A new class of methyleneamine‐linked bis‐heterocycles that exhibit antimicrobial activity was synthesized. Bromination of 1 followed by condensation with thiourea gave 3 . The reaction of 3 with propargyl bromide in dry toluene under inert atmosphere led to the formation of 4 . Its subsequent reaction with different aromatic azides 5 using CuSO4.5H2O‐sodiumascorbate system in a 2:1 mixture of water and tert‐butylalcohol yielded the title compounds 6a , 6b , 6c , 6d , 6e , 6f , 6g , 6h , 6i , 6j in good yields. The identities of these compounds were confirmed following elemental analysis, IR, 1H, 13C NMR, and mass spectral studies. All the title compounds exhibited pronounced in vitro antibacterial and antifungal activities. J. Heterocyclic Chem., (2011).  相似文献

Two metal‐organic frameworks, [Zn(dmtrz)(btrc)1/3]n ( 1 ) and [Zn2(dmtrz)2(btec)(H2O)2]n ( 2 ) (dmtrz = 3, 5‐dimethyl‐1‐H‐1, 2,4‐triazole, btrc = 1, 3,5‐benzenetricarboxylate, btec = 1, 2,4, 5‐benzenetetracarboxylate), were synthesized by hydrothermal reaction. The crystal structure analysis reveals that compound 1 is a dense 3D framework with Schläfli symbols of {43}2{46 · 66 · 83}3, which is a loh1 structure. Compound 2 is a 2D network. In addition, the photoluminescence of two compounds were studied in solid state at room temperature, together with their thermal analysis.  相似文献

A new class of pyrimido pyrimidine derivatives that exhibits in vitro antimicrobial activity was synthesized. The protection of amino group in the compound 1 with acetic anhydride, followed by the reaction with POCl3, gave 3 . The reaction of 3 with different substituted phenyl methanediamine in dry TEA under inert atmosphere led to the formation of 4 . Deprotection of 4 followed by refluxion with different acid chlorides yielded title compounds 6a , 6b , 6c , 6d , 6e , 6f , 6g , 6h , 6i , 6j , 6k , 6l , 6m in good yields. The identities of these compounds were confirmed following elemental analysis, IR, 1H, 13C NMR, and mass spectral studies. All the title compounds exhibited pronounced in vitro antibacterial and antifungal activities.  相似文献

A series of 2‐amino‐7‐methoxy‐4‐aryl‐4H‐chromene‐3‐carbonitrile compounds 2 were obtained by condensation of 3‐methoxyphenol with β‐dicyanostyrenes 1 in absolute ethanol containing piperidine. The intermediate enamines 3 were prepared by compounds 2 with 5‐substituted‐1,3‐cyclohexanedione using p‐toluenesuflonic acid (TsOH) as catalyst. The title compounds 11‐amino‐3‐methoxy‐8‐substituted‐12‐aryl‐8,9‐dihydro‐7H‐chromeno[2,3‐b]quinolin‐10(12H)‐one 4 were synthesized by cyclization of the intermediate enamines 3 in THF with K2CO3 /Cu2Cl2 as catalyst. The structures of all compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, MS, and 1H NMR spectra. The crystal structure of compound 4i was determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

