Four 3‐(3‐benzylidene‐2‐phenylcarbazoyl)‐2(3H)‐benzoxazolone derivatives 3 have been synthesized from benzoxazolone derivatives 1 and benzaldehyde N‐chloroformylphenylhydrazone 2. By acid hydrolysis, these compounds yielded 3‐(2‐phenylcarbazoyl)‐2(3H)benzoxazolone derivatives 4 which were not isolated and were transformed via an intramolecular reaction into 4‐(2‐hydroxyphenyl)‐1‐phenyl‐1,2,4‐triazolidine‐3,5‐dione derivatives 5 in a good yield. Attempts to cyclize these compounds by intramolecular elimination of water into tricyclic compounds 6 with various dehydrating agents were unsuccessful.  相似文献

Synthesis, spectral analysis, and antibacterial activity of new coumarin derivatives are described in this paper. Twelve new coumarin derivatives were synthesized in moderate to good yields by the react with 4‐methyl‐6‐(prop‐2‐ynyloxy)‐2H‐chromen‐2‐one ( 3a – c ) and ethyl azide ( 4a – l ) and done by the click reaction to obtained 6‐[(l‐ethyl‐lH‐l,2,3‐triazol‐4‐yl)methoxy]‐4‐methyl‐2H‐chromen‐2‐ones ( 5a – l ). The structures of all the newly synthesized molecules were assigned by elemental analysis and spectral data. The synthesized compounds were screened for their antibacterial activities strains using Cup plate method.  相似文献

Several new heterocyclic compounds such as 7‐substituted pyrazolo[1,5‐a ]pyrimidine ( 5a–e ) derivatives have been synthesized by the reactions of the versatile unreported sodium 3‐(4‐methyl‐2‐(4‐methylphenylsulfonamido)thiazol‐5‐yl)‐3‐oxoprop‐1‐en‐1‐olate (2) with amino heterocyclic ( 3a–e ) derivatives. Reaction of (2) with hydrazonyl halide ( 7a–d ) and hydroximoyl chloride ( 11a,b ) derivatives followed by reaction with hydrazine hydrate afforded pyrazolo[3,4‐d ]pyridazine and isoxazolo[3,4‐d ]pyridazine derivatives, respectively incorporating a thiazole moiety have been described. All newly synthesized compounds were elucidated by considering the data of both elemental and spectral analysis.  相似文献

Sixteen Schiff bases of quinazolin‐4‐one‐linked 1,3,4‐oxadiazoles were synthesized by reaction with different aromatic aldehydes. Purity of newly synthesized derivatives was confirmed through thin‐layer chromatography, combustion analysis, and melting point. The structure of the derivatives was confirmed by determining infrared spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance, and mass spectroscopy. All the synthesized derivatives were evaluated for their analgesic and anti‐inflammatory activities in mice and rats, respectively. In animal studies, the derivative (E )‐3‐(5‐(4‐(4‐methoxybenzylideneamino)phenyl)‐1,3,4‐oxadiazol‐2‐yl)‐2‐phenylquinazolin‐4(3H )‐one showed more potent analgesic activity and the derivative (Z )‐3‐(5‐(2‐(2‐hydroxybenzylideneamino)phenyl)‐1,3,4‐oxadiazol‐2‐yl)‐2‐phenylquinazolin‐4(3H )‐one showed more potent anti‐inflammatory activity as compared with other derivatives. The results of the present study indicate that reactions of 3‐(5‐(4‐aminophenyl)‐1,3,4‐oxadiazol‐2‐yl)‐2‐phenylquinazolin‐4(3H )‐one and 3‐(5‐(2‐aminophenyl)‐1,3,4‐oxadiazol‐2‐yl)‐2‐phenylquinazolin‐4(3H )‐one with different aromatic aldehydes produce Schiff bases of quinazolin‐4‐one‐linked 1,3,4‐oxadiazoles with potent analgesic and anti‐inflammatory activities.  相似文献

