The magnetic hyperfine field at dilute99Ru impurities in ferromagnetic Gd has been investigated as a function of temperature by time differential perturbed angular correlation (TDPAC) measurements. The saturation field at 11 K is Hhf(Ru Gd)=51(2) KOe. This value fits well into the systematics of 4d impurity hyperfine fields in Gd. The magnetic hyperfine field of RuGd does not follow the magnetization of the host (Tc=290 K) but vanishes abruptly at about 70 K. A similar behaviour has previously been observed for the 5d impurity Os in Gd. From first TDPAC measurements of the hyperfine interactions in the intermetallic phases of the Ru-Sc system it can not be completely ruled out that the observed collapse of the hyperfine field at 70 K is due to the formation of the intermetallic compound RuGd3.This work has been supported by the Minister für Wissenschaft und Forschung des Landes Nordrhein-Westfalen 相似文献

The magnetic hyperfine interaction in several muonic atoms has been measured. The magnetic splittings of the 1s 1/2, 2s 1/2 and 2p 1/2 muon states in the 9/2+ ground state of115In, determined by measuring muonic X rays areΔE mag(1s 1/2,115In 9/2+)=3580±70 eVΔE mag(2s 1/2,115In 9/2+)=525±120 eVΔE mag(2p 1/2,115In 9/2+)=850±180 eV. The magnetic splitting of nuclearγ rays in the presence of a muon in the 1s 1/2 state yields for the 1/2? ground state in199HgΔE mag(1s 1/2,199Hg 1/2?)=468±115 eV and the following values for the first excited 2+ states in the nuclei190,192Os and200Hg:ΔE mag(1s 1/2,190Os 2+)=665± 40 80 eVΔE mag(1s 1/2,192Os 2+)=800±80 eVΔE mag(1s 1/2,200Hg 2+)=655± 75 105 eV. The temperature dependence of the magnetic and electric hyperfine interactions at the site of 181Ta impurities in polycrystalline Dy has been measured between 4.2 and 178 K using the time differential perturbed angular correlation technique. The value of the magnetic hyperfine field at 4.2 K is: |Hhf(TaDy)| = 212(9) kG The temperature dependence of the magnetic hyperfine field follows closely the prediction of the molecular field model. 相似文献

The temperature dependence of the magnetic hyperfine fields at the sites of F nuclei implanted into ferromagnetic Fe, Ni and Gd has been studied in the temperature range from 77 K to 670 K. A pulsed proton beam was used to observe the time-differential precession of the 5/2+ state in19F. Deviations from the bulk magnetization were found for Fe and Ni. The damping of the two observed fields in Ni was interpreted in terms of a field distribution caused by an induced radiation damage. The occupation sites for F and possible mechanisms of the anomalous temperature dependence are discussed. 相似文献

The temperature dependence of the57Fe hyperfine magnetic field (hmf) in Fe-Ni is stronger than the temperature dependence of the57Fe hmf in pure Fe. By analyzing the shape of the57Fe hmf distribution, and with the help of experiments with Si in Fe-Ni, we deduce that this anomalous temperature dependence originates from a large thermal sensitivity of the magnetic moments at those Fe atoms with more Ni nearest neighbors. A strong temperature dependence of the recoilfree fraction was also observed in Fe-Ni alloys. We suggest that a large mean square thermal displacement of Fe atoms in Fe-Ni is the cause of the anomalous temperature dependence. 相似文献

The temperature dependence of the hyperfine parameters of the 57Fe nuclei in yttrium iron garnet Y3Fe5O12 (YIG) between room temperature and the Curie point was studied by means of conventional Mößbauer transmission spectroscopy. The critical exponent β, which describes the temperature dependence of the magnetic hyperfine field of 57Fe in YIG, was found to be 0.29(1) and 0.33(1) in the [a]- and (d)-sublattice, respectively. In the temperature region just below the Curie point relaxation of the internal hyperfine fields could be observed. The phase transition at the Curie point shows a distinct dependence on the grain size in the sample. 相似文献

Mossbauer studies of 0.1% 119Sn in gadolinium alloys at 4.1 K were performed. The spectra were well reproduced by a superposition of hyperfine fields according to the RKKY model with kF = 1.27 ± 0.04 A-1. In Gd0.95Tm0.05 where the magnetization is along the c-axis, the transferred field per Gd ion is 4 ± 1% lower than in Gd0.97Tb0.03 where the magnetization is perpendicular to the caxis. 相似文献

The thermal dependence of the hyperfine quadrupolar interaction of181Ta at Zr sites in K2ZrF6 has been studied by TDPAC between RT and 511 °C. Four phases of ever increasing symmetry have been found in the range RT-437 °C. The possible existence of a healing mechanism with an activation energy of 0.187±0.040 eV is discussed for the lattice recovery in the range 270 °C–335 °C. The results at temperatures above 437 °C can be understood assuming a thermal decomposition of the compound. 相似文献

The angular distribution of γ-radiation from the decay of239Np oriented at low temperatures in gadolinium host was investigated. The orientation parameters B2 and B4 were determined.
The attenuation factors for two long-living states in239Pu at 391.5 keV and 285.4 keV were calculated. From the anisotropies measured the multipole mixing ratios for 11 gamma-transitions
in239Pu were deduced. The results obtained support the assignment of spins of the levels at 492.2 keV and 391.6 keV as 3/2− and 7/2−, respectively. 相似文献

Transition temperature data obtained as a function of particle density in the 4He-Vycor system are compared with recent theoretical calculations for 3D Bose-condensed systems. In the low density dilute Bose gas regime we find, in agreement with theory, a positive shift in the transition temperature of the form DeltaT/T0 = gamma(na(3))(1/3). At higher densities a maximum is found in the ratio of T(c)/T0 for a value of the interaction parameter, na(3), that is in agreement with path-integral Monte Carlo calculations. 相似文献

By comparing experimental and theoretical radiative recombination spectra, we have determined the values of the square of
the matrix element for interband optical transitions |M|2 in epitaxial GaN at different temperatures T. The data obtained were used to analyze the mechanism for the temperature dependence
of the lasing threshold for a GaN laser. In the experiments, we used epitaxial layers of GaN with a wurtzite crystal structure,
grown on Al2O3 (0001) substrates and excited by a focused beam from a nitrogen laser. We have shown that the spontaneous emission spectra
near the lasing threshold of a GaN laser are consistent with the model of optical interband transitions not obeying a selection
rule for the electron wave vector. As we have established, the parameter |M|2 practically does not vary for T = 300–470 K: 5.4·10−73 kg2·m5/sec2. Further increase in the temperature leads to an exponential fall-off in |M|2 down to 3.4·10−73 kg2·m5/sec2 at T ≈ 520 K. Such behavior of |M|2 as a function of temperature correlates with the sudden increase in the nonradiative recombination rate at T > 470 K, and
may be connected with a change in the recombination mechanisms in the active layer of the GaN laser in the high temperature
region.
