对等壁温边界条件下圆管内层流振荡流动对流换热问题进行理论推导。在随时间做正弦变化的速度入口条件下,经求解圆管内流体振荡时的能量方程,得到振荡流动圆管内温度场分布的解析解表达式,并利用Matlab对表达式进行直观表示。计算结果表明:等壁温边界条件下速度入口脉冲流动可引起温度随时间波动,波动随无量纲振荡频率和速度振荡幅度增加,换热效果加强,且速度振荡幅度和无量纲振荡频率存在协同作用。  相似文献

以水为介质,对螺旋槽管管内流体的流动特性、换热特性进行了实验研究。分析了流速、温度对流动特性,换热特性的影响。在该实验研究中,进行了实验测得摩擦压降与经典公式拟合得出的计算结果误差分析,验证了实验结果的准确度;进行了Nu的值与迪图斯-贝尔特公式拟合得出的计算结果误差分析,验证了实验结果的准确度;提出了预测套管式换热器热工性能的新方法。螺旋管换热器在管内流体Re范围为41000-58000时,换热器的热工性能较好。  相似文献

采用有效多松弛时间-格子Boltzmann方法(Effective MRT-LBM)数值模拟了微尺度条件下的振荡Couette和Poiseuille流动. 在微流动LBM中引入Knudsen边界层模型,对松弛时间进行修正. 模拟时平板或外力以正弦周期振动,Couette流中考虑了单平板振动、上下板同相振动这两类情况. 研究结果表明,修正后的MRT-LBM模型能有效用于这类非平衡的微尺度流动模拟;对于Couette流,随着Kn数的增大,壁面滑移效应变得越明显. St越大,板间速度剖面的非线性特性越剧烈;两板同相振荡时,若Kn,St均较小,板间流体受到平板拖动剪切的影响很小,板间速度几乎重叠在一起;在振荡Poiseuille流动中,St数增大到一定值时,相位滞后现象减弱;相对于Kn数,St数对振荡Couette 和Poiseuille流中不同位置处速度相位差的产生有较大影响. 关键词: 格子Boltzmann方法 有效MRT模型 Knudsen层 振荡流  相似文献

The effect of Hall current on the steady magnetohydrodynamics (MHD) flow of an electrically conducting, incompressible Burgers' fluid between two parallel electrically insulating infinite planes is studied. The MHD flow is generated by applying constant pressure gradient. An external uniform magnetic field normal to the disks is applied. The disks are kept at two different constant temperatures. Exact solutions are obtained for the governing momentum and energy equations. The effects of Hartmann number M, Reynolds number Re, Prandtl number Pr, Eckert number Ec, pressure gradient dp/dx and Hall parameter η are examined.  相似文献

为了研究改变翅片材料对套片式翅片管换热器性能的影响,分别对采用铝翅片和黄铜翅片的套片式翅片管换热器(结构参数基本相同)进行传热特性与空气流动阻力特性的试验。试验得到了试件在一系列试验工况下的传热数据与管外空气流动阻力数据,通过计算得出了相应的传热准则关系式与管外空气流动阻力准则关系式,绘制了传热系数和管外空气流动阻力的有关图线。结果表明:黄铜翅片套片式换热器与铝翅片套片式换热器相比,换热性能优势明显,其原因主要是铝材比铜材软,与铜管胀接后的接触热阻大,因此换热性能更弱。  相似文献

对一种斜翅型外翅片带内螺纹的冷凝强化换热管进行传热性能的实验研究。管外冷凝换热的制冷剂为R134a,管内对流换热的介质为水。分别在定热流密度与定水流速的条件下进行一系列工况的实验,得到相应的实验数据。在定热流密度条件下,利用Wilson图解法得到管内的换热系数数据及相应的计算关联式。在定水流速的条件下,利用分离方法得到管外冷凝换热系数数据及相应的计算关联式。将强化管换热系数数据与光管换热系数的理论计算值进行了比较,结果表明:冷凝强化换热管管内对流换热的强化倍率为2.4,管外凝结换热系数随壁面过冷度的增加而增大,管外凝结换热的强化倍率为:1.78~3.92。  相似文献

在内径为2mm曲率为0.057的螺旋管内进行了超临界氮的对流换热实验,研究探讨了螺旋管入口温度、壁面热流密度对沿程壁面温度分布以及平均换热系数的影响,与前人关于螺旋管内常规流体流动换热的平均Nu的经验关系式进行了比较。并基于FLUENT软件进行了数值计算,并与实验结果进行了比较。分析表明,数值计算对壁面温度的预测有一定的适用性。  相似文献

