 6 ), and [Ph3PNi{(PPh2CH2CH2)3SiMe}] ( 7 ), as well as the bidentate complex [(CO)2Ni{(PPh2CH2)2CMeCH2PPh2}] ( 3 ) and the heterobimetallic complex [(CO)2Ni{(PPh2CH2)2CMeCH2Ph2PAuCl}] ( 4 ), have been synthesized and fully characterized in solution. All 1H and 13C NMR signal assignments are based on 2D‐NMR methods. Single crystal X‐ray structures have been obtained for all complexes. Their 31P CP/MAS (cross polarization with magic angle spinning) NMR spectra have been recorded and the isotropic lines identified. The signals were assigned with the help of their chemical shift anisotropy (CSA) data. All complexes have been tested regarding their catalytic activity for the cyclotrimerization of phenylacetylene. Whereas complexes 2 – 4 display low catalytic activity, complex 7 leads to quantitative conversion of the substrate within four hours and is highly selective throughout the catalytic reaction.  相似文献

Since it is often necessary or desirable to determine the structures of compounds containing nitrogen directly via the nitrogen atoms, the nuclear quadrupole resonance (NQR) and the nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) as well as the photoelectron and the Auger-electron spectroscopy (ESCA) of nitrogen are becoming increasingly important. The internal rotations and interconformational jumps of ibuprofen in the solid state are fully characterized by the simultaneous analysis of a variety of low‐ and high‐resolution NMR experiments for the measurement of several 13C and 1H spectral and relaxation properties, performed at different temperatures and, in some cases, frequencies. The results are first qualitatively analyzed to identify the motions of the different molecular fragments and to assign them to specific frequency ranges (slow, <103 Hz; intermediate, 103–106 Hz; and fast, >106 Hz). In a second step, a simultaneous fit of the experimental data sets most sensitive to each frequency range is performed by means of suitable motional models to obtain, for each motion, values of correlation times and activation energies. The rotations of the three methyl groups around their ternary symmetry axes, which occur in the fast regime, are characterized by slightly different activation energies. Thanks to the simultaneous analysis of 1H and 13C data, the π‐flip of the dimeric structure made by the acidic groups is also identified and seen to occur in the fast regime. On the contrary, the π‐flip of the phenyl ring is found to occur in the slow motional regime, while the rotations of the isobutyl and propionic groups are frozen. The approach used appears to be of general applicability for studying the dynamics of small organic molecules.  相似文献

Due to the increasing understanding of the health benefits and chemopreventive properties of flavonoids, there continues to be significant effort dedicated to improved analytical methods for characterizing the structures of flavonoids and monitoring their levels in fruits and vegetables, as well as developing new approaches for mapping the interactions of flavonoids with biological molecules. Tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS), particularly in conjunction with liquid chromatography (LC), is the dominant technique that has been pursued for elucidation of flavonoids. Metal complexation strategies have proven to be especially promising for enhancing the ionization of flavonoids and yielding key diagnostic product ions for differentiation of isomers. Of particular value is the addition of a chromophoric ligand to allow the application of infrared (IR) multiphoton dissociation as an alternative to collision-induced dissociation (CID) for the differentiation of isomers. CID, including energy-resolved methods, and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) have also been utilized widely for structural characterization of numerous classes of flavonoids and development of structure/activity relationships.The gas-phase ion chemistry of flavonoids is an active area of research particularly when combined with accurate mass measurement for distinguishing between isobaric ions. Applications of a variety of ab initio and chemical computation methods to the study of flavonoids have been reported, and the results of computations of ion and molecular structures have been shown together with computations of atomic charges and ion fragmentation. Unambiguous ion structures are obtained rarely using MS alone. Thus, it is necessary to combine MS with spectroscopic techniques such as ultraviolet (UV) and NMR to achieve this objective. The application of NMR data to the mass spectrometric examination of flavonoids is discussed.  相似文献
