Flos Sophorae and its processed product have been clinically used to treat hemorrhage. In this study, the total ion chromatographic fingerprints of the heating products of total flavonoids in Flos Sophorae were established by high‐performance liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry and the hemostatic activities were studied by hemostatic screening tests in vivo. The spectrum–effect relationships between fingerprints and hemostatic activities were investigated using canonical correlation analysis to trace the peaks responsible for the hemostatic effects. The predicted active peaks in fingerprints were isolated by column chromatography and their structures were identified by NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry. The hemostatic activities of them were verified by platelet aggregation and procoagulation assays in vitro. Canonical correlation analysis results showed that peak 8 and peak 11 were correlated most closely, thus probably being the main hemostatic compounds. Through column chromatography separation, peak 8 (compound I) and peak 11 (compound II) were obtained with purities of 95.61 and 93.38%, respectively, and were discovered new hemostatic compounds named as huaicarbon A (I) and huaicarbon B (II), respectively. This study provides a universal model to trace the active compounds of other herbs which have bioactivity enhancement after processing by spectrum–effect relationships and column chromatography.  相似文献

Diclazuril has been widely used in poultry feed for prevention and treatment of coccidiosis, and its chiral separation is rarely reported. Herein, semi‐preparative separation method of diclazuril enantiomers has been developed through normal‐phase high‐performance liquid chromatography. Effects of chiral stationary phases, alcoholic modifiers, and column temperature on separation of diclazuril were discussed in detail. Both the single‐urea‐bound 4‐chlorophenylcarbamoylated β‐cyclodextrin and amylose tris(3,5‐dimethylphenylcarbamate)‐coated chiral stationary phases showed strong ability in separation of diclazuril by using n‐hexane–trifluoroacetic acid–ethanol. Then, semi‐preparative separation of diclazuril was carried out through stacked injection, and the "enantiomeric excess" purities of two fractions were over 98%. Next, the electronic circular dichroism profiles of these two fractions in ethanol solution displayed the mirror image of each other in the range 360–200 nm. Moreover, effects of acidic/basic additive, time, and temperature on racemization of diclazuril enantiomers in ethanol solution have been studied in detail through normal‐phase high‐performance liquid chromatography. Racemization of diclazuril enantiomers was remarkably accelerated through adding triethylamine at high temperature. We envision that this systematic investigation of diclazuril at an enantiomeric level would provide valuable information in future studies involving enantioselective bioactive, metabolic, and toxicological activities.  相似文献

An efficient, simple, validated, analytical and semi‐preparative HPLC method has been developed for direct enantioresolution of (RS)‐Ketorolac (Ket) using monochloro‐methylated derivatives of cellulose and amylose, i.e. cellulose (tris‐3‐chloro‐4‐methylphenylcarbamate) and amylose (tris‐5‐chloro‐2‐methylphenylcarbamate) as chiral stationary phases (CSPs) with photo diode array detection at 320 nm. Enantioresolution was carried out in samples of human plasma spiked with (RS)‐Ket under normal and reversed‐phase elution modes with suitable mobile phase compositions. The effect of nature of alcohols (MeOH, EtOH, PrOH and n‐BuOH) and other solvents (MeCN and MeOH) as organic modifiers in the mobile phase was investigated on the separation performance of two CSPs in terms of retention and separation of enantiomers. The best resolution was observed on cellulose‐based CSP using EtOH, while using 2‐PrOH (15%) and amylose‐based CSP obtained the highest retention. Under reversed‐phase elution mode the best enantioseparation was observed using 30% MeCN with ammonium formate buffer. The elution order of enantiomers was ascertained by determining specific rotations. The limit of detection and quantitation values were 5 and 15.5 ng/mL for each enantiomer of (RS)‐Ket, respectively. The separation of polar compounds is challenging work due to poor retention and insufficient selectivity. In the present study, an efficient strategy for large-scale preparation of five polar polyphenols including three isomers from Phyllanthus emblica Linn has been established by preparative high-speed counter-current chromatography. Macroporous resin column chromatography was used for the enrichment of the polar polyphenols. However, sugar and other ultra-polar impurities were co-washed out with the targets. Liquid-liquid extraction with ethyl acetate/water (1/1, v/v) solvent system was developed to remove the ultra-polar impurities with a clearance rate of 95%. Finally, the targets were introduced to preparative high-speed counter-current chromatography for separation using ethyl acetate/n-butanol/acetic acid/water (2/7/1/10, v/v/v/v) solvent system. As a result, 191 mg of Mucic acid 1,4-lactone 5-O-gallate, 370 mg of β-Glucogallin, 301 mg of Gallic acid, 195 mg of Mucic acid 1,4-lactone 3-O-gallate and 176 mg of Mucic acid 1,4-lactone 2-O-gallate with purity higher than 98% were obtained from 1.5 g of sample. Mucic acid 1,4-lactone 3-O-gallate, Mucic acid 1,4-lactone 3-O-gallate, and Mucic acid 1,4-lactone 2-O-gallate are isomers. The results showed that high-speed counter-current chromatography could be well developed for the separation of polar compounds from natural products.  相似文献

