The asymmetric unit of the title compound, [Pb2(C8H4O4)2(C18H11N5)2]n, contains two PbII atoms, two benzene‐1,4‐dicarboxylate (1,4‐bdc) dianions and two 6‐(4‐pyridyl)‐5H‐imidazolo[4,5‐f][1,10]phenanthroline (L) ligands. Each PbII atom is eight‐coordinated by three N atoms from two different L ligands and five carboxylate O atoms from three different 1,4‐bdc dianions. The two 1,4‐bdc dianions (1,4‐bdc1 and 1,4‐bdc2) show different coordination modes. Each 1,4‐bdc1 coordinates to two PbII atoms in a chelating bis‐bidentate mode. Each carboxylate group of the 1,4‐bdc2 anion connects two PbII atoms in a chelating–bridging tridentate mode to form a dinuclear unit. Neighbouring dinuclear units are connected together by the aromatic backbone of the 1,4‐bdc dianions and the L ligands into a three‐dimensional six‐connected α‐polonium framework. The most striking feature is that two identical three‐dimensional single α‐polonium nets are interlocked with each other, thus leading directly to the formation of a twofold interpenetrated three‐dimensional α‐polonium architecture. The framework is held together in part by strong N—H...O hydrogen bonds between the imidazole NH groups of the L ligands and the carboxylate O atoms of 1,4‐bdc dianions within different α‐polonium nets.  相似文献

This analysis establishes the rotameric orientation of the pyridyl‐ring N atom of the title compound, C17H21N3O4·0.5C6H6, as antiperiplanar (ap) to the 1,4‐dihydropyridine H‐4, the absence of an intramolecular hydrogen bond between the 1,4‐dihydropyridine NH and the pyridyl‐N atom, and the unusual planarity of the 1,4‐dihydropyridine ring.  相似文献

Substituted 2‐(benzylamino)‐2H‐1,4‐benzoxazin‐3(4H)‐ones are unstable under alkaline and acidic conditions, undergoing opening of the benzoxazinone ring. 2‐Bromo‐2H‐1,4‐benzoxazin‐3(4H)‐ones show similar degradation under alkaline conditions, while replacement of Br at C(2) to give 2‐hydroxy‐2H‐1,4‐benzoxazin‐3(4H)‐ones was observed only under mild alkaline conditions. Mechanisms of ring opening and degradation to 2‐aminophenol derivatives are proposed.  相似文献

Ethyl 3,4‐dihydro‐2H‐1,4‐benzoxazine‐3‐carboxylate derivatives 2 were obtained and isolated in low yields from the condensation of 2‐aminophenol and ethyl 2,3‐dibromopropanoate. They can be obtained by hydrogenation of ethyl 2H‐1,4‐benzoxazine‐3‐carboxylate in satisfactory yield. Using 2‐iminophenol did not direct the condensation with ethyl 2,3‐dibromopropanoate towards 2 but was fruitfull for the preparation of ethyl 2‐(4‐benzyl‐3,4‐dihydro‐2H‐1,4‐benzoxazin‐3‐yl)acetate from ethyl bromocrotonate.  相似文献

Solvothermal reaction between Cd(NO3)2, 1,4‐phenylenediacetate (1,4‐PDA) and 1,3‐bis(pyridin‐4‐yl)propane (bpp) afforded the title complex, [Cd(C10H8O4)(C13H14N2)]n. Adjacent carboxylate‐bridged CdII ions are related by an inversion centre. The 1,4‐PDA ligands adopt a cis conformation and connect the CdII ions to form a one‐dimensional chain extending along the c axis. These chains are in turn linked into a two‐dimensional network through bpp bridges. The bpp ligands adopt an antigauche conformation. From a topological point of view, each bpp ligand and each pair of 1,4‐PDA ligands can be considered as linkers, while the dinuclear CdII unit can be regarded as a 6‐connecting node. Thus, the structure can be simplified to a two‐dimensional 6‐connected network.  相似文献

The 3‐amino‐1‐methylpyridazino[3,4‐b]quinoxalin‐4(1H)‐one 6 and N‐(1,4‐dihydro‐1‐methyl‐4‐oxopyridazino[3,4‐b]quinoxalin‐3‐yl)carbamates 17a,b were synthesized from the 1,4‐dihydro‐1‐methyl‐4‐oxopyridazino[3,4‐b]quinoxa‐line‐3‐carboxylate 1b via the 1,5‐dihydro‐4‐hydroxy‐1‐methylpyridazino[3,4‐b]quinoxaline‐3‐carbohydrazide 13b and then 1,4‐dihydro‐1‐methyl‐4‐oxopyridazino[3,4‐b]quinoxaline‐3‐carboxazide 8 . Heating of compound 13b and arylalde‐hydes afforded the 1,4‐dihydro‐1‐methyl‐4‐oxopyridazino[3,4‐b]quinoxaline‐3‐carbo(2‐arylmethylene)hydrazides 14a‐d.  相似文献

