A high yield one pot synthesis of 2‐(2‐hydroxyaryl)‐1H‐benzirrndazole derivatives by 2‐hydroxy aromatic aldehydes with aromatic 1,2‐diamines in the presence of manganese(III) acetate at room temperature was developed. Nine fluorescencers 2‐(2‐hydroxyaryl)‐1H‐benzirrndazoles with substituent(s) X (X = H, CH3, CH3O, Cl) and two fluorescencers 2‐(2‐hydroxyaryl)‐1H‐naphth[2,3‐d]imidazoles with substituent of H or Cl were prepared in 38–87% yield and the ultraviolet absorption and fluorescent spectra of the eleven compounds synthesized were measured in methanol. The fluorescent characteristics of the 2‐(2‐hydroxyaryl)benzimidazole derivatives prepared were investigated on the basis of excited‐state intramolecular proton transfer mechanism, Stokes' shift, quantum yield, and the relationship between fluorescent intensity and the substituents were derived.  相似文献

A synergistic catalysis combination of chiral‐at‐metal rhodium complex and amine catalyst was developed for enantioselective alkylation of aldehydes with α,β‐unsaturated 2‐acyl imidazoles. The corresponding adducts were obtained in good yields with excellent enantioselectivities (up to 99% ee).  相似文献

4‐Ethoxycarbonyl‐5‐phenyl‐2,3‐dihydrofuran‐2,3‐dione 1 reacts with aldehydes via the acylketene intermediate 2 giving the 1,3‐dioxin‐4‐ones 3a‐e and the 1,4‐bis(5‐ethoxycarbonyl‐4‐oxo‐6‐phenyl‐4H‐1,3‐dioxin‐2‐yl)benzene 4 , and a one step reaction between dibenzoylmethane and oxalylchloride gave 3,5‐dibenzoyl‐2,6‐diphenyl‐4‐pyrone 7 . The reaction of 1 with dibenzoylmethane, a dicarbonyl compound, provided ethyl 3‐benzoyl‐4‐oxo‐2,6‐diphenylpyran‐5‐carboxylate derivative 9 . Compound 9 was converted into the corresponding ethyl 3‐benzoyl‐4‐hydroxy‐2,6‐diphenylpyridine‐5‐carboxylate derivative 10 via its reaction with ammonium hydroxyde solution in 1 ‐butanol.  相似文献

Treatment of (Z)‐1,2,3,4‐tetrakis(pinacolatoboryl)but‐2‐ene, prepared from 2,3‐bis(pinacolatoboryl)buta‐1,3‐diene and bis(pinacolato)diboron, with three molar equivalents of aldehyde in toluene at 100 °C gave the 2,3‐bis(alkylidene)alkane‐1,5‐anti‐diol as a single stereoisomer. The reaction is applicable to both aromatic and α‐unbranched aliphatic aldehydes. The 1,5‐anti‐diols were also synthesized by the one‐pot preparation/triple‐aldehyde addition of the tetraborylated butene. Experimental results for the stepwise treatment of the butene with two types of aldehydes suggest that the rate‐determining step of the triple‐aldehyde addition is the third allylation.  相似文献

Sulfuric acid ([3‐(3‐silicapropyl)sulfanyl]propyl]ester (SASPSPE) is used as a recyclable catalyst for the synthesis of 1,2,4,5‐tetrasubstituted imidazoles. A range of various polysubstituted imidazoles was synthesized via four‐component condensation of benzil, aldehydes, amines, and ammonium acetate in the presence of SASPSPE under solvent‐free conditions at 140°C. The heterogeneous catalyst was recycled for five runs on the reaction of benzil, 4‐methylbenzaldehyde, benzyl amine, and ammonium acetate without losing its catalytic activity.  相似文献

2,3‐Dihydro‐4H‐thiopyrano[2,3‐b]pyridin‐4‐ones 4 were prepared by a three‐step sequence from commercially available 2‐chloropyridine ( 1 ). Thus, successive treatment of 1 with iPr2NLi (LDA) and α,β‐unsaturated aldehydes gave 1‐(2‐chloropyridin‐3‐yl)alk‐2‐en‐1‐ols 2 , which were oxidized with MnO2 to 1‐(2‐chloropyridin‐3‐yl)alk‐2‐en‐1‐ones 3 . The reactions of 3 with NaSH?n H2O proceeded smoothly at 0° in DMF to provide the desired thiopyranopyridinones. Similarly, 2,3‐dihydro‐4H‐thiopyrano[2,3‐c]pyridin‐4‐ones 8 and 2,3‐dihydro‐4H‐thiopyrano[3,2‐c]pyridin‐4‐ones 12 were obtained starting from 3‐chloropyridine ( 5 ) and 4‐chloropyridine ( 9 ), respectively.  相似文献

2‐Aryl‐2,3‐dihydro‐4H‐pyran‐4‐ones were prepared in one step by cyclocondensation of 1,3‐diketone dianions with aldehydes. The use of HCl (10%) for the aqueous workup proved to be very important to avoid elimination reactions of the 5‐aryl‐5‐hydroxy 1,3‐diones formed as intermediates. The TiCl4‐mediated cyclization of a 2‐aryl‐2,3‐dihydro‐4H‐pyran‐4‐one with 1,3‐silyloxybuta‐1,3‐diene resulted in cleavage of the pyranone moiety and formation of a highly functionalized benzene derivative.  相似文献

