Two novel phosphorus‐containing Mannich‐type bases, [(2‐{[(diethoxy‐phosphoryl)‐phenyl‐methyl]‐amino}‐ ethylamino)‐phenyl‐methyl]‐phosphonic acid diethyl ester (PEDA) and ({2‐[2‐(2‐{[(diethoxy‐phosphoryl)‐phenyl‐methyl]– amino}‐ethylamino)‐ethylamino]‐ethylamino}‐phenyl‐methyl)‐phosphonic acid diethyl ester (PTTA) were prepared and employed as curing agents in an attempt to prepare flame retardant epoxy systems. Through a curing reaction, phosphorus was incorporated in the backbone of the epoxy polymer. The processing characteristic of these systems was studied in terms of gel time at different temperatures. Thermal and flame retardancy properties of the cured epoxy thermosets were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), and flammability test. The degradation activation energy was calculated by Kissinger's model. The results showed that the gel time of the phosphorus‐containing epoxy systems was prolonged; the glass transition temperature (Tg) was increased due to the introduction of phosphorus and the initial degradation activation energy of phosphorus‐containing epoxy systems was lower than phosphorus‐free epoxy systems. High char yield (23–27 wt%) and limiting oxygen index (LOI) values of 28–30 were observed for the phosphorus‐containing epoxy thermosets, indicating their improvement in flame retardancy. The key intermediate 6‐amino‐3‐methyl‐4‐aryl‐1‐(5′‐substituted‐3′‐phenyl‐1H‐indol‐2′‐carbonyl)‐1,4‐dihydropyrano[2,3‐c]pyrazol‐5‐carbonitriles 3a , 3b , 3c , 3d , 3e , 3f , 3g , 3h , 3i , 3j , 3k , 3l , 3m , 3n , 3o were prepared by cyclocondensation of 3‐methyl‐1‐(5′‐substituted‐3′‐phenyl‐1H‐indol‐2′‐carbonyl)‐5‐(4H)‐pyrazolones 1a , 1b , 1c with arylidine derivatives of malononitrile 2a , 2b , 2c , 2d , 2e . The compounds 3a , 3b , 3c , 3d , 3e , 3f , 3g , 3h , 3i , 3j , 3k , 3l , 3m , 3n , 3o were subjected to cyclocondensation reaction with formamide, formic acid, and carbon disulfide to afford the title compounds 4a , 4b , 4c , 4d , 4e , 4f , 4g , 4h , 4i , 4j , 4k , 4l , 4m , 4n , 4o , 5a , 5b , 5c , 5d , 5e , 5f , 5g , 5h , 5i , 5j , 5k , 5l , 5m , 5n , 5o , and 6a , 6b , 6c , 6d , 6e , 6f , 6g , 6h , 6i , 6j , 6k , 6l , 6m , 6n , 6o , respectively. The structures of all these previously unknown compounds were confirmed by their spectral studies and elemental analysis. These compounds were screened for their antimicrobial and antioxidant activities.  相似文献

A series of new 1‐[4‐(2,3,4‐substituted‐phenyl) thiazol‐2‐yl]‐3‐(2,3,4‐substituted‐phenyl)‐1H‐pyrazole‐4‐carbaldehyde ( 4a , 4b , 4c , 4d , 4e , 4f , 4g , 4h , 4i , 4j , 4k , 4l , 4m ), 4‐[4‐(4‐substituted‐phenyl) thiazol‐2‐yl]‐3‐(4‐substituted‐phenyl)‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazole ( 7a , 7b , 7c , 7d , 7e , 7f , 7g , 7h , 7i ), 4‐[4‐(4‐substituted phenyl)thiazol‐2‐yl]‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐3‐amine ( 10a , 10b , 10c , 10d , 10e , 10f , 10g ) have been synthesized by using Vilsmeier Haack formylation and Hantzsch reaction in high yield. All the synthesized compounds were tested qualitative (Zone of inhibition) and quantitative antimicrobial activities (MIC). Most of the synthesized compounds showed potent antimicrobial activity against gram positive and gram negative bacteria as well as fungi species.  相似文献

