Two new syntheses of the 6H-pyrido [4,3-b] carbazole system are described. The first method involves the cyclization of a (2-alkyl-skatyl)-piperidone whereas the second leads to ellipticine by the participation of the indole nucleus in the rearrangement of tertiary acetylenic alcohols in acidic medium.  相似文献

After a review of the two techniques based on sedimentation rate and equilibrium in binary medium, more recent methods involving the presence of a second non-macromolecular solute are described. Solid-phase extraction (SPE) method for preconcentration and determination of Cd(II), Pb(II), Co(II), Ni(II), and Cu(II) aqueous samples by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry is described. The preconcentration of analytes is accomplished by retention of their chelates with 1.10-phenanthroline in aqueous solution on a solid phase containing carboxylic acid (COOH) bonded to silica gel in a column. The limits of detection values (defined as “3s” where “s” is standard deviation of the blank determination) are 3.6 μg/L for Cd(II), 17.5 μg/L for Pb(II), 3.1 μg/L for Co(II), 2.1 μg/L for Ni(II), and 4.4 μg/L for Cu(II) and corresponding limit of quantification (6s) values are 7.2, 35, 6.2, 4.2 and 8.8 μg/L, respectively. As a result, a simple method was elaborated for the group concentration and determination of the above mentioned metals in reference material and in samples of plant material. A method is described for the determination of hydrogen, oxygen and nitrogen in uranium monocarbide. Hydrogen and oxygen are determined by the classical or modified “Platinum flux” method at 2000° with a coefficient of variation of 10%. Nitrogen is determined at 2000° by the modification of the “Platinum flux” technique. The results obtained are in agreement with those found by Kjeldahl analysis. The coefficient of variation is about 10%. A procedure for the simultaneous determination of the 3 gases is given.  相似文献

Thermal decomposition of Bi(SCN)3, Cd(SCN)2, Pb(SCN)2 and Cu(SCN)2 has been studied. The thermal analysis curves and the diffraction patterns of the solid intermediate and final products of the pyrolysis are presented. The gaseous products of the decomposition (SO2 and CO2) were detected and quantitatively determined. Thermal, X-ray and chemical analyses have been used to establish the nature of the reactions occurring at each stage in the decomposition.This revised version was published online in November 2005 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献

Anodic stripping voltammetry of silver on a glassy carbon electrode, and application to the determination of silver in uranium and plutonium.The use of a glassy carbon electrode for the anodic stripping voltammetry of silver, without deposition of a preliminary mercury film is described. The deposition time, scan rate, rotation speed and molarity of the sulfuric solution have been studied; the method is applied to the determination of silver in uranium and plutonium.  相似文献

Acid—base properties of molten acetamide at 98° C have been studied with different types of glass electrodes. The best results were obtained with lithium glass (for alkaline media). The acidity of metallic ions such as Hg(II), Bi(III) and Cu(II) has been established from titrations with acetamido ions. Hg(II) behaves like a diacid (the first acidity is strong, the second weak); Bi(III) is a triacid (two strong and one weak acidities); Cu(II) is a weak diacid and forms the acetamido complex Cu(AcNH)2 whose stability constant has been determined (log β2 = 19.3).  相似文献

Silica gel chemically bonded with aminothioamidoanthraquinone was synthesized and characterized. The metal sorption properties of modified silica were studied towards Pb(II), Cu(II), Ni(II), Co(II) and Cd(II). The determination of metal ions was carried out on FAAS. For batch method, the optimum pH ranges for Pb(II), Cu(II) and Cd(II) extraction were ≥3 but for Ni(II) and Co(II) extraction were ≥4. The contact times to reach the equilibrium were less than 10 min. The adsorption isotherm fitted the Langmuir's model showed the maximum sorption capacities of 0.56, 0.30, 0.15, 0.12 and 0.067 mmol/g for Pb(II), Cu(II), Ni(II), Co(II) and Cd(II), respectively. In the flow system, a column packed modified silica at 20 mg for Pb(II) and Cu(II), 50 mg for Cd(II), 60 mg for Co(II), Ni(II) was studied at a flow rate of 4 and 2.5 mL/min for Ni(II). The sorbed metals were quantitatively eluted by 1% HNO3. No interference from Na+, K+, Mg2+, Ca2+, Cl and SO42− at 10, 100 and 1000 mg/L was observed. The application of this modified silica gel to preconcentration of pond water, tap water and drinking water gave high accuracy and precision (%R.S.D. ≤ 9). The method detection limits were 22.5, 1.0, 2.9, 0.95, 1.1 μg/L for Pb(II), Cu(II), Ni(II), Co(II) and Cd(II), respectively.  相似文献

A new scheme of repetitive and controlled peptide synthesis offers two advantages compared to the usual methods of synthesis : two steps only are used for the prolongation of a peptide chain with an aminoacid residue and the risk of racemisation is minimized. The two postulated steps are verified particularly by the rearrangement, in an alkaline alcoholic medium, of phosphordiamides 1 incorporating one amino-acid residue, leading to the formation of the peptide derivatives 6 and 8. Five complexes: Cu(cap)2·4H2O, Zn(cap)2, Cd(cap)2·4H2O, Pb(cap)2 and Al(cap)3·4H2O (where cap is the caproate anion?=?CH3(CH2)4COO?) were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR-spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis (TG), differential thermal analysis (DTA), UV-Vis spectra, 1H NMR and X-ray powder diffraction (XRD). Using the non-isothermal, Horowitz-Metzger (HM) and Coats-Redfern methods, the kinetic parameters for the non-isothermal degradation of the complexes were calculated using TG data. The infrared and 1H NMR data are in agreement with coordination through carboxylate, with cap acting as a bridging bidentate ligand. Thermogravimetric analysis of the hydrated complexes shows that the first degradation step is release of water molecules followed by decomposition of the anhydrous complexes, with release of caproate molecules.  相似文献

Illite samples from Fithian, IL were purified and saturated with Na(+) ions. The acid-base surface chemistry of the Na-saturated illite was studied by potentiometric titration experiments with 0.1, 0.01, and 0.001 M NaNO(3) solutions as the background electrolyte. Results showed that the titration curves obtained at different ionic strengths did not intersect in the studied pH range. The adsorption of Cd(II), Cu(II), Ni(II), Pb(II), and Zn(II) onto illite was investigated as a function of pH and ionic strength by batch adsorption experiments. Two distinct mechanisms of metal adsorption were found from the experimental results: nonspecific ion-exchange reactions at lower pH values on the basal surfaces and 'frayed edges' and specific adsorption at higher pH values on the mineral edges. Ionic strength had a greater effect on the ion-exchange reactions. The binding constants for the five heavy metals onto illite were determined using the least-square fitting computer program FITEQL. Linear free energy relationships were found between the surface binding constants and the first hydrolysis constants of the metals.  相似文献
