Complete assignment of 1H and 13C NMR chemical shifts and J(1H/1H and 1H/19F) coupling constants for 22 1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazoles' derivates were performed using the concerted application of 1H 1D and 1H, 13C 2D gs‐HSQC and gs‐HMBC experiments. All 1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazoles' derivatives were synthesized as described by Finar and co‐workers. The formylated 1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazoles' derivatives were performed under Duff's conditions. The potassium fluoroborates K[RCF=CFBF3] (R = F, Cl (cis‐/trans‐mixture), trans‐C4F9, cis‐C2F5, cis‐C6F13, trans‐C4H9, trans‐C6H5) were prepared by fluoridation (methoxide‐fluoride substitution with K[HF2]) of RCF=CFB(OMe)2 and Li[RCF=CFB(OMe)3] which were obtained from RCF=CFLi and B(OMe)3. The K[RCF=CFBF3] salts were characterized by their 1H, 11B, 19F NMR and IR spectra.  相似文献

cis‐ and trans‐2‐imino‐1,3‐ and ‐3,1‐perhydrobenzoxazines and the N‐methyl derivatives of the latter were synthesized from the corresponding cyclic 1,3‐amino alcohol with cyanogen bromide. The configurations of the studied compounds were confirmed by 1H and 13C NMR spectra. All trans‐fused compounds exist in biased chair–chair conformations as expected, whereas the cis‐fused 1,3‐benzoxazines attain exclusively the O‐in conformations. The cis‐fused 3,1‐benzoxazines, especially the 1‐methyl‐substituted derivatives, tend to favor the N‐out form, obviously owing to the favorable axial orientation of this N‐methyl. Unsymmetrical, dialkyl‐substituted N,N‐dialkyl‐N‐acyl(aroyl)thioureas show E,Z configurational isomerism at room temperature in solution, which is also expressed in the existence of cis‐[Pt(ZZ‐L‐S,O)2], cis‐[Pt(EZ‐L‐S,O)2] and cis‐[Pt(EE‐L‐S,O)2] complexes derived from these ligands. These configurational isomers were assigned by means of a double magnetization transfer 1H/13C/195Pt correlation NMR experiment, despite the fact that the long‐range 5J(195Pt, 1H) and 4J(195Pt, 13C) scalar couplings are not directly observable in their 1H and 13C spectra at high field. Depending on the ligand structure, the relative amounts of cis‐[Pt(ZZ‐L‐S,O)2], cis‐[Pt(EZ‐L‐S,O)2] and cis‐[Pt(EE‐L‐S,O)2] complexes are in the ranges 40–42% ZZ, 46–47% ZE and 12–13% EE. The cis‐bis[N‐methyl‐N‐(tert‐butyl)‐N‐(2,2‐dimethylpropanoyl)thioureato]platinum(II) complex is found to occur exclusively as the ZZ isomer. Copyright © 2003 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

The use of Eu(fod)3 in the analysis of the 1H and 13C NMR spectra of cis and trans‐fused β‐hydroxydecalones is described. The relative configuration of the substituents is discussed using the PMLIS algorithm to determine the lanthanide (Eu) ion position in the complex in an effective axially symmetric model. The microstructure of poly(1,3‐pentadiene) synthesized by cationic polymerization of 1,3‐pentadiene with tBuCl/TiCl4 initiating system is analyzed using one‐dimensional‐ and two‐dimensional‐NMR spectroscopy. It is shown that unsaturated part of chain contains only homo and mixed dyads with trans?1,4‐, trans?1,2‐, and cis?1,2‐structures with regular and inverse (head‐to‐head or tail‐to‐tail) enchainment, whereas cis?1,4‐ and 3,4‐units are totally absent. The new quantitative method for the calculation of content of different structural units in poly(1,3‐pentadiene)s based on the comparison of methyl region of 13C NMR spectra of original and hydrogenated polymer is proposed. The signals of tert‐butyl head and chloromethyl end groups are identified in a structure of poly(1,3‐pentadiene) chain and the new approaches for the quantitative calculation of number‐average functionality at the α‐ and ω‐end are proposed. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Reduced forms of iso‐α‐acids (isohumulones), used in modern beer brewing were separated and characterized by 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy. Components from mixtures of rho‐iso‐α‐acids, tetrahydro‐iso‐α‐acids, and hexahydro‐iso‐α‐acids were isolated using high‐performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and analyzed by use of one‐ and two‐dimensional NMR experiments. The data presented assign the identities of the main peaks in the HPLC traces for the reduced iso‐α‐acids. Previous tentative assignments regarding the cis and trans configurations and the structures of the acyl residues of the reduced iso‐α‐acids were confirmed and extensive NMR assignments were made. A one‐step method was reported for the synthesis of 6‐acetamido‐3‐(N‐(2‐(dimethylamino) ethyl) sulfamoyl) naphthalene‐1‐yl 7‐acetamido‐4‐hydroxynaphthalene‐2‐sulfonate by treating 7‐acetamido‐4‐hydroxy‐2‐naphthalenesulfonyl chloride with equal moles of N, N‐dimethylethylenediamine in acetonitrile in the presence of K2CO3. The chemical structure of the obtained compounds was characterized by MS, FTIR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, gCOSY, TOCSY, gHSQC, and gHMBC. The conformations of cis‐ ( 1 ) and trans‐cyclopentane‐1,3‐diol ( 2 ) have been studied by ab initio (Gaussian 98) and molecular mechanics (PCMODEL) calculations and by NMR spectroscopy. The calculations gave two low‐energy conformations for ( 1 ), 1A and 1B , both with axial hydroxyl groups. Two conformations with equatorial hydroxyl groups ( 1C and 1D ) were found but with much higher energy (ca 4.0 kcal mol?1). Five low‐energy conformers were found for 2 . Four were envelope conformations and one a half‐chair. The complete analysis of the 400 MHz 1H NMR spectra of 1 in a variety of solvents and 2 in chloroform was performed by extensive decoupling experiments, iterative computer analysis and spectral simulation. This gave all the H,H couplings in the molecule, including in 1 a long‐range 4J(H,H) coupling between H‐2cis and H‐4,5cis. The 3J(H,H) couplings were used to determine the conformer populations in these molecules. This was initially achieved using the Haasnoot, de Leeuw and Altona equation. to obtain the conformer couplings. It was found that this equation was not accurate for the C·CH2·CH2·C fragment in these molecules and the following equation was derived for this fragment from five‐ and six‐ membered cyclic compounds in fixed conformations: (1) The conformer populations were obtained by calculating the conformer couplings which were then compared with the observed couplings. Compound 1 in benzene solution is an approximately equal mixture of conformers 1A and 1B with small (<4%) amounts of 1C and 1D . In the polar solvents acetone and acetonitrile the populations of 1A and 1B are again equal, with 20% of 1C and <2% of 1D . In 2 the major conformers are 2B and 2D with small amounts of 2C , 2E and 2A . These novel findings are considered with previous data on cyclopentanol and cis‐ and trans‐cyclopentane‐1,2‐diol and it is shown that the axial hydroxyl substituent at the fold of the envelope appears to be a major factor in determining the conformational energies of these compounds. Two novel oligosaccharides, mono‐ and difructosyllactosucrose {[O‐β‐D ‐fructofuranosyl‐(2 → 1)]n‐β‐D ‐fructofuranosyl‐O‐[β‐D ‐galactopyranosyl‐(1 → 4)]‐α‐D ‐glucopyranoside, n = 1 and 2} were synthesized using 1F‐fructosyltransferase purified form roots of asparagus (Asparagus officinalis L.). Their 1H and 13C NMR spectra were assigned using several NMR techniques. The spectral analysis was started from two anomeric methines of aldose units, galactose and glucose, since they showed separate characteristic signals in their 1H and 13C NMR spectra. After assignments of all the 1H and 13C signals of two units of aldose, they were discriminated as galactose and glucose using proton–proton coupling constants. The HMBC spectrum revealed the galactose residue attached to C‐4 of glucose, fructose residue attached to the C‐1 of glucose, and further fructosyl fructose linkage extended from the glucosyl fructose residues. 4‐Methyl‐6,8‐dihydroxy‐7H‐benz[de]anthracen‐7‐one was isolated from the sap of Aloe by column chromatography. Its 1H and 13C NMR spectra were completely assigned by utilizing two‐dimensional 1H‐detected heteronuclear one‐bond (HMQC) and multiple‐bond (HMBC) chemical shift correlation experiments together with 1H–1H COSY and DEPT techniques. These techniques were also valuable in assigning the protons and carbons of those benzanthrone compounds which were previously incompletely reported because of the overlap of proton signals. In the 1H and 13C NMR spectra of 1‐(2‐selenophenyl)‐1‐alkanone oximes, the 1H, the 13C‐3 and 13C‐5 signals of the selenophene ring are shifted by 0.1–0.4, 2.5–3.0 and 5.5–6.0 ppm, respectively, to higher frequencies, whereas those of the 13C‐1, 13C‐2 and 13C‐4 carbons are shifted by 4–5, ~11 and ~1.7 ppm to lower frequencies on going from the E to Z isomer. The 15N chemical shift of the oximic nitrogen is larger by 13–16 ppm in the E isomer relative to the Z isomer. An extraordinarily large difference (above 90 ppm) between the 77Se resonance positions is revealed in the studied oxime isomers, the 77Se peak being shifted to higher frequencies in the Z isomer. The trends in the changes of the measured chemical shifts are well reproduced by the GIAO calculations of the 1H, 13C, 15N and 77Se shielding constants in the energy‐favorable conformation with the syn orientation of the? 1H, 13C and 15N NMR studies of gold(III), palladium(II) and platinum(II) chloride complexes with picolines, [Au(PIC)Cl3], trans‐[Pd(PIC)2Cl2], trans/cis‐[Pt(PIC)2Cl2] and [Pt(PIC)4]Cl2, were performed. After complexation, the 1H and 13C signals were shifted to higher frequency, whereas the 15N ones to lower (by ca 80–110 ppm), with respect to the free ligands. The 15N shielding phenomenon was enhanced in the series [Au(PIC)Cl3] < trans‐[Pd(PIC)2Cl2] < cis‐[Pt(PIC)2Cl2] < trans‐[Pt(PIC)2Cl2]; it increased following the Pd(II) → Pt(II) replacement, but decreased upon the transcis‐transition. Experimental 1H, 13C and 15N NMR chemical shifts were compared to those quantum‐chemically calculated by B3LYP/LanL2DZ + 6‐31G**//B3LYP/LanL2DZ + 6‐31G*.
