The syntheses and crystal structures of four new uranyl complexes with [O,N,O,N′]-type ligands are described. The reaction between uranyl nitrate hexahydrate and the phenolic ligand [(N,N-bis(2-hydroxy-3,5-dimethylbenzyl)-N′,N′-dimethylethylenediamine)], H2L1 in a 1:2 molar ratio (M to L), yields a uranyl complex with the formula [UO2(HL1)(NO3)] · CH3CN (1). In the presence of a base (triethylamine, one mole per ligand mole) with the same molar ratio, the uranyl complex [UO2(HL1)2] (2) is formed. The reaction between uranyl nitrate hexahydrate and the ligand [(N,N-bis(2-hydroxy-3,5-di-t-butylbenzyl)-N′,N′-dimethylethylenediamine)], H2L2, yields a uranyl complex with the formula [UO2(HL2)(NO3)] · 2CH3CN (3) and the ligand [N-(2-pyridylmethyl)-N,N-bis(2-hydroxy-3,5-dimethylbenzyl)amine], H2L3, in the presence of a base yields a uranyl complex with the formula [UO2(HL3)2] · 2CH3CN (4). The molecular structures of 14 were verified by X-ray crystallography. The complexes 14 are zwitter ions with a neutral net charge. Compounds 1 and 3 are rare neutral mononuclear [UO2(HLn)(NO3)] complexes with the nitrate bonded in η2-fashion to the uranyl ion. Furthermore, the ability of the ligands H2L1–H2L4 to extract the uranyl ion from water to dichloromethane, and the selectivity of extraction with ligands H2L1, H3L5 (N,N-bis(2-hydroxy-3,5-dimethylbenzyl)-3-amino-1-propanol), H2L6 · HCl (N,N-bis(2-hydroxy-5-tert-butyl-3-methylbenzyl)-1-aminobutane · HCl) and H3L7 · HCl (N,N-bis(2-hydroxy-5-tert-butyl-3-methylbenzyl)-6-amino-1-hexanol · HCl) under varied chemical conditions were studied. As a result, the most efficient and selective ligand for uranyl ion extraction proved to be H3L7 · HCl.  相似文献

Condensation of (R)-2,2′-diamino-1,1′-binaphthyl or (R)-6,6′-dimethylbiphenyl-2,2′-diamine with 2 equiv of 2-pyridine carboxaldehyde in toluene in the presence of molecular sieves at 70 °C gives (R)-N,N′-bis(pyridin-2-ylmethylene)-1,1′-binaphthyl-2,2′-diimine (1), and (R)-N,N′-bis(pyridin-2-ylmethylene)-6,6′-dimethylbiphenyl-2,2′-diimine (3), respectively, in good yields. Reduction of 1 with an excess of NaBH4 in a solvent mixture of MeOH and toluene (1:1) at 50 °C gives (R)-N,N′-bis(pyridin-2-ylmethyl)-1,1′-binaphthyl-2,2′-diamine (2) in 95% yield. Rigidity plays an important role in the formation of helicate silver(I) complexes. Treatment of 1, or 3 with 1 equiv of AgNO3 in mixed solvents of MeOH and CH2Cl2 (1:4) gives the chiral, dinuclear double helicate Ag(I) complexes [Ag2(1)2][NO3]2 (4) and [Ag2(3)2][NO3]2 · 2H2O (6), respectively, in good yields. While under the similar reaction conditions, reaction of 2 with 1 equiv of AgNO3 affords the chiral, mononuclear single helicate Ag(I) complex [Ag(2)][NO3] (5) in 90% yield. [Ag2(1)2][NO3]2 (4) can further react with excess AgNO3 to give [Ag2(1)2]3[NO3]2[Ag(CH3OH)(NO3)3]2 · 2CH3OH (7) in 75% yield. All compounds have been fully characterized by various spectroscopic techniques and elemental analyses. Compounds 1 and 5-7 have been further subjected to single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses.  相似文献

