Systematic NMR characterization of 4‐thio‐5‐furan‐pyrimidine nucleosides or 4‐thio‐5‐thiophene‐pyrimidine nucleosides (ribonucleosides and 2′‐deoxynucleosides) was performed. All proton and carbon signals of 4‐thio‐5‐thiophene‐ribouridine and related analogues were unambiguously assigned. The orientations of the base (4‐thiouridine or its deoxy analogue) relative to the ring (furan or thiophene) are explored by a NMR approach and further supported by X‐ray crystallographic studies. The procedures presented here would be applicable to other modified nucleosides and nucleotides. Copyright © 2016 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

2‐Formylchromones and 3‐formylchromones as the first materials singly reacted with 2‐amino‐5‐mercapto‐1,3,4‐thiadiazole to give the corresponding Schiff bases, which on cyclocondensation with mercapto‐acetic acid in 1,4‐dioxane yielded target compounds named 4‐oxo‐thiazolidines. The structures of all the synthetic compounds were confirmed by elemental analysis and IR, 1H NMR, LC‐MS (ESI) spectral data.  相似文献

The synthesis of some new S‐nucleosides of 5‐(4‐pyridyl)‐4‐aryl‐4H‐1,2,4‐triazole‐3‐thiols ( 4a‐n ) is described. Direct glycosylation of ( 4a‐n ) with tetra‐O‐acetyl‐α‐D‐glucopyranosyl bromide in the presence of potassium hydroxide followed by deacetylation using dry ammonia in methanol gave the corresponding 3‐S‐(ñ‐D‐glucopyranosyl)‐5‐(4‐pyridyl)‐4‐aryl‐4H‐1,2,4‐triazoles ( 6a‐n ) in good yields. All the compounds were fully characterized by means of 1HNMR, 13C NMR spectra and elemental analyses. To assist in the interpretation of the spectroscopic data, the crystal structure of 3‐S‐(2′,3′,4′,6′‐tetra‐O‐acetyl‐β‐D‐glucopyranosyl)‐5‐(4‐pyridyl)‐4‐phenyl‐4H‐1,2,4‐triazole ( 5a ) was determined by X‐ray diffraction.  相似文献

The reaction between secondary amines, benzoyl isothiocyanate, and dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates (=dialkyl but‐2‐ynedioates) in the presence of silica gel (SiO2) led to alkyl 2‐(dialkylamino)‐4‐phenylthiazole‐5‐carboxylates in fairly high yields. The structures of the products were confirmed by their IR, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, and mass spectra, and by a single‐crystal X‐ray structure determination.  相似文献

A series of novel N‐glycosyl‐N′‐pyrazolylmethylene aminothioureas ( 4a‐4e, 5a‐5e ) were synthesized from N‐glycosyl‐N′‐aminothioureas ( 2a‐2d ) and 4‐formylpyrazole ( 3a‐3e ). Activated 4Å molecular sieves were adopted for dehydrated reagent to improve the reaction rate and yield. The structures of the new compounds were identified on the basis of IR, 1H NMR and MS spectra. Simultaneously, the compounds were detected by fluorescence spectrophotometer and had preferable fluorescence activity, so they can be selected as a kind of novel fluorescence labeled derivative of sugar.  相似文献

The novel fungicidal agents, (E )‐5‐[1‐(2‐oxo‐1‐oxaspiro[4,5]dec/non‐3‐en‐3‐yl)ethylidene]‐2‐aminoimidazolin‐ 4‐one derivatives, were designed and synthesized in moderate to excellent yields in four steps using α ‐hydroxyketone and diketene as raw materials and characterized by HR‐ESI‐MS , 1H NMR and X‐ray diffraction. The preliminary bioassay showed that some of these compounds, such as 5e , 6a , 6e , and 7 h exhibit 87.8%, 91.3%, 89.9% and 87.8% inhibition rates against Sclerotinia scleotiorum , 3b , 3c , 4c and 7 h exhibit 96.4%, 92.5%, 90.3% and 76.9% inhibition rates against Phytophthora capsici at the concentration of 50 µg/mL , respectively. These compounds exhibited significant fungicidal activities against S. scleotiorum and P. capsici with EC50 values of 2.56–11.60 µg/mL , and compounds 6e and 7 h exhibited weak inhibition against the spore germination of S. scleotiorum , while the spore germination of P. capsici was strongly inhibited by compound 7 h solution. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM ) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM ) observation indicated that compound 7 h had a significant impact on the structure and function of the hyphal cell wall of P. capsici mycelium.  相似文献

