A new triterpenoid saponin, 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranosyl subprogenin D (1), together with six known triterpenoids: subprogenin D (2), abrusgenic acid (3), triptotriterpenic acid B (4), abruslactone A (5), abrusogenin (6) and abrusoside C (7) were isolated from the leaves and stems of Abrus precatorius. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of physical and NMR analysis, respectively. Compounds 5 and 6 showed moderate cytotoxicity against MCF-7, SW1990, Hela, and Du-145 cell lines. Compounds 1, 2 and 4 were isolated from this plant for the first time.  相似文献

A new iridoid glycoside, named loganic acid ethyl ester (1), together with five known compounds: chlorogenic acid (2), caffeic acid (3), loganin (4), cantleyoside (5) and syringaresinol-4',4'-O-bis-β-D-glucoside (6) were isolated from the roots of Dipsacus asper. The structure of compound 1 was elucidated on the basis of detailed spectroscopic analyses. Lignan is isolated from Dipsacaceae species for the first time. Compounds 1, 4 and 5 had moderate neuroprotective effects against the Aβ????? induced cell death in PC12 cells.  相似文献

Four new sesquiterpenoids,4,8-dioxo-6β-hydroxyl-7β,1 1-epoxycarabrane(1),4,8-dioxo-6β-hydroxyl-7,1 1-epoxycarabrane(2),wenyujinins Q and R(3-4),and nine known sesquiterpenoids(5-13) were isolated from the Curcuma wenyujin(C wenyujin) dreg.Their structures and relative configurations were elucidated using 1D,2D NMR,and HR-ESI-MS data.All the compounds were isolated for the first time from the C.wenyujin dreg and evaluated for their antibacterial and antifungal activities.Compounds 3,5-8 exhibited strong broad-spectrum antifungal activities against tested nine pathogenic fungi.  相似文献

One new phenylenthanoid glycoside, scroside D (2), was isolated from the roots of Picrorhiza scrophulariiflora (Scrophulariaceae), together with nine known phenylethanoid and phenolic glycosides: 2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-ethyl-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (1), 2-(3-hydroxy-4-methoxyphenyl)-ethyl-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl (1-->3)-beta-D-glucopyranoside (3), scroside B (4), hemiphroside A (5), plantainoside D (6), scroside A (7), androsin (8), piceoside (9), and 6-O-feruloyl-beta-D-glucopyranoside (10). The structures of these compounds were elucidated using spectroscopic methods. The antioxidative activities of these isolated compounds were evaluated based on their scavenging effects on hydroxyl radicals and superoxide anion radicals, respectively. Compounds 1, 2, and 6 showed potent antioxidative effects as those of ascorbic acid and the structure-activity relationship is discussed.  相似文献

A new neolignan glycoside, (7R,8R)-7,8-dihydro-9'-hydroxyl-3'-methoxyl- 8-hydroxymethyl-7-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-1'-benzofuranpropanol 9'-O-beta-D- glucopyranoside (1) was isolated from the leaves of Acer truncatum along with (7R,8R)-7,8-dihydro-9'-hydroxyl-3'-methoxyl-8-hydroxymethyl-7-(4-O-alpha-L-rhamno- pyranosyloxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-1'-benzofuranpropanol (2), schizandriside (3), lyoniresinol (4), berchemol (5), (-)-pinoresinol-4-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (6), hecogenin (7), chlorogenic acid (8) and neochlorogenic acid (9). Their structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic data. The absolute configuration of compounds 1 was established by its CD spectrum. The antibacterial activities of compounds 1-7 were evaluated.  相似文献

Chemical examination of the stems of Caesalpinia millettii HOOK. et ARN. led to the isolation of new flavonol glycoside caffeiate ester (1) and homoisoflavone (2), along with four known homoisoflavones: eucomin (3), bonducellin (4), 8-methoxybonducellin (5) and intricatinol (6). The structures of 1 and 2 were established to be tamarixetin 3-O-(6'-O-E-caffeoyl)-beta-D-galactopyranoside (1) and (Z)-7-hydroxy-8-methoxy-3-(4-methoxybenzyl) chroman-4-one (2) on the basis of detailed analyses of physical, chemical, and spectral data. Their structures were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic methods including 1D- (1H, 13C and TOCSY) and 2D-NMR (DQF-COSY, HSQC, HMBC) experiments, as well as ESIMS analysis. A. MEYER, collected in Kumamoto prefecture, Japan, and two new dammarane-type triterpenoid saponin, chikusetsusaponin FK5 (5) and chikusetsusaponin FM1 (8), and five known triterpenoid saponins, ginsenoside Rb3 (9), ginsenoside Rc (10), ginsenoside Re (12), ginsenoside Rg1 (13), and floralquinquenoside E (16), were isolated from the fruits of P. japonicus C. A new dammarane-type triterpenoid saponin, ginsenoside Rg(8) (1), was isolated from the roots of Panax quinquefolium, along with five known saponins, (20E)-ginsenoside F(4) (2), ginsenosides Rh(1) (3), Rg(2) (4), F(1) (5), and (20R)-ginsenoside Rh(1) (6). The structure of ginsenoside Rg(8) (1) was determined to be (3beta,6alpha,12beta,20E)-24,25-epoxy-3,12,23-trihydroxydammar-20(22)-en-6-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1-->2)-beta-D-glucopyranoside by various spectroscopic analyses. A new alkaloid, fumiquinazoline K (1), and a new nordammarane triterpenoid (2), together with three known diketopiperazines (3-5) and tryptoquivaline F (6) have been isolated from a marine strain of Aspergillus fumigatus KMM 4 631 associated with the soft coral Sinularia sp. Their structures were determined by HR-MS and 1D and 2D NMR. Compounds 3-5 exhibit weak cytotoxicity against cytoplasm non-specific esterase in Ehrlich carcinoma cells. Compound 3 also induces early apoptosis of the same cells in a non-toxic range of concentrations.  相似文献

A new oleanane-type triterpenoid (1) and five known pentacyclic triterpenoids (2-6) were isolated from the leaves of Excoecaria agallocha. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analyses. The new compound was characterized as 3beta-[(2E,4E)-5-oxo-decadienoyloxy]-olean-12-ene (1). Compounds 1-6 were found inactive in vitro against several human cancer cell lines.  相似文献

A new anthraquinone glycoside, rubiayannone‐A ( 1 ), and a new coumarin, rubilatin‐A ( 2 ), together with twenty‐two known compounds were isolated and characterized from the roots of Rubia ustulata. A new anthraquinone, 2‐carbomethoxyanthraquinone ( 3 ), and rubiayannone‐A, 2‐formylanthraquinone were obtained from the roots of R. yunnanensis. The structures of those compounds were elucidated by spectroscopic methods. The antiplatelet aggregation activity of the isolated compounds 1, 4~6 were also discussed.  相似文献
