The complex mer-[RuCl3(dppb)(H2O)] [dppb = 1,4-bis(diphenylphosphino)butane] was used as a precursor in the synthesis of the complexes tc-[RuCl2(CO)2(dppb)], ct-[RuCl2(CO)2(dppb)], cis-[RuCl2(dppb)(Cl-bipy)], [RuCl(2Ac4mT)(dppb)] (2Ac4mT = N(4)-meta-tolyl-2-acetylpyridine thiosemicarbazone ion) and trans-[RuCl2(dppb)(mang)] (mang = mangiferin or 1,3,6,7-tetrahydroxyxanthone-C2-β-D-glucoside) complexes. For the synthesis of RuII complexes, the RuIII atom in mer-[RuCl3(dppb)(H2O)] may be reduced by H2(g), forming the intermediate [Ru2Cl4(dppb)2], or by a ligand (such as H2Ac4mT or mangiferin). The X-ray structures of the cis-[RuCl2(dppb)(Cl-bipy)], tc-[RuCl2(CO)2(dppb)] and [RuCl(2Ac4mT)(dppb)] complexes were determined.  相似文献

The trans-[Fe(cyclam)(NO)Cl]Cl2 complex was synthesized by the reaction of cis-[Fe(cyclam)Cl2]Cl with NO gas. The X-ray structure of the complex showed that the [Fe–NO] moiety is linear, consistent with the NO+ character of the nitric oxide ligand. This suggestion was reinforced by the IR data, which showed the νNO at 1888 cm−1. The cyclic voltammogram of the trans-[Fe(cyclam)(NO)Cl]2+ complex presented three electrochemical processes at −0.70, 0.08 and 0.40 V versus Ag/AgCl. The first and last redox processes are centered at the NO ligand, whereas the second is characteristic of the generated aqua species, trans-[Fe(cyclam)Cl(H2O)]2+. Upon irradiation at 330 nm, pH 3.4, the title complex releases the NO moiety with the concomitant generation of the trans-[Fe(cyclam)(H2O)Cl]+ complex as suggested by electronic and IR spectroscopy as well as by cyclic voltammetry technique.  相似文献

Self assembly of N-salicylidene 2-aminopyridine (L1H) with Cu(NO3)2·3H2O affords [Cu4(L1)4(NO3)3(CH3OH)][Cu(L1)(NO3)2](2-aminopyridinium)(NO3)·5CH3OH (1) which is composed of an asymmetric [2 × 2] grid-like cationic complex that co-crystallizes with a Cu(II) mononuclear anion. This remarkable tetranuclear unit presents three penta-coordinated and one hexa-coordinated Cu(II) sites. This quadruple helicate structure reveals strong anti-ferromagnetic coupling (J = −340(2) cm−1) between Cu(II) ions through a double alkoxo bridge. Reacting L1H with Cu(NO3)2·3H2O in slightly different conditions affords however a more symmetric tetranuclear grid-like complex: [Cu4(L1)4(NO3)2(OH)2](2-aminopyridinium)(OH)·CH3OH) (2). A dinuclear Ni(II) complex, [Ni2(L2)2(L2H)2(NCS)2(CH3OH)2]·2CH3OH (3), obtained with another related donor ligand (L2H N-salicylidene 3-aminomethylpyridine) was also prepared.  相似文献

