In this paper, we study some properties of algebras of associative type introduced in previous papers of the author. We show that a finite-dimensional algebra of associative type over a field of zero characteristic is homogeneously semisimple if and only if a certain form defined by the trace form is nonsingular. For a subclass of algebras of associative type, it is proved that any module over a semisimple algebra is completely reducible. We also prove that any left homogeneous ideal of a semisimple algebra of associative type is generated by a homogeneous idempotent.  相似文献

In this paper we extend classical results of the invariant theory of finite groups to the action of a finite-dimensional semisimple Hopf algebra H on a special algebra A, which is homomorphically mapped onto a commutative integral domain, and the kernel of this map contains no nonzero H-stable ideals. We prove that the algebra A is finitely generated as a module over a subalgebra of invariants, and the latter is finitely generated as a k-algebra. We give a counterexample to the finite generation of a non-semisimple Hopf algebra.  相似文献

For any field k of zero characteristic we give a functor from the category of k-vector spaces into the category of k-Hopf algebras, attaching to any vector space V its bitensorial pointed Hopf algebra Av. This Hopf algebra is graded, fulfills a universal property, and contains a remarkable subspace P of primitive elements, which as a conjecture may generate the Lie algebra Prim Av. Masuoka proved (Proc Am Math Soc 137(6):1925–1932, 2009) that a finite-dimensional irreducible Hopf algebra H in positive characteristic is semisimple if and only if it is commutative semisimple if and only if the Hopf subalgebra generated by all primitives is semisimple. 令M是Z[v]的由v-1和奇素数p生成的理想,U是A=Z[v]M上相伴于对称Cartan矩阵的量子代数.k是特征为零的代数闭域,A→k(v(?)ξ)是环同态.U_k=U(?)_Ak,u_k是U_k的无穷小量子代数.令ξ是1的p次本原根.本文证明了:若有限维可积U_k模M,V中至少有一个是内射模,或者M,V中有一个模作为u_k模是平凡的,则有U_k模同构M(?)V≌V(?)M.我们还证明了:若有限维可积U_k模V作为u_k模是不可分解的,有限维可积U_k模M是不可分解的,且M|_(uk)是平凡的,则V(?)M是不可分解U_k模.令V和M是有限维可积U_k模,作为u_k模是同构的且具有单基座,本文证明V和M作为U_k模也是同构的.由此得到:不可分解内射u_k模提升为U_k模是唯一的.  相似文献

这是利用 A -型 Ringel-Hall 代数研究sl -型量子群的两篇文章中的第一篇. 为此首先需要研究建立在任意域k 上的无限维路代数 kA 的有限维表示. 在文章的第一部分, 我们给出了所有的不可分解 kA - 表示, 并且清楚地刻画了它们之间的扩张关系; 在第二部分, 对于给定的有限域k, 我们研究了 Ringel-Hall 代数 H(kA). 主要观察是把H(kA) 看作 Ringel-Hall 代数 H(kA) 的正向极限, 把 H(kA) 看作Ringel-Hall 代数 H(kAn) 的正向极限. 特别地, 我们得到了H(kA) 的一个 PBW-基, 并且 证明了H(kA) 恰好和它的合成子代数重合.  相似文献

We show that the invariants of a free associative algebra of finite rank under a linear action of a finite-dimensional Hopf algebra generated by group-like and skew-primitive elements form a finitely generated algebra exactly when the action is scalar. In 1999, Kashina introduced the exponent of a Hopf algebra. In this article, we prove that the exponent of a finite-dimensional non-cosemisimple Hopf algebra with Chevalley property in characteristic 0 is infinite, and the exponent of a finite-dimensional non-cosemisimple pointed Hopf algebra in positive characteristic is finite.  相似文献

In continuation of the articles (Liu J Algebra 299:841–853, 2006; Huang, J Algebra 321:2650–2669, 2009) we classify all finite-dimensional basic Hopf algebras of tame type over an algebraically closed field of characteristic 0 in this paper. As consequences, we show the following statements: (1) the representation dimension of a tame basic Hopf algebra is exactly 3, (2) for a basic Hopf algebra H, if $\textrm{C}(H)\geq 3$ then it is wild. These conclusions verify a folklore conjecture and one of Rickard’s statements for the class of finite-dimensional basic Hopf algebras.  相似文献

In this paper, we define the notion of self-dual graded weak Hopf algebra and self-dual semilattice graded weak Hopf algebra. We give characterization of finite-dimensional such algebras when they are in structually simple forms in the sense of E. L. Green and E. N. Morcos. We also give the definition of self-dual weak Hopf quiver and apply these types of quivers to classify the finite- dimensional self-dual semilattice graded weak Hopf algebras. Finally, we prove partially the conjecture given by N. Andruskiewitsch and H.-J. Schneider in the case of finite-dimensional pointed semilattice graded weak Hopf algebra H when grH is self-dual.  相似文献

In this paper, we introduce a generalized Hopf Galois theory for regular multiplier Hopf algebras with integrals, which might be viewed as a generalization of the Hopf Galois theory of finite-dimensional Hopf algebras. We introduce the notion of a coaction of a multiplier Hopf algebra on an algebra. We show that there is a duality for actions and coactions of multiplier Hopf algebras with integrals. In order to study the Galois (co)action of a multiplier Hopf algebra with an integral, we construct a Morita context connecting the smash product and the coinvariants. A Galois (co)action can be characterized by certain surjectivity of a canonical map in the Morita context. Finally, we apply the Morita theory to obtain the duality theorems for actions and coactions of a co-Frobenius Hopf algebra.  相似文献

The notion of a synaptic algebra was introduced by David Foulis. Synaptic algebras unite the notions of an order-unit normed space, a special Jordan algebra, a convex effect algebra and an orthomodular lattice. In this note we study quadratic ideals in synaptic algebras which reflect its Jordan algebra structure. We show that projections contained in a quadratic ideal from a p-ideal in the orthomodular lattice of projections in the synaptic algebra and we find a characterization of those quadratic ideals which are generated by their projections.  相似文献

We prove that, if H is a finite-dimensional semisimple Hopf algebra, and A is an FCR H-module algebra over an algebraically closed field, then A is a PI-algebra, provided the subalgebra of invariants is a PI-algebra. We also show that if A is an affine algebra with an action of a finite group G by automorphisms, the subalgebra of the fixed points AG is in the center of A, and the characteristic of the ground field is either zero or relatively prime to the order of G, then AG is affine. Analogous results are proved for graded algebras and H-module algebras over a semisimple triangular Hopf algebra over a field of characteristic zero. We prove also that, if A is an H-module algebra with an identity element, and H is either a semisimple group algebra or its dual, then, if A is semiprimitive (semiprime), then so is AH.  相似文献

It is proved in the paper that a Noetherian residually finite-dimensional Hopf algebra H is a flat module over any right Noetherian right coideal subalgebra A. In the case when A is a Hopf subalgebra we get faithful flatness. These results are obtained by verifying the existence of classical quotient rings of A and H. It is also proved that the antipode of either right or left Noetherian residually finite-dimensional Hopf algebra is bijective. As a consequence, such a Hopf algebra is right and left Noetherian simultaneously.
