锥头弹丸穿透薄钢板的实验研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1       下载免费PDF全文
 为了研究延性薄靶的穿透性能,进行了90°锥头弹丸穿透薄钢板的准静态和动态实验。通过准静态实验,得到了4种不同厚度钢板的载荷-压入位移曲线及破坏模式;结合膜力理论模型及纯弯静塑性破坏模型,对实验结果进行了分析,得出:对于薄靶,大变形膜力起主导作用,随着靶厚增加,弯距在板整体变形过程中的影响逐渐增大。通过动态穿透实验,得到了弹丸穿透4种不同厚度钢板的入射速度、残余速度及靶板破坏模式,计算得到穿透耗能。最后,将准静态实验与动态实验结果进行了对比讨论。  相似文献

 对样品/薄夹层/窗口组成的三层介质双界面热传导问题进行求解。在3个不同初温、不同热物性参数及边界条件下,获得了夹层介质中的温度解,给出了界面温度历史随薄层厚度、热扩散系数和介质之间热扩散系数之比的变化规律。从理论分析和实验结果发现,当夹层厚度小于1 μm,热扩散系数大于10-4 m2/s时,在实验观测的时间内,界面温度历史将很快衰减到一平台,其幅度只由样品、窗口的初温和热扩散系数确定,而与夹层介质的初温、热传导系数无关。  相似文献

This study employs RF magnetron sputter technique to deposit high C-axis preferred orientation ZnO thin film on silicon substrate, which is then used as the piezoelectric thin film for a thin film bulk acoustic resonator (FBAR). Electrical properties of the FBAR component were investigated by sputtering a ZnO thin film on various bottom electrode materials, as well as varying sputter power, sputter pressure, substrate temperature, argon and oxygen flow rate ratio, so that structural parameters of each layer were changed. The experimental results show that when sputter power is 200 W, sputter pressure is 10 mTorr, substrate temperature is 300 °C, and argon to oxygen ratio is 4:6, the ZnO thin film has high C-axis preferred orientation. The FBAR component made in this experiment show that different bottom electrode materials have great impact on components. In the experiment, the Pt bottom electrode resonant frequency was clearly lower than the Mo bottom electrode resonant frequency, because Pt has higher mass density and lower acoustic wave rate. The component resonant frequency will decrease as ZnO thin film thickness increases; when top electrode thickness is higher, its resonant frequency also drops, due to top electrode mass loading effect and increased acoustic wave path. Therefore, ZnO thin film and top/bottom electrode thickness can be fine-tuned according to the required resonant frequency.  相似文献

分别以富集有Cr,Pb和Cd三种元素的尼龙薄膜样品及玻璃纤维滤膜为研究对象,采用滤膜叠加的方式,通过XRF光谱仪测量不同样品厚度下薄膜样品的XRF光谱,根据测得的尼龙薄膜样品中Cr,Pb,Cd元素及玻璃纤维滤膜中Ca,As和Sr元素特征XRF性质的变化,研究样品厚度对薄膜法XRF光谱测量的影响。结果表明:薄膜样品厚度对不同能量区间上元素特征谱线荧光性质的影响并不相同。元素特征谱线能量越大,元素特征X射线荧光穿透滤膜到达探测器的过程中损失越少;但由薄膜样品厚度增加引起的基体效应却越强,相应特征谱线位置处的背景荧光强度就越大,因此样品厚度增加所引起的基体效应对薄膜法XRF光谱测量的灵敏度影响就越大。对于特征谱线能量较低(能量小于7 keV)的元素,以增加薄膜样品厚度的方式来增加待测组分的质量厚度浓度,并不能有效地提高薄膜法XRF光谱测量的灵敏度;对于特征谱线能量较高的元素(能量>7 keV),可以通过适当增加样品厚度以增加被测组分的质量厚度浓度的方式来提高XRF光谱测量的灵敏度,薄膜样品厚度在0.96~2.24 mm内,更有利于XRF光谱的测量与分析。该研究为大气及水体重金属薄膜法XRF光谱分析中薄样制备及富集技术提供了重要的理论依据。  相似文献