A series of 3‐(4‐phenylisothiazol‐5‐yl)‐2H‐chromen‐2‐one ( 6a – l ) derivatives has been efficiently synthesized by straightforward sequential reactions. Tandem Vilsmeier Hack reaction/cyclization/bromination/Suzuki cross‐coupling reactions were successfully applied to the preparation of title compounds in good‐to‐high yields. In the synthetic sequences, 3‐chloro‐3‐(2‐oxo‐2H‐chromen‐3‐yl)acrylaldehydes ( 2 ) were found to react with ammonium thiocyanate to yield the corresponding 3‐(isothiazol‐5‐yl)‐2H‐chromen‐2‐ones ( 3 ). These derivatives were brominated with N‐bromo succinamide to yield the corresponding regioselective 3‐(4‐bromoisothiazol‐5‐yl)‐2H‐chromen‐2‐one ( 4 ). Finally, compound 4 was treated with various phenyl/pyrazole/7H –pyrrolo[2,3‐d]pyrimidinyl boronic acids 5a – l in the presence of K2CO3 and Pd catalyst in dimethylformamide to yield the corresponding title derivatives 6a – l . All the synthesized compounds were characterized by analytical and spectral studies. All the final compounds were screened against different cancer cell lines (A549, PC3, SKOV3, and B16F10), and among these compounds, 6b , 6g , 6h , and 6l displayed moderate cytotoxic activity against the tested cell lines.  相似文献

The 2‐arylidene‐3‐oxobutanenitrile derivatives 2 were prepared by the Knoevenagel condensation between aldehydes and 3‐oxobutanenitrile 1 , which was obtained by acid hydrolysis of β‐aminocrotononitrile. 3‐Acetyl‐2‐amino‐4H‐chromen‐5(6H)‐one derivatives 3 were synthesized by reaction of 2‐arylidene‐3‐oxobutanenitrile 2 and 5‐substituted‐1,3‐cyclohexanedione in ethylene glycol. The 11‐methyl‐3,8‐disubstituted‐12‐aryl‐3,4,7,8,9,12‐hexahydro‐1H‐chromeno[2,3‐b]quinoline‐1,10(2H)‐dione derivatives 4 were obtained by Friedländer reaction of compounds 3 with 5‐substituted‐1,3‐cyclohexanedione, using p‐toluenesulfonic acid monohydrate as catalyst. The structures of all novel compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, MS, and 1H NMR spectra. The crystal and molecular structure of compound 4f has been determined by single crystal XRD analysis.  相似文献

2‐(2‐Oxindolin‐3‐ylidene)malononitrile ( 1a ) or (E,Z)‐ethyl 2‐cyano‐2‐(2‐oxindolin‐3‐ylidene)acetate ( 1b ) or isatin‐β‐thiosemicarbazone ( 1c ) undergoes reactions with prototype hydrazine hydrate itself and some of its simple congeners to give hydrazone derivatives bearing indoline‐2‐one moiety ( 2 ). The hydrazone derivatives ( 2 ) when heated with acetyl acetone or ethyl acetoacetate in dry pyridine afforded the spiro indoline derivatives ( 3a , 3b ). Also, cinnoline derivative ( 9 ) is obtained by action of hydrazine hydrate on the N‐acetyl derivative of ( 6a ). The structures of the newly synthesized compounds were evaluated by IR, 1H‐NMR spectroscopy, mass spectra and elemental analyses.  相似文献

A series of 2‐phenyl‐2,3‐dihydrochromon‐4‐one derivatives (flavanone derivatives) were synthesized by silica gel assisted isomerization of several α‐methyl‐2′‐hydroxy chalcones in 74%–88% yield. These flavanones were further oxidized to 3‐methyl flavones by using iodine in dimethyl sulphoxide at 60°C in presence of acid. The newly synthesized derivatives were evaluated for in vitro study against Staphylococcus aureus, Micrococcus luteus and Staphylococcus epidermis.  相似文献

