Mismatched molecular 1:1 complexes of C10F8 with catenated chalcogen-nitrogen compounds C6H5-X-NSN-SiMe3 (X = S, Se) were prepared and characterized by X-ray crystallography. The complexes provide examples of structurally non-rigid polyheteroatom molecules involved in non-covalent arene-polyfluoroarene π-stacking interactions. In going from homocrystals to the co-crystals, the molecular Z, E configuration of the catenated compounds changes from noticeably non-planar to perfectly planar, i.e. C10F8 acts as “molecular iron”. On the other hand, C10H8 does not produce complexes with C6F5-X-NSN-SiMe3 (X = S, Se).  相似文献

[Cu(en)(phen)2]+ is crystallized along with two phenanthroline and eight lattice water molecules either as a chloride or a nitrate salt. The cation has almost identical structural and spectral properties which correspond to a tetragonally elongated octahedral geometry with the en ligand in the equatorial plane. EPR parameters reveal a slight rhombicity in the coordination polyhedron. Even though both compounds have the same composition (except for the anions), the hydrogen bond networks involving the lattice water molecules and anions are quite different in the two compounds. There are also extensive π-stacking interactions involving the phenanthroline molecules, both coordinated and non-coordinated. The non-bonding interactions have a major directing role in the crystallization of the tris-chelate cation. The analogous mixed ligand complex of 2,2-bipyridine could not be crystallized.  相似文献

A series of new compounds containing rare earth cations (Eu to Yb) and paramagnetic cluster anion [Re6Te8(CN)6]3− was prepared and investigated. The X-ray structural analyses have revealed that the compounds [{Ln(H2O)4}{Re6Te8(CN)6}] · 2.5H2O; Ln = Eu (1), Tb (3), Dy (4), Ho (5), Er (6), Tm (7), [{Gd(H2O)3}{Re6Te8(CN)6}] · 2.5H2O (2) and [{Yb(H2O)4}{Re6Te8(CN)6}] (8) are three-dimensional polymers based on Re–CN–Ln interactions. Measurements of magnetic susceptibility for 2 and 5 showed that effective magnetic moment (at 300 K) was 8.13 μB for compound 2 and 10.79 μB for compound 5 with weak antiferromagnetic ordering appeared at low temperatures.  相似文献

Phase transformations in LnF3-(Ln, Zr)-ZrF4 systems (where Ln = Sm, Eu, Tm, Yb) in the temperature range 700-900 °C have been investigated by chemical and X-ray phase analyses, UV and IR spectroscopy. Synthesis conditions of nonstoichiometric samarium, europium, ytterbium and thulium fluorides, which are products of interaction between LnF3 and Ln and original substances for the preparation of compounds such as LnZrF6 are given. The crystal lattice of the fluorozirconates obtained is similar to the Yb27F64 superstructure. Thulium fluorozirconate (TmZrF6), whose structure is indexed as the Tm13F32−δ superstructure of hexagonal system, is an exception. For all compounds obtained, the lattice parameters have been calculated and the absorption bands of IR spectra have been interpreted.  相似文献

Thirteen novel 3d-4f heteronuclear coordination polymers based on the pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid (H2pda) and imidazole ligands, HIm[(pda)3MLn(Im)2(H2O)2]·3H2O (Im = imidazole; M = Co, Ln = Pr (1), Gd (2), Dy (3), Er (4); M = Mn, Ln = Pr (5), Sm (6), Gd (7), Dy (8), Er (9)), HIm[(pda)3CoSm(Im)2(H2O)2]·2H2O (10), [(Im)4M(H2O)2][(pda)4La2(H2O)2]·2H2O (M = Co (11), Mn (12)), and [(pda)6Co3Pr2(H2O)6]·6H2O (13), have been prepared and structurally characterized. X-ray crystallographic analyses revealed that these complexes display four different types of structures. Complexes 1-9 are isostructural, and possess 1-D chain structures constructed by alternately arrayed nine-coordinated Ln(III) (Ln = Pr, Sm, Gd, Dy, Er) and six-coordinated M(II) (M = Mn, Co) ions. Complex 10 exhibits a unique one-dimensional structure, in which two independent chains are parallel viewed down the a-axis and anti-parallel viewed down the c-axis. Complexes 11 and 12 are isostructural and display 1-D homometallic chain structures. Complex 13 is a 3D framework fabricated through PrN3O6 and CoO6 polyhedrons as building blocks. The variable-temperature solid-state dc magnetic susceptibilities of complexes 2, 3, 4, 9 and 13 have been investigated. Antiferromagnetic exchange interactions were determined for these five complexes.  相似文献

