Norditerpenoid alkaloids from the processed tubers of Aconitum carmichaeli   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
Four new and five known norditerpenoid alkaloids were isolated from the processed tubers of Aconitum carmichaeli. The new alkaloids are 14-O-cinnamoylneoline (3), 14-O-anisoylneoline (4) 14-O-veratroylneoline (5), and lipo-14-O-anisoylbikhaconine (8). The known alkaloids are neoline (1), 14-O-acetylneoline (2), foresaconitine (6), crassicauline A (7), and lipohypaconitine (9). Alkaloids 2, 6, and 7 were isolated from this plant for the first time. The structures of the new alkaloids were established by spectroscopic and chemical methods.  相似文献

A new lignan (1), named armatumin, along with 25 known compounds, was isolated from Zanthoxylum armatum. The structure of compound 1 was elucidated using spectroscopic methods. Compounds 7, 8, 11, 13, 16, 20 and 21 were first isolated from Z. armatum and compounds 14 and 19 were isolated for the first time from Rutaceae.  相似文献

A new cembranolide, acerolide (1) together with the known compound pseudopterolide (2) were isolated from the 2-propanol extract of the soft coral Pseudopterogorgia acerosa. The structure of 1 was determined on the basis of detailed spectroscopic analysis. Compound 1 showed moderate in vitro cytotoxicity against a panel of 14 tumor cell lines.  相似文献

A new aristololactam, 5-methoxyaristololactam I (1), was isolated from an ethanol extract of the whole plant of Asarum ichangense C. Y. Cheng et C. S. Yang, together with twenty known compounds (2-21). The structure of 1 was elucidated by spectroscopic methods. Compounds 11, 13, 17, and 19 were isolated from Aristolochiaceae for the first time. Compounds 2, 14, and 15 are considered as common constituents of the genus Asarum.  相似文献

Structures of four new minor sesterterpenoids 1–3,18 and three new diterpenoids 12–14 isolated from the secretion of Ceroplastes ceriferus are described. All four sesterterpenoids are 14-membered monocyclic compounds; one of them has been chemically correlated with cericeroic acid1 of proven absolute stereochemistry. A new cassane diterpenoid, caesaldecan, was isolated from Caesalpinia decapetala with eight known compounds, spathulenol, 4,5-epoxy-8(14)-caryophyllene, squalene, lupeol, trans-resveratrol, quercetin, astragalin, and stigmasterol. The (1)H- and (13)C-NMR spectra of the new compound were completely assigned by using a combination of 2D NMR techniques, namely, (1)H-(1)H COSY, HMQC, HMBC, and ROESY.  相似文献

Sixteen glycosides of pregnanes, including ikemagenin, lineolon, and a new pregnane, 3beta8beta,14beta,15beta,16alpha-pentahydroxy-++ +5alpha-pregnan-20-one, termed pleurogenin, were isolated from the roots of Asclepias tuberosa. Among ikemagenin and lineolon glycosides, one (1) was a known glycoside, and eight (2-7, 10, 13) were glycosides with new combinations of ikemagenin or lineolon and known sugar sequences composed of D-cymarose, D-oleandrose, D-thevetose and D-glucose. The structures of four new glycosides of ikemagenin (8, 9, 11, 12) and three of pleurogenin (14-16) were determined. The new glycosides have sugar sequences ranging from tetraoside to heptaosides.  相似文献

Two edible mushrooms, Pleurotus eryngii and Panellus serotinus, have been investigated chemically. Two new sterols, 5alpha,9alpha-epidioxy-8alpha,14alpha-epoxy-(22E)-ergosta-6,22-dien-3beta-ol (1) and 3beta,5alpha-dihydroxyergost-7-en-6-one (2), have been isolated from P. eryngii, together with six known ones (3-8). Two new labdane diterpenes, cis-19-hydroxyabienol (1) and 8alpha-hydroxy-12Z,14-labdadien-19-al (2), along with another labdane described for the first time in the genus Larix, 19-acetoxy-13S-hydroxy-8(17),14-labdadiene (3) and a stilbene, 3-methoxy-3,3',5'-trihydroxystilbene (4), were isolated from the stem bark of Larch (Larix laricina). Their structures were established by standard chemical and spectroscopic methods. Compounds 2 and 3 were shown to be moderately cytotoxic against A-549, DLD-1 and normal skin fibroblast cell lines, WS1. During further chemical and biological investigations of Picrasma quassioides BENNET, four new bis-β-carboline alkaloids, quassidines E-H (1-4), and three new β-carboline alkaloids, canthin-16-one-14-butyric acid (5), 3-(1,1-dimethoxylmethyl)-β-carboline (6), and 6,12-dimethoxy-3-formyl-β-carboline (7), were isolated from its anti-inflammatory CHCl(3)-soluble fraction. Structures of new compounds were elucidated and characterized by MS and NMR analysis. A plausible biogenetic pathway for quassidine E (1), the first bis-β-carboline alkaloid in which a canthin-6-one moiety and a β-carboline moiety were connected together by a single carbon-carbon bond from the nature, was proposed. Quassidines E-G (1-3) showed potent inhibitory activity on the production of nitric oxide (NO), tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α), or interleukin 6 (IL-6) in mouse monocyte-macrophage RAW264.7 cells stimulated by lipopolysaccharide (LPS). Analysis of anti-inflammatory activity of all β-carboline and bis-β-carboline alkaloids from P. quassioides showed that the carbonyl groups or double carbon-carbon bonds at C-14 for β-carbolines and C-14' for bis-β-carbolines were bioactive groups for their in vitro anti-inflammatory activity. Structure-activity relationship of these compounds on inhibitory activity of the three inflammatory cytokines was discussed.  相似文献

An intensely sweet polyoxypregnane glycoside, telosmoside A15 (15), was isolated from an Asian Asclepiadaceae plant, Telosma procumbens, collected in Vietnam. This is the first time a sweet pregnane glycoside has been found, and its sweetness intensity is 1000 times greater than that of sucrose. From the same plant, 17 other new glycosides were isolated, having the same aglycone; they are named telosmosides A1-A14 (1-14) and A16-A18 (16-18). Some of these glycosides are also sweet, but others are tasteless or bitter. Chemical structures of the 18 glycosides were determined, and the structure-taste relationship was discussed.  相似文献

The structures of three new norditerpenoid alkaloids named dehydrodeltatsine (1), 14-O-acetyltakaosamine (2), 18-demethoxypubescenine (3) isolated from the aerial parts of Consolida orientalis (GAY) SCHROD., were elucidated by 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy and HR-EIMS. Twelve known norditerpenoid alkaloids (type lycoctonine) and the diterpenoid alkaloid ajaconine have been isolated. Several assignments of (13)C-NMR data for delbonine (4) were revised and the complete assignment for 18-hydroxy-14-O-methylgadesine (5) was realized.  相似文献