在环路热管系统工作中,存在因补偿腔温度过高而造成的蒸发器烧干现象。在常规环路热管系统中设计了补偿腔支路,以带走热源向补偿腔传递的径向热量,并对设计的环路热管系统进行实验测试,分析补偿腔支路对环路热管传热特性的影响。实验结果表明:补偿腔支路开启后,在热流密度14 W/cm2时,系统稳定启动所需时间从4 min减少到3 min,表明系统稳定启动所需时间减小,有利于快速启动;在热流密度18 W/cm2下,对应的壁面温度从88.2℃降至85.4℃,系统热阻从0.56 K/W减小到了0.49 K/W,表明系统所能承受的最大热流密度更大,系统热阻也更低,因此系统的传热性能更好。  相似文献

The average and local thermal conductivity measurements of water-based Ag-nanofluid held in polypropylene and metallic containers using transient hot-wire method revealed a new phenomenon. The local thermal conductivity of water-based Ag nanofluid measured at different locations of containers was found to depend strongly upon the metallic container, but not on the polypropylene container. Similar observations have been found in water-based NiAl nanofluid, but not in water-based Al2O3 nanofluid. In contrast, this phenomenon was not observed for ethylene glycol-based Ag nanofluid, possibly due to the insignificant charge on the container wall, which partly explains the diversity in thermal conductivity by different researchers.  相似文献

The present prospective theoretical investigation deals with analysis of the peristaltic-ciliary transport of a developing embryo within the fallopian tubal fluid in the human fallopian tube. A mathematical model of peristalsis-cilia induced flow of viscoelastic fluid characterized by the third grade fluid model within the fallopian tubal fluid in a finite two dimensional narrow tube is developed. Non-linear partial differential equation resulting from the modelling of the proposed model is solved using perturbation method. Flow variables like axial and radial velocities, appropriate residue time over tube length, pressure difference over wavelength and stream function are analyzed for embedded parameters and constants. Salient features of the pumping characteristics and trapping phenomenon are discussed in detail. The analysis showed that embedded parameters and constants have opposite effects on axial velocity and appropriate residue time over tube length. Moreover, a comparison of the peristaltic flow with the peristaltic-ciliary flow and the third grade fluid with the linearly viscous fluid is made as a special case. The relevance of the current results to the transport of a developing embryo within the fallopian tubal fluid is also explored. It reveals that, third grade fluid instead of the linearly viscous fluid and the inclusion of cilia along with peristalsis help to complete the required mitotic divisions while transporting the developing embryo within the fallopian tubal fluid in the human fallopian tube.  相似文献

采用SST k-w低雷诺数湍流模型对加热条件下超临界压力CO2在内径di=22.14 mm,加热长度Lh=2440 mm水平圆管内三维稳态流动与传热特性进行了数值计算.通过超临界CO2在水平圆管内的流动传热实验数据验证了数值模型的可靠性和准确性.首先,研究了超临界压力CO2在水平圆管内的流动传热特点,基于超临界CO2在类临界温度Tpc处发生类液-类气“相变”的假设,揭示了水平圆管顶母线和底母线区域不同的流动传热行为.然后,分析了热流密度qw和质量流速G对水平圆管内超临界压力CO2流动换热的影响,通过获取流体域内的物性分布、速度分布和湍流分布等详细信息,重点解释了不同热流密度qw和质量流速G下顶母线内壁温度Tw,i分布产生差异的传热机理,分析结果确定了类气膜厚度d、类气膜性质、轴向速度u和湍动能k是影响顶母线壁温分布差异的主要因素.研究结果可以为超临界压力CO2换热装置的优化设计和安全运行提供理论指导.  相似文献

The unsteady flow of a Casson fluid and heat transfer over a stretching surface in presence of suction/blowing are investigated.The transformed equations are solved numerically by using the shooting method.The exact solution corresponding to the momentum equation for the steady case is obtained.Fluid velocity initially decreases with the increase of unsteadiness parameter.Due to an increasing Casson parameter the velocity field is suppressed.Thermal radiation enhances the effective thermal diffusivity and the temperature rises.  相似文献