A variety of pyrano[2,3‐d]pyrimidine‐5‐one derivatives 5 , 5a , 5b , 5c , 5d , 5e , 5f , 5g , 5h , 5i , 5j , 6 , 6a , 6b , 6c , 6d , 6e , 6f , 6g , 6h , 6i , 6j have been synthesized from 6‐amino‐4‐(substituted phenyl)‐5‐cyano‐3‐methyl‐1‐phenyl‐1,4‐dihydropyrano[2,3‐c]pyrazole derivatives 4a , 4b , 4c , 4d , 4e , 4f , 4g , 4h , 4i , 4j via cyclization using formic acid and acetic acid. All the newly synthesized compounds have been characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and elemental analysis. A novel series of coumarin substituted triazolo‐thiadiazine derivatives were designed and synthesized by using 5‐methyl isoxazole‐3‐carboxylic acid ( 1 ), thiocarbohydrazide ( 2 ), and various substituted 3‐(2‐bromo acetyl) coumarins ( 4a , 4b , 4c , 4e , 4d , 4f , 4g , 4h , 4i , 4j ). Fusion of 5‐methyl isoxazole‐3‐carboxylic acid with thiocarbohydrazide resulted in the formation of the intermediate 4‐amino‐5‐(5‐methylisoxazol‐3‐yl)‐4H‐1,2,4‐triazole‐3‐thiol ( 3 ). This intermediate on further reaction with substituted 3‐(2‐bromo acetyl) coumarins under simple reaction conditions formed the title products 3‐(3‐(5‐methylisoxazol‐3‐yl)‐7H‐[1,2,4]triazolo[3,4‐b][1,3,4]thiadiazin‐6‐yl‐2H‐chromen‐2‐ones ( 5a , 5b , 5c , 5d , 5e , 5f , 5g , 5h , 5i , 5j ) in good to excellent yields. All the synthesized compounds were well characterized by physical, analytical, and spectroscopic techniques.  相似文献

In this study, 10 different substituted aromatic bis‐benzaldehydes were synthesized by treating hydroxy benzaldehydes with various dihaloalkanes. Bis aldehydes 5a , 5b , 5c , 5d , 5e , 5f , 5g , 5h , 5i , 5j were treated with 2‐(5‐phenyl‐1H‐tetrazole‐1‐yl)acetohydrazide ( 3 ) in acidic medium and in the presence of ammonium acetate to yield a series of new isomeric bis(2‐(5‐((5‐phenyl‐1H‐tetrazol‐1‐yl)methyl)‐4H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐3‐yl)phenoxy)alkanes ( 6a , 6b , 6c , 6d , 6e , 6f , 6g , 6h , 6i , 6j ) in excellent to good yield. The newly synthesized compounds were characterized by the available spectroscopic analysis.  相似文献