A novel electrochemical hydrogen sensor which consists of a solid electrolyte polymer (SEP) and catalytic active electrode operating at room temperature was fabricated and investigated. Nafion is utilized as polymer proton conducting membrane onto which a catalytic electrode was deposited by anin-situ impregnation reduction (I-R) technique. In this work, Pt was selected as active catalyst for hydrogen oxidation and the deposition conditions were modified to optimise the parameters for application in hydrogen sensors and to improve the metal utilization so that the electrode loading could be reduced without loss of electrochemical performance. The hydrogen sensing characteristics with air as reference gas are reported. A maximum sensitivity of about 0.01 μA cm−2 ppm−1 was obtained. The response time was observed to be in the range of 10–50 seconds. The experimental results show that long term sensor stability exists at room temperature. The thin Pt films were characterized by XRD, infrared spectroscopy, optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and EDAX. We analyze the effect of electrode diameter and thickness on the mass sensitivity. Through the theoretical approximate calculation, we find that the mass sensitivity does not change monotonically with electrode diameter and there is a maximum point. The optimum electrode diameter corresponding to the maximum mass sensitivity varies with the electrode thickness. For a particular electrode diameter, a quartz crystal microbalance(QCM)with thick electrode has a higher mass sensitivity. A proper plating experiment using 35 QCMs with different electrode diameters and thicknesses verifies this finding. The present study further reveals how electrode size affects mass sensitivity and is helpful for QCM design.  相似文献

In this study we investigated the magnetic and transport properties of thin Fe-rich amorphous films and Fe-rich/Cu multilayers. We compared the extraordinary Hall effect in these two types of samples and discussed it in terms of thickness and sample structure. The thicker films exhibited a strong in-plane magnetic anisotropy, and by decreasing film thickness both saturated Hall resistivity and Hall sensitivity increase. A Hall resistivity value of 20 μΩ cm is observed in 100 nm thick Fe-rich films at 12 K and a sensitivity of 1.3 Ω/T is obtained at room temperature. Electrical conductance increases and Hall resistivity decreases when the films are sandwiched with Cu.  相似文献

In this paper, the capabilities of shearography for detecting hole and crack type defects in polymeric and metallic materials using thermal loading were investigated. In order to improve the ability of the identifying defect, the fringe multiplication technique was applied to some suspectable shearography fringe patterns. Based on the test results empirical rules for inspection plates of different material with specific thicknesses were established. For aluminium plates with thicknesses of 3 mm, minimum diameter of a surface breaking hole which is detectable is approximately equal to 2.5–3.0 times the depth of the defect, and for polymer plates with a thickness of 10 mm, the minimum detectable diameter is 0.8–1.3 times of the depth. For polymeric materials results from the increasing temperature period are approximately the same as those from the decreasing temperature period. When the orientation of the image shearing is not perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the crack type defects, the sensitivity for defect detection is relatively higher than with perpendicular image shearing.  相似文献

SrTiO_3(STO) and TiO_2 are insulating materials with large dielectric constants and opposite signs of the quadratic coefficient of voltage(α). Insertion of a TiO_2 thin film between STO layers increases the linearity of the capacitance in response to an applied voltage, to meet the increasing demand of large-capacitance-density dynamic random access memory capacitors. Both STO and TiO_2 suffer from the problem of high leakage current owing to their almost equivalent and low bandgap energies. To overcome this, the thickness of the thin TiO_2 film sandwiched between the STO films was varied. A magnetron sputtering system equipped with radio frequency and direct current power supply was employed for depositing the thin films. Ti N was deposited as the top and bottom metal electrodes to form a metal–insulator metal(MIM) structure,which exhibited a very large linear capacitance density of 21 fF/um~2 that decreased by increasing the thickness of the TiO_2 film. The leakage current decreased with an increase in the thickness of TiO_2, and for a 27-nm-thick film, the measured leakage current was 2.0 × 10~(-10) A. X-ray diffraction and Raman spectroscopy revealed that Ti N, STO, and TiO_2 films are crystalline and TiO_2 has a dominant anatese phase structure.  相似文献