In this study selected bidentate (L2) and tridentate (L3) ligands were coordinated to the Re(I) or Tc(I) core [M(CO)2(NO)]2+ resulting in complexes of the general formula fac-[MX(L2)(CO)2(NO)] and fac-[M(L3)(CO)2(NO)] (M = Re or Tc; X = Br or Cl). The complexes were obtained directly from the reaction of [M(CO)2(NO)]2+ with the ligand or indirectly by first reacting the ligand with [M(CO)3]+ and subsequent nitrosylation with [NO][BF4] or [NO][HSO4]. Most of the reactions were performed with cold rhenium on a macroscopic level before the conditions were adapted to the n.c.a. level with technetium (99mTc). Chloride, bromide and nitrate were used as monodentate ligands, picolinic acid (PIC) as a bidentate ligand and histidine (HIS), iminodiacetic acid (IDA) and nitrilotriacetic acid (NTA) as tridentate ligands. We synthesised and describe the dinuclear complex [ReCl(μ-Cl)(CO)2(NO)]2 and the mononuclear complexes [NEt4][ReCl3(CO)2(NO)], [NEt4][ReBr3(CO)2(NO)], [ReBr(PIC)(CO)2(NO)], [NMe4][Re(NO3)3(CO)2(NO)], [Re(HIS)(CO)2(NO)][BF4], [99Tc(HIS)(CO)2(NO)][BF4], [99mTc(IDA)(CO)2 (NO)] and [99mTc(NTA)(CO)2(NO)]. The chemical and physical characteristics of the Re and Tc-dicarbonyl-nitrosyl complexes differ significantly from those of the corresponding tricarbonyl compounds.  相似文献

Reaction of five N,N′-bis(aryl)pyridine-2,6-dicarboxamides (H2L-R, where H2 denotes the two acidic protons and R (R = OCH3, CH3, H, Cl and NO2) the para substituent in the aryl fragment) with [Ru(trpy)Cl3](trpy = 2,2′,2″-terpyridine) in refluxing ethanol in the presence of a base (NEt3) affords a group of complexes of the type [RuII(trpy)(L-R)], each of which contains an amide ligand coordinated to the metal center as a dianionic tridentate N,N,N-donor along with a terpyridine ligand. Structure of the [RuII(trpy)(L-Cl)] complex has been determined by X-ray crystallography. All the Ru(II) complexes are diamagnetic, and show characteristic 1H NMR signals and intense MLCT transitions in the visible region. Cyclic voltammetry on the [RuII(trpy)(L-R)] complexes shows a Ru(II)–Ru(III) oxidation within 0.16–0.33 V versus SCE. An oxidation of the coordinated amide ligand is also observed within 0.94–1.33 V versus SCE and a reduction of coordinated terpyridine ligand within −1.10 to −1.15 V versus SCE. Constant potential coulometric oxidation of the [RuII(trpy)(L-R)] complexes produces the corresponding [RuIII(trpy)(L-R)]+ complexes, which have been isolated as the perchlorate salts. Structure of the [RuIII(trpy)(L-CH3)]ClO4 complex has been determined by X-ray crystallography. All the Ru(III) complexes are one-electron paramagnetic, and show anisotropic ESR spectra at 77 K and intense LMCT transitions in the visible region. A weak ligand-field band has also been shown by all the [RuIII(trpy)(L-R)]ClO4 complexes near 1600 nm.  相似文献

The reactions of PbPh2(OAc)2 with alkylglyoxylate thiosemicarbazones (HRGTSC, R = Et, Bu) afforded complexes of the type [PbPh2(GTSC)] · H2O, [PbPh2(RGTSC)2] and [PbPh2Cl(BuGTSC)]. The structures of HRGTSC (R = Me, Et, Bu), [PbPh2(OAc)(RGTSC)](R = Me, Et, Bu), [PbPh2Cl(BuGTSC)] and [PbPh2(GTSC)] · H2O have been studied by X-ray diffraction. [PbPh2(OAc)(RGTSC)] and [PbPh2(GTSC)] · H2O have [PbC2NO3S] kernels and the coordination sphere of the metal is pentagonal bipyramidal. [PbPh2Cl(BuGTSC)] has a [PbC2NOSCl] kernel and the coordination geometry around lead is pentagonal bipyramidal with one vacant site. Analysis of the bond distances in [PbPh2(GTSC)] · H2O suggests a significant affinity between diphenyllead(IV) and carboxylate donor groups, supporting a borderline acidic character for this organometallic cation. 1H and 13C NMR spectra in DMSO-d6 suggest the partial dissociation of the acetate in [PbPh2(OAc)(RGTSC)] solutions and indicate some differences in the coordination mode of the two RGTSC ligands in [PbPh2(RGTSC)2] complexes.  相似文献