Six new complexes: [Ln2(pzda)3(H2O)2] · 2.5H2O (Ln = Nd, (1); Eu, (2)), [Co(pzda) (bpe)] · 0.125(bpe) · 1.75H2O (3), [Mn(pzda)(H2O)1.5] (4), [Co2(pzda)2(bpe)(H2O)4] · 0.5(CH3OH) · H2O (5) and [Co(pzda)(2,2′-bpy)(H2O)] · 0.5H2O (6) (H2pzda = pyrazine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid, bpe = 1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethane, 2,2′-bpy = 2,2′-bipyridine) were obtained from metal salts and H2pzda under hydro(solvo)thermal conditions. The single crystal X-ray structural analysis reveals that the title complexes have different structures, ranging from zero- to three- dimensions, which are mainly due to the different metal ions, and especially the coordination modes of the pzda ligands. Complexes 1 and 2 have 3D metal-organic frameworks containing a 1D tri-strand array, in which the pzda ligand adopts a pentadentate mode to link lanthanide ions. Complex 3 has a 2D metal-organic framework, in which the pzda ligand acts in a tetradentate mode to connect Co(II) ions into 1D chains, which are further connected by bpe spacers into a 2D framework. While in 4, both of the two carboxylate groups of the pzda ligand adopt μ2-O bridging modes to link Mn(II) ions into a 1D coordination polymer, which is further assembled into a 2D supramolecular network containing double-stranded hydrogen-bonded helical chains. In both 5 and 6, the pzda ligand binds metal ions as a tridentate ligand (ONO mode) to form zero dimensional structures. Complex 5 is a binuclear molecule, while 6 is a mononuclear complex, which can be attributed to the bridging ligand bpe for 5 and the terminal auxiliary ligand 2,2′-bpy for 6.  相似文献

Five transition metal compounds containing arenesulfonates and 4,4′-bipy ligands, namely [Zn2(N,N′-4,4′-bipy)(N-4,4′-bipy)2(H2O)8](bpds)2 · 5H2O (1), [Ag2(N,N′-4,4′-bipy)2(bpds)] (2), [Cd(N,N′-4,4′-bipy)(H2O)4]2(4-abs)4 · 5H2O (3), [Cu(N,N′-4,4′-bipy) (O-bs)2(H2O)2] · 4H2O (4), and [Zn(N,N′-4,4′-bipy)2(H2O)2](4,4′-bipy)(bs)2 · 4H2O (5) (4,4′-bipy = 4,4′-bipyridine, bpds = 4,4′-biphenyldisulfonate, 4-abs = 4-aminobenzenesulfonate, bs = benzenesulfonate), have been synthesized and characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction, elemental analyses and TG analyses, in order to investigate the coordination chemistry of arenesulfonates and 4,4-bipy, as well as to construct novel coordination frameworks via mixed-ligand strategy. Compounds 2, 4 and 5 could be obtained via hydrothermal or aqueous reactions. Compound 1 forms a binuclear octahedral metal complex. Compounds 24 form polymeric chains. Compound 5 consists of 2D square grids with one intercalated 4,4′-bipy molecule. Weak Ag–Ag interactions are observed in compound 2. These complexes show great structural varieties and there are three different coordination modes observed for both the 4,4′-bipy and the sulfonate ligands.  相似文献

The reaction between uranyl nitrate hexahydrate and phenolic ligand precursor [(N,N-bis(2-hydroxy-3,5-dimethylbenzyl)-4-amino-1-butanol) · HCl], H3L1 · HCl, leads to a uranyl complex [UO2(H2L1)2] (1a) and [UO2(H2L1)2] · 2CH3CN (1b). The ligand [(N,N-bis(2-hydroxy-5-tert-butyl-3-methylbenzyl)-4-amino-1-butanol)H3L2 · HCl], H3L2 · HCl, yields a uranyl complex with a formula [UO2(H2L2)2] · CH3CN (2). The ligand [(N,N-bis(2-hydroxy-3,5-dimethylbenzyl)-5-amino-1-pentanol) · HCl], H3L3 · HCl, produces a uranyl complex with a formula [UO2(H2L3)2] · 2CH3CN (3) and the ligand [(N,N-bis(2-hydroxy-5-tert-butyl-3-methylbenzyl)-5-amino-1-pentanol) · HCl], H3L4 · HCl, leads to a uranyl complex with a formula [UO2(H2L4)2] · 2CH3CN (4). The ligand [(N,N-bis(2-hydroxy-5-tert-butyl-3-methylbenzyl)-6-amino-1-hexanol) · HCl], H3L5 · HCl, leads to a uranyl complex with a formula [UO2(H2L5)2] · 4toluene (5). The complexes 15 are obtained using a molar ratio of 1:2 (U to L) in the presence of a base (triethylamine). The molecular structures of 1a, 1b, 3, 4 and 5 were verified by X-ray crystallography. All complexes are neutral zwitterions and have similar centrosymmetric, mononuclear, distorted octahedral uranyl structures with the four coordinating phenoxo ligands in an equatorial plane. In uranyl ion extraction studies from water to dichloromethane with ligands H3L1 · HCl–H3L5 · HCl, ligands H3L1 · HCl, H3L4 · HCl and H3L5 · HCl are the most effective ones.  相似文献