Facile synthesis of N‐(methyl and phenyl)‐Δ4‐isoxazolines via the reaction of (Z)‐N‐(methyl and phenyl)‐C‐arylnitrones with dimethyl acethylenedicarboxylate, DMAD, in ionic liquid is described. (Z)‐N‐methyl‐C‐arylnitrones afforded the high yield of N‐methyl‐Δ4‐isoxazolines 4a , 4b , 4c , 4d , 4e in ionic liquid, [bmim]BF4, at room temperature. However, the reaction of (Z)‐N‐phenyl‐C‐arylnitrones with DMAD afforded the mixtures of cis and trans isomers of related N‐phenyl‐Δ4‐isoxazolines ( 5a , 5b , 5c , 5d , 5e , 5f , 5g , 5h , 5i , 5j , 6a , 6b , 6c , 6d , 6e , 6f , 6g , 6h , 6i , 6j ) under these conditions. Reaction of 4‐phenyl‐4H‐1,2,4‐triazole‐3‐thione with ethyl bromoacetate has led to the formation of ethyl [(4‐phenyl‐4H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐3‐yl)sulfanyl]acetate 1 , the structure of which was confirmed by X‐ray analysis. In the next reaction with 80% hydrazide hydrate, appropriate hydrazide 2 was obtained, which in reaction with isothiocyanates was converted to new acyl derivatives of thiosemicarbazides 2 , 3 , 3a , 3b , 3c , 3d , 3e , 3f , 3g , 3h . The cyclization of these compounds in alkaline media has led to formation of new derivatives of 5‐{[(4‐phenyl‐4H‐1,2,4‐triazole‐3‐yl)sulfanyl]methyl}‐4H‐1,2,4‐triazole‐3(2H)‐thiones 4a , 4b , 4c , 4d , 4e , 4f , 4g , 4j . The structure of the compounds was confirmed by elementary analysis and IR, 1H‐NMR, 13C‐NMR, and MS spectra. Compounds 2 , 3 , 3a , 3b , 3c , 3d , 3e , 3f , 3g , 3h and 4a , 4b , 4c , 4d , 4e , 4f , 4g were screened for their antimicrobial activities, and the influence of the compounds 4a , 4b , and 4e , 4f , 4g on the central nervous system of mice in behavioral tests was examined. Coumarins are the important class of naturally occurring heterocyclic compounds. Activities like antioxidant, antibacterial, anti‐inflammatory, and anticancer have been reported for coumarin derivatives. Present work details the synthesis of substituted coumarin‐4‐pyrrolones as well as coumarin‐4‐acetyl amino acids and their DHODH inhibitory activity, which is a dual target for malaria and cancer. Coumarin‐4‐acetic acids ( 2a – c ) were coupled with different methyl esters of α‐amino acids ( 3 ) giving rise to corresponding coumarin‐4‐acetyl amino acid methyl esters ( 4a – o ), which on hydrolysis under basic condition underwent cyclization forming substituted dihydropyrrole‐2‐ones ( 5a – i ), dihydroindolizine‐3‐ones ( 5j – l ), and dihydropyrrolizin‐3‐one ( 5m – o ). Acidic hydrolysis of the compounds ( 4a – o ) yielded corresponding coumarin‐4‐acetyl amino acids ( 6a – f ). The docking study was performed with the protein 4IGH (obtained from PDB) using Surflex–Dock module. The newly synthesized compounds were tested for DHODH inhibitory activity using Brequinar as the standard. Compound 6b showed remarkable inhibition compared with the standard, and the other compounds with terminal COOH showed moderate inhibition.  相似文献

A series of 6‐substituted‐2‐(4‐methyl‐2‐substituted phenylthiazol‐5‐yl)H‐imidazo[1,2‐a]pyridine derivatives 4a , 4b , 4c , 4d , 4e , 4f , 4g , 4h , 4i , 4j , 4k , 4l is described. The antitubercular activity of the synthesized compounds was determined against Mycobacterium smegmatis MC2 155 strain. From the activity result, it was found that the phenyl or 4‐fluorophenyl group at 2 position of thiazole nucleus and bromo substituent at 6 position of imidazo[1,2‐a]pyridine showed good antitubercular activity.  相似文献

A simple, practical, and efficient approach to new series of imidazole containing bisazetidinones ( 7a , 7b , 7c , 7d , 7e , 7f , 7g , 7h , 7i , 7j and 9a , 9b , 9c , 9d , 9e , 9f , 9g , 9h , 9i , 9j ) was prepared by Staudinger [2 + 2] cycloaddition reaction, and bisthiazolidinones ( 8a , 8b , 8c , 8d , 8e , 8f , 8g , 8h , 8i , 8j and 10a , 10b , 10c , 10d , 10e , 10f , 10g , 10h , 10i , 10j ) were obtained by cyclization of bisimines with thioglycolic acid. The bisimines ( 5a , 5b , 5c , 5d , 5e , 5f , 5g , 5h , 5i , 5j and 6a , 6b , 6c , 6d , 6e , 6f , 6g , 6h , 6i , 6j ) were synthesized by the condensation of 3‐(1‐(3‐aminobenzyl)‐4, 5‐dihydro‐1H‐imidazol‐2‐yl) aniline ( 3 , 4 ) with a series of different substituted aromatic aldehydes. All the newly synthesized target compounds were evaluated for their in vitro antimicrobial activity against two Gram‐positive bacteria and two Gram‐negative bacteria. Additionally, these synthesized compounds were tested for their antifungal activities. Few compounds showed very good antibacterial and antifungal activity.  相似文献