The synthetic investigation of the CuII/maleamate(−1) ion (HL)/N,N′,N′′-chelate general reaction system has allowed access to compounds [Cu2(HL)2(bppy)2](ClO4)2·H2O (1·H2O), [Cu(HL)(bppy)(ClO4)] (2) and [Cu(HL)(terpy)(H2O)](ClO4) (4) (bppy = 2,6-bis(pyrazol-1-yl)pyridine, terpy = 2,2′;6′,2′′-terpyridine). In the absence of externally added hydroxides, compound [Cu2(L′)2(bppy)2](ClO4)2 (3) was obtained from MeOH solutions; L′ is the monomethyl maleate(−1) ligand which is formed in situ via the CuII-assisted HL → L′ transformation. In the case of tptz-containing (tptz = 2,4,6-tris(2-pyridyl)-1,3,5-triazine) reaction systems, the CuII-assisted hydrolysis of tptz to pyridine-2-carboxamide (L1) afforded complex [Cu(L1)2(NO3)2] (5). The crystal structures of 15 are stabilized by intermolecular hydrogen bonding and π–π stacking interactions. Characteristic IR bands of the complexes are discussed in terms of the known structures and the coordination modes of the ligands.  相似文献

[Ni(H2O)6][Cu3Cl8(H2O)2] · (15-crown-5)2 · 2H2O can be conveniently prepared by the interaction of NiCl2 · 6H2O, CuCl2 · 2H2O and 15-crown-5 in water. The X-ray crystal structure reveals an ionic complex involved in a hydrogen-bonded two dimensional network with the [Ni(H2O)6]2+ and [Cu3Cl8(H2O)2]2− ions sandwiched between the 15-crown-5 macrocycles. The magnetic susceptibility data (4–300 K) and magnetisation isotherms (2–5.5 K; 0–5 T) are best interpreted in terms of intra-trimer ferromagnetic coupling within the [Cu3Cl8(H2O)2]2− moieties, with J ∼ 6 cm−1, and antiferromagnetic coupling between the trimers, the latter mediated by H-bonding pathways. Comparisons are made to other reported quaternary ammonium salts of [Cu3Cl8]2− and [Cu3Cl12]6−, most of which display structures that involve close stacking of such Cu(II) trimers, rather than being of the present isolated, albeit H-bonded, types.  相似文献

Na2[(VIVO)2(ttha)]·8 H2O (ttha = triethylenetetraamine–N,N,N′,N″,N′″,N′″–hexaacetate ion), prepared by treating [VO(H2O)5][(VO)2(ttha)]·4 H2O with Na6(ttha), has been characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction, infrared spectroscopy, UV–Vis absorption spectroscopy, electron spin resonance spectroscopy, and modeled by density functional theory (DFT). The X-ray structure revealed a distorted octahedral geometry around each vanadium center. The electronic absorption spectrum of [(VO)2(ttha)]2− (aq) features absorptions at ca. 200 nm (ε > 13900 L mol−1 cm−1), 255 nm (ε = 3480 L mol−1 cm−1), 586 nm (ε = 33 L mol−1 cm−1), and 770 nm (ε = 38 L mol−1 cm−1). The time-dependent density functional theory (TDDFT) calculated electronic absorption spectrum was remarkably similar to the actual spectrum, and TDDFT predicts absorption peaks at 297, 330, 458, 656, and 798 nm. TDDFT assigned the peak at 798 nm to be the α spin HOMO → LUMO transition. Hence, the peak at 770 nm in the actual spectrum is most likely the α spin HOMO → LUMO transition. Moreover, the TDDFT calculations revealed that the α spin HOMO and LUMO are partly comprised of d orbitals on both vanadium centers, and the first derivative electron spin resonance spectrum also suggests that the two unpaired electrons in [(VO)2(ttha)]2− are localized near the vanadium centers.  相似文献

