The photoionization of CH3Cl adsorbed on highly oriented pyrolytic graphite has been investigated as a function of the photon energy in the range 13–35 eV. Two ions were detected — CH+3 and H+ — which show differences in their coverage and energy dependences. At very low coverages only H+ ions are produced, while at higher coverages (still in the monolayer regime) CH+3 ions are also observed, reflecting a change in the orientation of the molecule on the surface as a function of coverage. The cross-section curves as a function of the photon energy for both ions show a maximum at 22 eV, while the onsets are at 16 eV for CH+3 and 19 eV for H+.  相似文献

利用荧光显微镜研究了极端pH值诱导支撑磷脂双层膜的侧向再组织.结果表明,在强酸/强碱性溶液中,流动性较好的二油酰磷脂酰胆碱支撑膜出现破裂、分离、出芽或生出微管等与细胞内吞和外排相似的现象.基于极性分子与H+/H3O+或OH-的相互作用,以电中性的磷脂首基为核吸附溶液中的H+/H3O+或OH-.当磷脂膜上下叶吸附的电荷量不同时,引起两叶有效面积差,即磷脂膜曲率不对称,从而诱发磷脂膜出现各种结构和动力学的响应.本研究有助于理解极端环境对生物膜的影响,为研究生物膜的形变过程提供了参考.  相似文献

The kinetics of isothermal H2 desorption from polycrystalline diamond are studied in real time. The surface H coverage (θH) is measured by mass analyzing the recoiled H+ ion signal during the desorption. We find that the H2 desorption is 1st order in θH with an activation energy of 69 ± 6 kcal/mol and a prefactor of 1010.5 ± 0.9 s−1. We suggest that formation of a C---C π-bond on the clean surface plays a key role in H2 desorption from diamond, a view consistent with previous theoretical calculations of H2 desorption from diamond.  相似文献

The bound state properties and general structure of some H+3-like molecular ions are determined from the results of direct numerical computations. All our calculations are performed with the use of non-adiabatic variational expansion written in the basis of five-body (= ten-dimensional) gaussoids. A large number of geometrical properties and expectation values of many inter-particle delta-functions are presented for the H2D+, H2T+, D2H+, D2T+, T2H+, T2D+ and HDT+ two-electron five-body ions. The problem of inter-particle correlations in five-body systems and related problem of adiabatic divergence in the H+3-like ions are also briefly discussed.  相似文献

The reaction of CO2 and H2O to form bicarbonate (HCO3) was examined on the nearly perfect and vacuum annealed surfaces of TiO2(110) with temperature programmed desorption (TPD), static secondary ion mass spectrometry (SSIMS) and high resolution electron energy loss spectrometry (HREELS). The vacuum annealed TiO2(110) surface possesses oxygen vacancy sites that are manifested in electronic EELS by a loss feature at 0.75 V. These oxygen vacancy sites bind CO2 only slightly more strongly (TPD peak at 166 K) than do the five-coordinated Ti4+ sites (TPD peak at 137 K) typical of the nearly perfect TiO2(110) surface. Vibrational HREELS indicates that CO2 is linearly bound at the latter sites with a νa(OCO) frequency similar to the gas phase value. In contrast, oxygen vacancies dissociate H2O to bridging OH groups which recombine to liberate H2O in TPD at 490 K. No evidence for a reaction between CO2 and H2O is detected on the nearly perfect surface. In sequentially dosed experiments on the vacuum annealed surface at 110 K, CO2 adsorption is blocked by the presence of preadsorbed H2O, adsorbed CO2 is displaced by postdosed H2O, and there is little or no evidence for bicarbonate formation in either case. However, when CO2 and H2O are simultaneously dosed, a new CO2 TPD state is observed at 213 K, and the 166 K state associated with CO2 at the vacancies is absent. SSIMS was used to tentatively assign the 213 K CO2 TPD state to a bicarbonate species. The 213 K CO2 TPD state is not formed if the vacancy sites are filled with OH groups prior to simultaneous CO2+H2O exposure. Sticking coefficient measurements suggest that CO2 adsorption at 110 K is precursor-mediated, as is known to be the case for H2O adsorption on TiO2(110). A model explaining the circumstances under which the proposed bicarbonate species is formed involves the surface catalyzed conversion of a precursor-bound H2O–CO2 van der Waals complex to carbonic acid, which then reacts at unoccupied oxygen vacancies to generate bicarbonate, but falls apart to CO2 and H2O in the absence of these sites. This model is consistent with the conditions under which bicarbonate is formed on powdered TiO2, and is similar to the mechanism by which water catalyzes carbonic acid formation in aqueous solution.  相似文献

