以堇青石蜂窝陶瓷为载体,CuxCe1-xO2-x/SBA-15为催化活性组分,制备了一系列10%~60%Cu0.5Ce0.5O1.5/SBA-15/堇青石和50%CuxCe1-xO2-x/SBA-15/堇青石(x=0~1)整体式催化剂,采用低温氮吸附-脱附、XRD、XPS和H2-TPR对催化剂进行了表征,在微型固定床反应器中评价了催化剂的CO催化氧化活性。结果表明:整体式催化剂仍然保持SBA-15的介孔结构,催化剂中除了堇青石的物相外,还有CuO和CeO2物相,催化剂表面的Cu以Cu2+和Cu+两种状态存在,Ce以Ce4+状态存在,催化剂表面的氧化还原性能与Cu0.5Ce0.5O1.5的含量和Cu、Ce的比例有一定的关系,50%Cu0.5Ce0.5O1.5/SBA-15/堇青石催化剂具有最好催化活性,CO可以在140℃完全转化。  相似文献

以CexZr1-xO2固溶体做载体,制备了系列Pt/γ-Al2O3/CexZr1-xO2催化剂(x=1,0.75,0.5,0.25,0).应用Brunauer-Emmet-Teller(BET)比表面积分析、X射线衍射(XRD)和H2程序升温还原(H2-TPR)等手段对催化剂进行相关表征,并系统研究了催化剂在饮食油烟催化燃烧中的催化活性.BET结果表叫催化剂的比表面积随Ce/Zr摩尔比的减小而减小.XRD结果表明贵金属Pt很好地分散在氧化铝和CexZr1-xO2固溶体上.H2-TPR结果发现催化剂Pt/γ-Al2O3/Ce0.5Zr0.5O2的还原峰面积最大且氧离子的流动性最好.催化活性研究结果表明Pt负载在CexZr1-xO2固溶体上有利于油烟的催化燃烧,降低了反应温度.随着CexZr1-xO2固溶体中Ce/Zr摩尔比的变化,催化剂的活性顺序为Pt/γ-Al2O3/Ce0.5Zr0.5O2>Pt/γ-Al2O3/Ce0.25Zr0.75O2>Pt/γ-Al2O3/Ce0.75Zr0.25O2>Pt/γ-Al2O3/CeO2>Pt/γ-Al2O3/ZrO2.  相似文献

CexTi1-xO2复合氧化物的结构及负载CuO对NO还原性能研究   总被引:4,自引:1,他引:4  
采用共沉淀法制备了不同摩尔比(x=0,0.1,0.2~0.9,1.0)的CexTi1-xO2复合氧化物,考察了CuO/CexTi1-xO2对NO+CO反应的活性,并用BET,TPR和XRD等技术对各试样进行了表征。结果表明,试样的结构和还原特性随焙烧温度变化而变化。XRD检测表明,x值从0.1增加到0.5时,650℃焙烧的试样已形成了CeTi2O6物相,且主要以无定形状态存在;试样经800℃焙烧后晶化完全;x>0.6时,一些TiO2已经进入了CeO2晶格,形成了Ce Ti固溶体。催化剂活性评价表明CuO/CexTi1-xO2(650℃)对NO+CO反应具有较好的活性,其活性随x值变化而变化。TPR及XRD结果表明CuO与CeTi2O6之间存在很强的相互作用,CeTi2O6物相的形成使CuO的还原峰温由380℃提前到200℃,而CuO的存在又促进CeTi2O6的还原峰温从600℃提前至200~300℃。  相似文献

采用多元醇为模板剂合成了介孔Ce1-xZrxO2(x=0.2,0.35,0.5)固溶体材料,并以其为载体负载CuO制备了Cu基催化剂.应用透射电子显微镜、X射线衍射、程序升温还原、程序升温脱附和N2吸附-脱附等技术对载体及催化剂进行了表征,并研究了Zr的取代比例x值对载体和Cu基催化剂性能的影响.结果表明,所有Ce1-xZrxO2样品均为介孔材料,其中Ce0.5-Zr0.5O2载体样品有较大的比表面积(181m2/g),CuO/Ce0.5Zr0.5O2催化剂样品在富氢条件下有较高的催化CO选择性氧化反应的活性和选择性.与其他催化剂样品相比,CuO/Ce0.5Zr0.5O2催化剂样品中形成的活性中心更多,分散性更好,对CO的吸附量更大,CO脱附温度更低,活性组分与载体的相互作用更强。  相似文献

