In this paper we mainly concern the persistence of invariant tori in generalized Hamiltonian systems. Here the generalized Hamiltonian systems refer to the systems which may admit a distinct number of action and angle variables. In particular, system under consideration can be odd dimensional. Under the Riissmann type non-degenerate condition, we proved that the majority of the lower-dimension invariant tori of the integrable systems in generalized Hamiltonian system are persistent under small perturbation. The surviving lower-dimensional tori might be elliptic, hyperbolic, or of mixed type.  相似文献

In this paper we investigate the nearly small twist mappings with intersection property. With a certain non-degenerate condition, we proved that the most of invariant tori of the original small twist mappings will survive afer small perturtations. The persisted invariant tori are close to the unperturbed ones when the perturbation are small. The orbits reduced by those mappings are quasi-periodic in the invariant tori with the frequences closing to the original ones.  相似文献

In this paper, we investigate the persistence of invariant tori for the nearly in-tegrable Hamiltonian system H(x,y) = h(y) εp(x,y) ε2Q(x,y), where h(y) and εp(x,y) satisfy the Russmann non-degenerate condition. Mainly we overcome the difficulties that the order of the parameter E in the perturbation ε2Q(x,y) is not enough and that the measure estimate involves in parts of frequencies with small parameter.  相似文献

A persistence theorem for resonant invariant tori with non-Hamiltonian perturbation is proved. The method is a combination of the theory of normally hyperbolic invariant manifolds and an appropriate continuation method. In this paper, we prove that a Hamiltonian system possesses either a four-dimensional invaxiant disc or an invariant Cantor set with positive (n + 2)-dimensional Lebesgue measure in the neighborhood of an elliptic equilibrium provided that its lineaxized system at the equilibrium satisfies some small divisor conditions. Both of the invariant sets are foliated by two-dimensional invaxiant tori carrying quasi-oeriodic solutions.  相似文献

In this paper, we study the persistence of invariant tori of integrable Hamiltonian systems satisfying Rssmann's non-degeneracy condition when symplectic integrators are applied to them. Meanwhile, we give an estimate of the measure of the set occupied by the invariant tori in the phase space. On an invariant torus,numerical solutions are quasi-periodic with a diophantine frequency vector of time step size dependence. These results generalize Shang's previous ones(1999, 2000), where the non-degeneracy condition is assumed in the sense of Kolmogorov.  相似文献

In this paper, we prove the persistence of hyperbolic lower dimensional invariant tori for Gevrey-smooth perturbations of partially integrable Hamiltonian systems under Riissmann's nondegeneracy condition by an improved KAM iteration, and the persisting invariant tori are Gevrey smooth, with the same Gevrey index as the Hamiltonian.  相似文献

This paper deals with bifurcations of subharmonic solutions and invariant tori generated from limit cycles in the fast dynamics for a nonautonomous singularly perturbed system. Based on Poincare map, a series of blow-up transformations and the theory of integral manifold, the conditions for the existence of invariant tori are obtained, and the saddle-node bifurcations of subharmonic solutions are studied.  相似文献

The author constructs a self-affine set which is not porous, although the open set condition holds. In this paper we study the persistence of lower dimensional hyperbolic invariant tori for nearly integrable twist symplectic mappings. Under a Rüssmann-type non-degenerate condition, by introducing a modified KAM iteration scheme, we proved that nearly integrable twist symplectic mappings admit a family of lower dimensional hyperbolic invariant tori as long as the symplectic perturbation is small enough.  相似文献

Under a small perturbation of a completely integrable Hamiltonian system, invariant tori with Diophantine frequencies of motion are not destroyed but only slightly deformed, provided that the Hessian (with respect to the action variables) of the unperturbed Hamiltonian vanishes nowhere (the Kolmogorov nondegeneracy). The motion on every perturbed torus is quasiperiodic with the same frequencies. In this sense the frequencies of invariant tori of the unperturbed system are preserved. Recently, it has been found that the Kolmogorov nondegeneracy condition can be weakened so as to guarantee the preservation of only some subset of frequencies. Such partial preservation of frequencies can also be defined for lower dimensional invariant tori, whose dimension is less than the number of degrees of freedom. We consider a more general problem of partial preservation not only of the frequencies of invariant tori but also of their Floquet exponents (the eigenvalues of the coefficient matrix of the variational equation along the torus). The results are formulated for Hamiltonian, reversible, and dissipative systems (with a complete proof for the reversible case).  相似文献

We prove the existence of invariant tori in Hamiltonian systems, which are analytic and integrable except a 2n-times continuously differentiable perturbation (n denotes the number of the degrees of freedom), provided that the moduli of continuity of the 2n-th partial derivatives of the perturbation satisfy a condition of finiteness (condition on an integral), which is more general than a Hölder condition. So far the existence of invariant tori could be proven only under the condition that the 2n-th partial derivatives of the perturbation are Hölder continuous.  相似文献

A Hamiltonian system which differs from the integrable system by a small perturbation is considered. According to the Kolmogorov theorem /1–3/ the majority of invariant tori present in the unperturbed system do not decompose under a perturbation, and few of them become deformed. The following estimates are obtained below: for the perturbation under the usual conditions of nondegeneracy, the measure of the set of the decomposing tori and the deformation of the remaining tori are both estimate from above by the quantities of the order of √, and these estimates cannot be improved. The proof follows that /2,3/ of the Kolmogorov theorem with the intermediate estimates obtained more accurately. Similar estimates were obtained in the Moser theorem concerning the invariant curves of the mapping of a plane onto itself in /4/, and for the mapping in the multidimensional case, in /5/.  相似文献

We consider perturbations of integrable Hamiltonian systems in the neighbourhood of normally umbilic invariant tori. These lower dimensional tori do not satisfy the usual non-degeneracy conditions that would yield persistence by an adaption of KAM theory, and there are indeed regions in parameter space with no surviving torus. We assume appropriate transversality conditions to hold so that the tori in the unperturbed system bifurcate according to a (generalised) umbilical catastrophe. Combining techniques of KAM theory and singularity theory we show that such bifurcation scenarios of invariant tori survive the perturbation on large Cantor sets. Applications to gyrostat dynamics are pointed out.  相似文献

We prove that small perturbations of a real analytic integrable Hamiltonian system ind degrees of freedom generically have biasymptotic orbits which are obtained as intersections of the stable and unstable manifolds of invariant hyperbolic tori of dimensiond–1. Hence, these solutions will be forward and backward asymptotic to such a torus and not to a periodic solution. The generic condition, which is open and dense, is given by an explicit condition on the averaged perturbation.  相似文献