Nitrosylation reactions are rare in the context of low valent Re(I)- and Tc(I)-tricarbonyl complexes so far. We herein describe a method for the conversion of a “M(CO)3-moiety” (M = Re, Tc) into a dicarbonyl-nitrosyl moiety “M(CO)2NO”, the synthesis of important precursor complexes and intermediates and possible applications for this new kind of Re- and Tc-chemistry.The behavior of the complex [ReCl3(CO)2(NO)] in water was studied in detail and compared to that of [ReCl3(CO)3]2−. Contrary to the conversion of [ReCl3(CO)3]2− to the mixed aquo-carbonyl complex [Re(OH2)3(CO)3]+ in water, one chloride remains initially bound to the metal center in the dicarbonyl-nitrosyl complex, making [ReCl(OH2)2(CO)2(NO)]+ the main species for further reactions. In this context, we isolated and characterized the complex [Re(μ3-O)(CO)2(NO)]4. Examples of complexes with different bi- and tridentate ligands based on ReCl3(CO)2(NO)] are discussed. For the development of potential new radiopharmaceuticals we also adapted the nitrosylation technique to the n.c.a. level with 99mTc. [99mTc(OH2)3(CO)3]+ served as starting material to form a 99mTc(CO)2(NO)-core. Labelling reactions with ligands such as iminodiacetic acid (IDA), nitrilotriacetic acid (NTA) and diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid (DTPA) were performed, resulting in the complexes [99mTc(IDA)(CO)2(NO)], [99mTc(NTA)(CO)2(NO)] and [99mTc(DTPA)(CO)2(NO)]. In this way, the “nitrosyl-approach” adds a new and challenging synthetic tool to the already established organometallic chemistry of Re- and Tc-tricarbonyl complexes.  相似文献

The syntheses and crystal structures of four new uranyl complexes with [O,N,O,N′]-type ligands are described. The reaction between uranyl nitrate hexahydrate and the phenolic ligand [(N,N-bis(2-hydroxy-3,5-dimethylbenzyl)-N′,N′-dimethylethylenediamine)], H2L1 in a 1:2 molar ratio (M to L), yields a uranyl complex with the formula [UO2(HL1)(NO3)] · CH3CN (1). In the presence of a base (triethylamine, one mole per ligand mole) with the same molar ratio, the uranyl complex [UO2(HL1)2] (2) is formed. The reaction between uranyl nitrate hexahydrate and the ligand [(N,N-bis(2-hydroxy-3,5-di-t-butylbenzyl)-N′,N′-dimethylethylenediamine)], H2L2, yields a uranyl complex with the formula [UO2(HL2)(NO3)] · 2CH3CN (3) and the ligand [N-(2-pyridylmethyl)-N,N-bis(2-hydroxy-3,5-dimethylbenzyl)amine], H2L3, in the presence of a base yields a uranyl complex with the formula [UO2(HL3)2] · 2CH3CN (4). The molecular structures of 14 were verified by X-ray crystallography. The complexes 14 are zwitter ions with a neutral net charge. Compounds 1 and 3 are rare neutral mononuclear [UO2(HLn)(NO3)] complexes with the nitrate bonded in η2-fashion to the uranyl ion. Furthermore, the ability of the ligands H2L1–H2L4 to extract the uranyl ion from water to dichloromethane, and the selectivity of extraction with ligands H2L1, H3L5 (N,N-bis(2-hydroxy-3,5-dimethylbenzyl)-3-amino-1-propanol), H2L6 · HCl (N,N-bis(2-hydroxy-5-tert-butyl-3-methylbenzyl)-1-aminobutane · HCl) and H3L7 · HCl (N,N-bis(2-hydroxy-5-tert-butyl-3-methylbenzyl)-6-amino-1-hexanol · HCl) under varied chemical conditions were studied. As a result, the most efficient and selective ligand for uranyl ion extraction proved to be H3L7 · HCl.  相似文献