The reaction behaviour of 1, 3, 5‐triaza‐2σ3λ3‐phosphorin‐4, 6‐dionyloxy‐substituted calix[4]arenes towards mono‐ and binuclear rhodium and platinum complexes was investigated. Special attention was directed to structure and dynamic behaviour of the products in solution and in the solid state. Depending on the molar ratio of the reactands, the reaction of the tetrakis(triazaphosphorindionyloxy)‐substituted calix[4]arene ( 4 ) and its tert‐butyl‐derivative ( 1 ) with [(cod)RhCl]2 yielded the mono‐ and disubstituted binuclear rhodium complexes 2 , 3 , and 5 . In all cases, a C2‐symmetrical structure was proved in solution, apparently caused by a fast intramolecular exchange process between cone conformation and 1, 3‐alternating conformation. The X‐ray crystal structure determination of 5 confirmed [(calixarene)RhCl]2‐coordination through two opposite phosphorus atoms with a P ⃜P separation of 345 pm. The complex displays crystallographic inversion symmetry, and the Rh2Cl2 core is thus exactly planar. Reaction of 1 and of the bis(triazaphosphorindionyloxy)‐bis(methoxy)‐substituted tert‐butyl‐calix‐[4]arene ( 7 ) with (cod)Rh(acac) in equimolar ratio and subsequent reaction with HBF4 led to the expected cationic monorhodium complexes 5 and 8 , involving 1, 3‐alternating P‐Rh‐P‐coordination. The cone conformation in solution was proved by NMR spectroscopy and characteristic values of the 1J(PRh) coupling constants in the 31P‐NMR‐spectra. Reaction of equimolar amounts of 4 with (cod)Rh(acac) or (nbd)Rh(acac) led, by substitution of the labile coordinated acetylacetonato and after addition of HBF4, to the corresponding mononuclear cationic complexes 9 and 10 . Only two of the four phosphorus atoms in 9 and 10 are coordinated to the central metal atom. Displacement of either cycloocta‐1, 5‐diene or norbornadiene was not observed. For both compounds, the cone conformation was proved by NMR spectroscopy. Reaction of 4 with (cod)PtCl2 led to the PtCl2‐complex ( 11 ). As for all compounds mentioned above, only two phosphorus atoms of the ligand coordinate to platinum, while two phosphorus atoms remain uncoordinated (proved by δ31P and characteristic values of 1J(PPt)). NMR‐spectroscopic evidence was found for the existence of the cone conformation in the cis‐configuration of 11 .  相似文献

The starting material O‐protected glycosyl isothiocyanate ( 1?3 ) was refluxed with 1,4‐diaminobenzene in CHCl3 under nitrogen atmosphere to give 1,4‐bis(N‐glycosyl)thioureidobenzene ( 4?6 ). Then 1,4‐bis[N‐(4/6‐substituted benzothiazole‐2‐yl)‐N′‐glycosylguanidino]benzenes ( 8a?8e , 9a?9e , 10a?10e ) were obtained in good yield by reaction of compounds ( 4?6 ) with 2‐amino‐4/6‐benzothizoles ( 7a?7e ) and HgCl2 in the presence of TEA in DMF. The structures of all 18 new compounds were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, LC‐MS and elemental analysis. The bioactivity of anti‐HIV‐1 protease (HIV‐1 PR) and against angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) have been evaluated.  相似文献

A series of 3‐(4‐phenylisothiazol‐5‐yl)‐2H‐chromen‐2‐one ( 6a – l ) derivatives has been efficiently synthesized by straightforward sequential reactions. Tandem Vilsmeier Hack reaction/cyclization/bromination/Suzuki cross‐coupling reactions were successfully applied to the preparation of title compounds in good‐to‐high yields. In the synthetic sequences, 3‐chloro‐3‐(2‐oxo‐2H‐chromen‐3‐yl)acrylaldehydes ( 2 ) were found to react with ammonium thiocyanate to yield the corresponding 3‐(isothiazol‐5‐yl)‐2H‐chromen‐2‐ones ( 3 ). These derivatives were brominated with N‐bromo succinamide to yield the corresponding regioselective 3‐(4‐bromoisothiazol‐5‐yl)‐2H‐chromen‐2‐one ( 4 ). Finally, compound 4 was treated with various phenyl/pyrazole/7H –pyrrolo[2,3‐d]pyrimidinyl boronic acids 5a – l in the presence of K2CO3 and Pd catalyst in dimethylformamide to yield the corresponding title derivatives 6a – l . All the synthesized compounds were characterized by analytical and spectral studies. All the final compounds were screened against different cancer cell lines (A549, PC3, SKOV3, and B16F10), and among these compounds, 6b , 6g , 6h , and 6l displayed moderate cytotoxic activity against the tested cell lines.  相似文献