以硝酸铈和硝酸锆为原料,采用共沉淀法制备了不同摩尔比(X=0,0.1,0~1.0)的CexZr1-xO2样品.并以Ce0.5Zr0.5O2为载体,采用浸渍法负载不同含量的CuO,用色谱流动法考察其对CO的氧化活性.并用XRD,TPR和BET等技术对CuO/Ce0.5Zr0.5O2各样品进行了表征,结果表明,当CuO负载量为10.0%时,催化剂CO的氧化活性最高;XRD测定表明催化剂氧化活性的高低与铜物种在Ce0.5Zr0.5O2上的分散状态有关;TPR结果亦显示活性的高低与Ce0.5Zr0.5O2上分散较好的铜物种的α还原峰及分散较差的γ还原峰的峰温及形状有关.  相似文献

CexTh1-xO2固溶体的制备和表征   总被引:1,自引:2,他引:1  
采用柠檬酸法制备了CexTh1-xO2固溶体, 并对固溶体的结构和还原性能进行了表征. 结果表明, 在焙烧过程ThO2和CeO2很容易相互形成立方相的CexTh1-xO2固溶体. 随着Th含量的增加, CexTh1-xO2固溶体的晶胞参数变大. 当形成固溶体时, 经过高温焙烧后固溶体的晶粒明显小于单组分的CeO2和ThO2, 其中Ce0.5Th0.5O2的晶粒最小, 表明CexTh1-xO2固溶体的形成提高了催化剂的抗烧结. Raman光谱表明复合氧化物能促进氧缺位的形成. CexTh1-xO2固溶体的程序升温还原结果表明, 样品有2个还原峰 (α和β), α峰归属为表面Ce4 的还原; β峰归属为体相CeO2的还原. 固溶体的形成使得还原温度降低, 促进CeO2的还原.  相似文献

CeO2添加量对催化剂Cu-Ni-Ce/SiO2性能的影响   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
采用浸渍法在不同Ce掺杂量时制备了用于湿式H2O2降解吡虫啉农药废水的Cu-Ni-Ce/SiO2催化剂, 利用BET、 SEM、 XRD和XPS等对其进行了表征, 并研究了Ce掺杂量对催化剂表面形态的影响以及催化剂表面形态与活性及稳定性之间的关系.结果表明: 适量添加Ce后, 催化剂晶粒尺寸减小, 比表面积增加, Cu、 Ni固溶体量和催化剂表面化学吸附氧量增加, 而且活性组分的分散性增加. 湿式H2O2降解吡虫啉农药废水时, 在催化剂用量10 g/L、反应温度110 ℃、双氧水用量为理论需用量、进水pH为9.0、反应60 min条件下, 0.16%Ce掺杂量的Cu-Ni-Ce/SiO2的催化剂的活性比相同工艺条件的无Ce添加的催化剂活性提高了7.2%, 活性组分溶出量也大为减少.  相似文献

以FeCrAl合金薄片为基底,Al2O3浆料为过渡胶体,不同摩尔比的Cu、Co为催化活性组分,制备了一系列CuxCo1-x/Al2O3/FeCrAl(x=0-1)新型整体式催化剂.采用X射线粉末衍射(XRD),扫描电子显微镜(SEM),X光电子能谱(XPS)和程序升温还原(TPR)等手段对催化剂的结构进行了表征.在微型固定床反应器上评价了催化剂的催化甲苯燃烧性能.研究结果表明:在所制备的整体式催化剂上,当Cu含量比较低时,形成了Cu-Co-O固溶体;当Cu含量比较高时,可以测得CuO的衍射峰.催化剂表面颗粒大小和形貌与Cu、Co摩尔比密切相关.在催化剂表面,Co以Co2+和Co3+价态存在,而Cu主要以Cu2+价态存在.催化剂中的Cu可以改善Co的氧化还原性,从而有利于催化剂活性的提高.在所制备的催化剂中,Cu0.5Co0.5/Al2O3/FeCrAl催化剂具有最好的活性,甲苯在374oC可以完全催化燃烧消除.  相似文献

Scandium magnesium gallide, Sc2MgGa2, and yttrium magnesium gallide, Y2MgGa2, were synthesized from the corresponding elements by heating under an argon atmosphere in an induction furnace. These intermetallic compounds crystallize in the tetragonal Mo2FeB2‐type structure. All three crystallographically unique atoms occupy special positions and the site symmetries of (Sc/Y, Ga) and Mg are m2m and 4/m, respectively. The coordinations around Sc/Y, Mg and Ga are pentagonal (Sc/Y), tetragonal (Mg) and triangular (Ga) prisms, with four (Mg) or three (Ga) additional capping atoms leading to the coordination numbers [10], [8+4] and [6+3], respectively. The crystal structure of Sc2MgGa2 was determined from single‐crystal diffraction intensities and the isostructural Y2MgGa2 was identified from powder diffraction data.  相似文献