Reactions of Ln2O3 and trans-4-pyridylacrylic acid (4-Hpya) in EtOH/H2O or MeOH/H2O produced two new lanthanide/4-pya complexes [Ln(4-pya)3(H2O)2]2 (1: Ln = Eu; 2: Ln = La) in low yields. However, reactions of LnCl3 · 6H2O with 4-Hpya/aqueous ammonia in EtOH/H2O or MeOH/H2O gave rise to 1 or 2 in higher yields. Both compounds were structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy and X-ray analysis. Compounds 1 · 2EtOH · 2H2O and 2 · 2MeOH · 2H2O were confirmed to possess one-dimensional polymeric chain structures. In the structure of 1, each Eu(III) adopts a monocapped square-antiprism coordination geometry and each dimer [Eu(4-pya)3(H2O)2]2 within the chain is interconnected by two pairs of different bridging 4-pya ligands. On the other hand, each La(III) of 2 takes a bicapped square-antiprism coordination geometry and each dimer [La(4-pya)3(H2O)2]2 within the chain is linked by two pairs of tridentate bridging 4-pya ligands. The luminescent properties of 1 and 2 in the solid state were investigated.  相似文献

The first Pd(II) and Pt(II) complexes incorporating diselenophosphate (dsep) ligands are presented. Treatment of M(II) (M = Pd, Pt) salts with two equivalents of the dsep ligand in CH2Cl2 yielded square-planar compounds of the type M[Se2P(OR)2]2 (M = Pd, Pt; R = Et, iPr, nPr) (1a2c). These complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, multinuclear NMR spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction (1b and 2b). The dsep ligands coordinate to the metal in an approximately isobidentate fashion and form four-membered Se–P–Se–M chelate rings. Structural elucidations indicated that minute differences exist in the M–Se bond distances and these were observed from solution 31P NMR studies, which exhibited two sets of satellites arising from one-bond coupling to 77Se nuclei. A packing diagram showed a chain-like motif which was composed of square-planar M[Se2P(OR)2]2 units and occurred via non-covalent Se?Se secondary interactions.  相似文献

New tetraruthenated manganese (III) porphyrins were synthesized and characterized (31P NMR, cyclic voltammetry, UV–Vis). This new system presents four units of cationic “[RuCl(dppb)(X-bipy)]+”. The electrochemical and catalytic properties of the central manganese (III) show dependence on the characteristics of the peripheral ruthenium complexes as evidenced by the Mn(III)/Mn(II) reduction potential.  相似文献

New compounds of the type M2(H2F3)(HF2)2(AF6) with M = Ca, A = As and M = Sr, A = As, P) were isolated. Ca2(H2F3)(HF2)2(AsF6) was prepared from Ca(AsF6)2 with repeated additions of neutral anhydrous hydrogen fluoride (aHF). It crystallizes in a space group P4322 with a = 714.67(10) pm, c = 1754.8(3) pm, V = 0.8963(2) nm3 and Z = 4. Sr2(H2F3)(HF2)2(AsF6) was prepared at room temperature by dissolving SrF2 in aHF acidified with AsF5 in mole ratio SrF2:AsF5 = 2:1. It crystallizes in a space group P4322 with a = 746.00(12) pm, c = 1805.1(5) pm, V = 1.0046(4) nm3 and Z = 4. Sr2(H2F3)(HF2)2(PF6) was prepared from Sr(XeF2)n(PF6)2 in neutral aHF. It crystallizes in a space group P4122 with a = 737.0(3) pm, c = 1793.7(14) pm, V = 0.9744(9) nm3 and Z = 4. The compounds M2(H2F3)(HF2)2(AF6) gradually lose HF at room temperature in a dynamic vacuum or during being powdered for recording IR spectra or X-ray powder ray diffraction patterns. All compounds are isotypical with coordination of nine fluorine atoms around a metal center forming a distorted Archimedian antiprism with one face capped. This is the first example of the compounds in which H2F3 and HF2 anions simultaneously bridge metal centers forming close packed three-dimensional network of polymeric compounds with low solubility in aHF. The HF2 anions are asymmetric with usual F?F distances of 227.3-228.5 pm. Vibrational frequency (ν1) of HF2 is close to that in NaHF2. The anion H2F3 exhibits unusually small F?F?F angle of 95.1°-97.6° most probably as a consequence of close packed structure.  相似文献

A recently introduced experimental and theoretical procedure is presented in order to calculate the magnitude and anisotropy of interaction between a lanthanide and a 3d-metal ion. The general formula of the hetero-one-dimensional molecular compounds is trans-[M(CN)4(μ-CN)2Ln(H2O)4(bpy)]n·nH2O · 1.5nbpy (M = Fe3+, Cr3+; Ln = Er3+, Yb3+), where bpy = 2,2′-bipyridine, abbreviated as [LnM] from now on. The main parts of this procedure are: (a) the evaluation of the effective g-parameters of the lanthanide ion with the help of EPR measurements; (b) the use of dual-mode EPR spectroscopy to define the anisotropic exchange interactions with the help of an anisotropic Hamiltonian model; (c) use of the same magnetic model to fit magnetization and susceptibility data in order to verify the EPR findings.  相似文献

