This report describes the reaction of N-(thio)phosphoryl imines with diethylzinc under different conditions. An interesting and distinct chemoselectivity between hydrogen-addition and ethyl-addition to imine double bond is disclosed: in weakly polar solvent, e.g. toluene, N-(thio)phosphoryl imines were exclusively reduced in excellent yields via a β-H transfer from diethylzinc to imine double bond; in polar solvents like THF, the reduction product was competitively formed as a major product together with the minor product resulting from ethyl-addition to imine double bond; in sharp contrast, in the presence of strong coordinative additive N,N,N′,N′-tetramethylethylenediamine (TMEDA), the ethylation product was formed exclusively from the reaction of N-(thio)phosphoryl imine with diethylzinc. These results are discussed and explained in terms of the coordination interactions between the imine, solvent, and additive with diethylzinc.  相似文献

Treatment of an aldehyde and furan with N-sulfinyl-p-toluenesulfonamide/zinc chloride leads to the formation of furyl sulfonamides via an in situ generated N-tosyl imine intermediate. In one case, a novel 4-tosylamino-5,6-dihydro-4H-3-oxa-benz[e]azulene was obtained by intramolecular aromatic substitution of the activated imine at the 3-position of the furan ring.  相似文献

Two N-benzyl imines are designed to allow for carbon-carbon bond formations at the aminated benzylic positions. Direct benzylic arylation reactions of N-benzylxanthone imine with aryl chlorides proceed under palladium catalysis in the presence of cesium hydroxide, yielding the corresponding benzhydrylamine derivatives. Alkylation reactions of N-benzyldi-1-naphthyl ketone imine with alkyl halides in the presence of potassium tert-butoxide afford the corresponding 1-phenylalkylamines in high yields. Conjugate addition of N-benzyldi-1-naphthyl ketone imine is also described.  相似文献

A highly efficient gram-scale method for the C(4)-functionalization of sydnone imine hydrochloride derivatives was developed. This new approach was realized through consecutive reactions including the preparation of a C(3)-substituted N6-tert-butoxycarbonyl sydnone imine derivative, deprotonation with n-BuLi and reaction of the lithiated-intermediate with an electrophilic agent, and removal of the Boc protecting group.  相似文献

195Pt-, 31P-, 13C- and 1H-chemical shifts are reported for the first time for complexes of the type trans-[PtCl22-C2H4) (imine)], I, trans-[PtCl22-C2H4) (amine)] II, and trans-[PtCl2(PR′3) (imine)] III (the imine ligand being derived from cyclopropyl-2-thienylketone and primary amines; PR′3 = PBun3 and PPh3; amine; the amine ligand obtained by the reduction of the appropriate imine). The use of multinuclear spectroscopy provides strong evidence for E-Z isomerization of imine ligands coordinated to platinum (II) of the type trans-[PtCl22-C2H4)(imine)]. Tertiary phosphine ligands trans to imine ligand (III) are not strongly labilizing groups, in contrast to η2-C2H4, which shows a strong labilizing effect. The effect of neighbouring groups on E-Z isomerization indicates that increase of the bulky substituents close to the imino group tends to increase the rate of isomerization, and increasing the degree of substitution on the imine carbon atoms slows the rate of isomerization. Furthermore, addition of a trace of amine will catalyze the E-Z isomerization. Also, isomerization takes place in the liquid state to give one isomer during the coordination with platinum.  相似文献

Sydnone imines were deprotonated with lithium bis(trimethylsilyl)amide at the C4 position to give the corresponding sydnone imine anions as lithium adducts. These can be represented as lithium stabilized anionic N-heterocyclic carbenes. Treatment with diisopropyl azodicarboxylate (DIAD) gave the corresponding C4 adducts, i.e. 4-hydrazinyl-sydnone imines, which form tautomers in solution. Reductive 1,3-dipolar cycloadditions of the sydnone imine anions with tetracyanoethylene (TCNE) resulted in the formation of pyrazoles, the mechanism of formation of which differs from known reactions. Reaction of the anion derived from the 2-methoxyphenyl sydnone imine with N,N-diisopropylcarbodiimide gave a ring-cleaved bisiminonitrile. Structure elucidations were accomplished by NMR spectroscopy and by four single crystal X-ray analyses.  相似文献