On Dialkali Metal Dichalcogenides β-Na2S2, K2S2, α-Rb2S2, β-Rb2S2, K2Se2, Rb2Se2, α-K2Te2, β-K2Te2 and Rb2Te2 The first presentation of pure samples of α- and β-Rb2S2, α- and β-K2Te2, and Rb2Te2 is described. Using single crystals of K2S2 and K2Se2, received by ammonothermal synthesis, the structure of the Na2O2 type and by using single crystals of β-Na2S2 and β-K2Te2 the Li2O2 type structure will be refined. By combined investigations with temperature-dependent Guinier-, neutron diffraction-, thermal analysis, and Raman-spectroscopy the nature of the monotropic phase transition from the Na2O2 type to the Li2O2 type will be explained by means of the examples α-/β-Na2S2 and α-/β-K2Te2. A further case of dimorphic condition as well as the monotropic phase transition of α- and β-Rb2S2 is presented. The existing areas of the structure fields of the dialkali metal dichalcogenides are limited by the model of the polar covalence.  相似文献

[(n‐Bu)2Sn(O2PPh2)2] ( 1 ), and [Ph2Sn(O2PPh2)2] ( 2 ) have been synthesized by the reactions of R2SnCl2 (R=n‐Bu, Ph) with HO2PPh2 in Methanol. From the reaction of Ph2SnCl2 with diphenylphosphinic acid a third product [PhClSn(O2PPh2)OMe]2 ( 3 ) could be isolated. X‐ray diffraction studies show 1 to crystallize in the monoclinic space group P21/c with a = 1303.7(1) pm, b = 2286.9(2) pm, c = 1063.1(1) pm, β = 94.383(6)°, and Z = 4. 2 crystallizes triclinic in the space group , the cell parameters being a = 1293.2(2) pm, b = 1478.5(4) pm, c = 1507.2(3) pm, α = 98.86(3)°, β = 109.63(2)°, γ = 114.88(2)°, and Z = 2. Both compounds form arrays of eight‐membered rings (SnOPO)2 linked at the tin atoms to form chains of infinite length. The dimer 3 consists of a like ring, in which the tin atoms are bridged by methoxo groups. It crystallizes triclinic in space group with a = 946.4(1) pm, b = 963.7(1) pm, c = 1174.2(1) pm, α = 82.495(6)°, β = 66.451(6)°, γ = 74.922(6)°, and Z = 1 for the dimer. The Raman spectra of 2 and 3 are given and discussed.  相似文献

Summary The ability of [MoS4]2–, anions to be used as ligands for transition metal ions has been widely demonstrated, especially with Fe2+. The present study has been restricted to linear complexes such as (NEt4)2 [Cl2FeS2MoS2] and (NEt4)2[Cl2FeS2MoS2FeCl2]. Their electrochemical properties are described: upon electrochemical reduction, these compounds yield MoS2, as a black precipitate, and an iron complex in solution, assumed to be [SFeCl2]2–. The electrochemical reduction goes through two electron transfers, coupled with the breakdown of the molecular skeleton: a DISPl and an ECE mechanism. Depending on the solvent, the following equilibrium may be observed: [Cl4Fe2MoS4]2–[Cl2FeMoS4]2–+FeCl2. The equilibrium constant, KD, was evaluated by differential pulse polarography. KD is tightly related to the donor number of the solvent.  相似文献

The structures of the hypophosphites KH2PO2 (potassium hypophosphite), RbH2PO2 (rubidium hypophosphite) and CsH2PO2 (caesium hypophosphite) have been determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The structures consist of layers of alkali cations and hypophosphite anions, with the latter bridging four cations within the same layer. The Rb and Cs hypophosphites are isomorphous.  相似文献

Me2Sn(O2PPh2)2 ( 1 ), Ph2Pb(O2PMe2)2 ( 2 ), and Ph2Pb(O2PPh2)2 ( 3 ) have been synthesized by the reactions of Me2SnCl2 or Ph3PbCl with the corresponding diorganophosphinic acid in methanol. X‐ray diffraction studies show that the diorganophosphinate groups behave as double bridges between the metal atoms leading to polymeric ring‐chain structures with M2O4P2 (M = Pb, Sn) eight‐membered rings. The organic groups bonded to the metal atoms are in trans‐position in the resulting octahedral arrangement around the metal atoms. The IR and the mass spectra were reported and discussed.  相似文献

TG and DTA studies on Me3SnO2PCl2, Me2Sn(O2PCl2)2 and Ph3SnO2PCl2 were carried out under dynamic argon atmosphere. The results show that the decomposition proceeds in different stages leading to the formation of Sn3(PO4)2 as a stable product. This compound was characterized by IR spectroscopy. Decomposition schemes involving reductive elimination reactions were proposed.  相似文献