The syntheses of five new aminoalkylbis(phenolate) ligands (as hydrochlorides) and their uranyl complexes are described. The reaction between uranyl nitrate hexahydrate and phenolic ligand [(N,N-bis(2-hydroxy-5-tert-butyl-3-methylbenzyl)-1-aminopropane) · HCl], H2L1 · HCl, forms a uranyl complex [UO2(HL1)2] · 2CH3CN (1). The ligand [(N,N-bis(2-hydroxy-5-tert-butyl-3-methylbenzyl)-1-aminobutane) · HCl], H2L2 · HCl, forms a uranyl complex with a formula [UO2(HL2)2] · 2CH3CN (2). The ligand [(N,N-bis(2-hydroxy-5-tert-butyl-3-methyl benzyl)-1-aminohexane) · HCl], H2L3 · HCl, yields a uranyl complex with a formula [UO2(HL3)2] · 2CH3CN (3) and the ligand [(N,N-bis(2-hydroxy-5-tert-butyl-3-methylbenzyl)-cyclohexylamine) · HCl], H2L4 · HCl, yields a uranyl complex with a formula [UO2(HL4)2] (4). The ligand [(N,N-bis(2-hydroxy-5-tert-butyl-3-methylbenzyl)-benzylamine) · HCl], H2L5 · HCl, forms a uranyl complex with a formula [UO2(HL5)2] · 2MeOH (5). The molecular structures of 1, 2′ (2 without methanol), 3, 4 and 5 were verified by X-ray crystallography. The complexes 15 are neutral zwitterions which form in a molar ratio of 1:2 (U to L) in the presence of a base (triethylamine) and bear similar mononuclear, distorted octahedral uranyl structures with the four coordinating phenoxo ligands forming an equatorial plane and resulting in a centrosymmetric structure for the uranyl ion. In uranyl ion extraction studies from water to dichloromethane with ligands H2L1 · HCl–H2L5 · HCl, the ligands H2L2 · HCl and H2L4 · HCl are the most effective ones.  相似文献

Two new cyano bridged Cu–Co and Cu–Fe trinuclear bimetallic assemblies, [(CuL)[Co(CN)6](CuL)]ClO4 · 3.5H2O (1) and [(CuL)[Fe(CN)6](CuL)] · 13H2O (2) where [L = (3E,5E)-N1,N4-bis((pyridin-2-yl)methylene)butane-1,4-diamine] have been prepared using cyanometallates as anion precursors and characterised by elemental analyses, spectroscopic studies, single crystal X-ray diffraction and cryomagnetic susceptibility measurements. Magneto-structural correlations have been drawn from cryomagnetic susceptibility measurements over a wide temperature range (2–300 K) under 0.5 T magnetic fields. Weak antiferromagnetic interactions with J = −0.81 and −0.73 cm−1 are found for 1 and 2, respectively, showing a very weak coupling, as expected from the diamagnetic long chain –NC–Co–CN–CN– and –NC–Fe–CN–CN– bridges revealed from the single crystal X-ray diffraction studies.  相似文献