Rates and products of reaction and Arrhenius activation parameters were determined for the gas‐phase thermolysis of 14 substrates of the title compounds using sealed pyrex reactor tubes and HPLC/UV‐VIS to monitor substrate pyrolysis. The 14 compounds under study are N‐phenyl‐3‐oxo‐ ( 1 ), N‐(p‐chlorophenyl)‐3‐oxo‐ ( 2 ), N‐(p‐methylphenyl)‐3‐oxo‐ ( 3 ), and N‐(p‐methoxyphenyl)‐3‐oxobutanamide ( 4 ), in addition to (i) four substrates ( 5–8 ) obtained by the replacement of the pairs of methylene hydrogens at the 2‐position of compounds ( 1–4 ), each pair by a phenylhydrazono group; (ii) three arylhydrazono derivatives ( 9–11 ) in which Cl, CH3, or OCH3 groups are substituted at the para position of the phenylhydrazono moiety of compound 5 ; (iii) 3‐oxobutanamide (acetoacetamide, 12 ), N‐phenyl‐3‐oxo‐3‐phenylpropanamide ( 13 ), and N,N′‐diphenylpropanediamide ( 14 ). The reactions were conducted over 374–546 K temperature range, and the values of the Arrhenius log A(s?1) and Ea(kJ mol?1) of these reactions were, respectively, 12.0 ± 2.0 and 119.2 ± 17.0 for the ketoanilides ( 1–4, 12–14 ), and 13.0 ± 0.7 and 157.5 ± 8.6 for the arylhyrazono compounds ( 5–11 ). Kinetically, the arylhydrazono derivatives were found to be ca. 1.4 × 103 to 5.7 × 103 times less reactive than the parent ketoanilides. In this study, we report the synthesis a series of novel 2‐[N‐(1H‐tetrazol‐5‐yl)‐6,14‐endo‐etheno‐6,7,8,14‐tetrahydrothebaine‐7α‐yl]‐5‐phenyl‐1,3,4‐oxadiazole derivatives ( 7a – e ) which have potential opioid antagonist and agonist. The substitution reaction of 6,14‐endo‐ethenotetrahydrothebaine‐7α‐carbohydrazide with corresponding benzoyl chlorides gave diacylhydrazine compounds 4a – e in good yields. The treatment of compounds 4a – e with POCl3 caused the conversion of side‐chain of compounds 5a – e into 1,3,4‐oxadiazole ring at C(7) position; thus, compounds 5a – e were obtained. Subsequently, cyanamides ( 6a – e ) were prepared from compounds 5a – e and then compounds 7a – e were synthesized by the azidation of 6a – e with NaN3. The structures of the compounds were established on the basis of their IR, 1H NMR, 13C APT, 2D‐NMR (COSY, NOESY, HMQC, HMBC) and high‐resolution mass spectral data.  相似文献

Three title compounds 4a—4c have been synthesized by the cyclodehydration of 1’-benzylidine-4’-(3β-substituted-5α-cholestane-6-yl)thiosemicarbazones 2a—2c with thioglycolic acid followed by the treatment with cold conc. H2SO4 in dioxane. The compounds 2a—2c were prepared by condensation of 3β-substituted-5α-cholestan- 6-one-thiosemicarbazones 1a—1c with benzaldehyde. These thiosemicarbazones 1a—1c were obtained by the reaction of corresponding 3β-substituted-5α-cholestan-6-ones with thiosemicarbazide in the presence of few drops of conc. HCl in methanol. The structures of the products have been established on the basis of their elemental, analytical and spectral data.  相似文献