Enrichment of the anti‐tumor compound barbigerone along with a rotenoid derivative from Millettia pachycarpa Benth. was performed by a two‐step high‐speed counter‐current chromatography (HSCCC) separation process. In the first step, 155.8 mg of target fraction (Fra6) was obtained from 400 mg ethyl acetate extract of M. pachycarpa Benth. with an increase in barbigerone from 5.1 to 13% via HSCCC using a solvent system of n‐hexane–ethyl acetate–methanol–water (5:4:5:3, v/v) under normal phase head to tail elution. HSCCC was repeated to eliminate the major contaminant in this initial fraction 6. After a separation time of 65 min, 22.1 mg barbigerone of 87.7% purity was obtained from Fra6 with the ternary solvent system of n‐hexane–methanol–water (2:2:1, v/v) under normal phase elution. Finally, preparative HPLC was employed for the further isolation of barbigerone and the rotenoid derivative. The structures were confirmed by ESI‐MS, 1H NMR and 13C NMR.  相似文献

Stroke represents the fourth leading cause of death in the USA and the second leading cause of death worldwide. Lactate dehydrogenase inhibitors are widely used in the treatment of ischemic stroke and natural products are considered a promising source of novel lactate dehydrogenase inhibitors. In this study, we used PC12 cells to determine the protective effect of extracts from the herb Belamcanda chinensis following toxic challenge. Using ultrafiltration high‐performance liquid chromatography coupled with photo‐diode array detection and electrospray ionization mass spectrometry, we screened and identified isoflavonoids from Belamcanda chinensis extracts. Semi‐preparative high‐performance liquid chromatography was then applied to separate and isolate the active constituents. Using these methods, we identified six major compounds in Belamcanda chinensis as lactate dehydrogenase inhibitors: tectoridin, iristectorin A, iridin, tectorigenin, irigenin, and irisflorentin, which were then isolated to >92% purity. This is the first report that Belamcanda chinensis extracts contain potent lactate dehydrogenase inhibitors. Our results demonstrate that the systematic isolation of bioactive components from Belamcanda chinensis guided by ultrafiltration high‐performance liquid chromatography coupled with photo‐diode array detection and electrospray ionization mass spectrometry represents a feasible and efficient technique that could be extended for the identification and isolation of other enzyme inhibitors.  相似文献

Plants and their derived molecules have been traditionally used to manage numerous pathological complications, including male erectile dysfunction (ED). Mimosa pudica Linn. commonly referred to as the touch-me-not plant, and its extract are important sources of new lead molecules in drug discovery research. The main goal of this study was to predict highly effective molecules from M. pudica Linn. for reaching and maintaining penile erection before and during sexual intercourse through in silico molecular docking and dynamics simulation tools. A total of 28 bioactive molecules were identified from this target plant through public repositories, and their chemical structures were drawn using Chemsketch software. Graph theoretical network principles were applied to identify the ideal target (phosphodiesterase type 5) and rebuild the network to visualize the responsible signaling genes, proteins, and enzymes. The 28 identified bioactive molecules were docked against the phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) enzyme and compared with the standard PDE5 inhibitor (sildenafil). Pharmacokinetics (ADME), toxicity, and several physicochemical properties of bioactive molecules were assessed to confirm their drug-likeness property. Molecular dynamics (MD) simulation modeling was performed to investigate the stability of PDE5–ligand complexes. Four bioactive molecules (Bufadienolide (−12.30 kcal mol−1), Stigmasterol (−11.40 kcal mol−1), Isovitexin (−11.20 kcal mol−1), and Apigetrin (−11.20 kcal mol−1)) showed the top binding affinities with the PDE5 enzyme, much more powerful than the standard PDE5 inhibitor (−9.80 kcal mol−1). The four top binding bioactive molecules were further validated for a stable binding affinity with the PDE5 enzyme and conformation during the MD simulation period as compared to the apoprotein and standard PDE5 inhibitor complexes. Further, the four top binding bioactive molecules demonstrated significant drug-likeness characteristics with lower toxicity profiles. According to the findings, the four top binding molecules may be used as potent and safe PDE5 inhibitors and could potentially be used in the treatment of ED.  相似文献