A simple method to determine the thickness of a nonabsorbing thin film on an absorbing substrate from maxima of the ratio between the spectral reflectances of p- and s-polarized components reflected from the thin-film structure is presented. The spectral reflectance ratio, which can be measured in a simple polarimetry configuration at a fixed angle of incidence, consists of maxima whose number and positions depend on the thickness of a thin film. An approximative linear relation between the thin-film thickness and a wavelength of the maximum of the reflectance ratio for a specific angle of incidence is revealed, provided that the wavelength-dependent refractive index of the thin film is known and the substrate is weakly absorbing. The relation permits the calculation of the thickness from the measured spectral reflectance ratio by using one maximum only, as is demonstrated theoretically for a SiO2 thin film on a Si substrate. The application of this method is demonstrated experimentally for the same thin-film structure with different thicknesses of the SiO2 thin film. The results are compared with those given by the algebraic fitting method, and very good agreement is confirmed.  相似文献

Effect of anode area on temperature sensing ability is investigated for a vertical GaN Schottky-barrier-diode sensor. The current-voltage-temperature characteristics are comparable to each other for Schottky barrier diodes with different anode areas, excepting the series resistance. In the sub-threshold region, the contribution of series resistance on the sensitivity can be ignored due to the relatively small current. The sensitivity is dominated by the current density. A large anode area is helpful for enhancing the sensitivity at the same current level. In the fully turn-on region, the contribution of series resistance dominates the sensitivity. Unfortunately, a large series resistance degrades the temperature error and linearity, implying that a larger anode area will help to decrease the series resistance and to improve the sensing ability.  相似文献

The behavior as a function of temperature of very thin films (10 to 200 nm) of pentylcyanobiphenyl on silicon substrates is reported. In the vicinity of the nematic-isotropic transition we observe a coexistence of two regions of different thicknesses: thick regions are in the nematic state while thin ones are in the isotropic state. Moreover, the transition temperature is shifted downward following a 1/h(2) law ( h is the film thickness). Microscope observations and small-angle x-ray scattering allowed us to draw a phase diagram which is explained in terms of a binary first-order phase transition where thickness plays the role of an order parameter.  相似文献

采用分子动力学方法研究了金属Au和Pt纳米薄膜在石墨(烯)基底表面的动力学演化过程,探讨了金属薄膜和石墨(烯)基底间的相互作用对金属纳米薄膜在固态基底表面的去湿以及脱附的动力学演化的影响.研究结果表明,在高温下,相同层数的Au和Pt纳米薄膜在单层石墨基底表面上存在不同的去湿现象,主要表现为厚度较小的Pt纳米薄膜在去湿过程中有纳米空洞形成,而同样厚度的Au薄膜在去湿过程中没有形成空洞.Au和Pt两种金属薄膜在高温下都去湿形成纳米液滴,这些液滴最终都以一定的速度脱离基底.在模拟的薄膜厚度范围内(0.2—2.3 nm),Au和Pt纳米液滴脱离基底的速度随厚度增加表现出不同的变化规律.Pt纳米液滴的脱离速度随薄膜初始厚度的增加先增加后减少,而Au脱离速度随厚度的增加先减少,达到一个临界厚度后脱离速度突然迅速增加.利用薄膜与基底间相互作用的不同导致去湿过程中的黏滞耗散不同,定性分析了这种变化规律的原因.此外,进一步研究还发现金属液滴的脱离时间与薄膜厚度和模拟温度的依赖关系,发现脱离时间随薄膜厚度的增加而增加,随模拟温度的升高而减小.这些研究结果可以为金属镀膜、浮选、表面清洁、器件表面去湿等工业生产过程提供理论指导.  相似文献