Cu-CeO2体系因其特殊的催化能力而在固体氧化物燃料电池和水煤气转化反应等多个催化领域有重要应用. 采用基于密度泛函理论的第一性原理方法, 在原子和电子层面上系统地研究了单个Cu原子及Cu小团簇在CeO2(110)面上的吸附构型, 价键特性和电子结构, 结果表明: 1) 单个Cu原子的最稳定吸附位是两个表面O的桥位; 2) Cu团簇的稳定吸附构型为扭曲的四面体结构; 3) Cu原子及Cu团簇的吸附在CeO2(110)面的gap区域引入了间隙态, 这些间隙态主要来自于Cu及其近邻的O和表层还原形成的Ce3+, 间隙态的出现表明Cu的吸附增强了CeO2(110)表面的活性; 4) 吸附的单个Cu原子及Cu团簇分别被CeO2(110)面表层的Ce4+离子氧化形成了Cuδ+和Cu4δ+, 并伴随着Ce3+离子的形成, 这个反应可归结为Cux/Ce4+→Cuxδ+/Ce3+; 5) Cu团簇的吸附比Cu单原子的吸附引入了更多的Ce3+离子, 进而形成了更多的Cuδ+-Ce3+催化活性中心. 结合已报道的Cu/CeO2(111)界面特性, 更加全面地探明了Cu与CeO2(111)和(110)两个较稳定低指数表面的协同作用特性, 较为系统地揭示了Cu增强CeO2催化特性的原因及Cu与CeO2协同作用的内在机理. 关键词: 2')" href="#">Cu/CeO2 U')" href="#">DFT+U 吸附 电子结构  相似文献

Oxidation of heated diamond C(100):H surfaces   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
This paper extends a previous study (Pehrsson and Mercer, submitted to Surf. Sci.) on unheated, hydrogenated, natural diamond (100) surfaces oxidized with thermally activated oxygen (O*2). In this paper, the oxidation is performed at substrate temperatures from Tsub=24 to 670°C. The diamond surface composition and structure were then investigated with high resolution electron energy loss spectroscopy (HREELS), Auger electron spectroscopy (AES), electron loss spectroscopy (ELS) and low energy electron diffraction (LEED).

The oxygen coverage (θ) increased in two stages, as it did during oxidation at T<80°C. However, there are fundamental differences between the oxidation of nominally unheated and heated diamond surfaces. This difference is attributed to simultaneous adsorption and rapid desorption of oxygen species at higher temperatures; the desorption step is much slower without heating. The initial oxidation rates were similar regardless of the substrate temperatures, but the peak coverage (θ) was lower at higher temperatures. For example, θ plateaued at 0.4±0.1 ML at 600°C. The lower saturation coverage is again attributed to oxygen desorption during oxidation. Consistent results were obtained on fully oxidized surfaces, which when heated in vacuum to Tsub=600°C, lost 60% of their adsorbed oxygen. ELS revealed few C=C dimers on the oxidized surfaces, and more graphitization than on unheated surfaces. Oxidation at elevated temperatures also increased the carbonyl to ether ratio, reflecting etching-induced changes in the types of surface sites. The carbonyl and C–H stretch frequencies increased with oxygen dose due to formation of higher oxidation states and/or hydrogen bonding between adjacent groups. The oxygen types did not interconvert when the oxidized surfaces were heated in vacuum. Oxygen desorption generated a much more reactive surface than heating-induced dehydrogenation of the smooth, hydrogenated surface.  相似文献

First-principles calculations based on density functional theory and the pseudopotential method have been used to investigate the energetics of H2O adsorption on the (110) surface of TiO2 and SnO2. Full relaxation of all atomic positions is performed on slab systems with periodic boundary conditions, and cases of full and half coverage are studied. Both molecular and dissociative (H2O→OH+H) adsorption are treated, and allowance is made for relaxation of the adsorbed species to unsymmetrica configurations. It is found that for both TiO2 and SnO2 an unsymmetrical dissociated configuration is the most stable. The symmetrical molecularly adsorbed configuration is unstable with respect to lowering of symmetry, and is separated from the fully dissociated configuration by at most a very small energy barrier. The calculated dissociative adsorption energies for TiO2 and SnO2 are in reasonable agreement with the results of thermal desorption experiments. Calculated total and local electronic densities of states for dissociatively and molecularly adsorbed configurations are presented, and their relation with experimental UPS spectra is discussed.  相似文献

为HL-2A 装置中性束注入器研制了引出束功率为1MW 的射频离子源。在测试平台上,实验离子源已经成功引出了束能量和束电流分别为35keV 和12.4A、束质子比为79%、脉宽为100ms 的氢离子束,达到了设计束功率要求的44%。在射频离子源实验平台上,利用多普勒频移光谱方法测量了离子源引出束流成分比例,对比了束流成分和射频离子源引出束流之间的关系。实验数据分析表明,在10A 引出束流的情况下,离子流成分 H+ 1、H+ 2 和H+ 3 分别为75%、18%和7%。并且当引出束流从3.3A 升至10.4A 时,H+ 1 从37%升至78%,而H+ 3 则从19%降至9%。  相似文献