Five new copper(II) complexes [Cu(dbsf)(H2O)]n · 0.5n(i-C3H7OH) (1), [Cu(dbsf)(4,4′-bpy)0.5]n · nH2O (2), [Cu(dbsf)(2,2′-bpy)(H2O)]2 · (n-C3H7OH) · 0.5H2O (3), [Cu(dbsf)(phen)(H2O)]2 · 1.5H2O (4) and [Cu(dbsf)(2,2′-bpy)(H2O)]n · n(i-C3H7OH) (5) (H2dbsf = 4,4′-dicarboxybiphenyl sulfone, 4,4′-bpy = 4,4′-bipyridine, 2,2′-bpy = 2,2′-bipyridine, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, i-C3H7OH = isopropanol, n-C3H7OH = n-propanol) have been synthesized under hydro/solvothermal conditions. All of the complexes are assembled from V-shaped building blocks, [Cu(dbsf)]. Complex 1 is composed of 1D double-chains. In complex 2, dbsf2− ligands and 4,4′-bpy ligands connect Cu(II) ions into catenane-like 2D layers. These catenane-like 2D layers stack in an ABAB fashion to form a 3D supramolecular network. Complexes 3 and 4 are 0D dimers, in which two [Cu(dbsf)] units encircle to form dimetal macrocyclic molecules. However, in complex 5, the V-shaped building blocks [Cu(dbsf)] are joined head-to-tail, resulting in the formation of infinite tooth-like chains. The different structures of complexes 3 and 5 may be attributed to the different solvent molecules included.  相似文献

New complexes [NiII(pbpaen)](ClO4)2 (1) and [CoIII(pbpaen)](ClO4)3 (2) (pbpaen = N′-(pyridin-2-ylmethyl)-N,N-bis {2-[(pyridin-2-ylmethyl)amino]ethyl}ethane-1,2-diamine) have been synthesized and characterized by IR and UV–Vis spectroscopies. An X-ray structure of the nickel(II) complex shows that [Ni(pbpaen)](ClO4)2 (1) crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c. The cation [Ni(pbpaen)]2+ is pseudo-octahedral with one of the three pyridyl nitrogen atom uncoordinated. The crystal lattice of this complex is stabilized by intra and intermolecular hydrogen bonding systems, giving one-dimensional sheets like arrays. All attempts to obtain nickel or cobalt complexes with protonated forms of the ligand resulted in isolation of only [CoIII(bpaen)](ClO4)3 (3) compound in which the tripod pbpaen ligand has lost one of the three pyridylmethyl groups, procuring then bpaen ligand {bpaen = N,N-bis{2-[(pyridin-2-ylmethyl)amino]ethyl}ethane-1,2-diamine}. The X-ray crystal structure reveals that the compound 3 crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pna2 with the Co3+ ion having a distorted-octahedral environment. These two ligands with strong-field N donor stabilise the +3 oxidation state of the Co center.  相似文献

The synthetic investigation of the CuII/maleamate(−1) ion (HL)/N,N′,N′′-chelate general reaction system has allowed access to compounds [Cu2(HL)2(bppy)2](ClO4)2·H2O (1·H2O), [Cu(HL)(bppy)(ClO4)] (2) and [Cu(HL)(terpy)(H2O)](ClO4) (4) (bppy = 2,6-bis(pyrazol-1-yl)pyridine, terpy = 2,2′;6′,2′′-terpyridine). In the absence of externally added hydroxides, compound [Cu2(L′)2(bppy)2](ClO4)2 (3) was obtained from MeOH solutions; L′ is the monomethyl maleate(−1) ligand which is formed in situ via the CuII-assisted HL → L′ transformation. In the case of tptz-containing (tptz = 2,4,6-tris(2-pyridyl)-1,3,5-triazine) reaction systems, the CuII-assisted hydrolysis of tptz to pyridine-2-carboxamide (L1) afforded complex [Cu(L1)2(NO3)2] (5). The crystal structures of 15 are stabilized by intermolecular hydrogen bonding and π–π stacking interactions. Characteristic IR bands of the complexes are discussed in terms of the known structures and the coordination modes of the ligands.  相似文献