Two‐dimensional preparative multi‐channel parallel high performance liquid chromatography was successfully applied for the first time to isolate and purify alkaloids from Corydalis yanhusuo. The experiments were performed in off‐line mode using the same preparative chromatographic column with pH 3.5 in the first and pH 10.0 in the second separation dimension. In the preparative process, UV‐triggered fraction collection was used in the first dimension while UV and MS‐triggered collection were used in the second dimension for reasons of sensitivity and complementarity. Two pure compounds and nine fractions were obtained in the first dimension. Then two representative fractions were further purified in the second dimension and six pure compounds were obtained. The results demonstrated that this procedure is an effective approach for the preparative isolation and purification of alkaloids from Corydalis yanhusuo. Based on the different pH values of the mobile phase in this method, it is also suitable for the preparative isolation and purification of other compounds from TCMs which are sensitive to the pH of the solutions. Moreover, this method will be a promising tool for the purification of low content compounds from natural products.  相似文献

In this study, the optimum extraction conditions for maximum recovery of the content of total phenolics (TPC) and total antioxidant abilities were analyzed for Malus baccata (Linn.) Borkh. using response surface methodology. The effects of ethanol percentage (X1,%), ultrasonic power (X2, W) and extraction temperature (X3, °C) on the total phenolic content (Y1) and antioxidant ability (Y2) were evaluated. A second‐order polynomial model produced a satisfactory fitting of the experimental data with regard to total phenolic content (R2 = 0.9942, P < 0.0001) and antioxidant ability (R2 = 0.9966, P < 0.0001). The optimized conditions were ethanol concentration of 61.0%, ultrasonic power of 308.6 W, extraction temperature of 51.1°C for TPC and 60.5%, 311.4 W, 51.6°C for antioxidant ability, the predicted values agreed well with the experimental values. Results implied that the major phenolic compounds in obtained extracts as chlorogenic acid, quercetin‐3‐gal/glu, quercetin‐3‐xyl/ara, phloretin‐2‐xyloside, quercetin‐3‐ rhamnoside, and phloridzin.  相似文献

A hyphenated strategy by off‐line coupling of 1,1′‐diphenyl‐2‐picrylhydrazyl‐high‐performance liquid chromatography, high‐speed countercurrent chromatography, and preparative high‐performance liquid chromatography was established to screen and separate antioxidants from ethyl acetate fraction of the roots of Polygonum multiflorum. Under the targeted guidance of 1,1′‐diphenyl‐2‐picrylhydrazyl‐high‐performance liquid chromatography experiment, 12 compounds were identified as potential antioxidants and readily isolated by high‐speed counter‐current chromatography and preparative high‐performance liquid chromatography. Ultraviolet spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, and 1H NMR spectroscopy were employed to identify their structures, which were assigned as gallic acid ( 1 , 6.2 mg, 98.28%), catechin ( 2 , 8.8 mg, 90.69%), epicatechin ( 3 , 4.1 mg, 96.71%), polydatin ( 4 , 5.3 mg, 94.91%), 2,3,5,4′‐tetrahydroxy stilbene‐2‐Οβ‐D‐glucoside ( 5 , 20.2 mg, 95.23%), piceatannol ( 6 , 5.3 mg, 96.85%), rutin ( 7 , 5.4 mg, 97.92%), resveratrol ( 8 , 5.2 mg, 96.94%), isorhapontigenin ( 9 , 11.4 mg, 94.81%), hyperoside ( 10 , 9.7 mg, 98.52%), rhein ( 11 , 4.9 mg, 97.46%), and emodin ( 12 , 8.2 mg, 95.74%). Notably, compounds 6 and 9 were isolated from Polygonum multiflorum for the first time. In addition, antioxidant activity of compounds 1–12 were evaluated, and compounds 1–8 and 10 exhibited stronger antioxidant activity than ascorbic acid (positive control). These results indicated that the proposed method is a highly efficient strategy to screen and isolate antioxidants from complex natural products.  相似文献