A variety of novel 6,6′‐arylidene‐bis‐[5‐hydroxy‐9‐methyl‐2,3‐diaryl‐thieno[3,2‐g]thiocoumarins] 3a‐d , 4a‐d , 5a‐d , and 6a‐d were obtained by a reaction between 5‐hydroxy‐9‐methyl‐2,3‐diarylthieno[3,2‐g]thiocoumarins 1a‐d with aromatic aldehydes 2a‐d in isopropyl alcohol. A novel one‐pot diastereoselective synthesis of trans‐6‐aryl‐5‐hydroxy‐2,3‐dihydro[2,3‐c]pyrazol‐4(1H)‐ones 3a , 3b , 3c , 3d , 3e , 3f , 3g , 3h is described via the Darzens condensation reaction of 2‐chloro‐1‐(5‐hydroxy‐3‐methyl‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐4‐yl)ethanone ( 2 ) with different aromatic aldehydes in aqueous basic medium. The proline‐catalyzed addition of various aliphatic aldehydes to sterically hindered 2‐aryl‐substituted 3H‐indol‐3‐ones affords 2,2‐disubstituted 2,3‐dihydro‐1H‐indol‐3‐one derivatives with excellent enantioselectivities. In addition, the synthesis of a chiral derivative, (S)‐2‐(2‐bromophenyl)‐2,3‐dihydro‐2‐(2‐hydroxyethyl)‐1H‐indol‐3‐one, which can be used as an intermediate for the preparation of the natural product hinckdentine A was accomplished with a high level of enantioselectivity.  相似文献

An efficient chemoselective synthesis of 4‐aryl‐2,3‐dihydropyrimido[1,2‐a]benzimidazol‐2‐one derivatives from three‐component reactions of 2‐aminobenzimidazole, Meldrum's acid, and aldehydes via [3+3] atom combination is described. Reactions of 2,3‐dihydro‐4‐oxo‐thiopyrano[2,3‐b]pyridine with aldehydes and with DMF‐DMA furnished the 3‐benzylidene and 3‐(N,N‐dimethylamino)‐methylene derivatives. The latter products afforded spiro‐pyrazolo‐3,3′‐thiopyrano[2,3‐b]pyridines and new tetra‐ and penta‐heterocyclic ring systems when treated with nitrilimines and aminoazoles, respectively. An efficient approach for one‐pot synthesis of biologically active new spiro[chroman‐3,2′‐chromeno[2,3‐b ]furan]‐2,4,4′‐(3′H )‐trione derivatives from tandem Knoevenagel–Michel addition–heterocyclization reaction between 4‐hydroxycumarin and various aldehydes in the presence of N,N,N ,N ′‐tetrabromobenzene‐1,3‐disulfonamide as an efficient catalyst at ambient temperature under solvent‐free conditions was reported. Simple procedure, high yields, easy work‐up, and reusability of the catalyst are the significant advantages of this process.  相似文献

A series of novel 2,3‐diaryl‐3,4‐dihydro‐2H‐1,3‐benzoxazines have been prepared in high yields from o‐arylaminomethylphenols and aromatic aldehydes in the presence of SnCl4 for the first time, and their fungicidal activities were investigated too. As a continuation of our studies on bicyclic heterocycles with benzodiazepine receptor affinity, derivatives with a 5:5 bicyclic skeleton, namely imidazo[2,1‐b]thiazoles, imidazo[2,1‐b]imidazoles and pyrrolo[1,2‐c]imidazoles were prepared. The compounds possessed an aromatic substituent with different spatial arrangement and distance to the bicyclic skeleton. X‐ray structure analysis was performed for Z‐2‐(4‐chlorobenzylidene)‐5,5‐diphenyl‐2,3,5,6‐tetrahydroimidazo[2,1‐b]imidazoline‐3,6‐dione ( 6a ) and 5‐amino‐6‐cyano‐7‐phenyl‐1‐oxo‐3‐thioxo‐2,3‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrrolo[1,2‐c]imidazole ( 20a ). In contrast to the previously described arylideneimidazo[2,1‐b]thiazepinones the smaller heterocyclic ring systems investigated in this study were devoid of meaningful benzodiazepine receptor affinity as well as anti‐convulsant activity.  相似文献

Novel bis‐chromeno[2,3‐b ]pyridine derivatives were synthesized with good yields by a clean and efficient methodologies involving one‐pot three‐component synthesis of bis‐aldehydes, malononitrile dimer, and dimedone in the presence of piperidine as a catalyst in EtOH. Depending on the length and position of the spacer in the bis‐aldehyde derivatives 1 , the reactions proceeded to give either the bis(2,4‐diamino‐tetrahydro‐5H‐chromeno[2,3‐b ]pyridine‐3‐carbonitriles) 4 or bis(4‐amino‐2,6‐dioxo‐hexahydro‐2H‐chromeno[2,3‐b ]pyridine‐3‐carbonitriles) 5 .
