A sol–gel coating technique was applied for the preparation of a solid‐phase microextraction fiber by coating the metal–organic framework UiO‐67 onto a stainless‐steel wire. The prepared fiber was explored for the headspace solid‐phase microextraction of five nitrobenzene compounds from water samples before gas chromatography with mass spectrometric detection. The effects of the extraction temperature, extraction time, sample solution volume, salt addition, and desorption conditions on the extraction efficiency were optimized. Under the optimal conditions, the linearity was observed in the range of 0.015–12.0 μg/L for the compounds in water samples, with the correlation coefficients (r) of 0.9945–0.9987. The limits of detection of the method were 5.0–10.0 ng/L, and the recoveries of the analytes from spiked water samples for the method were in the range of 74.0–102.0%. The precision for the measurements, expressed as the relative standard deviation, was less than 11.9%.  相似文献

A robust solid‐phase microextraction fiber was fabricated by electropolymerization of thiophene on a stainless steel wire. This fiber was applied for the determination of endocrine‐disruptor pesticides, namely, chlorpyrifos, penconazole, procymidone, bromopropylate, and λ‐cyhalothrin in well waters by a headspace solid‐phase microextraction procedure. Operational parameters, namely, pH, sample volume, adsorption temperature and time, desorption temperature, stirring rate, and salt amount were optimized as 7.0, 8 mL, 70°C and 20 min, 250°C, 600 rpm, and 0.3 g/mL, respectively. The separation power of GC was coupled with the excellent sensitivity of the developed fiber enabling us to determine pesticide mixtures simultaneously in a ng/mL range. The LOD was in the range of 0.02–0.64 ng/mL. The method was successfully applied for the selective and sensitive determination of target pesticides in well water samples with acceptable recovery values (92–110%). The polythiophene fiber gives satisfactory results compared with commercial fibers. Commonly used pesticides with different polarities were chosen as representative compounds to search the applicability of the fiber for well water analysis collected from vineyards.  相似文献

A solid‐phase microextraction fiber was prepared by mixing graphene oxide and hydroxyl‐terminated polydimethylsiloxane together and then coating the mixture on the surface of etched stainless‐steel wire by sol–gel technology. After aging by heating, the graphene oxide‐polydimethylsiloxane composite coated fiber was used for the direct solid phase microextraction of triazole fungicides from water samples. The properties of the graphene oxide‐polydimethylsiloxane coating were characterized by transmission electron microscopy and thermogravimetric analysis. And the chemical stability of the coating was tested as well. Several important experimental parameters that could influence the extraction efficiency such as desorption temperature and time, extraction temperature and time, sample pH and stirring rate, were investigated and optimized. Under the optimized conditions, the limits of detection were in the range from 0.01 to 0.03 μg/L. The results indicated that the homemade fiber had the advantages of good thermal and chemical stability and high extraction efficiency, which was successfully applied to the analysis of triazoles in water samples.  相似文献

A headspace solid‐phase microextraction method was developed for the preconcentration and extraction of methyl tert‐butyl ether. An ionic‐liquid‐mediated multiwalled carbon nanotube–poly(dimethylsiloxane) hybrid coating, which was prepared by covalent functionalization of multiwalled carbon nanotubes with hydroxyl‐terminated poly(dimethylsiloxane) using the sol–gel technique, was used as solid‐phase microextraction adsorbent. This innovative fiber exhibited a highly porous surface structure, high thermal stability (at least 320°C) and long lifespan (over 210 uses). Potential factors affecting the extraction efficiency were optimized. Under the optimum conditions, the method LOD (S/N = 3) was 0.007 ng/mL and the LOQ (S/N = 10) was 0.03 ng/mL. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.03–200 ng/mL. The RSDs for one fiber (repeatability, n = 5) at three different concentrations (0.05, 1, and 150 ng/mL) were 5.1, 4.2, and 4.6% and for the fibers obtained from different batches (reproducibility, n = 3) were 6.5, 5.9, and 6.3%, respectively. The developed method was successfully applied to the determination of methyl tert‐butyl ether in different real water samples on three consecutive days. The relative recoveries for the spiked samples with 0.05, 1, and 150 ng/mL were between 94–104%.  相似文献

