[3+2]-Cycloaddition of 2-methoxycarbonylmethylene-5-phenyl-2,3-dihydro-3-furanone to acetone azine has been studied. This results in a monospirocycloadduct,viz., 9,9-dimethyl-6-methoxycarbonyl-2-phenyl-1-oxa-7,8-diazaspiro[4.4]nona-2,6-dien-4-one. The molecular and crystal structures of 5,7-diphenyl-7-methyi-4,7-dihydro-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine have been studied by X-ray structural methods. The crystal is monoclinic,a=16.112(3),b=13.489(3),c=14.480(3)Å, =101.62(2)°,Z=8, space groupC2/c,R=0.071. The presence of short intermolecular contacts indicates considerable steric strain in the molecule. The dihydropyrimidine ring exists in an unevenly planar boat conformation. Novel alkyl substituted 3-(4-benzoyl-1,5-diphenyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)-3-oxo-2-(triphenylphosphoranylidene) propanoates (3) were synthesized from 4-benzoyl-1,5-diphenyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carbonylchloride (1) and alkyl (triphenylphosphoranylidene) acetates (2a–b). The synthesized compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, spectroscopic studies (3a–b), and single crystal X-ray diffraction (3a). The mechanism of the reaction between (1) and (2a) was studied by AM1, and the geometrical parameters of the studied molecules were also carried out in B3LYP methods with the standard 6–31G (d,p) basis set. NBO analysis were studied for 1 and 2a B3LYP methods with the standard 6–31G (d,p) basis set.  相似文献

A productive natural method has been produced for the synthesis of 2-aryl-2-methyl-4,5-diphenyl-2,3-dihydro-2H-imidazoles in great yields under catalyst free-conditions utilizing polyethylene glycol (PEG-400) as a green reaction medium. Quantum-chemical calculations and IR spectroscopy were used to study the conformations as well as the energy and spectral characteristics of 2,3-trimethylene- and 2,3-pentamethylene-3,4-dihydro-4-quinazolinones. The shift of -electron density from the heterocyclic system to the carbonyl group and, thus, the proton affinity of the oxygen atom of this group increase with expansion of the bond angle at the nitrogen atom in going from a five-membered to seven-membered ring.  相似文献
