A computer-assisted method is presented for optimization of mobile phase composition in reverse-phase and normal-phase HPLC. The method is based on window diagrams, but only three preliminary tests are required. The method is successfully applied to two examples and there is good agreement between predicted and experimental results. Optimal values for ion concentration and pH in ion chromatography from a published optimization method are compared to values calculated using the computer-assisted method presented in this paper. The same results are obtained, but the method presented here is simpler and faster than previously published one.  相似文献

A titrimetric method for the evaluation of some tranquillizers and antidepressants is proposed. The method is based on the oxidation of these drugs by iodine monochloride, in strong acid medium, the iodine liberated being titrated with potassium iodate by the Andrews method. The proposed method is applied successfully for the determination of 9 phenothiazines, 1 thioxanthene, 2 acid hydrazides and 1 dibenzazepine containing a double bond (Opipramol). Tablets, solutions for injection, and drops are also determined by the proposed method. The mechanism of oxidation for each species is suggested and the results obtained agree with these suggestions. Some official and non-official methods for the evaluation of the drugs have been compared with the iodine monochloride method, which is found to be superior in specificity, sensitivity and speed.  相似文献

An IPS/Tree method which is a combination of the isotropic periodic sum (IPS) method and tree-based method was developed for large-scale molecular dynamics simulations, such as biological and polymer systems, that need hundreds of thousands of molecules. The tree-based method uses a hierarchical tree structure to reduce the calculation cost of long-range interactions. IPS/Tree is an efficient method like IPS/DFFT, which is a combination of the IPS method and FFT in calculating large-scale systems that require massively parallel computers. The IPS method has two different versions: IPSn and IPSp. The basic idea is the same expect for the fact that the IPSn method is applied to calculations for point charges, while the IPSp method is used to calculate polar molecules. The concept of the IPS/Tree method is available for both IPSn and IPSp as IPSn/Tree and IPSp/Tree. Even though the accuracy of the Coulomb forces with tree-based method is well known, the accuracy for the combination of the IPS and tree-based methods is unclear. Therefore, in order to evaluate the accuracy of the IPS/Tree method, we performed molecular dynamics simulations for 32,000 bulk water molecules, which contains around 10(5) point charges. IPSn/Tree and IPSp/Tree were both applied to study the interaction calculations of Coulombic forces. The accuracy of the Coulombic forces and other physical properties of bulk water systems were evaluated. The IPSp/Tree method not only has reasonably small error in estimating Coulombic forces but the error was almost the same as the theoretical error of the ordinary tree-based method. These facts show that the algorithm of the tree-based method can be successfully applied to the IPSp method. On the other hand, the IPSn/Tree has a relatively large error, which seems to have been derived from the interaction treatment of the original IPSn method. The self-diffusion and radial distribution functions of water were calculated each by both the IPSn/Tree and IPSp/Tree methods, where both methods showed reasonable agreement with the Ewald method. In conclusion, the IPSp/Tree method is a potentially fast and sufficiently accurate technique for predicting transport coefficients and liquid structures of water in a homogeneous system.  相似文献

提出了一种基于双波长光谱法(以500 nm吸光度为基准并结合414 nm处的吸光度)快速测定化妆品中甲醛含量的方法。结果表明:采用单波长的计算方法(不考虑基线漂移)产生的误差时,平行试验结果之间的相对标准偏差(RSD)可达11.5%,而该方法的RSD最大仅为0.46%。同时该方法能够有效地校正扣除萃取液颜色和基线漂移的影响,且定量下限为7.4 mg/kg。该方法具有分析时间短、操作便捷、灵敏度高、结果准确的优点,适用于化妆品中甲醛的检测。  相似文献

A method for the quantitative analysis of tricyclic antidepressants in the serum of psychiatric patients is described. The method can be used for determining amitriptyline, nortriptyline, imipramine, demethyllimipramine, clomipramine, demethylclomipramine, trimipramine and protriptyline. The method consists in a series of extraction steps followed by gas chromatography with flame-ionization detector. The drugs are determined in their native state. A previously established mobile phase composition for a high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)-electrochemical detection (ED) method for the determination of Brazilein is further examined by HPLC-UV. Each component in the mobile phase is evaluated by the HPLC-UV system, and a convenient HPLC-UV method for the determination of Brazilein is developed. The mobile phase of this HPLC-UV method consists of sodium dihydrogen phosphate (NaH(2)PO(4)). The detection limit of Brazilein (signal-to-noise = 3) is 1 ng, and the calibration graph of Brazilein ranges from 1-120 ng per 20-microL injection. The validity of the proposed HPLC-UV method is demonstrated by the analysis of Brazilein in real plant samples. The differences between the HPLC-ED method and the proposed HPLC-UV method are given.  相似文献