A sensitive technique to determinate naproxen in hair samples was developed using hollow‐fiber micro‐solid‐phase combined with fluorescence spectrophotometry. The incorporation of multi‐walled carbon nanotubes modified with a Keggin polyoxometalate into a silica matrix prepared by the sol–gel method was reported. In this research, the Keggin carbon nanotubes /silica composite was used in the pores and lumen of a hollow fiber as the hollow‐fiber micro‐solid‐phase extraction device. The device was used for the microextraction of the analyte from hair and water samples under the optimized conditions. An orthogonal array experimental design with an OA24 (46) matrix was employed to optimize the conditions. The effect of six factors influencing the extraction efficiency was investigated: pH, salt, volume of donor and desorption phase, extraction and desorption time. The effect of each factor was estimated using individual contributions as response functions in the screening process. Analysis of variance was employed for estimating the main significant factors and their contributions in the extraction. Calibration curve plot displayed linearity over a range of 0.2–10 ng/mL with detection limits of 0.072 and 0.08 ng/mL for hair and aqueous samples, respectively. The relative recoveries in the hair and aqueous matrices ranged from 103–95%. The relative standard deviation for fiber‐to‐fiber repeatability was 3.9%.  相似文献

In this study, a novel technique is proposed for preparation of an efficient and unbreakable metal‐wire‐supported solid‐phase microextraction fiber. A sol–gel film was deposited on electrophoretically deposited carbon nanotubes on a stainless‐steel wire. The applicability of the fiber was evaluated through the extraction of some aromatic pollutants as model compounds from the headspace of aqueous samples in combination with gas chromatography and mass spectrometry. The parameters affecting the structure and extraction efficiency of the fiber (including the type of solvent, time, and potential for electrophoretic deposition) and the parameters affecting the extraction efficiency (such as coating type, salt content, extraction temperature, and time) were investigated. The results showed that the film thickness will be increased by increasing the potential and time duration. Finally, the characterization of the deposited film was accomplished by scanning electron microscopy and thermogravimetric analysis. After the optimization of the extraction parameters, the limit of detection of less than 20 pg/mL was achieved, and the calibration curves were all linear (r 2 ≥ 0.9737), in the range from 50 to 500 pg/mL. The solid‐phase microextraction fiber has a high mechanical strength; good stability and long service life, making it potentially applicable in the extraction of trace polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons from aqueous samples.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to synthesize a highly efficient organic–inorganic nanocomposite. In this research, the carbon nanotube/magnetite/polyaniline nanocomposite was successfully prepared through a facile route. Monodisperse magnetite nanospheres were prepared through the coprecipitation route, and polyaniline nanolayer as a modified shell with a high surface area was synthesized by an in situ growth route and characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, X‐ray diffraction, and energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy. The prepared nanocomposite was immobilized on a stainless‐steel wire for the fabrication of the solid‐phase microextraction fiber. The combination of headspace solid‐phase microextraction using carbon nanotube/magnetite/polyaniline nanocomposite fiber with gas chromatography and mass spectrometry can achieve a low limit of detection and can be applied to determine phenolic compounds in water samples. The effects of the extraction and desorption parameters including extraction temperature and time, ionic strength, stirring rate, pH, and desorption temperature and time have been studied. Under the optimum conditions, the dynamic linear range was 0.01–500 ng/mL and the limits of detection of phenol, 4‐chlorophenol, 2,6‐dichlorophenol, and 2,4,6‐trichlorophenol were the lowest (0.008 ng/mL) for three times. The coefficient of determination of all calibration curves was more than 0.990.  相似文献

A novel design of hollow‐fiber liquid‐phase microextraction containing multiwalled carbon nanotubes as a solid sorbent, which is immobilized in the pore and lumen of hollow fiber by the sol–gel technique, was developed for the pre‐concentration and determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in environmental water samples. The proposed method utilized both solid‐ and liquid‐phase microextraction media. Parameters that affect the extraction of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons were optimized in two successive steps as follows. Firstly, a methodology based on a quarter factorial design was used to choose the significant variables. Then, these significant factors were optimized utilizing central composite design. Under the optimized condition (extraction time = 25 min, amount of multiwalled carbon nanotubes = 78 mg, sample volume = 8 mL, and desorption time = 5 min), the calibration curves showed high linearity (R 2 = 0.99) in the range of 0.01–500 ng/mL and the limits of detection were in the range of 0.007–1.47 ng/mL. The obtained extraction recoveries for 10 ng/mL of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons standard solution were in the range of 85–92%. Replicating the experiment under these conditions five times gave relative standard deviations lower than 6%. Finally, the method was successfully applied for pre‐concentration and determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in environmental water samples.  相似文献