When 2,3‐dichloro‐1,4‐naphthoquinone (DCHNQ) ( 1 ) is allowed to react with 1‐phenylbiguanide (PBG) ( 2 ), 4‐chloro‐2,5‐dihydro‐2,5‐dioxonaphtho[1,2‐d]imidazole‐3‐carboxylic acid phenyl amide ( 4 ), 6‐chloro‐8‐phenylamino‐9H‐7,9,11‐triaza‐cyclohepta[a]naphthalene‐5,10‐dione ( 5 ) and 4‐dimethyl‐amino‐5,10‐dioxo‐2‐phenylimino‐5,10‐dihydro‐2H‐benzo[g]quinazoline‐1‐carboxylic acid amide ( 6 ) were obtained. While on reacting 1 with 2‐guanidinebenzimidazole (GBI) ( 3 ) the products are 3‐(1H‐benzoimidazol‐2‐yl)‐4‐chloro‐3H‐naphtho[1,2‐d]imidazole‐2,5‐dione ( 7 ) and 3‐[3‐(1H‐benzoimidazol‐2‐yl)‐ureido]‐1,4‐dioxo‐1,4‐dihydronaphthalene‐2‐carboxylic acid dimethylamide ( 8 ).  相似文献

(E)‐1,3‐Pentadiene (EP) and (E)‐2‐methyl‐1,3‐pentadiene (2MP) were polymerized to cis‐1,4 polymers with homogeneous and heterogeneous neodymium catalysts to examine the influence of the physical state of the catalyst on the polymerization stereoselectivity. Data on the polymerization of (E)‐1,3‐hexadiene (EH) are also reported. EP and EH gave cis‐1,4 isotactic polymers both with the homogeneous and with the heterogeneous system, whereas 2MP gave an isotactic cis‐1,4 polymer with the heterogeneous catalyst and a syndiotactic cis‐1,4 polymer, never reported earlier, with the homogeneous one. For comparison, the results obtained with the soluble CpTiCl3‐based catalyst (Cp = cyclopentadienyl), which gives cis‐1,4 isotactic poly(2MP), are examined. A tentative interpretation is given for the mechanism of the formation of the stereoregular polymers obtained and a complete NMR characterization of the cis‐1,4‐syndiotactic poly(2MP) is reported. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A convenient approach to 2,2′‐(1,4‐phenylene)bis[1‐acetyl‐1,2‐dihydro‐4H‐3,1‐benzoxazin‐4‐one] derivatives 4 was explored employing the one‐pot condensation of anthranilic acids (=2‐aminobenzoic acids) 1 with terephthalaldehyde (=benzene‐1,4‐dicarboxaldehyde; 2 ) under ultrasound‐irradiation conditions (Scheme 1). The reactions proceeded smoothly in the presence of excess Ac2O in the absence of any other catalyst and solvent to afford the respective products in high yields.  相似文献

An efficient one‐pot synthesis of 3‐[(4,5‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrrol‐3‐yl)carbonyl]‐2H‐chromen‐2‐one (=3‐[(4,5‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrrol‐3yl)carbonyl]‐2H‐1‐benzopyran‐2‐one) derivatives 4 by a four‐component reaction of a salicylaldehyde 1 , 4‐hydroxy‐6‐methyl‐2H‐pyran‐2‐one, a benzylamine 2 , and a diaroylacetylene (=1,4‐diarylbut‐2‐yne‐1,4‐dione) 3 in EtOH is reported. This new protocol has the advantages of high yields (Table), and convenient operation. The structures of these coumarin (=2H‐1‐benzopyran‐2‐one) derivatives, which are important compounds in organic chemistry, were confirmed spectroscopically (IR, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, and EI‐MS) and by elemental analyses. The facile and convenient access by a conventional procedure in ethanol as solvent to a new series of succinyl‐spaced pyrazoles including 1,4‐bis[5‐(trichloromethyl)‐5‐hydroxy‐4,5‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrazol‐1‐yl]butane‐1,4‐diones (64–82%) and the respective dehydrated derivatives as 1,4‐bis[5‐(trichloromethyl)‐1H‐pyrazol‐1‐yl]butane‐1,4‐diones in 57–82% yields, from the regioselective cyclocondensation reactions of 4‐substituted 4‐methoxy‐1,1,1‐trichloroalk‐3‐en‐2‐ones with succinic acid dihydrazide, where the 4‐substituents are Me, Ph, 4‐FC6H4, 4‐ClC6H4, 4‐NO2C6H4, 2‐furyl, and 2‐thienyl, is reported. The starting material O‐protected glycosyl isothiocyanate ( 1?3 ) was refluxed with 1,4‐diaminobenzene in CHCl3 under nitrogen atmosphere to give 1,4‐bis(N‐glycosyl)thioureidobenzene ( 4?6 ). Then 1,4‐bis[N‐(4/6‐substituted benzothiazole‐2‐yl)‐N′‐glycosylguanidino]benzenes ( 8a?8e , 9a?9e , 10a?10e ) were obtained in good yield by reaction of compounds ( 4?6 ) with 2‐amino‐4/6‐benzothizoles ( 7a?7e ) and HgCl2 in the presence of TEA in DMF. The structures of all 18 new compounds were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, LC‐MS and elemental analysis. The bioactivity of anti‐HIV‐1 protease (HIV‐1 PR) and against angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) have been evaluated.  相似文献