The Gewald reactions of 5‐substituted‐1,3‐cyclohexanedione, malononitrile, and powdered sulfur were carried out to give the corresponding products 2‐amino‐5‐substituted‐7‐oxo‐4,5,6,7‐tetrahydrobenzo[b]thiophene‐3‐carbonitrile derivatives 1 . The intermediate enamines 2 were prepared by reaction of compounds 1 and 5‐substituted‐1,3‐cyclohexanedione with hydrochloric acid as catalyst. The title compounds 11‐amino‐2,8‐substituted‐2,3,8,9‐tetrahydrobenzo[4,5]thieno[2,3‐b]quinolinone 3 were synthesized by cyclization of compounds 2 in the presence of K2CO3 and Cu2Cl2. Five novel pyrazole‐coupled glucosides, 1,5‐diaryl‐1H‐pyrazol‐3‐yl 2,3,4,6‐tetra‐O‐acetyl‐β‐D ‐glucopyranosides 5a – 5e , were synthesized by the phase‐transfer catalytic reaction of 1,5‐diaryl‐1H‐pyrazol‐3‐ols 4a – 4e with acetobromo‐α‐D ‐glucose in H2O/CHCl3 under alkaline conditions, using Bu4N+Br? as catalyst. Then, glucosides 5a – 5c were deacetylated in a solution of Na2CO3/MeOH to yield the 1,5‐diaryl‐3‐(β‐D ‐glucopyranosyloxy)‐1H‐pyrazoles 6a – 6c . Their structures were characterized by 1H,1H‐COSY, 1H‐, 13C‐, and 19F‐NMR spectroscopy, as well as elemental analysis. The structures of 5d and 6c were also determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis. A preliminary in vitro bioassay indicated that compounds 4e and 5d exhibited excellent‐to‐medium fungicidal activity against Sclerotinia sclerotiorum at the dosage of 10 μg/ml.  相似文献

Synthesis of novel 4-(4-methylsulfonylphenyl)-3-phenyl-2(3H)-thiazole thione derivatives with functionalized diarylheterocycle pharmacophore as potential COX-2 inhibitors was described. The title compounds were synthesized by cyclocondensation of corresponding dithiocarbamate and 2-bromo-1-(4-methylsulfonylphenyl)ethanone, followed by dehydration with H2SO4. The synthesis of a novel series of the intermediates N2(N3)‐[1‐alkyl(aryl/heteroaryl)‐3‐oxo‐4,4,4‐trifluoroalk‐1‐en‐1‐yl]‐2‐aminopyridines [F3CC(O)CH?CR1(2? NH?C5H3N)] and 2,3‐diaminopyridines [F3CC(O)CH?CR1(2‐NH2‐3‐NH? C5H3N)], where R1 = H, Me, C6H5, 4‐FC6H4, 4‐CIC6H4, 4‐BrC6H4, 4‐CH3C6H4, 4‐OCH3C6H4, 4,4′‐biphenyl, 1‐naphthyl, 2‐thienyl, 2‐furyl, is reported. The corresponding series of 2‐aryl(heteroaryl)‐4‐trifluoromethyl‐3H‐pyrido[2,3‐b][1,4]diazepin‐4‐ols obtained from intramolecular cyclization reaction of the respective trifluoroacetyl enamines or from the direct cyclocondensation reaction of 4‐methoxy‐1,1,1‐trifluoroalk‐3‐en‐2‐ones with 2,3‐diaminopyridine, under mild conditions, is also reported.  相似文献