In this work, the synthesis and characterization of fac-[Re(CO)3(Nqphen)(L)]PF6 complexes is reported. Nqphen is the quinone substituted acceptor ligand [3,2-a:2′,3′-c]-benzo[3,4]-phenazine-11,16-quinone, and L represents the donor monodentate pyridine substituted ligands 4-tert-butylpyridine (t-Bupy), 4-methoxypyridine (MeO-py) or 10-(4-picolyl)phenothiazine (py-PTZ). The complexes were synthesized by refluxing in methanol the metal precursor fac-Re(CO)3(Nqphen)TfO (TfO = trifluoromethanesulphonate anion) with the corresponding L ligand. The UV-Vis spectra of the complexes are dominated by intense intraligand (IL) bands, and less intense metal ligand charge transfer (MLCT) bands with maxima in the 380-400 nm region. The IR shows the typical pattern for tricarbonyl Re complexes with facial (fac) geometry. An additional v(CO) stretching band, attributed to the quinone fragment of Nqphen, is observed.Electrochemical data indicate that the acceptor capacity of Nqphen is increased in the complexes with regard to the free ligand. This effect is sensitive to the nature of the L ligand, following the order: MeO-py < t-Bupy < py-PTZ, indicating therefore that the donor capacity of L affects the rest of the molecule. The results obtained for the fac-[Re (CO)3(Nqphen)(pyPTZ)]PF6 complex here reported were compared with those observed for the homologous complex fac-[Re(CO)3(Aqphen)(L)]0/+, with Aqphen = 12,17-dihydronaphtho[2,3-h]dipyrido[3,2-a:2′,3′-c]-phenazine-12,17-dione, and L = Cl, TfO, py-PTZ.  相似文献

A hyphenated ion-pair (tetrabutylammonium chloride—TBACl) reversed phase (C18) HPLC-ICP-MS method (High Performance Liquid Chromatography Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectroscopy) for anionic Rh(III) aqua chlorido-complexes present in an HCl matrix has been developed. Under optimum chromatographic conditions it was possible to separate and quantify cationic Rh(III) complexes (eluted as a single band), [RhCl3(H2O)3], cis-[RhCl4(H2O)2], trans-[RhCl4(H2O)2] and [RhCln(H2O)6−n]3−n (n = 5, 6) species. The [RhCln(H2O)6−n]3−n (n = 5, 6) complex anions eluted as a single band due to the relatively fast aquation of [RhCl6]3− in a 0.1 mol L−1 TBACl ionic strength mobile phase matrix. Moreover, the calculated t1/2 of 1.3 min for [RhCl6]3− aquation at 0.1 mol kg−1 HCl ionic strength is significantly lower than the reported t1/2 of 6.3 min at 4.0 mol kg−1 HClO4 ionic strength. Ionic strength or the activity of water in this context is a key parameter that determines whether [RhCln(H2O)6−n]3−n (n = 5, 6) species can be chromatographically separated. In addition, aquation/anation rate constants were determined for [RhCln(H2O)6−n]3−n (n = 3-6) complexes at low ionic strength (0.1 mol kg−1 HCl) by means of spectrophotometry and independently with the developed ion-pair HPLC-ICP-MS technique for species assignment validation. The Rh(III) samples that was equilibrated in differing HCl concentrations for 2.8 years at 298 K was analyzed with the ion-pair HPLC method. This analysis yielded a partial Rh(III) aqua chlorido-complex species distribution diagram as a function of HCl concentration. For the first time the distribution of the cis- and trans-[RhCl4(H2O)2] stereoisomers have been obtained. Furthermore, it was found that relatively large amounts of ‘highly’ aquated [RhCln(H2O)6−n]3−n (n = 0-4) species persist in up to 2.8 mol L−1 HCl and in 1.0 mol L−1 HCl the abundance of the [RhCl5(H2O)]2− species is only 8-10% of the total, far from the 70-80% as previously proposed. A 95% abundance of the [RhCl6]3− complex anion occurs only when the HCl concentration is above 6 mol L−1. The detection limit for a Rh(III) species eluted from the column is below 0.147 mg L−1.  相似文献

