A new, two step synthesis of a pyrano[2,3-b]pyridine derivative 5 is described. Dehydro-acetic acid and N,N-dimethylformamide dimethylacetal was condensed to form 2 . Compound 2 was converted into 5 by reaction with hydroxylamine which opens the lactone ring.  相似文献

It is shown that 2-methyl-3-carbethoxy-4H,8H,5,6-dihydrothieno[2,3-d]thia[1]pyrano [4,3-b]pyrrole and 8-methyl-9-carbethoxy-10H,5,6-dihydrothieno[2,3-d]thia[1]chromeno[4,3-b]pyrrole and their S,S-dioxides, respectively, are obtained in the reaction of 2-methyl-3-carbethoxy-4-thienylhydrazine with tetrahydro-4-thiopyrone, tetrahydro-4-thiopyrone S, S-dioxide, 4-thiochromanone, and 4-thiochromanone S,S-dioxide in the presence of an acid catalyst.Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 2, pp. 195–196, February, 1979.  相似文献

The readily available methylated pyrano[3,4-b]indol-3-ones 1a and 1b were hydrolyzed to furnish the 2-acetylindol-3-alkanoic acids 2 and 4 . Compound 2 was easily transformed selectively to 2-acetyl-3-methylindole ( 3 , salvadoricine). Substrate 1b reacts with molecular oxygen from the air only in the presence of a catalyst to give 2,3-diacetylindole ( 5 ) while 1a reacts with nitrosobenzene via a proposed Diels-Alder step to yield 2-acetylindole-3-carbaldehyde ( 6 ). The latter product can also be obtained in low yield from the reaction of 1a with molecular oxygen from the air.  相似文献

Reaction of (N-alkyl-N-phenyl)ethoxycarbonylacetamides with β-naphthol in the presence of phosphorus oxychloride afforded 1-oxo-3-(N-alkyl-N-phenyl)amino-1H-naphtho[2,1-b]pyrans. These compounds underwent reaction with N,N-dimethylformamide-phosphorus oxychloride at 95° yielding a mixture of 14H-naphtho[1′,2′:5,6]pyrano[2,3-b]quinoline derivatives and 1-oxo-2-formyl-3-(N-alkyl-N-phenyl)amino-9-oxy-1H-phenalene. When the same reaction was performed at 140°, only 14-oxo-14H-naphtho[1′,2′:5,6]pyrano[2,3-b]quinoline was obtained in a very good yield. The structures of such compounds were demonstrated by spectral data and by chemical transformations. On the other hand, the expected formylation in the 2 position was achieved when 1-oxo-3-(N-alkyl-N-benzyl)amino-1H-naphtho[2,1-b]pyrans reacted with N,N-dimethylformamide-phosphorus oxychloride.  相似文献