Pyrano[3,2‐b]indole derivatives 2 – 6 were synthesized in good yields from 1‐acetyl‐2‐benzylidene‐2,3‐dihydro‐1H‐indol‐3‐ones 8 and 13 – 15 by an intramolecular hetero‐Diels? Alder reaction. The structures of compounds 2a, 3a, 4, 5 , and 6 were unambiguously established by X‐ray analysis. Compounds 4 and 5 were further aromatized to the corresponding derivatives 16 and 17 , respectively.  相似文献

New fluorescent compounds, 2‐substituted indeno[1,2‐d]pyrimidin‐5‐ones ( 3a , 3b , 3c , 3d ) were synthesized in good yield by the reaction of 2‐[bis(methylsulfanyl)methylene]indan‐1,3‐dione ( 1 ) with the respective amidine derivatives [guanidine carbonate ( 2a ), acetamidine hydrochloride ( 2b ), S‐methylisothiourea sulfate ( 2c ), and S‐benzylisothiourea sulfate ( 2d )]. 4‐Substituted amino‐2‐aminoindeno[1,2‐d]pyrimidin‐5‐ones ( 7b , 7c , 7d ) were synthesized by a one‐pot reaction of 1 , 2a and the respective amine compounds ( 4b , 4c , 4d ) in pyridine. These fused pyrimidine derivatives showed fluorescence in the solid state.  相似文献

A series of (Z)‐methyl‐2‐[(Z)‐3‐substituted‐4‐oxo‐2‐(2‐picolinoyl‐/thiophene‐2‐carbonyl)‐hydrazonothiazolidin‐5‐ylidene]acetates were synthesized by condensation N‐substituted‐(2‐picolinoyl‐, thiophene‐2‐carbonyl)hydrazinecarbothioamides with dimethylacetylenedicarboxylate. A series of novel isoxazole, dihydropyrazolone, and tetrahydropyridine derivatives were synthesized by the reaction of corresponding ethyl 1‐substituted aryl‐2‐methyl‐4‐oxo‐1,4,5,6‐tetrahydropyridine‐3‐carboxylates with different hydrazines and hydroxylamine. Reaction of tetrahydropyridone with N ,N‐dimethylformamide dimethyl acetal provided 1‐(5‐chloro‐2‐methylphenyl)‐2‐[2‐(dimethylamino)ethenyl]‐4‐oxo‐1,4,5,6‐tetrahydropyridine‐3‐carboxylate, which was cyclized into a bicyclic compound on treatment with ammonium acetate. The structures of all synthesized compounds were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, and 13C NMR spectroscopy data. The structure of 5‐(5‐chloro‐2‐methylphenyl)‐4‐methyl‐2‐phenyl‐2,5,6,7‐tetrahydro‐3H‐pyrazolo[4,3‐c]pyridin‐3‐one was unambiguously assigned by means of X‐ray analysis data.  相似文献

A series of 6′‐chloro‐1′,1′‐dioxo‐2′H‐spiro[benzo[d][1,3,7]oxadiazocine‐4,3′‐(1,4,2‐benzodithiazine)]‐2,6(1H,5H)‐dione derivatives 2a , 2b and 3a , 3b have been synthesized starting from 3‐aminobenzodithiazines 1a , 1b and isatoic anhydride. Subsequent reactions of 2a with 3‐chlorophenyl isocyanate gave condensation products 4 and 5 . Compound 2a was also converted into 3‐(2‐aminobenzamido)‐6‐chloro‐7‐methyl‐1,1‐dioxo‐1,4,2‐benzodithiazine derivatives 6 , 7 , 8 , 9 , 10 . The mechanisms of the reactions are discussed.  相似文献