Three di-Schiff-base ligands, N,N′-bis(salicylidene)-1,3-propanediamine (H2Salpn), N,N′-bis(salicylidene)-1,3-pentanediamine (H2Salpen) and N,N′-bis(salicylidine)-ethylenediamine (H2Salen) react with Ni(SCN)2 · 4H2O in 2:3 molar ratios to form the complexes; mononuclear [Ni(HSalpn)(NCS)(H2O)] · H2O (1a), trinuclear [{Ni(Salpen)}2Ni(NCS)2] (2b) and trinuclear [{Ni(Salen)}2Ni(NCS)2] (3) respectively. All the complexes have been characterized by elemental analyses, IR and UV–VIS spectra, and room temperature magnetic susceptibility measurements. The structures of 1a and 2b have been confirmed by X-ray single crystal analysis. In complex 1a, the Ni(II) atom is coordinated equatorially by the tetradentate, mononegative Schiff-base, HSalpn. Axial coordination of isothiocyanate group and a water molecule completes its octahedral geometry. The hydrogen atom attached to one of the oxygen atoms of the Schiff base is involved in a very strong hydrogen bond with a neighboring unit to form a centrosymmetric dimer. In 2b, two square planar [Ni(Salpen)] units act as bidentate oxygen donor ligands to a central Ni(II) which is also coordinated by two mutually cis N-bonded thiocyanate ligands to complete its distorted octahedral geometry. Complex 3 possesses a similar structure to that of 2b. A dehydrated form of 1a and a hydrated form of 2b have been obtained and characterized. The importance of electronic and steric factors in the variation of the structures is discussed.  相似文献

Two mononuclear zinc(II) complexes, [ZnL1H2Cl]Cl·2H2O (1·Cl·2H2O) and [ZnL2HCl]·H2O (2·H2O) (L1H2 and L2H2 are N,N′-bis(pyridoxylidene)ethylenediamine and N,N′-bis(pyridoxylidene)1,3-propanediamine, respectively) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR, fluorescence spectroscopy, TG–DTA and single crystal X-ray diffraction studies. The Zn(II) ion in complex 1 have a square pyramidal geometry with appreciable distortion towards trigonal bipyramid, whereas in 2 it has a geometry which is near the midpoint of square pyramid and trigonal bipyramid. The zinc atom is coordinated by two imine nitrogens, two phenolic oxygens and one chloride ion. The Zn(II) complexes show emission at 462 nm when excited at their lowest energy absorption at 372 nm.  相似文献

Three mixed-ligand CuII complexes bearing iminodiacetato (ida) and N-heterocyclic ligands, namely, [Cu2(ida)2(bbbm)(H2O)2] · H2O (1), [Cu2(ida)2(btx)(H2O)2] · 2H2O (2) and [Cu2(ida)2(pbbm)(H2O)2] · H2O · 3CH3OH (3) (bbbm = 1,1-(1,4-butanediyl)bis-1H-benzimidazole, btx = 1,4-bis(1,2,4-triazol-1-ylmethyl)benzene, pbbm = 1,1-(1,3-propanediyl)bis-1H-benzimidazole), in addition to three fcz-based CuII complexes, namely, {[Cu(fcz)2(H2O)2] · 2NO3}n (4), {[Cu(fcz)2(H2O)] · SO4 · DMF · 2CH3OH · 2H2O}n (5) and {[Cu(fcz)2Cl2] · 2CH3OH}n (6) (fcz = 1-(2,4-difluorophenyl)-1,1-bis[(1H-1,2,4-triazol-l-yl) methyl]ethanol) have been prepared according to appropriate synthetic strategies with the aim of exploiting new and potent catalysts. Single crystal X-ray diffraction shows that 1 and 2 possess similar binuclear structures, 3 features a 2D pleated network, and 4 exhibits a 1D polymeric double-chain structure. Complexes 1-6 are tested as catalysts in the green catalysis process of the oxidative coupling of 2,6-dimethylphenol (DMP). Under the optimized reaction conditions, these complexes are catalytically active by showing high conversion of DMP and high selectivity of PPE. The preliminary study of the catalytic-structural correlations suggests that the coordination environment of the copper center have important influences on their catalytic activities.  相似文献

