The reactions of nine N‐(pyrido[3′,2′:4,5]thieno[3,2‐d]pyrimidin‐4‐yl)amidines ( 3 ) with hydroxylamine hydrochloride produced new cyclization products. These were formed via ring cleavage of the pyrimidine component followed by a 1,2,4‐oxadiazole‐forming ring closure to give N‐[2‐([1,2,4]oxadiazol‐5‐yl)thieno[2,3‐b]pyridin‐3‐yl]formamide oximes ( 11 ). Reaction of six N‐(pyrido[2′,3′:4,5]furo[3,2‐d]pyrimidin‐4‐yl)amidines ( 12 ) with hydroxylamine hydrochloride gave similar results. Effects of the newly synthesized compounds on pentosidine formation were also evaluated. 相似文献

The iminophosphorane ( 3 ), obtained from reaction of ethyl 3‐amino‐4‐cyano‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrrole‐2‐carboxylate ( 2 ) with triphenylphosphine, hexachloroethane, and triethylamine, reacted with aromatic isocyanates to give carbodiimides ( 4 ). Further reaction of 4 with various amines, phenols, or ROH to give 2,3,5,7‐tetrasubstituted 3H‐pyrrolo[3,2‐d]pyrimidine‐4(5H)‐ones ( 6 ) in satisfactory yields in the presence of catalytic amount of sodium alkoxide or solid potassium carbonate. 相似文献

The carbodiimides 4 , obtained from reactions of iminophosphorane 3 with aromatic isocyanates, were reacted with secondary amines to give 2‐dialkylamino‐5‐ethyl‐6‐methyl‐thieno[2,3‐d]pyrimidin‐4(3H)‐ones 6 in the presence of catalytic amount of EtONa. Reactions of 4 with phenols or ROH in the presence of the catalytic amount of K2CO3 or RONa gave 2‐aryloxy‐ or 2‐alkoxy‐5‐ethyl‐6‐methyl‐thieno[2,3‐d]pyrimidin‐4(3H)‐ones 6 in satisfactory yields. o‐Aminothiophene dicarbonitrile 1 on neat reaction with cyclic ketones in anhydrous ZnCl2 yielded mixture of fused aminopyridine 3 and iminospirooxazine 4 derivatives. Similarly, pyrimidine derivatives 5 and 8 were obtained by the reaction of this intermediate 1 with formic acid and DMF‐DMA followed by hydrazine hydrate, respectively. The reaction of o‐amino‐thiophene dicarboxamide 2 at ambient temperature with cyclic ketones yielded spiropyrimidine 10 as a sole product in quantitative yield. The regioselective anellated pyrimidine 9 , 11 , and dihydropyrimidine 12 derivatives were also obtained by the reaction with aromatic aldehydes in presence of piperidine and iodine respectively. J. Synthesis of novel 2‐3‐methyl‐5‐[(E)‐2‐aryl‐1‐ethenyl]‐4‐isoxazolyl‐4,10a‐diaryl‐1,10a‐dihydro‐2H‐benzo[d]pyrazino[2,1‐b][1,3]oxazoles 5 were simply achieved by the reaction of 2‐[3‐methyl‐5‐[(E)‐2‐aryl‐1‐ethenyl]‐4‐isoxazolyl(2‐oxo‐2‐arylethyl)amino]‐1‐aryl‐1‐ethanones 3 with o‐aminophenol 4 in the presence of CAN catalyst. The intermediates, 2‐[3‐methyl‐5‐[(E)‐2‐aryl‐1‐ethenyl]‐4‐isoxazolyl(2‐oxo‐2‐arylethyl)amino]‐1‐aryl‐1‐ethanones 3 , were prepared by the reaction of 4‐amino‐3‐methyl‐5‐styrylisoxazole 1 , with phenacylbromides 2 in ethanol in the presence of K2CO3. The structures of the newly synthesized compounds 3a , 3b , 3c , 3d , 3e , 3f , 3g , 3h , 3i , 3j , 3k , 3l and 5a , 5b , 5c , 5d , 5e , 5f , 5g , 5h , 5i , 5j , 5k , 5l have been confirmed by analytical and spectral data. 相似文献