We report MD studies on a chloroform / nitric acid water interface, either neat, or saturated by TBP molecules. Two extreme models are compared, where the acid is either neutral HNO3 or dissociated to NO3 and H3O+. The latter species are found to be “repelled” by the neat interface, while the neutral HNO3 molecules are surface active. When the neat interface is saturated by TBP molecules, the latter form highly disordered arrangements instead of a regular monolayer, and water is dragged to the organic phase as 1:1, 1:2 and 2:2 hydrates of TBP. Simulations with the neutral HNO3 model lead to extraction of acid to the organic phase, hydrogen bonded to the phosphoryl oxygen of TBP, forming HNO3:TBP adducts of 1:1 and 2:1 types. Simulations with the ionic model lead to H3O+:TBP adducts of 1:1, 1:2 and 1:3 types in the organic phase and significant mixing of the chloroform, TBP and water liquids in the interfacial region.  相似文献

The interaction of CO2 with Cs-promoted Fe(110) at 85 K as well as temperature-dependent reactions between 100 and 700 K have been studied by means of ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy (UPS) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). Several surface species could be detected at 85 K, i.e. carbon monoxide (CO), carbonate (COn3), physisorbed linear carbon dioxide (COlin2) and very small amounts of oxidic oxygen (Oox). An oxalate species (C2Om4) could not be identified definitively, but from comparison with the literature there is evidence that C2Om4 is present. Increasing the temperature after saturation with CO2 leads to a complicated reaction behaviour. CO2 either desorbs or dissociates into CO and COn3 or forms C2Om4 at temperatures between 85 and 160 K. Above 160 K C2Om4, decomposes in parallel reactions into CO2, COn3 and CO. Above 320 K, adsorbed CO either desorbs into the gas phase or dissociates into C and O. In the temperature region between 500 and 700 K a recombination of C and O to CO and the desorption of Cs take place. As in the case of Fe(110)/K+CO2, at high alkali coverages two carbonate species could be detected which dissociate upon heating at different temperatures. The system Fe(110)/Cs+CO2 is proved to be very similar to the system Fe(110)/K+CO2.  相似文献

开发了氢气甚高频(60MHz)容性耦合放电的PIC/MC模型.在模型中考虑了带电粒子(e,H+,H2+,H3+)与H2的21种碰撞反应过程,模拟了氢气甚高频放电射频电场和电势分布以及电子和氢离子(H+,H2+,H3+)粒子密度和平均能量分布,并与频率为13.56MHz的放电结果进行了比较.结果表明,相对于频率13.56MHz的放电,氢气甚高频放电等离子体电势增高,导致两电极附近的电场增强;另外,两鞘层厚度变窄并且电子和H3+离子平均能量减小,其总密度却增加.H3+离子为氢气甚高频放电空间的主要离子,H2+离子密度比H3+离子小约2~3个数量级.  相似文献

研究了惰性稀土离子和抗衡离子对一系列2-噻吩乙醛酸-铕配合物荧光性能的影响。分别在2-噻吩乙醛酸-邻菲罗啉-铕和2-噻吩乙醛酸-三苯基氧化膦-铕两个体系中按不同比例掺入钇和钆,研究了它们的荧光光谱。结果表明,钇的加入对2-噻吩乙醛酸-邻菲罗啉-铕体系的荧光强度有很强的敏化作用,并且随加入量的增加,这种敏化作用逐渐增强。钇的加入对2-噻吩乙醛酸-三苯基氧化膦-铕体系则呈现出弱的敏化作用,且在一定程度上具有猝灭作用,但这两种作用都是很微小的。钆在少量加入时对2-噻吩乙醛酸-三苯基氧化膦-铕体系具有猝灭作用,当大量加入时则呈现出很强的敏化作用。不同的抗衡离子对配合物的影响是明显的。在二元配合物中,氯化物体系的固体荧光强度最大;在三元配合物中,硝酸盐体系的固体荧光强度最大。  相似文献