Aldol reaction of 7‐chloro‐1,3‐dihydro‐1‐methyl‐5‐phenyl‐2H‐1,4‐benzodiazepin‐2‐one ( 1 ) with 4‐substituted α‐methylcinnamaldehydes 2 – 5 afforded a mixture of threo‐ and erythro‐3‐(3‐aryl‐1‐hydroxy‐2‐methylprop‐2‐enyl)‐7‐chloro‐1,3‐dihydro‐1‐methyl‐5‐phenyl‐2H‐1,4‐benzodiazepin‐2‐ones 6 – 13 . The chromatographically separated threo diastereoisomers 6, 8, 10 , and 12 and erythro diastereoisomers 7, 9, 11 , and 13 were submitted to ‘directed' homogeneous hydrogenation catalyzed by [RhI(cod)(diphos‐4)]ClO4 (cod=cycloocta‐1,5‐diene, diphos‐4=butane‐1,4‐diylbis[diphenylphosphine]. From the erythro‐racemates 9, 11 , and 13 , the erythro,erythro/erythro,threo‐diastereoisomer mixtures 16 / 17, 20 / 21 , and 24 / 25 were obtained in ratios of 20 : 80 to 28 : 72 (HPLC), which were separated by chromatography. From the threo racemates 8, 10 , and 12 , the threo,threo/threo,erythro‐diastereoisomer mixtures were obtained in a ratio of ca. 25 : 75 (1H‐NMR). The relative configurations were assigned by means of 1H‐NMR data and X‐ray crystal‐structure determination of 21 . Hydrolysis of 21 afforded the diastereoisomerically pure N‐(benzyloxy)carbonyl derivative 27 of α‐amino‐β‐hydroxy‐γ‐methylpentanoic acid 26 , representative of the novel group of polysubstituted α‐amino‐β‐hydroxycarboxylic acids.  相似文献

The sodium salt of [immucillin‐A–CO2H] (Imm‐A), namely catena‐poly[[[triaquadisodium(I)](μ‐aqua)[μ‐(1S)‐N‐carboxylato‐1‐(9‐deazaadenin‐9‐yl)‐1,4‐dideoxy‐1,4‐imino‐d ‐ribitol][triaquadisodium(I)][μ‐(1S)‐N‐carboxylato‐1‐(9‐deazaadenin‐9‐yl)‐1,4‐dideoxy‐1,4‐imino‐d ‐ribitol]] tetrahydrate], {[Na2(C12H13N4O6)2(H2O)7]·4H2O}n, (I), forms a polymeric chain via Na+—O interactions involving the carboxylate and keto O atoms of two independent Imm‐A molecules. Extensive N,O—H...O hydrogen bonding utilizing all water H atoms, including four waters of crystallization, provides crystal packing. The structural definition of this novel compound was made possible through the use of synchrotron radiation utilizing a minute fragment (volume ∼2.4 × 10−5 mm−3) on a beamline optimized for protein data collection. A summary of intra‐ring conformations for immucillin structures indicates considerable flexibility while retaining similar intra‐ring orientations.  相似文献