Some new compounds (E)‐3‐aryl‐1‐(5‐methyl‐1‐p‐tolyl‐1H‐1,2,3‐triazol‐4‐yl)‐prop‐2‐en‐1‐ones 5a–e were prepared by 1‐(5‐methyl‐1‐p‐tolyl‐1H‐1,2,3‐triazol‐4‐yl)‐ethanone and various aromatic aldehydes. Then one pot reaction was happened by compounds 5a–e with hydrazine hydrate in acetic acid or propionic acid, respectively, to give the title compounds 1acyl‐5‐aryl‐3‐(5‐methyl‐1‐p‐tolyl‐1H‐1,2,3‐triazol‐4‐yl)‐4,5‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrazoles 6a–i . Synthesis of 6‐bromo‐2‐(substituted)‐3‐(1‐phenyl‐ethyl)‐3,4‐dihydro‐1H‐isophosphinoline 2‐chalco‐genides derivatives (6) were synthesized from 2‐[(1‐phenylethylamino)methyl]‐4‐bromophenol ( 1 ) by reaction with aryl/alkyl phosphoro dichloridates ( 2 ) in the presence of triethylamine at 55°C to 60°C to obtained the title compounds ( 6a‐g ). The title compounds ( 6h‐j ), were prepared via intermediate route. Few other title compounds ( 8a‐c ) were accomplished through a two step synthetic route involving 1 with dichlorophenyl phosphine ( 2a ) and dichloroethyl phosphine ( 2a,b ) in the presence of triethylamine in dry toluene under N2 atmosphere to form the corresponding trivalent phosphorus intermediate (7) . In the second step they were further converted to the corresponding chalcogenides 8a‐c by reaction with hydrogen peroxide, sulfur and selenium respectively. They exhibited significant antibacterial, fungal and insecticidal activity.  相似文献

Novel substituted derivatives of 3‐aryl‐5‐cyano‐6‐methylthiopyrimidine‐2, 4‐diones were synthesized by the reaction of ethyl 2‐cyano‐3,3′‐dimethylthioacrylate with arylureas in good yields. The structures of all title compounds were evaluated by elemental analyses and 1H NMR spectra and compound 2c was also confirmed by X‐ray diffraction. Hill reaction inhibitory activity of title compounds was assayed.  相似文献

An efficient and simple method developed for the synthesis of 6‐methyl‐1,2,3,4‐tetrahydro‐N‐aryl‐2‐oxo/thio‐4‐arylpyrimidine‐5‐carboxamide derivatives ( 4a‐o ) using UO2(NO3)2.6H2O catalyst under conventional and ultrasonic conditions. The ultrasound irradiation synthesis had shown several advantages such as milder conditions, shorter reaction times and higher yields. The structures of all the newly synthesized compounds have been confirmed by FT‐IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and mass spectra.  相似文献

The reaction of lanthanide(III) nitrates with 4‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)methyleneamino‐1,2,4‐triazole (L) was studied. The compounds [Ln(NO3)3(H2O)3] ? 2 L, in which Ln=Eu ( 1 ), Gd ( 2 ), Tb ( 3 ), or Dy ( 4 ), obtained in a mixture of MeCN/EtOH have the same structure, as shown by XRD. In the crystals of these compounds, the mononuclear complex units [Ln(NO3)3(H2O)3] are linked to L molecules through intermolecular hydrogen‐bonding interactions to form a 2D polymeric supramolecular architecture. An investigation into the optical characteristics of the Eu3+‐, Tb3+‐, and Dy3+‐containing compounds ( 1 , 3 , and 4 ) showed that these complexes displayed metal‐centered luminescence. According to magnetic measurements, compound 4 exhibits single‐ion magnet behavior, with ΔEeff/kB=86 K in a field of 1500 Oe.  相似文献

The title compound was prepared by reaction of N, N‐dimethyldithiocarbamate sodium with l‐bromo‐l‐(4‐methoxyphenylcarbonyl)‐2‐(1, 2, 4‐triazole‐l‐yl) ethane. Its crystal structure has been determined by X‐ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to triclinic with space group Pī, a = 0.7339(2) nm, b = 1.1032(2) nm, c = 1.1203(2) nm, a = 90.27(3)°, β = 102.03(3)°, γ = 104.91(3)°, Z=2, V = 0.8556(3) nm3, Dc = 1.360 g/cm3, μ =0.325 mm?1, F(000)=368, final R1 =0.0475. The planes of 4‐methoxybenzyl group and triazole ring are nearly perpendicular to each other. The dihedral angle is 83.97°. There is an obvious π‐π stacking interaction between the molecules in the crystal lattice. The results of biological test show that the title compound has fungicidal and plant growth regulating activities.  相似文献