A one‐pot four‐component synthesis of thieno[2,3‐d]pyrimidin‐4‐amines via sequential Gewald/cyclocondensation reactions is described. 2‐Aminothiophene‐3‐carbonitriles obtained from the Gewald reaction between cyclic ketones, malononitrile, and sulfur underwent a condensation? cyclization reaction with benzonitriles under solvent‐free conditions to afford the title compounds in excellent yields. 相似文献

The reactions of N‐([1]benzofuro[3,2‐d]pyrimidin‐4‐yl)formamidines with hydroxylamine hydrochloride gave rearranged cyclization products via ring cleavage of the pyrimidine component accompanied by a ring closure of the 1,2,4‐oxadiazole to give N‐[2‐([1,2,4]oxadiazol‐5‐yl)[1]benzofuran‐3‐yl)formamide oximes. Ethyl 7‐(2‐ethoxy‐2‐oxoethyl)‐3‐phenyl‐[1–3]triazolo[5,1‐c][1,2,4]triazine‐6‐carboxylate (the parent compound) was synthesized by reaction of 4‐phenyl–1H‐1,2,3‐triazole‐5‐diazonium chloride with diethyl‐2‐oxopropane‐1,3‐dicarboxylate at cooling for 2 h. A series of novel fused tetracyclic benzo[4,5]imidazo[1,2‐a]thiopyrano[3,4‐d]pyrimidin‐4(3H)‐one derivatives were synthesized via the reaction of aryl aldehyde, 2H‐thiopyran‐3,5(4H,6H)‐dione, and 1H‐benzo[d]imidazol‐2‐amine in glacial acetic acid. Herein, we describe the synthesis of pyrrolo[2,1‐b]thiazoles substituted on C‐2 or C‐5 with a protected carbohydrate moiety. The new fused bicyclic heterocycles were obtained via thiazole intermediates, and the N‐alkylation step was assisted by microwave irradiation. The new products were completely characterized by physical and spectroscopic techniques. The cytotoxicity and antiviral activity against Junín virus of the methylated derivates was also evaluated. 相似文献

A highly ef?cient synthesis of novel pyrido[2,3‐d]pyrimidin‐4‐ols was developed via an iodine‐catalyzed tandem oxidative cyclization under focused microwave irradiation. The carbodiimides 4 , obtained from aza‐Wittig reactions of iminophosphorane 3 with aromatic isocyanates, reacted with secondary amines, phenols or alcohols in the presence of catalytic amounts of K2CO3 or sodium alkoxide to give 2‐substituted benzofuro[3,2‐d]pyrimidin‐4(3H)‐ones 6 . However, when 2,2′‐iminobis[ethanol] was used, the unexpected ring opening product 7 was formed instead of 6 . Reaction of 4 with primary amines RNH2 (R=Et, Pr, Bu, etc.) gave guanidine intermediates 8 , which were further treated with EtONa to give only one regioisomer 9 via a base catalyzed cyclization. However, another regioisomer 11 was obtained when NH3 or ‘small’ amines RNH2 (R=Me, NH2) were used in the absence of EtONa via a spontaneous cyclization of 8 . 相似文献