The vibrational spectrum of water dissociatively adsorbed on Si(100) surfaces is obtained with surface infrared absorption spectroscopy. Low frequency spectra (< 1450 cm−1 are acquired using a buried CoSi2 layer as an internal mirror to perform external reflection spectroscopy. On clean Si(100), water dissociates into H and OH surface species as evidenced by EELS results [1] in the literature which show a Si---H stretching vibration (2082 cm−1), and SiO---H vibrations (O---H stretch at 3660 cm−1 and the Si---O---H bend and Si---O stretch of the hydroxyl group centered around 820 cm−1). In this paper, infrared (IR) measurements are presented which confirm and resolve the issue of a puzzling isotopic shift for the Si---O mode of the surface hydroxyl group, namely, that the Si---O stretch of the O---H surface species formed upon H2O exposure occurs at 825 cm−1, while the Si---O stretch of the ---OD surface species formed upon D2O exposure shifts to 840 cm−1, contrary to what is expected for simple reduced mass arguments. The higher resolution of IR measurements versus typical EELS measurements makes it possible to identify a new mode at 898 cm−1, which is an important piece of evidence in understanding the anomalous frequency shift. By comparing the results of measurements for adsorption of H162O, H182O and D2O with the results from recently performed first-principles calculations, it can be shown that a strong vibrational interaction between the Si---O stretching and Si---O---H bending functional group vibrations of the hydroxyl group accounts for the observed isotopic shifts.  相似文献

The adsorption of H2 and D2 has been studied on clean and K-promoted Pd(100) surfaces using thermal desorption, work function changes, ultraviolet photoelectron and Auger spectroscopy. The potassium adlayer significantly lowers the sticking coefficient (from 0.6 to 0.06 at θk = 0.2), and the uptake of hydrogen, but increases the desorption energy for H2 desorption. Calculation showed that each potassium adatom blocks approximately 4–5 adsorption sites for H2 adsorption. Atomization of hydrogen led to an increase of hydrogen uptake. The adsorption of potassium on the H-covered surface caused a significant decrease in the amount of hydrogen adsorbed on the surface (as indicated by less desorbing hydrogen below 500 K) and promoted the dissolution of H atoms into the bulk of Pd. The dissolved hydrogen was released only above 600–650 K. In the interpetation of the results the extended charge transfer from K-dosed Pd to the adsorbed H atoms and the direct interaction between adsorbed H and K adatoms are taken into account.  相似文献

采用共沉淀法合成了红色荧光粉Ca0.75MoO4:Eu0.253+、Ca0.75MoO4:Eu0.25-x3+,Bix3+及Ca0.5MoO4:Eu0.25-2x3+, Bix3+,Li0.25+x+,并采用X射线衍射(XRD)、拉曼光谱,扫描电镜(SEM)和荧光光谱(PL)测定分析了其结构形貌特征及发光性能。结果表明:制备的CaMoO4:Eu3+,Bi3+,Li+红色荧光粉为白钨矿结构,颗粒尺寸约为0.5~1 μm。掺杂Bi3+的Ca0.75MoO4:Eu0.25-x3+,Bix3+的相对发光强度明显高于未掺Bi3+的Ca0.75MoO4:Eu0.253+荧光粉。Bi3+离子的掺杂将吸收来的能量传递给激活离子Eu3+,起到了能量传递的作用。当Bi3+掺杂量为x=0.005时,在395 nm激发下,主发射峰在616 nm处的相对发光强度最大,但掺杂浓度过高时会出现浓度猝灭现象。另外,电荷补偿剂的掺入能够解决材料中因同晶取代引起的电荷不平衡的问题,以Li+作电荷补偿剂、Eu3+和 Bi3+共掺合成的Ca0.5MoO4:Eu3+0.23,Bi0.013+,Li+0.26红色荧光粉的发光性能强于Ca0.75MoO4:Eu0.253+、Ca0.5MoO4:Eu0.253+, Li0.25+及Ca0.75MoO4:Eu0.243+,Bi0.013+。  相似文献

FMR measurements have been carried out on several members of the Ln1−xSrxCoO3 (Ln = Rare earth) system. The results show that geff in these systems is around 1.25 independent of x as well as the rare earth ion. It is suggested that this unusual value of geff is due to the localized intermediate-spin Co3+ ions (t52g e1g) located at the top of the π* band.  相似文献

A series of substituted lead iron niobate compounds with the general formula Pb2+(1−x)AZx(Fe{(1−(2−Z)x)/2}Nb{(1+(2−Z)x)/2})O3 (0<x<0.6 and A=La3+, K+ or Sr2+) were prepared by a modified solid-state synthesis. The relative concentrations of Fe3+ and Nb5+ were adjusted to compensate the charge imbalance due to the aliovalent substitution. The dielectric constant and magnetic susceptibilities were studied as a function of temperature. The temperature of the dielectric maximum, TM, of the substituted compounds decreased linearly with increasing concentration of the substituent ions. The magnetic measurements showed an antiferromagnetic transition at temperatures TN1 due to the superexchange interactions mediated by Fe–O–Fe and an additional antiferromagnetic-type transition at TN2. TN1 linearly increased with the increasing concentration of Fe3+ ion at the B-site of ABO3-type substituted compounds. TM is shown to be directly dependent on the concentration of the ferroactive Nb5+ ions at the B-site and Pb2+ ions at the A-site.  相似文献