A new robust method of electromembrane‐surrounded solid‐phase microextraction coupled to ion mobility mass spectrometry was applied for nonsteroidal anti‐inflammatory drugs determination in complex matrices. This is the first time that a graphene/polyaniline composite coating is applied in electromembrane‐surrounded solid‐phase microextraction method. The homemade graphene/polyaniline composite is characterized by a high electrical conductivity and thermal stability. The variables affecting electromembrane‐surrounded solid‐phase microextraction, including extraction time; applied voltage and pH were optimized through chemometric methods, central composite design, and response surface methodology. Under the optimized conditions, limits of detection of 0.04 and 0.05 ng/mL were obtained for mefenamic acid and ibuprofen, respectively. The feasibility of electromembrane‐surrounded solid‐phase microextraction followed by ion mobility mass spectrometry was successfully confirmed by the extraction and determination of low levels of ibuprofen and mefenamic acid in human urine and plasma samples and satisfactory results were obtained.  相似文献

A novel sol–gel coating on a stainless‐steel fiber was developed for the first time for the headspace solid‐phase microextraction and determination of α‐bisabolol with gas chromatography and flame ionization detection. The parameters influencing the efficiency of solid‐phase microextraction process, such as extraction time and temperature, pH, and ionic strength, were optimized by the experimental design method. Under optimized conditions, the linear range was between 0.0027 and 100 μg/mL. The relative standard deviations determined at 0.01 and 1.0 μg/mL concentration levels (= 3), respectively, were as follows: intraday relative standard deviations 3.4 and 3.3%; interday relative standard deviations 5.0 and 4.3%; and fiber‐to‐fiber relative standard deviations 6.0 and 3.5%. The relative recovery values were 90.3 and 101.4% at 0.01 and 1.0 μg/mL spiking levels, respectively. The proposed method was successfully applied to various real samples containing α‐bisabolol.  相似文献

A novel, low‐cost and effective in‐needle solid‐phase microextraction device was developed for the enrichment of trace polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in water samples. The in‐needle solid‐phase microextraction device could be easily assembled by inserting hydrofluoric acid‐etched wires, which were used as adsorbent, into a 22‐gauge needle tube within spring supporters. Compared with the commercial solid‐phase microextraction fiber, the developed device has higher efficiency for the extraction of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons with four to six rings from water samples using the optimized extraction conditions. With gas chromatography equipped with a flame ionization detector, the limits of detection for the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons with four to six rings ranged from 0.0020 to 0.0067 ng/mL. The relative standard deviations for one needle and needle‐to‐needle extractions were in the range of 5.2–9.9% (n = 5) and 3.4–12.3% (n = 5), respectively. The spiked recoveries of the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in tap water samples ranged from 73.2 to 95.4%. This in‐needle solid‐phase microextraction device could be a good field sampler because of the low sample loss over a long storage time.  相似文献

In the present work, the effect of substrate porosity for preparation of solid‐phase microextraction (SPME) fibers was investigated. The fibers were prepared by electrodeposition of sol‐gel coatings using negative potentials on porous Cu wire and compared with previous reported technique for preparation of SPME fibers using positive potentials on smooth gold wire. Porous substrate was prepared by electrodeposition of a thin layer of Cu on a Cu wire. The extraction capability of prepared fibers was evaluated through extraction of some aromatic hydrocarbons from the headspace of aqueous samples. The effect of substrate porosity and some operating parameters on extraction efficiency was optimized. The results showed that extraction efficiency of SPME fibers highly depends on porosity of the substrate. The LOD ranged from 0.005 to 0.010 ng/mL and repeatability at the 1 ng/mL was below 12%. Electrodeposited films were characterized for their surface morphology and thermal stability using SEM and thermogravimetric analysis, respectively. SEM analysis revealed formation of porous substrate and subsequently porous coating on the wire surface and thermogravimetric analysis showed high thermal stability of the prepared fiber.  相似文献