The steady flow and heat transfer of an electrically conducting fluid with variable viscosity and electrical conductivity between two parallel plates in the presence of a transverse magnetic field is investigated. It is assumed that the flow is driven by combined action of axial pressure gradient and uniform motion of the upper plate. The governing nonlinear equations of momentum and energy transport are solved numerically using a shooting iteration technique together with a sixth-order Runge-Kutta integration algorithm. Solutions are presented in graphical form and given in terms of fluid velocity, fluid temperature, skin friction and heat transfer rate for various parametric values. Our results reveal that the combined effect of magnetic field, viscosity, exponents of variable properties, various fluid and heat transfer dimensionless quantities and the electrical conductivity variation, have significant impact on the hydromagnetic and electrical properties of the fluid.  相似文献

This article investigates the three-dimensional flow of Powell–Eyring nanofluid with thermophoresis and Brownian motion effects. The energy equation is considered in the presence of thermal radiation. The heat and mass flux conditions are taken into account. Mathematical formulation is carried out through the boundary layer approach. The governing partial differential equations are transformed into the nonlinear ordinary differential equations through suitable variables. The resulting nonlinear ordinary differential equations have been solved for the series solutions. Effects of emerging physical parameters on the temperature and nanoparticles concentration are plotted and discussed. Present study investigates the heat transfer and friction characteristics of heat exchanger tube fitted with perforated twisted tape (PTT) insert having V cuts. A copper tube of 1 m length and 0.032 m inner diameter is used as test section to collect the experimental data by varying the twist ratio of PTT from 2 to 6 for the Reynolds number range of 2,700–23,400. V cuts are introduced in the PTT and the V-cut relative pitch ratio is varied from 1 to 2. The maximum thermo-hydraulic performance parameter is found to be 1.58.  相似文献

In this study, the effect of both hexagonal pin fins (HPFs) and cylindrical pin fins (CPFs) into the rectangular channel on heat transfer augmentation, Nusselt number and friction factor were experimentally investigated. In planning of the experiments, different Reynolds number, pin fin array, pin fin geometry and the ratio of the distance between pin fin spacing (s) to the pin fin hydraulic diameter (s/Dh) were chosen as the design parameters. Air was used as the fluid. The Reynolds number, based on the channel hydraulic diameter of the rectangular channel, was varied from 3188 to 19531. In the experiments, the heating plate was made of stainless steel foil. The foil was electrically heated by means of a high current DC power supply to provide a constantly heated flux surface. The heat transfer results were obtained using the infrared thermal imaging technique. The heat transfer results of the hexagonal pin fins (HPFs) and cylindrical pin fins (CPFs) are compared with those of a smooth plate. Best heat transfer performance was obtained with the hexagonal pin fins. The maximum thermal performance factor ((?), was obtained as Re = 3188, staggered array, s/Dh = 0, ? = 2.28.  相似文献

The effects of variable fluid properties and variable heat flux on the flow and heat transfer of a non-Newtonian Maxwell fluid over an unsteady stretching sheet in the presence of slip velocity have been studied. The governing differential equations are transformed into a set of coupled non-linear ordinary differential equations and then solved with a numerical technique using appropriate boundary conditions for various physical parameters. The numerical solution for the governing non-linear boundary value problem is based on applying the fourth-order Runge-Kutta method coupled with the shooting technique over the entire range of physical parameters. The effects of various parameters like the viscosity parameter, thermal conductivity parameter, unsteadiness parameter, slip velocity parameter, the Deborah number, and the Prandtl number on the flow and temperature profiles as well as on the local skin-friction coefficient and the local Nusselt number are presented and discussed. Comparison of numerical results is made with the earlier published results under limiting cases.  相似文献

An experimental energy storage system has been designed using a new type flat micro heat pipe heat exchanger that incorporates a moderate-temperature phase change material paraffin with a melting point of 58°C. The basic structure, working principles, and design concept are discussed. The heat transfer process during the charging and discharging of the heat exchanger under various operating conditions has been experimentally investigated. Results show that the performance of the new type flat micro heat pipe was steady and efficient during charging and discharging. The average thermal storage power and absorption efficiency have been determined to be approximately 537 W and 92.5%, respectively.  相似文献

为了研究翅片管换热器在低温工况下的传热性能,进行了翅片管汽化器的气化试验。采用低温热电偶连续测量翅片管汽化器8个不同位置的温度,得到8条温度曲线。分析曲线表明气化过程可归结为非稳态与稳态两个阶段,并经历液相、汽液两相及气相三个传热区。试验结果为同类换热器的分段设计提供了依据。  相似文献