This article presents the synthesis of three new 4‐thiopyrimidine derivatives obtained from ethyl 4‐methyl‐2‐phenyl‐6‐sulfanylpyrimidine‐5‐carboxylate as the starting material, namely, ethyl 4‐[(4‐chlorobenzyl)sulfanyl]‐6‐methyl‐2‐phenylpyrimidine‐5‐carboxylate, C21H19ClN2O2S, ( 2 ), {4‐[(4‐chlorobenzyl)sulfanyl]‐6‐methyl‐2‐phenylpyrimidin‐5‐yl}methanol, C19H17ClN2OS, ( 3 ), and 4‐[(4‐chlorobenzyl)sulfanyl]‐5,6‐dimethyl‐2‐phenylpyrimidine, C19H17ClN2S, ( 4 ), which vary in the substituent at the 5‐position of the pyrimidine ring. The compounds were characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR and mass spectroscopies, and also elemental analysis. The molecular structures were further studied by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Compound ( 2 ) crystallizes in the space group P with one molecule in the asymmetric unit, whereas compounds ( 3 ) and ( 4 ) crystallize in the space group P21/c with two and one molecule, respectively, in their asymmetric units. The conformation of each molecule is best defined by the dihedral angles formed between the pyrimidine ring and the planes of the two aryl substituents attached at the 2‐ and 4‐positions. The only structural difference between the three compounds is the substituent at the 5‐position of the pyrimidine ring, but they present significantly different features in the hydrogen‐bond interactions. Compound ( 2 ) displays a one‐dimensional chain formed by hydrogen bonds and the chains are further extended into a two‐dimensional network. Molecules of ( 3 ) and ( 4 ) generate one‐dimensional chains formed through intermolecular interactions. The study examines the cytotoxicity of compounds ( 3 ) and ( 4 ) against Human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) and HeLa, K562 and CFPAC cancer cell lines. The presence of the hydroxymethyl and methyl groups in ( 3 ) and ( 4 ), respectively, offers an interesting new insight into the structures and behaviour of these derivatives. Compound ( 4 ) was found to be nontoxic against CFPAC and HUVEC; however, it shows weak activity against the HeLa and K563 cell lines. The presence of a hydroxy group in ( 3 ) significantly increases its cytotoxicity towards both, i.e. the cancer (HeLa, K562 and CFPAC) and normal (HUVEC) cell lines.  相似文献

The reaction of 4‐amino‐1,2,4‐Δ2‐triazoline‐5‐thione (ATT, 1 ) with AgNO3 in methanol led to the complex [Ag(ATT)2]NO3 ( 2 ). 2 was characterized by elemental analyses, 1H NMR, IR, and Raman spectroscopy as well as single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The molecular structure of 1 was also determined by single crystal X‐ray analysis. Crystal data for 1 at ?80 C: space group C2/c with a = 2107.4(2), b = 1425.1(1), c = 688.4(1) pm, β = 104.55(1)°, Z = 16, R1 = 0.0514, crystal data for 2 at ?80 °C: space group P21/c with a = 675.7(1), b = 1321.1(1), c = 1311.2(1) pm, β = 90.03(1)°, Z = 4, R1 = 0.0437.  相似文献

Eleven novel 5‐methyl‐2‐[(un)substituted phenyl]‐4‐{4,5‐dihydro‐3‐[(un)substituted phenyl]‐5‐(1,2,3,4‐tetrahydroisoquinoline‐2‐yl)pyrazol‐1‐yl}‐oxazole derivatives were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, ESI‐MS, 1H NMR and 13C NMR. All of the compounds have been screened for their antiproliferative activities against PC‐3 cell (human prostate cancer) and A431 cell (human epidermoid carcinoma cancer) lines in vitro. The results revealed that compounds 4g , 4j and 4k exhibited the strong inhibitory activities against the PC‐3 cell lines (with IC50 values of 2.8±0.11, 3.1±0.10 and 3.0±0.06 μg/mL, respectively).  相似文献

The condensation of 4‐amino‐5‐mercapto‐3‐(2‐phenylquinolin‐4‐yl)/3‐(1‐p‐chlorophenyl‐5‐methyl‐1,2,3‐triazol‐4‐yl)‐1,2,4‐triazoles 1a‐b with chloroacetaldehyde 2a‐b , ω‐bromo‐ω‐(1H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)acetophenone 3a‐b , chloranil 4a‐b , 2‐bromocyclohexanone 5a‐b , 2,4′‐dibromoacetophenone 6a‐b and 2‐bromo‐6′‐methoxy‐2′‐acetonaphthone 7a‐b are described. The structures of the compounds synthesized were confirmed by elemental analyses, IR, 1H NMR and mass spectra. The antibacterial activities were also evaluated.  相似文献

Two novel complexes [Cu L 2(MeOH)] ( 1 )and [Ag2 L (H L )2(MeOH)] ( 2 ) ( L = 5‐methyl‐1‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐1,2,3‐triazol‐4‐carboxylic acid) were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and X‐ray diffraction. Complex 1 is a mononuclear structure; the molecules were assembled into an infinite 2–D supramolecular by the C–H···O weak interactions. Complex 2 is a centrosymmetric dinuclear structure with bis(unidentate) carboxylato co‐ordination mode, and the molecules were assembled into 2–D layers by C–H···O and O–H···O weak interactions.  相似文献