A new method is successfully developed for the separation and determination of a very low amount of tramadol in urine using functionalized multiwalled carbon nanotubes/flower‐shaped zinc oxide before solid‐phase microextraction combined with gas chromatography. Under ultrasonic agitation, a sol of multiwalled carbon nanotubes and flower‐shaped zinc oxide were forced into and trapped within the pore structure of the polypropylene and the sol solution immobilized into the hollow fiber. Flower‐shaped zinc oxide was synthesized and characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The morphology of the fabricated solid‐phase microextraction surface was investigated by scanning electron microscopy and X‐ray diffraction. The parameters affecting the extraction efficiencies were investigated and optimized. Under the optimized conditions, the method shows linearity in a wide range of 0.12–7680 ng/mL, and a low detection limit (S/N = 3) of 0.03 ng/mL. The precision of the method was determined and a relative standard deviation of 3.87% was obtained. This method was successfully applied for the separation and determination of tramadol in urine samples. The relative recovery percentage obtained for the spiked urine sample at 1000 ng/mL was 94.2%.  相似文献

A simple, rapid, and sensitive method for the determination of naproxen and ibuprofen in complex biological and water matrices (cow milk, human urine, river, and well water samples) has been developed using ultrasound‐assisted magnetic dispersive solid‐phase microextraction. Magnetic ethylendiamine‐functionalized graphene oxide nanocomposite was synthesized and used as a novel adsorbent for the microextraction process and showed great adsorptive ability toward these analytes. Different parameters affecting the microextraction were optimized with the aid of the experimental design approach. A Plackett–Burman screening design was used to study the main variables affecting the microextraction process, and the Box–Behnken optimization design was used to optimize the previously selected variables for extraction of naproxen and ibuprofen. The optimized technique provides good repeatability (relative standard deviations of the intraday precision 3.1 and 3.3, interday precision of 5.6 and 6.1%), linearity (0.1–500 and 0.3–650 ng/mL), low limits of detection (0.03 and 0.1 ng/mL), and a high enrichment factor (168 and 146) for naproxen and ibuprofen, respectively. The proposed method can be successfully applied in routine analysis for determination of naproxen and ibuprofen in cow milk, human urine, and real water samples.  相似文献

Graphene oxide was bonded onto a silver‐coated stainless‐steel wire using an ionic liquid as the crosslinking agent by a layer‐by‐layer strategy. The novel solid‐phase microextraction fiber was characterized by scanning electron microscopy, energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy and Raman microscopy. A multilayer graphene oxide layer was closely coated onto the supporting substrate. The thickness of the coating was about 4 μm. Coupled with gas chromatography, the fiber was evaluated using five polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (fluorene, anthracene, fluoranthene, 1,2‐benzophenanthrene, and benzo(a)pyrene) as model analytes in direct‐immersion mode. The main conditions (extraction time, extraction temperature, ionic strength, and desorption time) were optimized by a factor‐by‐factor optimization. The as‐established method exhibited a wide linearity range (0.5–200 μg/L) and low limits of determination (0.05–0.10 μg/L). It was applied to analyze environmental water samples of rain and river water. Three kinds of the model analytes were quantified and the recoveries of samples spiked at 10 μg/L were in the range of 92.3–120 and 93.8–115%, respectively. The obtained results indicated the fiber was efficient for solid‐phase microextraction analysis.  相似文献

A new fiber based on the electrochemical reduction of graphene oxide was prepared on a copper wire for solid‐phase microextraction (SPME) applications. The prepared fiber was used for the SPME and gas chromatographic analysis of tricyclic antidepressants (TCADs), including amitriptyline, trimipramine, and clomipramine. The feasibility of direct‐immersion and headspace modes of SPME for the determination of TCADs was studied. The effects of four parameters including pH, salt content, extraction temperature with and without cooling the fiber, and extraction time were investigated. The comparison showed that headspace cold fiber SPME results in the best outcome for the extraction of TCADs. Under the optimized conditions of this mode, the calibration curves were linear between 2.0 and 500 ng/mL and the detection limits were between 0.30 and 0.53 ng/mL. The intraday and interday RSDs obtained at 20 ng/mL (n = 5), using a single fiber, were 5.5–9.0 and 7.5–9.8, respectively. The fiber to fiber repeatability (n = 4), expressed as the RSD, was between 12.8 and 13.2% at a 20 ng/mL concentration level. The method was successfully applied to the analysis of TCADs in plasma samples showing recoveries from 73 to 96%.  相似文献

