In the present work, the use of cylindrical turbulators in a double pipe heat exchanger has been investigated. Cylindrical fin type of turbulators has been placed circumferentially separated by 90° on the outer side of an inner pipe at a regular pitch. Experimental studies were undertaken for different air flow rates in a turbulent regime whose Reynolds number range between 2500 and 10000. Heat transfer characteristics like Nu and friction factor have been experimentally determined. Parametric studies were conducted by changing the pitch and also the orientation of the turbulators. Nu and friction factor were found to increase as the pitch is reduced. A model with alternatively changed orientation outperformed others by exhibiting highest Nu and reduced friction factor. 相似文献

在可改变风量和热水流量的实验条件下,对波纹板式空冷器的阻力与传热特性进行实验研究。得到了空气侧的阻力降关联式以及两侧的对流换热系数关联式,其适用于热水雷诺数在2000-8000之间、空气雷诺数在2000-10000之间。在相同工况下,比较了波纹板式、光管式和翅片管式空冷器的性能指标,结果表明:迎面风速在2.45-4.1 m/s之间,波纹板式空冷器传热系数达到100-160 W/m2/℃;约比光管式提高70%,但只有以管束外表面为基准的翅片管式传热系数的六分之一;板式空冷器单位体积换热量约是翅片管式空冷器的1.5倍,是光管式的15倍;板式空冷器单位功耗换热量约是光管式空冷器的5.5倍,而翅片管式空冷器与光管式空冷器则相差不大。 相似文献

为了进一步明确对流换热过程中热力学优化与传热优化之间的差异,本文分别利用熵产最小原理、(火积)耗散极值原理针对两种边界条件下的对流换热问题进行分析,讨论熵产,(火积)耗散与有用能损失以及对流换热能力之间的关系.结果表明:熵产最小意味着系统的有用能损失最小,但并不反映系统的对流换热能力的强弱;而(火积)耗散取极值意味着系统的对流换热能力最强,但与系统的有用能损失不存在对应关系.因此,对于将降低有用能损失作为优化目标的换热问题应采用熵产最小原理进行分析;而对于需要将提高换热能力作为优化目标的对流换热问题应采用(火积)耗散极值原理进行分析. 相似文献

使用恒温循环媒介,利用热平衡原理,建立了单U型管模拟实验装置,对埋管与岩土间的热传递进行了实验.实验表明,在距埋管较近的范围内,岩土层有较快的温度相应速率,而在较远的范围内,岩土层的温度相应速率较慢.通过埋管换热器传热性能实验,利用线热源模型得到了实验岩土的热导率. 相似文献

在空冷系统中,换热器空气侧的表面结霜问题是影响其应用和发展的主要问题。通过对结霜条件下翅片管换热器空气侧换热性能的实验研究,得出了空气湿度、翅片间距、风速等参数变化对空气侧当量表面传热系数的影响;结果表明在一定的范围内,结霜前期h0值随结霜时间τ急剧下降,在结霜后期,这些参数对h0值的影响大为削弱。 相似文献

Combined convection heat transfer and thermal conduction for film cooling of a flat plate with 45° ribs on one wall was investigated experimentally and numerically. The flat plate surface temperature was measured using thermochromic liquid crystals. The results show that the film cooling is the main mechanism for the local cooling with a very low thermal conductivity while the convection heat transfer of the coolant in the coolant channel is the dominant heat transfer mechanism for the high thermal conductivity plate, with both film cooling and convection heat transfer by the coolant being important with medium thermal conductivity walls. 相似文献

为了研究改变翅片材料对套片式翅片管换热器性能的影响,分别对采用铝翅片和黄铜翅片的套片式翅片管换热器(结构参数基本相同)进行传热特性与空气流动阻力特性的试验。试验得到了试件在一系列试验工况下的传热数据与管外空气流动阻力数据,通过计算得出了相应的传热准则关系式与管外空气流动阻力准则关系式,绘制了传热系数和管外空气流动阻力的有关图线。结果表明:黄铜翅片套片式换热器与铝翅片套片式换热器相比,换热性能优势明显,其原因主要是铝材比铜材软,与铜管胀接后的接触热阻大,因此换热性能更弱。 相似文献

微热管以其效率高、响应快且无能耗,在高功率集成微电子散热方面应用广泛。针对电子器件的小型化、高能耗发展趋势,本文提出一种新型沟槽道微热管结构,对该沟槽道微热管进行稳态和瞬态热性能实验研究,研究了风速、角度、加热功率等因素对该新型热管的热性能影响规律。结果表明,该微热管在整个散热器传热上起主导作用,性能比达到0.88,冷凝端温差为0.8℃,具有良好的均温性,该微热管加热功率为140 W,空气流速1.5 m/s时,换热系数可达2 359 W/(m2·℃),热阻为0.27℃/W;高功率状态下可保持良好的热扩散性能,有效避免微热管的热应力集中,有望高效解决集成电子器件的散热问题。 相似文献

An experimental study performed to compare the results of different methods used in the literature for the calculation of heat transfer coefficient in double-tube heat exchangers. Then, a new fundamental approach was proposed which used the temperature profile and the local heat transfer coefficients. In this method, the heat transfer coefficient has been calculated for the total length of the heat exchanger including developing and fully developed regions. Numerous experimentations have been conducted in a double-tube heat exchanger. In this paper, heat transfer characteristics of a miniature heat sink cooled by SiO2–water nanofluids were investigated both experimentally and numerically. The heat sink was fabricated from aluminum and insulated by plexiglass cover plates. The heat sink consisted of an array of 4 mm diameter circular channels with a length of 40 mm. Tests were performed while inserting a 180 W/cm2 heat flux to the bottom of heat sink and Reynolds numbers ranged from 400 to 2000. The three-dimensional heat transfer characteristics of the heat sink were analyzed numerically by solving conjugate heat transfer problem of thermally and hydrodynamically developing fluid flow. Experimental results showed that dispersing SiO2 nanoparticles in water significantly increased the overall heat transfer coefficient while thermal resistance of heat sink was decreased up to 10%. Numerical results revealed that channel diameter, as well as heat sink height and number of channels in a heat sink have significant effects on the maximum temperature of heat sink. Finally, an artificial neural network (ANN) was used to simulate the heat sink performance based on these parameters. It was found that the results of ANN are in excellent agreement with the mathematical simulation and cover a wider range for evaluation of heat sink performance. 相似文献

采用由SRK方程计算得出的混合工质物性参数,将具有相变两相流体物性分三部分处理,得出混合工质分段物性数据拟合曲线,并输入FLUENT软件的材料物性数据文件中,作为数值模拟物性参数数据。在上述物性数据处理的基础上,对混合工质天然气液化装置中换热器采用分段方式进行稳态数值模拟研究,得到沿长度方向一定温度下传热系数、压力梯度的变化曲线。通过与MUSE软件数据比较,计算结果有一定合理性,所得结论为有相变换热的混合工质低温板翅式换热器的设计和优化提供一定参考。 相似文献

The present work conducts an experimental investigation into the influence of flow, thermodynamic and geometrical characteristics of the wavy strip on exergy loss and dimensionless exergy loss in a tube in tube heat exchanger. The working fluid is water with hot water passing the inner tube and cold water passing annulus. Wavy strips with four different angles and three widths were investigated experimentally. The result of exergy loss and dimensionless exergy loss for various conditions is presented and on the basis of curve fitting, three empirical correlations are suggested to predict dimensionless exergy loss in a double tube heat exchanger. 相似文献