Nickel and copper complexes containing 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid, with a combination of selected N-donor ligands and Schiff bases, of the composition Ni3(bimz)6(btc)2 · 12H2O (1), Ni3(btz)9(btc)2 · 12H2O (2), Ni2(L1)(btc) · 7H2O (3), Ni3(L2)2(Hbtc) · 9H2O (4), Ni2(L3)(btc) · 4H2O (5), Cu2(L4)(btc) · 7H2O (6), [Cu3(pmdien)3(btc)](ClO4)3 · 6H2O (7) and [Cu3(mdpta)3(btc)](ClO4)3 · 4H2O (8); H3btc = 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid, bimz = benzimidazole, btz = 1,2,3-benztriazole, L1 = 2-[(phenylimino)methyl]phenol, L2 = N,N′-bis-(salicylidene)propylenediamine, L3 = 2-{[(2-nitrophenyl)methylene]amino}phenol, L4 = 2-[(4-methoxy-phenylimino)methyl]phenol, pmdien = N,N,N′,N″,N″-pentamethyldiethylenetriamine, mdpta = N,N-bis-(3-aminopropyl)methylamine, have been synthesized. The complexes have been studied by elemental analysis, IR, UV–Vis spectroscopies, magnetochemical and conductivity measurements and selected compounds also by thermal analysis. The crystal and molecular structure of complex 8 was solved. The complex is trinuclear with btc3−-bridge. The coordination polyhedron around each copper atom can be described as a distorted square with a CuON3 chromophore formed by one oxygen atom of carboxylate and three nitrogen atoms of mdpta. The magnetic properties of 8 have been studied in the 1.8–300 K temperature range revealing a very weak antiferromagnetic exchange interaction with J = −0.56 cm−1 for g = 2.13(9). The antimicrobial activities against selected strains of bacteria were evaluated. It was found that only complex 5 is able to inhibit the growth of Staphylococcus strains.  相似文献

The state of ruthenium in conjugated phases upon extraction of trans-[Ru(15NO)(15NO2)4(OH)]2? complex with tri-n-octylphosphine oxide (TOPO) in the presence of Zn2+ and subsequent back extraction with H15NO3 and NH3(concd.) solutions was studied by 15N NMR. Binuclear complexes [Ru(NO)(NO2)5?n (μ-NO2) n?1(μ-OH)Zn(TOPO) n ] and [Ru(NO)(NO2)4?n (ONO)(μ-NO2) n?1(μ-OH)Zn(TOPO) n ], where n = 2, 3, are predominant forms in extract. Kinetic restrictions for ruthenium extraction with TOPO solution in hexane and its back extraction with aqueous solutions of nitric acid and ammonia are eliminated in the absence of direct coordination of extractant to ruthenium. fac-Dinitronitrosyl forms [Ru(NO)(H2O)3(NO2)2]+, [Ru(NO)(H2O)2(NO2)2(NO3)]0 (3 and 6 M HNO3) and [Ru(NO)(H2O)(NO2)2(NO3)2]? (6 M HNO3) prevail in nitric acid back extracts. Equilibrium constant at ambient temperature (0.05 ± 0.01) was assessed for the coordination of second nitrate ion to nitrosylruthenium dinitronitrato complex. Complex species [Ru(NO)(NO2)4(OH)]2? and [Ru(NO)(NO2)3(ONO)(OH)]2? prevail in ammonia back extract.  相似文献

[Cu(H2L)(PPh3)2]NO3 · 0.5H2O (2) and [Ag(H2L)(PPh3)2]NO3 · 0.5H2O (3) complexes of a new flexible thioamide ligand; N,N′-ethane-1,2-bis(4-methoxyphenyl)carbothioamide H2L (1) have been synthesized using PPh3 as a coligand. The synthesized compounds have been characterized with the help of elemental analyses, IR, 1H, 13C and 31P NMR spectroscopy. The ligand and its Cu(I) complex have been studied by single crystal X-ray crystallography. The ligand acts as a neutral S-donor and forms a nine-membered chelate ring in [Cu(H2L)(PPh3)2]NO3 · 0.5H2O. The molecular packing is stabilized by an anionic cavity formed by intermolecular hydrogen bonding between the basal plane of the complex molecule and the nitrate ions. The square shaped columnar channel has dimensions of 5.489(25) [N(11)–H(11A)?O(13)?H(21A)N(21)] × 3.693(7) [N(11)–C(11)–C(21)–N(21)] Å.  相似文献