A novel graphene oxide decorated with silver nanoparticles coating on a stainless‐steel fiber for solid‐phase microextraction was prepared. Scanning electron microscopy and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy were used to characterize the coating surface and showed that silver nanoparticles were dispersed on the wrinkled graphene oxide surface. Coupled to gas chromatography with flame ionization detection, the extraction abilities of the fiber for polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons were examined in the headspace solid‐phase microextraction mode. The extraction parameters including adsorption time, adsorption temperature, salt concentration, desorption time and desorption temperature were investigated. Under the optimized condition, wide linearity with low limits of detection from 2 to 10 ng/L was obtained. The relative standard deviations for single‐fiber repeatability and fiber‐to‐fiber reproducibility were less than 10.6 and 17.5%, respectively. The enrichment factors were from 1712.5 to 4503.7, showing the fiber has good extraction abilities. Moreover, the fiber exhibited a good stability and could be reused for more than 120 times. The established method was also applied for determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in two real water samples and the recoveries of analytes ranged from 84.4–116.3% with relative standard deviations less than 16.2%.  相似文献

A simple, rapid, and highly sensitive method for simultaneous analysis of anti‐inflammatory drugs (naproxen, ibuprofen, and mefenamic acid) in diluted human serum was developed using the electrochemically controlled solid‐phase microextraction coupled to ion mobility spectrometry. A conducting molecularly imprinted polymer film based on polypyrrole was synthesized for the selective uptake and release of drugs. The film was prepared by incorporation of a template molecule (naproxen) during the electropolymerization of pyrrole onto a platinum electrode using cyclic voltammetry method. The measured ion mobility spectrometry intensity was related to the concentration of analytes taken up into the films. The calibration graphs (naproxen, ibuprofen, and mefenamic acid) were linear in the range of 0.1–30 ng/mL and detection limits were 0.07–0.37 ng/mL and relative standard deviation was lower than 6%. On the basis of the results obtained in this work, the conducting molecularly imprinted polymer films as absorbent have been applied in the electrochemically controlled solid‐phase microextraction and ion mobility spectrometry system for the selective clean‐up and quantification of trace amounts of anti‐inflammatory drugs in human serum samples. Scanning electron microscopy has confirmed the nano‐structure morphology of the polypyrrole film.  相似文献

Modified stainless‐steel wires with a layer of polyaniline conductive polymer were coated by electrochemical deposition with Zn/Al layered double hydroxide to make solid‐phase microextraction fibers. The coating layer was also electrochemically deposited on the inner surface of a stainless‐steel tube. Then, ten prepared fibers were put inside the inner coated tube to make a fiber‐in‐tube solid phase microextraction device. The device was applied for the extraction of caffeine (1,3,7‐trimethylxanthine) from domestic wastewater samples. Extraction conditions including extraction and desorption times, pH and ionic strength of the sample solution, and content of the organic desorption solvent were investigated and optimized. Under the optimized conditions, the fiber‐in‐tube solid phase microextraction exhibited excellent extraction efficiency toward caffeine. The precision of the method was evaluated. Average relative standard deviation of 5.7% (n = 6) for intraday analysis and 8.3% (n = 5) for interday analysis was obtained. The limits of detection and limits of quantification of the method (at signal to noise ratio of 3 and 10) were obtained as 0.14 and 0.37 ng/mL, respectively. The current study can provide new prospective applications of layered double hydroxide conductive polymer fiber coatings.  相似文献

An efficient, inexpensive and environmentally benign ultrasound‐assisted supramolecular‐solvent‐based microextraction technique combined with high‐performance liquid chromatography was used for the determination of chlorophenols in environmental water samples. Different factors such as amount of decanoic acid, volume of tetrahydrofuran, pH of the sample, ultrasound time and ionic strength were investigated and optimized. The optimized extraction conditions were 60 mg decanoic acid, 1.5 mL tetrahydrofuran, 3 min ultrasound time, without salt addition. Under this condition, the extraction recoveries were 83.0–89.3 with preconcentration factors of 94–102. The calibration curves were linear from 5.0–400.0 ng/mL with square of the correlation coefficient higher than 0.9998 and the limits of detection were between 1.5–2.0 ng/mL. The values of intra‐ and inter‐day relative standard deviations were 3.2–6.0 and 7.3–8.0%, respectively. Analysis of different samples showed that the concentration of 2,5‐dichlorophenol in Babolrood river water was 80.6 ng/mL.  相似文献