Nonsteroidal anti‐inflammatory drugs reportedly reduce the risk of developing cancer. One mechanism by which they reduce carcinogenesis involves the inhibition of the activity of cyclooxygenase‐2, an enzyme that is overexpressed in various cancer tissues. Its overexpression increases cell proliferation and inhibits apoptosis. However, selected cyclooxygenase‐2 inhibitors can also act through cyclooxygenase‐independent mechanisms. In this study, using ultrafiltration, enzyme‐immobilized magnetic beads, high‐performance liquid chromatography, and electrospray‐ionization mass spectrometry, several isoflavonoids in Trifolium pratense L. extracts were screened and identified. Semi‐preparative high‐performance liquid chromatography and high‐speed counter‐current chromatography were then applied to separate the active constituents. Using these methods, seven major compounds were identified in Trifolium pratense L. As cyclooxygenase‐2 inhibitors: rothindin, ononin, daidzein, trifoside, pseudobaptigenin, formononetin, and biochanin A, which were then isolated with >92% purity. This is the first report of the presence of potent cyclooxygenase‐2 inhibitors in Trifolium pratense L. extracts. The results of this study demonstrate that the systematic isolation of bioactive components from Trifolium pratense L., by using ultrafiltration, enzyme‐immobilized magnetic beads, semi‐preparative high‐performance liquid chromatography, and high‐speed counter‐current chromatography, represents a feasible and efficient technique that could be extended for the identification and isolation of other enzyme inhibitors.  相似文献

Summary A global LSER model that relates HPLC retention to mobile phase composition and pH is tested for a varied group of solutes, both neutral and ionizable, in a polymeric column and methanol-water mobile phases. It is compared to the local LSER model developed only for a given mobile phase, i.e., a fixed organic modifier content, and to the global LSER model set only for neutral solutes. The global LSER model for neutral and ionizable solutes requires a few supplementary parameters over the other models tested, but it accounts for retention under any experimental conditions for a given column and methanol-water mobile phases, describing properly the interactions established in the HPLC system (hydrophobicity, hydrogen-bond acidity and basicity, dipolarity/polarizability…). This paper is number 13 of a series with the same general title: “Retention of Ionizable Compounds on HPLC” published in various journals.  相似文献

Guava leaves are used in traditional herbal teas as antidiabetic therapies. Flavonoids are the main active of Guava leaves and have many physiological functions. However, the flavonoid compositions and activities of Guava leaves could change due to microbial fermentation. A high‐performance liquid chromatography time‐of‐flight electrospray ionization mass spectrometry method was applied to identify the varieties of the flavonoids in Guava leaves before and after fermentation. High‐performance liquid chromatography, hierarchical cluster analysis and principal component analysis were used to quantitatively determine the changes in flavonoid compositions and evaluate the consistency and quality of Guava leaves. Monascus anka Saccharomyces cerevisiae fermented Guava leaves contained 2.32‐ and 4.06‐fold more total flavonoids and quercetin, respectively, than natural Guava leaves. The flavonoid compounds of the natural Guava leaves had similarities ranging from 0.837 to 0.927. The flavonoid compounds from the Monascus anka S. cerevisiae fermented Guava leaves had similarities higher than 0.993. This indicated that the quality consistency of the fermented Guava leaves was better than that of the natural Guava leaves. High‐performance liquid chromatography fingerprinting and chemometric analysis are promising methods for evaluating the degree of fermentation of Guava leaves based on quality consistency, which could be used in assessing flavonoid compounds for the production of fermented Guava leaves.  相似文献