The N4O3 coordinating heptadentate imidazolidinyl phenolate ligand, H3L (2-(2′-hydroxyphenyl)-1,3-bis[4-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-3-azabut-3-enyl]-1,3-imidazolidine) forms with Cu(II) a rare aqua bridged complex [{Cu2(μ-L)(μ-H2O)}2](ClO4)2 · 4.5H2O (1 · 4.5H2O). Complex 1 · 4.5H2O contains two crystallographically different but chemically equivalent dinuclear [Cu2(μ-L)(μ-H2O)]+ cationic units in the asymmetric unit. The copper atoms of each dinuclear unit are in a distorted square-pyramidal environment and are held together by phenolate, imidazolidinyl and aqua bridges with a Cu···Cu separation of av. 3.34 Å. The compound exhibits a very weak antiferromagnetic exchange interaction (J = −0.77 cm−1, ? = J?1?2) between the two copper(II) (S = 1/2) ions. The 1H NMR spectrum of the complex shows a total of 17 hyperfine shifted peaks, as expected from the idealized Cs symmetry of the compound, spread over a very large window of chemical shift, spanning about 250 ppm. The complex, having an appropriate intermetallic separation for catechol binding, shows catecholase like activity in MeCN at 25 °C, with the aerobic oxidation of 3,5-di-tert-butylcatechol (3,5-DTBC) to 3,5-di-tert-butylquinone (3,5-DTBQ).  相似文献

The use of succinamic acid (H2sucm)/N,N′-chelate (2,2′-bipyridine, bpy; 4,4′-dimethyl-2,2′-bipyridine, dmbpy; 1,10-phenanthroline, phen) ‘ligand blends’ in CuX2·yH2O (X = NO3, y = 3; X = Cl, y = 0) chemistry has yielded the new complexes [Cu2(Hsucm)3(bpy)2](NO3)·0.5MeOH (1·0.5MeOH), [Cu2(Hsucm)(OH)Cl(bpy)2](OH)·3.6H2O (5·3.6H2O) and [Cu2(Hsucm)2Cl2(phen)2] (6). The succinamate(−1) ion behaves as a carboxylate ligand and exists in two different coordination modes in the structures of the above complexes, i.e., the common syn, syn μ2OO′ in 1, 5 and 6, and the μ22OO′ in 1. The primary amide group of Hsucm remains uncoordinated and participates in intermolecular hydrogen bonding interactions leading to 1D, 2D and 3D networks. Characteristic IR bands of the complexes are discussed in terms of the known structures and the coordination modes of the Hsucm ligands.  相似文献

This study presents the syntheses and characterization of 2-mercaptopyridine (pyS) complexes containing ruthenium(II) with the following general formula [Ru(pyS)2(P–P)], P–P = (c-dppen) = cis-1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethylene) (1); (dppe) = 1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane (2); (dppp) = 1,3-bis(diphenylphosphino)propane (3) and (dppb) = 1,4-bis(diphenylphosphino)butane (4). The complexes were synthesized from the mer- or fac-[RuCl3(NO)(P–P)] precursors in the presence of triethylamine in methanol solution with dependence of the product on the P–P ligand. The reaction of pyS with a ruthenium complex containing a bulky aromatic diphosphine dppb disclosed a major product with a dangling coordinated dppbO-P, the [Ru(pyS)2(NO)(η1-dppbO-P)]PF6(5). In addition, this work also presents and discusses the spectroscopic and electrochemical behavior of 15, and report the X-ray structures for 1 and 5.  相似文献