提出了一种利用氧化钛薄膜对金属铜薄膜表面等离子体共振特性调制的想法。实验中首先使用电子束蒸发制备一批同等厚度的氧化钛薄膜,再利用磁控溅射方法在氧化钛薄膜上沉积厚度为5~80 nm不等的金属铜薄膜。测试结果表明,氧化钛膜层对不同厚度的金属铜薄膜表面等离子体共振增强具有不同调制效果,金属铜薄膜厚度小于20 nm时,底层的氧化钛薄膜对Cu薄膜表面等离子体共振增强效果显著,且随着金属Cu膜层厚度增加表面等离子体共振峰发生蓝移,而当金属铜膜层的厚度超过20 nm时,共振增强效果因金属Cu薄膜消光能力的上升而开始减弱。  相似文献

Oocytes of zebrafish were used to study chilling sensitivity and membrane lipid phase transitions in tropical fish. The oocytes were divided into two groups: small (without yolk, <0.1mm) and large (with yolk, >0.1mm). After exposure of the oocytes to different temperatures (25, 22, 19, 16, 12, 8, 0, -8+0.5 degree C) for 15 minutes, the integrity of their membranes was determined by carboxyfluorescein diacetate (CFDA) staining. At 16 and 12 degree C, damage was maximum (membrane integrity decreased by 50%) for small and large sizes, respectively. Lipid phase transition (LPT), which was evaluated using Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) microscopy, indicated phase transitions at the same temperatures at which damage was maximal (between 22 and 12 degree C).In another series of experiments, the chilling sensitivity of oocytes taken from zebrafish which had been held at 16 degree C for different periods of time (0, 15, 30, 60 minutes) was determined as described above. In small oocytes membrane integrity decreased after 15 minutes, and in large oocytes integrity decreased after 30 minutes. Chilling sensitivity was also measured in oocytes from zebrafish that had been held at 16 degree C for 30 minutes and then rewarmed to 28 degree C for 2 hours. Despite this recovery period, the integrity of the oocytes remained low. We suggest that chilling sensitivity in zebrafish oocytes is related to lipid phase transition of their membranes and starts at 10 degree C below the physiological temperature  相似文献

Theoretical analysis is performed on the linear dynamic equations of thin cylindrical shells to find the error committed by making the Donnell assumption and the neglect of in-plane inertia. At first, the effect of these approximations is studied on a shell with classical simply supported boundary condition. The same approximations are then investigated for other boundary conditions from a consistent approximate solution of the eigenvalue problem. The Donnell assumption is valed at frequencies high compared with the ring frequencies, for finite length thin shells. The error in the eigenfrequencies from omitting tangential inertia is appreciable for modes with large circumferential and axial wave lengths, independent of shell thickness and boundary conditions.  相似文献

利用电化学腐蚀方法制备了n型有序多孔硅, 并以此为基底用直流磁控溅射法在其表面溅射不同厚度的氧化钨薄膜. 利用X射线和扫描电子显微镜表征了材料的成分和结构, 结果表明, 多孔硅的孔呈柱形有序分布, 溅射10 min的WO3薄膜是多晶结构, 比较松散地覆盖在整个多孔硅的表面. 分别测试了多孔硅和多孔硅基氧化钨在室温条件下对二氧化氮的气敏性能, 结果表明, 相对于多孔硅, 多孔硅基氧化钨薄膜对二氧化氮的气敏性能显著提高. 对多孔硅基氧化钨复合结构的气敏机理分析认为, 多孔硅和氧化钨薄膜复合形成的异质结对良好的气敏性能起到主要作用, 氧化钨薄膜表面出现了反型层引起了气敏响应时电阻的异常变化. 关键词: 有序多孔硅 氧化钨薄膜 二氧化氮 室温气敏性能  相似文献