A simple and efficient method based on ultrafiltration with liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry was used for the rapid screening and identification of ligands in the extracts of Stellera chamaejasme. The bound ligands, i.e. daphnoretin, isopimpinellin, chamaechromone, neochamaejasmin A, and chamaejasmine (purity of 96.8, 90.75, 91.41, 93.98, and 98.91%, respectively), were separated by semi‐preparative high‐performance liquid chromatography combined with high‐speed counter‐current chromatography. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first study to report the detection of potent lipoxidase and lactate dehydrogenase inhibitors in Stellera chamaejasme extracts. The results demonstrate that our method of ultrafiltration with liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry combined with mixed chromatography can be used to screen and confirm the bioactivity of all isolated compounds. This method also eliminates the need for separation of inactive compounds, thereby improving efficiency when studying bioactive substances. For some complex mixtures, neither semi‐preparative high‐performance liquid chromatography nor high‐speed counter‐current chromatography can purify all the target active compounds with high purity in a one‐step separation. The combination of the two methods allow for efficient purification of target bioactive compounds with different polarities and physicochemical properties based on their complementary properties.  相似文献

A rapid method combining microwave‐assisted extraction (MAE) and high‐speed counter‐current chromatography (HSCCC) was applied for preparative separation of six bioactive compounds including loganic acid ( I ), isoorientin‐4′‐O‐glucoside ( II ), 6′‐O‐β‐d ‐glucopyranosyl gentiopicroside ( III ), swertiamarin ( IV ), gentiopicroside ( V ), sweroside ( VI ) from traditional Tibetan medicine Gentiana crassicaulis Duthie ex Burk. MAE parameters were predicted by central composite design response surface methodology. That is, 5.0 g dried roots of G. crassicaulis were extracted with 50 mL 57.5% aqueous ethanol under 630 W for 3.39 min. The extract (gentian total glycosides) was separated by HSCCC with n‐butanol/ethyl acetate/methanol/1% acetic acid water (7.5:0.5:0.5:3.5, v/v/v/v) using upper phase mobile in tail‐to‐head elution mode. 16.3, 8.8, 12., 25.1, 40.7, and 21.8 mg of compounds I–VI were obtained with high purities in one run from 500 mg of original sample. The purities and identities of separated components were confirmed using HPLC with photo diode array detection and quadrupole TOF‐MS and NMR spectroscopy. The study reveals that response surface methodology is convenient and highly predictive for optimizing extraction process, MAE coupled with HSCCC could be an expeditious method for extraction and separation of phytochemicals from ethnomedicine.  相似文献

The objectives of this study were to optimize and quantify the maximum percentage yield of eupalitin-3-O-β-D-galactopyranosidefrom Boerhavia diffusa leaves using response surface methodology (RSM), as well as to demonstrate the hepatoprotective benefits of the bioactive compound. The Box–Behnken experimental design was utilized to optimize the eupalitin-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside extraction procedure, which also looked at the extraction duration, temperature, and solvent concentration as independent variables. Boerhaviadiffusa leaves were extracted, and n-hexane, chloroform, ethyl acetate, and water were used to fractionate the dried extracts. The dried ethyl acetate fraction was thoroughly mixed in hot methanol and stored overnight in the refrigerator. The cold methanol was filtered, the solid was separated, and hot methanol was used many times to re-crystallize the solid to obtain pure eupalitin-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside (0.1578% w/w). The proposed HPTLC method for the validation and quantification of eupalitin-3-O-β-D-galactopyranosidewassuccessfully validated and developed. The linearity (R2 = 0.994), detection limit (30 ng), and quantification limit (100 ng) of the method, as well as its range (100–5000 ng), inter and intraday precision (0.67% and 0.991% RSD), specificity, and accuracy (99.78% RSD), were all validated as satisfactory. The separation of the eupalitin-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside band was achieved on an HPTLC plate using toluene:acetone:water (5:15:1 v/v) as a developing system. The Box–Behnken statistical design was used to determine the best optimization method, which was found to be extraction time (90 min), temperature (45 °C), and solvent ratio (80% methanol in water v/v) for eupalitin-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside. Standard silymarin ranged from 80.2% at 100 µg/mL to 86.94% at 500 µg/mL in terms of significant high hepatoprotection (cell induced with carbon tetrachloride 0.1%), whereas isolated eupalitin-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside ranged from 62.62% at 500 µg/mL to 70.23% at 1000 µg/mL. More recently, it is a source of structurally unique flavonoid compounds that may offer opportunities for developing novel semi-synthetic molecules.  相似文献