A simple and efficient method for the synthesis of pyrazole[3,4‐b]thieno[2,3‐e]pyridine derivatives via the sequence of three‐component, catalyst‐free, and solvent‐free condensation and oxidation was described. The products feature a donor‐π‐conjugated acceptor fluorescent activity system, and the fluorescence emission wavelength was measured in methanol. New fluorescent compounds, 2‐substituted indeno[1,2‐d]pyrimidin‐5‐ones ( 3a , 3b , 3c , 3d ) were synthesized in good yield by the reaction of 2‐[bis(methylsulfanyl)methylene]indan‐1,3‐dione ( 1 ) with the respective amidine derivatives [guanidine carbonate ( 2a ), acetamidine hydrochloride ( 2b ), S‐methylisothiourea sulfate ( 2c ), and S‐benzylisothiourea sulfate ( 2d )]. 4‐Substituted amino‐2‐aminoindeno[1,2‐d]pyrimidin‐5‐ones ( 7b , 7c , 7d ) were synthesized by a one‐pot reaction of 1 , 2a and the respective amine compounds ( 4b , 4c , 4d ) in pyridine. The synthesis of 7,8‐dihydro‐5(6H)‐quinolinone ( 3 ) from commercially available 3‐amino‐2‐cyclohexen‐1‐one ( 1 ) and 3‐(dimethylamino)acrolein ( 4 ) in 23% yield avoids the preparation of propynal ( 2 ). Conversion of 5‐(4‐methylphenylsulfonyl)‐6,7,8,9‐tetrahydro‐5H‐pyrido[3,2‐b]azepine ( 12 ) to 6‐(4‐methylphenylsulfonyl)‐1,4,5,6‐tetrahydropyrazolo[3,4‐d]pyrido[3,2‐b]azepine ( 24 ) is described. Removal of the N‐(4‐methylphenylsulfonyl) group with 40% sulfuric acid in acetic acid gave the tricyclic azepine 26. Application of a similar series of reactions to 5‐(4‐nitrobenzoyl)‐6,7,8,9‐tetrahydro‐5H‐pyrido[3,2‐b]‐azepine ( 13 ) afforded 6‐(4‐nitrobenzoyl)‐1,4,5,6‐tetrahydropyrazolo[3,4‐d]pyrido[3,2‐b]azepine ( 25 ). 相似文献

New monomers containing 4‐cyanophenyl (–PhCN) groups attached to a thieno[3,2‐b]thiophene (TT) or dithieno[3,2‐b:2′,3′‐d]thiophene (DTT) structure were synthesized and characterized as 4‐(2,5‐dibromothieno[3,2‐b]thiophen‐3‐yl)benzonitrile (Br–TT–PhCN) or 4,4′‐(2,6‐dibromodithieno[3,2‐b:2′,3′‐d]thiophene‐3,5‐diyl)dibenzonitrile (Br–DTT–PhCN). The Suzuki coupling of 9,9‐dioctylfluorene‐2,7‐diboronic acid bis(1,3‐propanediol)ester and the Br–TT–PhCN or Br–DTT–PhCN monomer was utilized for the syntheses of novel copolymers poly{9,9‐dioctylfluorene‐2,7‐diyl‐alt‐3‐(4′‐cyanophenyl)thieno[3,2‐b]thiophene‐2,5‐diyl} (PFTT–PhCN) and poly{9,9‐dioctylfluorene‐2,7‐diyl‐alt‐3,5‐bis(4′‐cyanophenyl)dithieno[3,2‐b:2′,3′‐d]thiophene‐2,6‐diyl} (PFDTT–PhCN), respectively. The photophysical, electrochemical, and electroluminescent (EL) properties of these novel copolymers were studied. Their photoluminescence (PL) exhibited the same emission maximum for both copolymers in solution. Red‐shifted PL emissions were observed in the thin films. The PL emission maximum of PFTT–PhCN was more significantly redshifted than that of PFDTT–PhCN, indicating more pronounced excimer or aggregate formation in PFTT–PhCN. The ionization potential (HOMO level) and electron affinity (LUMO level) values were 5.54 and 2.81 eV, respectively, for PFTT–PhCN and were 5.57 and 2.92 eV, respectively, for PFDTT–PhCN. Polymer light‐emitting diodes (LEDs) with copolymer active layers were fabricated and studied.