A series of 1‐[(4‐hydroxy‐2‐oxo‐1‐phenyl‐1,2‐dihydroquinolin‐3‐yl)carbonyl]‐4‐(substituted) piperazines 3a–c and methyl 2‐[(4‐hydroxy‐2‐oxo‐1‐phenyl‐1,2‐dihydroquinolin‐3‐yl)carbonylamino] alkanoates 5a–d has been developed by the direct condensation of ethyl [4‐hydroxy‐2‐oxo‐1‐phenyl‐1,2‐dihydro‐3‐quinoline] carboxylate 2 with N 1‐monosubstituted piperazine hydrochlorides or amino acid ester hydrochloride in the presence of triethyl amine. The quinolone amino acid esters 5a–d were the key intermediate for the preparation of a series of 1‐[2‐((4‐hydroxy‐2‐oxo‐1‐phenyl‐1,2‐dihydroquinolin‐3‐yl)carbonylamino)alkylcarbony]‐4‐substituted piperazine derivatives 8–11 (a‐d) via azide coupling method with amino acid ester hydrochloride.  相似文献

A copper iodide‐promoted cyclization for the synthesis of isoxazolyl imidazo[1,2‐a] pyridines 3a , 3b , 3c , 3d , 3e , 3f , 3g , 3h , 3i , 3j in a one‐pot procedure has been investigated by interaction of 2‐aminopyridines 1a , 1b , 1c , 1d , 1e with nitrostyrylisoxazoles 2a , 2b , 2c , 2d , 2e , 2f under aerial oxidation condition. Similarly, the one‐pot reaction of 2‐amino pyridines 1a , 1b , 1c , 1d , 1e with 4‐bromonitrostyrylisoxazole 2d in the presence of copper iodide under aerial oxidation condition, followed by reaction with phenyl acetylenes in situ afforded highly functionalized imidazo[1,2‐a]pyridines 10a , 10b , 10c , 10d , 10e , 10f , 10g , 10h , 10i , 10j by the Sonogashira coupling.  相似文献

Synthesis of novel 2‐3‐methyl‐5‐[(E)‐2‐aryl‐1‐ethenyl]‐4‐isoxazolyl‐4,10a‐diaryl‐1,10a‐dihydro‐2H‐benzo[d]pyrazino[2,1‐b][1,3]oxazoles 5 were simply achieved by the reaction of 2‐[3‐methyl‐5‐[(E)‐2‐aryl‐1‐ethenyl]‐4‐isoxazolyl(2‐oxo‐2‐arylethyl)amino]‐1‐aryl‐1‐ethanones 3 with o‐aminophenol 4 in the presence of CAN catalyst. The intermediates, 2‐[3‐methyl‐5‐[(E)‐2‐aryl‐1‐ethenyl]‐4‐isoxazolyl(2‐oxo‐2‐arylethyl)amino]‐1‐aryl‐1‐ethanones 3 , were prepared by the reaction of 4‐amino‐3‐methyl‐5‐styrylisoxazole 1 , with phenacylbromides 2 in ethanol in the presence of K2CO3. The structures of the newly synthesized compounds 3a , 3b , 3c , 3d , 3e , 3f , 3g , 3h , 3i , 3j , 3k , 3l and 5a , 5b , 5c , 5d , 5e , 5f , 5g , 5h , 5i , 5j , 5k , 5l have been confirmed by analytical and spectral data.  相似文献

Several new pyridine derivatives were prepared via reaction of enaminoketones 1a , 1b , 1c , 1d with active hydrogen reagents. Reaction of the enaminoketones 1a , 1b , 1c with 4‐acetyl‐1,5‐dimethyl‐2‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐3(2H)‐one 2a yielded the pyridines 3a , 3b , 3c . Condensation of the enaminonitrile 1d with compounds 2b , 2c , 2d and compound 8 gave the pyridine derivatives 6a , 6b , 6c and 10 respectively. Also, (3‐(dimethylamino)acryloyl)‐2H‐chromen‐2‐one 1a reacted with active methylenes in diethyl 3‐oxopentanedioate 12 and 4‐methyl‐6‐oxo‐2‐thioxo‐1,2,5,6‐tetrahydropyridine‐3‐carbonitrile 15 to afford the pyridine derivatives 14 and 16 respectively.  相似文献