The reaction of the alkylhydrazinoquinoxaline N‐oxides 2a‐d with dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate gave the dimethyl 1‐alkyl‐1,5‐dihydropyridazino[3,4‐b]qumoxaline‐3,4‐dicarboxylates 3a‐d , whose reaction with nitrous acid effected the C4‐oxidation to afford the dimethyl 1‐alkyl‐4‐hydroxy‐1,4‐dihydropyridazino‐[3,4‐b]quinoxaline‐3,4‐dicarboxylates 4a‐d , respectively. The reaction of compounds 4a‐d with 1,8‐diazabicyclo[5.4.0]‐7‐undecene in ethanol provided the ethyl 1‐alkyl‐4‐oxo‐1,4‐dihydropyridazino[3,4‐b]quinoxa‐line‐3‐carboxylates 5a‐d , while the reaction of compounds 4a‐d with potassium hydroxide furnished the 1‐alkyl‐4‐oxo‐1,4‐dihydropyridazino[3,4‐b]quinoxaline‐3‐carboxylic acids 6a‐d , respectively. Compounds 6c,d were also obtained by the reaction of compounds 5c,d with potassium hydroxide, respectively.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cd3(C8H10O4)3(C12H9N3)2(H2O)2]n or [Cd3(chdc)3(4‐PyBIm)2(H2O)2]n, was synthesized hydrothermally from the reaction of Cd(CH3COO)2·2H2O with 2‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)‐1H‐benzimidazole (4‐PyBIm) and cyclohexane‐1,4‐dicarboxylic acid (1,4‐chdcH2). The asymmetric unit consists of one and a half CdII cations, one 4‐PyBIm ligand, one and a half 1,4‐chdc2− ligands and one coordinated water molecule. The central CdII cation, located on an inversion centre, is coordinated by six carboxylate O atoms from six 1,4‐chdc2− ligands to complete an elongated octahedral coordination geometry. The two terminal rotationally symmetric CdII cations each exhibits a distorted pentagonal–bipyramidal geometry, coordinated by one N atom from 4‐PyBIm, five O atoms from three 1,4‐chdc2− ligands and one O atom from an aqua ligand. The 1,4‐chdc2− ligands possess two conformations, i.e.e,etrans‐chdc2− and e,acis‐chdc2−. The cis‐1,4‐chdc2− ligands bridge the CdII cations to form a trinuclear {Cd3}‐based chain along the b axis, while the trans‐1,4‐chdc2− ligands further link adjacent one‐dimensional chains to construct an interesting two‐dimensional network.  相似文献

A series of twelve new 2‐[(o‐ and p‐substituted)aminophenyl]‐3H‐5‐[(o‐ and p‐substituted)phenyl]‐7‐chloro‐1,4‐benzodiazepines, which have possible pharmacological properties has been obtained. The synthesis was carried out following six steps. The structure of all products was corroborated by ir, 1H nmr, 13C nmr and ms. In addition for the compound 2‐(o‐chloroaminophenyl)‐3H‐5‐(o‐fluorophenyl)‐7‐chloro‐1,4‐benzodiazepine 7, its structure was confirmed by X‐ray diffraction.  相似文献

The reaction of the 2‐(1‐alkylhydrazino)‐6‐chloroquinoxaline 4‐oxides 1a,b with diethyl acetone‐dicarboxylate or 1,3‐cyclohexanedione gave ethyl 1‐alkyl‐7‐chloro‐3‐ethoxycarbonylmethylene‐1,5‐dihydropyridazino[3,4‐b]quinoxaline‐3‐carboxylates 5a,b or 6‐alkyl‐10‐chloro‐1‐oxo‐1,2,3,4,6,12‐hexahydroquinoxalino[2,3‐c]cinnolines 7a,b , respectively. Oxidation of compounds 5a,b with nitrous acid afforded the ethyl 1‐alkyl‐7‐chloro‐3‐ethoxycarbonylmethylene‐4‐hydroxy‐1,4‐dihydropyridazino‐[3,4‐b]quinoxaline‐4‐carboxylates 9a,b , whose reaction with base provided the ethyl 2‐(1‐alkyl‐7‐chloro‐4‐oxo‐1,4‐dihydropyridazino[3,4‐b]quinoxalin‐3‐yl)acetates 6a,b , respectively. On the other hand, oxidation of compounds 7a,b with N‐bromosuccinimide/water furnished the 4‐(1‐alkyl‐7‐chloro‐4‐oxo‐1,4‐dihydropyridazino[3,4‐b]quinoxalin‐3‐yl)butyric acids 8a,b , respectively. The reaction of compound 8a with hydroxylamine gave 4‐(7‐chloro‐4‐hydroxyimino‐1‐methyl‐1,4‐dihydropyridazino[3,4‐b]quinoxalin‐3‐yl)‐butyric acid 12 .  相似文献

A new biodegradable starch graft copolymer, starch‐g‐poly(1,4‐dioxan‐2‐one), was synthesized through the ring‐opening graft polymerization of 1,4‐dioxan‐2‐one onto a starch backbone. The grafting reactions were conducted with various 1,4‐dioxan‐2‐one/starch feed ratios to obtain starch‐g‐poly(1,4‐dioxan‐2‐one) copolymers with various poly(1,4‐dioxan‐2‐one) graft structures. The microstructure of starch‐g‐poly(1,4‐dioxan‐2‐one) was characterized in detail with one‐ and two‐dimensional NMR spectroscopy. The effect of the feed composition on the resulting microstructure of starch‐g‐poly(1,4‐dioxan‐2‐one) was investigated. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