The dimeric starting material [Ru(η6-p-cymene)(μ-Cl)Cl]2 reacts with N3,N3′-bis(diphenylphosphino)-2,2′-bipyridine-3,3′-diamine, 1 and P,P′-diphenylphosphinous acid-P,P′-[2,2′-bipyridine]-3,3′-diyl ester, 2 ligands to afford bridged dinuclear complexes [C10H6N2{NHPPh2-Ru(η6-p-cymene)Cl2}2], 3 and [C10H6N2{OPPh2-Ru(η6-p-cymene)Cl2}2], 4 in quantitative yields. These bis(aminophosphine) and bis(phosphinite) based Ru(II) complexes serve as active catalyst precursors for the transfer hydrogenation of acetophenone derivatives in 2-propanol and especially 4 acts as a good catalyst, giving the corresponding alcohols in 99% yield in 20 min (TOF ? 280 h−1).  相似文献

The use of succinamic acid (H2sucm)/N,N′-chelate (2,2′-bipyridine, bpy; 4,4′-dimethyl-2,2′-bipyridine, dmbpy; 1,10-phenanthroline, phen) ‘ligand blends’ in CuX2·yH2O (X = NO3, y = 3; X = Cl, y = 0) chemistry has yielded the new complexes [Cu2(Hsucm)3(bpy)2](NO3)·0.5MeOH (1·0.5MeOH), [Cu2(Hsucm)(OH)Cl(bpy)2](OH)·3.6H2O (5·3.6H2O) and [Cu2(Hsucm)2Cl2(phen)2] (6). The succinamate(−1) ion behaves as a carboxylate ligand and exists in two different coordination modes in the structures of the above complexes, i.e., the common syn, syn μ2OO′ in 1, 5 and 6, and the μ22OO′ in 1. The primary amide group of Hsucm remains uncoordinated and participates in intermolecular hydrogen bonding interactions leading to 1D, 2D and 3D networks. Characteristic IR bands of the complexes are discussed in terms of the known structures and the coordination modes of the Hsucm ligands.  相似文献

Nickel and copper complexes containing 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid, with a combination of selected N-donor ligands and Schiff bases, of the composition Ni3(bimz)6(btc)2 · 12H2O (1), Ni3(btz)9(btc)2 · 12H2O (2), Ni2(L1)(btc) · 7H2O (3), Ni3(L2)2(Hbtc) · 9H2O (4), Ni2(L3)(btc) · 4H2O (5), Cu2(L4)(btc) · 7H2O (6), [Cu3(pmdien)3(btc)](ClO4)3 · 6H2O (7) and [Cu3(mdpta)3(btc)](ClO4)3 · 4H2O (8); H3btc = 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid, bimz = benzimidazole, btz = 1,2,3-benztriazole, L1 = 2-[(phenylimino)methyl]phenol, L2 = N,N′-bis-(salicylidene)propylenediamine, L3 = 2-{[(2-nitrophenyl)methylene]amino}phenol, L4 = 2-[(4-methoxy-phenylimino)methyl]phenol, pmdien = N,N,N′,N″,N″-pentamethyldiethylenetriamine, mdpta = N,N-bis-(3-aminopropyl)methylamine, have been synthesized. The complexes have been studied by elemental analysis, IR, UV–Vis spectroscopies, magnetochemical and conductivity measurements and selected compounds also by thermal analysis. The crystal and molecular structure of complex 8 was solved. The complex is trinuclear with btc3−-bridge. The coordination polyhedron around each copper atom can be described as a distorted square with a CuON3 chromophore formed by one oxygen atom of carboxylate and three nitrogen atoms of mdpta. The magnetic properties of 8 have been studied in the 1.8–300 K temperature range revealing a very weak antiferromagnetic exchange interaction with J = −0.56 cm−1 for g = 2.13(9). The antimicrobial activities against selected strains of bacteria were evaluated. It was found that only complex 5 is able to inhibit the growth of Staphylococcus strains.  相似文献