The direct enzymatic synthesis of a cyclic trimethylene carbonate (1,3‐dioxane‐2‐one) monomer with/without a methyl substituent was carried out using dimethyl or diethyl carbonate and 1,3‐diol with the objective of producing aliphatic poly(trimethylene carbonate), a typical biodegradable synthetic plastic. The lipase‐catalyzed condensation of dimethyl or diethyl carbonate with aliphatic 1,3‐diols using immobilized Candida antarctica lipase (lipase CA) in an organic solvent at 70 °C afforded the corresponding methyl‐substituted and unsubstituted cyclic trimethylene carbonates. The cyclic trimethylene carbonates obtained by the reaction of dimethyl or diethyl carbonates with 1,3‐propanediol and 2‐methyl‐1,3‐propanediol were polymerized by lipase to produce the corresponding polycarbonates.

In the present investigation, a novel series of 3‐(4‐(2‐substituted thiazol‐4‐yl)phenyl)‐2‐(4‐methyl‐2‐substituted thiazol‐5‐yl)thiazolidin‐4‐one derivatives were synthesized by condensation of 2‐substituted‐4‐methylthiazole‐5‐carbaldehyde with 4‐(2‐substituted thiazol‐4‐yl)benzenamine followed by cyclo‐condensation with thioglycolic acid in toluene. All the newly synthesized compounds were characterized by spectral (IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and Mass) methods. The title compounds were screened for quantitative antibacterial activity (minimal inhibitory concentration). All compounds 7a , 7b , 7c , 7d , 7e , 7f , 7g , 7h and 8a , 8b , 8c , 8d , 8e , 8f , 8g , 8h show moderate to good antimicrobial activity, whereas compounds ( 7a , 7b , 7c , 7d , 7e , 7f , 7g , 7h ) also show moderate antifungal activity.  相似文献

A series of novel 4‐[(substituted phenoxyacetoxy)methyl]‐2,6,7‐trioxa‐1‐phosphabicyclo[2.2.2]octane‐1‐one 4a , 4b , 4c , 4d , 4e , 4f , 4g , 4h , 4i , 4j , 4k , 4l , 4m , 4n , 4o were synthesized. Their structures were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, mass spectroscopy, and elemental analyses. The results of preliminary bioassays show that some of the title compounds exhibit moderate to good herbicidal and fungicidal activities. For example, the title compounds 4b , 4c , 4f , 4h , 4i , and 4j possess 90–100% inhibition against the growth of roots of both rape and barnyard grass at 10 mg/L. Moreover, the title compounds 4f , 4g , and 4h possess 75–89% inhibition against Botrytis cinerea at the concentration of 50 mg/L.  相似文献

Several new derivatives of oxazolo[5,4‐d]pyrimidine ( 3a , 3b , 3c , 3d , 3e , 3f , 3g , 3h ) have been synthesized through the reaction of 2,4‐dichloro‐6‐methyl‐5‐nitropyrimidine ( 2 ) with aryl carboxylic acids in refluxing POCl3. Further treatment of compounds ( 3a , 3b , 3c , 3d , 3e , 3f , 3g , 3h ) with hydrazine hydrate gave the hydrazine derivatives ( 4a , 4b , 4c , 4d , 4e , 4f , 4g , 4h ) that were subsequently cyclized into a novel heterocyclic system, oxazolo[5,4‐d][1,2,4]triazolo[4,3‐a]pyrimidine ( 5a , 5b , 5c , 5d , 5e , 5f , 5g , 5h , 5i , 5j , 5k , 5l , 5m , 5n , 5o , 5p ) and ( 7a , 7b , 7c , 7d ) on treatment with triethylorthoesters or carbondisulfide and alkylhalides, respectively.  相似文献