Some new Schiff bases derivates from 2-furaldehyde and phenylenediamines (L1-3) and their complexes with lanthanum (La), samarium (Sm), gadolinium (Gd) and erbium (Er) have been synthesized. These complexes with general formula [Ln(L1-3)2(NO3)2]NO3·nH2O (Ln = La, Sm, Gd, Er) were characterized by elemental analysis, UV-Vis, FT-IR and fluorescence spectroscopy, molar conductivity and thermal analysis. The metallic ions were found to be eight coordinated. The emission spectra of these complexes indicate the typical luminescence characteristics of the Sm(III), La(III), Er(III) and Gd(III) ions.  相似文献

A range of new small bite-angle diphosphine complexes, [M(CO)4{X2PC(R1R2)PX2}] (M = Mo, W; X = Ph, Cy; R1 = H, Me, Et, Pr, allyl, R2 = Me, allyl), have been prepared via elaboration of the methylene backbones in [M(CO)4(X2PCH2PX2)] as a result of successive deprotonation and alkyl halide addition. When X = Ph it proved possible to replace both methylene protons but for X = Cy only one substitution proved possible. This is likely due to the electron-releasing nature of the cyclohexyl groups but may also be due to steric constraints. Attempts to prepare the bis(allyl) substituted complex [Mo(CO)4{Ph2PC(allyl)2PPh2}] were only moderately successful. The crystal structures of nine of these complexes are presented.  相似文献

Two new charge-transfer salts, [CpFeCpCH2N(CH3)3]4[PMo12O40] · CH3CN (1) and [CpFeCpCH2N(CH3)3]4[GeMo12O40] (2), were synthesized by the traditional solution synthetic method and their structures were determined by single-crystal X-ray analysis. Salt 1 belongs to the triclinic space group P1, and salt 2 belongs to the triclinic space group . There exist the complex interactions of the cationic ferrocenyl donor and Keggin polyanion in the solid state. The solid state UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectra indicate the presence of a charge-transfer band climbing from 450 nm to well beyond 900 nm for 1, a charge-transfer band from 460 to 850 nm with λmax = 630 nm for 2.The EPR spectra of salts 1 and 2 at 77 K show a signal at g = 2.0048 and 1.9501, respectively, ascribed to the delocalization of one electron in reduced Keggin ion in salt 1 and the MoVI in [GeMo12O40]4− is partly reduced to MoV owing to the charge-transfer transitions taking place between the ferrocenyl donors and the POM acceptors. The two compounds were also characterized by IR spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry.  相似文献

Herein we report on the preparation of hydrated ammonium salts of the dithiophosphonic acids (RO)(Fc)P(S)(SH) (R = derivative of benzyl) featuring [(NH4 · H2O)2]2+ cations formed by N-H?O hydrogen bonds. Interaction of these cations with the PS2 units gives rise to unprecedented 2D networks, formed solely by hydrogen bonds. These unique networks containing two- and three centered hydrogen bonds are valuable examples of the acceptor properties of sulfur atoms.  相似文献

Refinement of the X-ray crystal structures of Pr[M(CN)6] · 5H2O (M = Cr, Fe, Co) enables their space group to be reassigned to P63/mmc. Spectral characteristics are reported for M = Cr and the distinction between the pentahydrate and tetrahydrate series is clearly made from assignments of the infrared spectra.  相似文献

The reactions of [ReX22-N2COPh-N′,O)(PPh3)2] with 4-phenylpyrimidine have been performed. As a result, the two complexes [ReX2(N2COPh)(4-PhPyr)(PPh3)2] (X = Cl, Br) (4-PhPyr = 4-phenylpyrimidine), isostructural in the solid state, have been obtained. The crystal and molecular structures of ([ReCl2(N2COPh)(4-PhPyr)(PPh3)2])2·CHCl3 (1) and ([ReBr2(N2COPh)(4-PhPyr)(PPh3)2])2·CHCl3 (2) have been determined. The electronic structure of [ReCl2(N2COPh)(4-PhPyr)(PPh3)2] has been examined using the density functional theory (DFT) method. The spin-allowed electronic transitions of 1 have been calculated with the time-dependent DFT method, and the UV–Vis spectrum of [ReCl2(N2COPh)(4-PhPyr)(PPh3)2] has been discussed on this basis.  相似文献

The Lewis acid/base adducts [MCl4{NH(R)(SiR′3)}] (M = Zr, Hf; R = tBu, R′ = Me; R = SiR′3 = SiMe3, SiMe2H) were synthesized by the 1:1 reaction of MCl4 with NH(R)(SiR′3) in dichloromethane solution at room temperature. The decomposition of [MCl4{NH(R)(SiR′3)}] proceeds with the elimination of R′3SiCl, as shown by thermogravimetric analysis. Pyrolysis of the compounds at 620 °C under inert conditions (N2, vacuum) afforded powders of composition [ClMN] or [Cl2MNH]. Preliminary low pressure chemical vapour deposition experiments show that [MCl4{NH(R)(SiR′3)}] deposits thin films of metal nitride contaminated with metal oxide.  相似文献