Lactone analogues of 3‐substituted oxindoles (=1,3‐dihydro‐2H‐indol‐2‐ones) and nonbenzoid oxa‐analogous isoindigoid or nonbenzoid isoindigoid dyes were prepared by the reactions of furan‐2,3‐diones with oxindole and Lawesson reagent (Schemes 1 and 3), respectively. So, new derivatives of 2‐oxobutanoic acid, bis‐furanone, and bis‐pyrrolone, which are potentially biologically active compounds, were synthesized for the first time.  相似文献

Some inimitable and therapeutic coumarin‐substituted fused[1,2,4]triazolo‐[3,4‐b][1,3,4]thiadizole derivatives were synthesized by the cyclocondensation reaction of 2‐oxo‐2H‐chromene‐3‐carboxylic acid ( 1 ) and 4‐amino‐5‐hydrazinyl‐4H‐[1,2,4]‐triazole‐3‐thiol ( 2 ) by using phosphorous oxychloride as a cyclizing agent. This cyclized intermediate 3‐(3‐hydrazino‐[1,2,4]triazolo[3,4‐b][1,3,4]thiadiazol‐6‐yl)‐chromen‐2‐one ( 3 ) later condensation with various ethyl 2‐(2‐arylhydrazono)‐3‐oxobutanoates ( 4 ) in NaOAc/MeOH under reflux conditions afforded the corresponding new series of aryl‐substituted hydrazono‐pyrazolyl‐[1,2,4]triazolo[3,4‐b][1,3,4][thiadiazol]‐coumarin derivatives ( 5 ) in good to excellent yields. The structures of newly synthesized compounds were established on the basis of elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR and mass spectroscopic studies.  相似文献

Substituted‐1,2,4‐triazines were conveniently synthesized in one pot by the cyclization of arylnitroformaldehyde hydrazone derivatives 1 and 5 with different primary amines in ~37% formaldehyde solution. The synthesized compounds were arranged into novel mono‐, bis‐, and tris‐nitro‐1,2,4‐triazine derivatives 2 , 3 , 4 , 6 , and 7 . The antibacterial and antifungal activity of the synthesized compounds were screened against bacterial strains Escherichia coli (as Gram − ve) and Staphylococcus aureus (as Gram + ve), and fungal strains Aspergillus flavus and Candida albicans . All the synthesized compounds exhibit various patterns of inhibitory activity on the two pathogenic bacterial strains. However, the same compounds showed no activity against the tested fungal strains.  相似文献

A series of novel racemic 2‐(1,3‐diaryl‐3‐hydroxypropyl)cyclohexan‐1‐ol derivatives were synthesized from 1,5‐diketones. All the synthesized compounds were characterized by spectroscopic methods. The antibacterial activities of obtained chiral 1,5‐diols were investigated against four Gram‐positive and three Gram‐negative bacteria by determining of minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) in vitro. Compounds 3b , 3c , and 3d were found to be active against Enterococcus faecalis and Escherichia coli. In addition, compound 3j were found to be moderately active against all tested bacterial strains.  相似文献

Four distinct sets of functionalized quinolines were synthesized by reacting 2‐chloroquinoline‐3‐carbonitriles with various types of isocyanides under appropriate conditions. The palladium‐catalysed reaction of less hindered aliphatic and aromatic isocyanides with 2‐chloroquinoline‐3‐carbonitriles yielded 2‐alkyl(aryl)‐1‐imino‐1H‐pyrrolo[3,4‐b]quinolin‐3(2H)‐one derivatives; however, the catalysed reaction of more hindered isocyanides such as tert‐butyl isocyanide produced the corresponding 3‐cyanoquinoline‐2‐carboxamides. Interestingly, chloroquinoline‐3‐carbonitriles reacted with ethyl isocyanoacetate in the presence of Cs2CO3 to generate imidazo[1,5‐a]quinoline derivatives; notably, tosylmethyl isocyanide under the same conditions formed unprecedented 2‐tosyl‐3‐cyanoquinolines.  相似文献