In this study, peptides that facilitate alcohol metabolism were purified and identified from corn protein hydrolysates. The ultra‐filtered fraction with a molecular weight < 3 kDa (F3) potential activity was separated into six fractions (F3‐H1–F3‐H6) by semi‐preparative high‐performance liquid chromatography. Among the resultant six fractions, F3‐H4 and F3‐H5 exhibited the highest ability to eliminate alcohol in vivo. A total of 16 peptides with strong signal values were identified from F3‐H4 and F3‐H5 fractions by nano liquid chromatography coupled with electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry. Several identified peptides were then selected and synthesized to determine their potential to facilitate alcohol metabolism. We found that Leu‐Leu and Pro‐Phe were the key structure units in Gln‐Leu‐Leu‐Pro‐Phe responsible for this peptide's ability to facilitate alcohol metabolism. However, the role of Leu‐Leu and Pro‐Phe may be affected by peptide chain length and hydrophobic properties. Our results have thus provided some insight into the study of the structure–activity relationships of corn peptides.  相似文献

Silymarin extracted from Silybum marianum (L.) Gaertn consists of a large number of flavonolignans, of which diastereoisomeric flavonolignans including silybin A and silybin B, and isosilybin A and isosilybin B are the main bioactive components, whose preparation from the crude extracts is still a difficult task. In this work, binary‐column recycling preparative high‐performance liquid chromatography systems without sample loop trapping, where two columns were switched alternately via one or two six‐port switching valves, were established and successfully applied to the isolation and purification of the four diastereoisomeric flavonolignans from silymarin. The proposed system showed significant advantages over conventional preparative high‐performance liquid chromatography with a single column in increasing efficiency and reducing the cost. To obtain the same amounts of products, the proposed system spends only one tenth of the time that the conventional system spends, and needs only one eleventh of the solvent that the conventional system consumes. Using the proposed system, the four diastereoisomers were successfully isolated from silymarin with purities over 98%.  相似文献

Altered levels of thiols in biological fluids are considered to be an important indicator for several diseases. In this article, 1,3,5,7‐tetramethyl‐8‐bromomethyl‐difluoroboradiaza‐s‐indacene is proposed as a fluorescent derivatization reagent for the determination of thiols including glutathione, cysteine, N‐acetylcysteine, and homocysteine by HPLC. Under the optimized derivatization and separation conditions, a baseline separation of all the four derivatives has been achieved using isocratic elution on an RP C8 column within 26 min. With fluorescence detection at 505 and 525 nm for the excitation and emission, respectively, the LODs (S/N = 3) are from 0.2 nM (glutathione) to 0.8 nM (cysteine). The feasibility of this method in real samples has been evaluated by the determination of thiols in human plasma from the healthy persons and hypertensive patients with recoveries of 92–105.3%.  相似文献

Toddalia asiatica (Linn.) Lam. is a medical plant traditionally used to treat coughs, fevers, and various diseases. Alkaloids are the main active ingredients in Toddalia asiatica (Linn.) Lam., but traditional methods for screening and separation are complex and labor‐intensive. In this work, an efficient strategy was developed to rapidly screen, identify, and separate neuraminidase inhibitors from Toddalia asiatica (Linn.) Lam. Ultrafiltration, high performance liquid chromatography, and time‐of‐flight mass spectrometry were employed for rapid screening and identification of neuraminidase inhibitors. A two‐phase solvent system comprising n‐hexane/ethyl acetate/methanol/water (5:5:3:7, v/v) was then selected for separation by high‐speed counter‐current chromatography. A sample loading of 200 mg and a stepwise flow rate were achieved by increasing the flow rate from 2 to 4 mL/min after 4 h. Three main fluoroquinoline alkaloids (haplopine, skimmianine, and 5‐methoxydictamnine) along with two coumarins were obtained via one‐step separation and their structures were determined by mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance. In vitro assays revealed skimmianine with half‐maximal inhibitory concentration of 16.2 ± 0.7 µmol/L was selected as the potential highest neuraminidase inhibitor. The results suggest that ultrafiltration high performance liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry combined with high‐speed counter‐current chromatography is efficient for the screening and isolation of neuraminidase inhibitors from complex natural products.  相似文献