Thirteen new 2-alkylaminoimidazolones(4) wre rapidly synthesized by a new solution-phase parallel synthetic method,which includes aza-Wittig reaction of iminophosphorane(1) with aromatic isocyanate to give carbodi-imide(2) and subsequent reaction of 2 with various aliphatic primary amine in a parallel fashion.The products were confirmed by ^1H NMR,MS,IR and X-ray crystallographic analysis.The unusual selectivity of the cyclization was probably due to the deometry of the guanidine intermediate.  相似文献

2‐(Ethoxycarbonylmethoxy)‐5‐(arylazo)benzaldehydes 1–4 and their oximes 5–8 were synthesized and characterized by IR, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy. The favoured conformations of aldehydes 1–4 and oximes 5–8 were predicted theoretically. Selected geometrical parameters and charges were derived from optimized structures. IR, 1H and 13C NMR data were also computed using Gaussian‐03 package and compared with the observed values. 15N and 17O chemical shifts were also determined theoretically. Reaction between an aqueous ethanol solution of tin(II) chloride and that of 4‐propanoyl‐2,4‐dihydro‐5‐methyl‐2‐phenyl‐3 H‐pyrazol‐3‐one in the presence of O2 gave the compound cis‐dichlorobis(4‐propanoyl‐2,4‐dihydro‐5‐methyl‐2‐phenyl‐3 H‐pyrazol‐3‐onato) tin(IV) [(C26H26N4O4)SnCl2]. The compound has a six‐coordinated SnIV centre in a distorted octahedral configuration with two chloro ligands in cis position. The tin atom is also at a pseudo two‐fold axis of inversion for both the ligand anions and the two cis‐chloro ligands. The orange compound crystallizes in the triclinic space group P 1 with unit cell dimensions, a = 8.741(3) Å, b = 12.325(7) Å, c = 13.922(7) Å; α = 71.59(4), β = 79.39(3), γ = 75.18(4); Z = 2 and Dx = 1.575 g cm–3. The important bond distances in the chelate ring are Sn–O [2.041 to 2.103 Å], Sn–Cl [2.347 to 2.351 Å], C–O [1.261 to 1.289 Å] and C–C [1.401 Å] the bond angles are O–Sn–O 82.6 to 87.7° and Cl–Sn–Cl 97.59°. The UV, IR, 1H NMR and 119Sn Mössbauer spectral data of the compound are reported and discussed.  相似文献

An effective route to novel 4‐(alkylamino)‐1‐(arylsulfonyl)‐3‐benzoyl‐1,5‐dihydro‐5‐hydroxy‐5‐phenyl‐2H‐pyrrol‐2‐ones 10 is described (Scheme 2). This involves the reaction of an enamine, derived from the addition of a primary amine 5 to 1,4‐diphenylbut‐2‐yne‐1,4‐dione, with an arenesulfonyl isocyanate 7 . Some of these pyrrolones 10 exhibit a dynamic NMR behavior in solution because of restricted rotation around the C? N bond resulting from conjugation of the side‐chain N‐atom with the adjacent α,β‐unsaturated ketone group, and two rotamers are in equilibrium with each other in solution ( 10 ? 11 ; Scheme 3). The structures of the highly functionalized compounds 10 were corroborated spectroscopically (IR, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, and EI‐MS), by elemental analyses, and, in the case of 10a , by X‐ray crystallography. A plausible mechanism for the reaction is proposed (Scheme 4).  相似文献

4‐(5‐oxo‐1,2,4‐triazol‐3‐yl)‐sydnones 11 and 4‐(4‐arylamino‐5‐oxo‐1,2,4‐triazol‐3‐yl)‐sydnones 13 have been obtained from a‐chloroformylarylhydrazine hydrochloride 2 . Moreover, the intermediates, including 3, 4 , 9 and 10 , in this study are synthetically informative and valuable. It is also noteworthy that three reactants, 1, 2 and sydnonecarbaldehydes, were prepared from sydnone derivatives and their fragments. The oxidative cyclizations of sydnonecarbaldehyde semicarbazones 9 and carbazones 10 with two different oxidizing agents (Cu(ClO4)2 and Fe(ClO4)3) have been extensively examined. The reaction time and the yields of cyclizations were affected by the substituents of semicarbazones 9 and carbazones 10.  相似文献

5‐Methylene‐2‐oxazolidinone (1) and 5‐methylene‐1,3‐thiazolidine‐2‐thione (4) react with various isocyanates to give the corresponding urethanes 3 and 5 in high yields in the presence of palladium(0) or palladium(II) catalyst under mild reaction conditions.