Hydrogen stable isotope analysis has been a valuable tool in the fields of geochemistry and ecological research as well as many other research fields. The methods are mainly divided into the dual‐inlet method (off‐line method) and continuous flow method. The dual‐inlet method is complicated and inefficient, but it is still important because of its high precision and wide application range. Although the continuous flow method improves the experimental efficiency, the memory effect is noticeable and the accuracy is reduced. An improved sealed quartz‐tube method is proposed in this paper. The sample is sealed in a capillary tube and placed in a quartz tube containing chromium powder. It is then packaged, evacuated, reacted at a high temperature, and analyzed for hydrogen isotope ratio. Excellent data accuracy, good reproducibility (<1‰), and no memory effect occurred in the method. The process is relatively simple, and the experimental efficiency is greatly improved, which provides an effective method for the analysis of hydrogen isotopes in complex liquid samples.  相似文献

本文通过分析独立组元的本质,提出了一个按独立组元来计算复杂化学平衡的方法。这个方法中的未知数和方程数比现有的自由能最小化法、质量作用方程组的方法和反应进度的方法中的未知数和方程数显著减少,因而计算过程大为简化。例如,对于计算一个由3个元素10个组元组成的复杂化学平衡体系来说,若采用其它方法须用电子计算机,而采用独立组元法仅须使用袖珍可编程序计算器即可完成。本文叙述了独立组元法的基本原理和具体方法,并根据理论分析和计算实践,将独立组元法与其它方法的优劣作了对比。  相似文献

A method for determining crude fat in animal feed, cereal grain, and forage (plant tissue) was collaboratively studied. Crude fat was extracted from the animal feed, cereal grain, or forage material with diethyl ether by the Randall method, also called the Soxtec method or the submersion method. The proposed submersion method considerably decreases the extraction time required to complete a batch of samples. The increase in throughput is very desirable in the quest for faster turnaround times and the greater efficiency in the use of labor. In addition, this method provides for reclamation of the solvent as a step of the method. The submersion method for fat extraction was previously studied for meat and meat products and was accepted as AOAC Official Method 991.36. Fourteen blind samples were sent to 12 collaborators in the United States, Sweden, Canada, and Germany. The within-laboratory relative standard deviation (repeatability) ranged from 1.09 to 9.26% for crude fat. Among-laboratory (including within) relative standard deviation (reproducibility) ranged from 1.0 to 21.0%. The method is recommended for Official First Action.  相似文献

Recently a method using solid state track detectors for the energy determination of alpha-particles has been developed in the Central Institute for Nuclear Research at Rossendorf. The method shows a good accuracy and has an energy resolution which is sufficient for the application in several disciplines. The method is based on a determination of the particle ranges in the detector material. The particle energy can be calculated by the known energy—range relationship. In the energy range from 3 to 6 MeV, which is the energy region of the most alpha-emitters, the energy resolution is 50 keV. The accuracy under optimum conditions is about ±50 keV. The efficiency of the method depends on the particle energy and the energy resolution desired. The method can be used for the energy determination of alpha-particles above 2.7 MeV.  相似文献

A simple, accurate and reliable titrimetric method is described for the determination of thiophanate-methyl, an important commercial fungicide. The method is based on its direct titration at room temperature with ammonium hexanitratocerate(IV) in sulphuric acid medium in the presence of potassium iodate as catalyst. The method permits detection of the end-point visually, potentiometrically or spectrophotometrically. The proposed method for the PSA determination of Pb, Zn, and Cu in the samples of soil air for atmogeochemical prospecting of ore deposits was found to be very useful. In comparison with the AAS method the PSA method consumed more time but the sensitivity of determination is higher, especially for Pb. Results of isotopic-carrier content determinations in radioactive preparations of high specific activity are presented. The method of radiometric titration in combination with paper electrophoresis is used. The optimal conditions for the estimation of some rare earth isotopes and65Zn have been determined. The method is suitable for cheking the chemical purity of radioactive preparations: it is sufficiently rapid and sensitive, and only a sample of a few microlitres is needed for the analysis. This simple and rapid method makes possible the instant routine control of preparations produced or used in the radiochemical laboratory. The method is suitable for the determination of elements forming stable, negatively charged complexes with EDTA.  相似文献

In this paper, steady-state luminescence spectroscopy is used for the analysis of curing of epoxy resin. The advantage of this method is its rapidity, simplicity and sensitivity. Moreover, this method is contactless, and thus non-invasive. The aim is to analyze epoxy resin, mathematically describe its curing kinetics and determine its storage temperature. Using the photoluminescence method, a rapid procedure for obtaining the necessary technological data is achieved. This method is suitable for continuous measurement in production because there is no contact with the material, and the measurement itself can be performed very quickly. The elaborated mathematical model can serve as a basis for creating algorithms for automated data processing in case of fully robotic workplaces.  相似文献

A novel method for the synthesis of cyclic hydrazine derivatives is reported. The new method for the generation of nitrogen-containing heterocycles is based on a polyanion strategy. The described method provides a convenient access to cyclic hydrazine derivatives, which are extensively used in drug industry and agriculture.
