在多属性群决策中 ,集结群体意见之前必须先对群体的决策数据进行一致性分析 ,以确保群体作出的决策符合客观实际 .提出了群决策的三种三维层次模型 ;用欧几里得距离 ( Euclidean Distance)表示个人决策中方案的评价值 ;然后设置一致性指标值α,作为群体数据一致性的判断依据 ;提出了满足一致性基础上的一种群决策方法 ;最后用实例说明了算法的使用步骤 . 相似文献

针对群决策中基于不同粒度语言判断矩阵形式偏好信息的群体一致性问题,提出了一种分析方法。首先,给出有关不同粒度语言判断矩阵和二元语义等若干定义,通过转换函数将不同粒度语言判断矩阵一致化为由二元语义表示的判断矩阵;然后,通过定义专家与群偏好的偏差矩阵以及各专家的总体偏差指标,给出了专家群体一致性的判别方法及专家群体判断不一致的调整方法;最后,通过一个算例说明了该方法的有效性。 相似文献

建设项目在政治、环境、经济、施工、安全等方面的风险评估的群决策过程中,各利益相关群体对于候选方案的每个属性都可以提出自己的个体决策信息,采用乘性加权集结算子构造群体决策矩阵,并判断群体决策矩阵与个体决策矩阵之间的相似度差异值,指导个体决策矩阵的修正,完成个体意见的一致化,得到最终确定评价方案的风险顺序.实例分析的结果表明,采用计算方法有利于提高多利益主体对建设项目风险评价的群决策过程中的综合满意度. 相似文献

The paper suggests a model of decision of group members in supporting or opposing a given social issue. The central assumption states that the probability of a positive decision of nth person depends on the number of positive choices among the n-1 persons who preceded him in making the decision. Formulas are given for the expectation and variance of the total group support. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) has been widely applied to solve problems arising in group decision making, by synthesising different or conflicting judgements. However, directly synthesising conflicting judgements by calculating the geometric mean of preference weights (ratios) in AHP may not reach consensus from all members in a decision making group, especially, when those members represent the stakeholders of the decision making problem. This study proposes a new method that uses the genetic algorithm and utility function to synthesise preference weights to prevent this fallacy occurring when implementing the classical AHP approach. In realistic group decision situations, however, alternatives are often not specified a priori, but are created during the group process from different components introduced by the group members. Simplified neutrosophic set is a convenient tool proposed for dealing with complex problems; it is effective in providing more data for decision‐making process. In this study, we develop a simplified neutrosophic ordered weighted distance operator which combines the neutrosophic distance measures and the ordered weighted average distance in the same formulation. It is a new handy aggregation operator that considers the situations where the input data are represented in simplified neutrosophic numbers, and it also contains diverse distance aggregation operators. Parameterized families of simplified neutrosophic ordered weighted distance operator are handled. Moreover, we establish a new neutrosophic group decision‐making method based on the simplified neutrosophic ordered weighted distance operator, which has 2 extended approaches for determining the weights of decision makers and decision attributes in decision‐making process, respectively. Finally, an illustrative example demonstrates the application of the proposed method. The effectiveness and advantages of the proposed method are shown by the comparative analysis with existing relative methods. 相似文献