Two structurally related flexible imidazolyl ligands, bis(N-imidazolyl)methane (L1) and 1,4-bis(N-imidazolyl)butane (L2), were reacted with Cu(II), Co(II) and Ni(II) salts of aliphatic/aromatic dicarboxylic acids resulting in the formation of a number of novel metal–organic coordination architectures, [CuB2(ox)2(L1)2(H2O)2] · 4H2O (1) (ox = oxalate), [Cu(pdc)(L2)1.5] · 4H2O (2, pdc = pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylate), [Co(L)2(H2O)2](tp) · 4H2O (3, tp = terephthalate), [Ni(L1)2(H2O)2](ip) · 5H2O (4, ip = isophthalate), [Cu2(L1)4(H2O)4](tp)2 · 7H2O (5), [Co(mal)(L1)(H2O)] · 0.5MeOH (6, mal = malonate), [Co(pdc)(L1)(H2O)] (7). All the complexes have been structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis. The different coordination modes of the dicarboxylate anions, due to their chain length, rigidity and diimidazolyl functionality, lead to a wide range of different coordination structures. The coordination polymers exhibit 1D single chain, ladder, 2D sheet and 2D network structures. The aliphatic and aromatic dicarboxylates can adopt chelating μ2 and chelating-bridging μ3 coordination modes, or act as uncoordinated counter anions. The central metal ions are coordinated in N2O4, N4O2, N2O3 and N3O3 fashions, depending on the ancillary ligands. The topology of 1 gives rise to macrocycles which are connected through hydrogen bonds to form 1D chains, whereas compound 2 exhibits a 1D polymeric ladder in which the carboxylate acts as a pincer ligand. Compounds 35 show doubly bridged 1D chains, and the dicarboxylate groups are not coordinated but form 2D corrugated sheets with water molecules intercalated between the cationic layers. Compound 6 has a 2D network sheet structure in which each metal ion links three neighboring Co atoms by the bis(N-imidazolyl)methane ligand. The cobalt compound 7, with a 2D polymeric double sheet structure, is built from pincer carboxylate (pdc) and 1,4-bis(N-imidazolyl)methane ligands.  相似文献

A series of 12 cobalt (III) complexes of 2-hydroxy-aryloximes (H2oxime) with an α-diimine (enR), under the general formula [Co(oxime)(enR)2]Br · 2H2O were synthesized and characterized. The IR and H NMR spectra indicate the bidentate coordination mode of the ligands and the dianionic character of the oxime ligand in the complexes, while the electronic excitation spectra are indicative of an octahedral geometry around cobalt(III). The octahedral environment with CoN5O chromophore was confirmed by X-ray structure analysis of the solvated [bis(2,2′-bipyridine)-(2-hydroxy-benzaldoximato)cobalt(III)]bromide, [Co(saox)(bipy)2]Br · 0.166bipy · 0.15CH3OH · 1.75H2O. The phenolic oxygen as well as the oximic nitrogen plus two nitrogen atoms, each one from a different bipy molecule, build the equatorial plane. The oximic chelate ring can be described as an extentend delocalized π system. The crystal structure of one of the investigated oxime ligands, the 2-hydroxy-benzophenonoxime (H2bpox) was also determined by X-ray analysis, verifying the strong intra-and intermolecular hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Two new heteropolynuclear Schiff base complexes, [Ni2Cd2L2Cl2(μ-Cl)2] (1) and [Ni2CdL′2Cl(H2O)]ClO4·H2O (2) where L = [N,N′-bis(2-hydroxyacetophenylidene)]propane-1,2-diamine and L′ = [N,N′-bis(2-hydroxypropiophenylidene)]propane-1,2-diamine, have been synthesized by refluxing equimolar amounts of nickel perchlorate, cadmium chloride and the respective tetradentate Schiff base ligand, H2L or H2L′ in methanol medium. The complexes have been characterized by microanalytical, spectroscopic, single crystal X-ray diffraction and other physicochemical studies. Structural studies on 1 reveal the presence of a bis(heterodinuclear) [NiIICdII]2 unit in which the two central cadmium ions are doubly chloro-bridged with each other and each of them is connected to a nickel(II) center through two phenolate oxygen bridges. In contrast, complex 2 contains a heterotrinuclear [NiIICdIINiII] unit in which the central cadmium ion is connected to two nickel(II) centers through two doubly bridging phenolate oxygen atoms. The Cd(II) ions in 1 and 2 adopt distorted, square pyramidal (CdO2Cl3) and octahedral (CdO5Cl) geometries respectively. On the other hand, the Ni(II) ions in both 1 and 2 assume the same coordination geometry, i.e. a distorted square planar (NiO2N2) arrangement. Intermolecular C-H?Cl or O-H?Cl and O-H?O hydrogen bonding interactions are operative in the complexes to build up 2D supramolecular structures in their solid states.  相似文献