Membrane-based processes are taking a more and more prominent position in the search for sustainable and energy-efficient gas separation applications. It is known that the separation performance of pure polymers may significantly be improved by the dispersion of suitable filler materials in the polymer matrix, to produce so-called mixed matrix membranes. In the present work, four different organic cages were dispersed in the poly(ether ether ketone) with cardo group, PEEK-WC. The m-xylyl imine and furanyl imine-based fillers yielded mechanically robust and selective films after silicone coating. Instead, poor dispersion of p-xylyl imine and diphenyl imine cages did not allow the formation of selective films. The H2, He, O2, N2, CH4, and CO2 pure gas permeability of the neat polymer and the MMMs were measured, and the effect of filler was compared with the maximum limits expected for infinitely permeable and impermeable fillers, according to the Maxwell model. Time lag measurements allowed the calculation of the diffusion coefficient and demonstrated that 20 wt % of furanyl imine cage strongly increased the diffusion coefficient of the bulkier gases and decreased the diffusion selectivity, whereas the m-xylyl imine cage slightly increased the diffusion coefficient and improved the size-selectivity. The performance and properties of the membranes were discussed in relation to their composition and morphology.  相似文献

The reaction of aromatic azines with Fe2(CO)9 yields dinuclear iron carbonyl cluster compounds as the main products. The formation of these compounds may be rationalized by a C-H activation reaction at the aromatic substituent in ortho position with respect to the exocyclic C-N double bond followed by an intramolecular shift of the corresponding hydrogen atom toward the former imine carbon atom. The second imine function of the ligand does not react. Additional products arise from the metal induced disproportionation of the azine into a primary imine and a nitrile. So also one of the imine C-H bonds may be activated during the reaction. Depending on the aromatic substituent of the azine ligands iron carbonyl complexes of the disproportionation products are isolated and characterized by X-ray crystallography. C-C coupling reactions catalyzed by Ru3(CO)12 result in the formation of ortho-substituted azines. In addition, ortho-substituted nitriles are identified as side-products showing that the metal induced disproportionation reaction also takes place under catalytic conditions.  相似文献

The [3 + 2] cycloaddition (32CA) reactions of the simplest nitrile imine with ethylene and electrophilic dicyanoethylene have been studied within the Molecular Electron Density Theory (MEDT) with the aim of characterising its reactivity. Topological analysis of the electron localisation function of NI shows that it has a carbenoid structure. The activation energy of the 32CA reaction of the simplest nitrile imine with dicyanoethylene is 5.6 kcal mol?1 lower than that involving ethylene, in agreement with the high polar character of the former reaction. Bonding Evolution Theory accounts for the cb-type reactivity of nitrile imine. Along the more favourable ortho regioisomeric path associated with the 32CA reaction involving dicyanoethylene, which takes place through a non-concerted two-stage one-step mechanism, formation of the first C3-C4 single bond takes place at a C-C distance of 2.02?Å, by donating the non-bonding electron density of the carbenoid center of nitrile imine to the β-conjugated C4 carbon of dicyanoethylene.  相似文献

Five imine polymers, all containing 3,6-disubstituted carbazole ring in the main polymer chain, were synthesized by solution polycondensation of 3,6-diformyl (N-hexyl) carbazole with hydrazine, 1,4-diaminobenzene, 4,4′-diaminobiphenyl, 1,5-diaminonaphthalene and 3,6-(N-hexyl) diaminocarbazole. The in situ synthesis and subsequent reactions of macrocylic imine 2 are reported. The imine was trapped with cyanotrimethylsilane to give α-amino nitrile aza-[13]-macrodiolides in a 1:1 ratio of diastereomers. A crystal structure of the syn α-cyano nitrile diastereomer, 7a, provided insights into the lack of selectivity in reactions of 2 relative to macrocyclic alkene 1. A magnesium enamide derived from N-2-(N′,N′-dimethylamino)ethyl imine reacts with primary and secondary alkyl chlorides and fluorides to give an α-alkylated ketone in good to excellent yields upon hydrolysis of the imine moiety. Reactions of the highly nucleophilic magnesium enamide derived from an unsymmetrical ketone take place regioselectively. In addition, the C-C bond formation is stereospecific: a substantial inversion of stereochemistry at the electrophilic carbon center (Walden inversion) was observed, proving its potential utility for the production of optically active compounds.  相似文献

β-Carboline imine reductions mediated by Saccharomyces bayanus have been described achieving moderate to good enantiomeric excesses of the amine products. The enantiomeric excesses of the bioreduction showed a dependence on the imine substituents. Compounds presenting C1–C11 aliphatic substituent groups afforded amines with an (S)-configuration, whereas C15 and higher aliphatic- and aromatic-substituted β-carboline imines achieved inversion of the configuration in the final (R)-2 amine products. Based on this data, a model for the Saccharomyces reduction is proposed.  相似文献

A selective and practical approach for the formation of cis-1,4-aminocyclohexanol was developed. The key transformation involves a one-pot imine formation/ Lewis acid-directed imine reduction and results in a highly selective attack of the reducing agent.
