In this paper, via constructing special matrices, we will show that there exists a differential calculus on Uθ(2), where θ is an irrational number. Then using the above results, we shall discuss the properties of infinitesimal generators of corepresentations of Uθ(2). And in the final, we shall discuss its irreducible corepresentations and give the Peter-Weyl theorem explicitly for compact quantum group Uθ(2).  相似文献

In this paper, we first prove that the θ-deformation Uθ(2) of U(2) constructed by Connes and Violette is our special case of the quantum group Uq(2) constructed in our previous paper. Then we will show that the set of truces on the C^* -algebra Uθ, θ irrational, is determined by the set of the truces on a subalgebra of Uθ.  相似文献

An n × n ω-circulant matrix which has a specific structure is a type of important matrix. Several norm equalities and inequalities are proved for ω-circulant operator matrices with ω = e~(iθ)(0≤θ 2π) in this paper. We give the special cases for norm equalities and inequalities, such as the usual operator norm and the Schatten p-norms. Pinching type inequality is also proposed for weakly unitarily invariant norms. Meanwhile,we present that the set of ω-circulant matrices with complex entries has an idempotent basis. Based on this basis, we introduce an automorphism on the ω-circulant algebra and then show different operators on linear vector space that are isomorphic to the ω-circulant algebra. The function properties, other idempotent bases and a linear involution are discussed for ω-circulant algebra. These results are closely related to the special structure of ω-circulant matrices.  相似文献

In this note, we give a sufficient condition for Mi-group. In particular, we show that if a finite group G is the semidirect product of two subgroups with coprime orders, in which one is a Sylow tower group and its Sylow subgroups are all abelian, and the other is an Mi-group and all of its proper subgroups are also Mi-groups, then G is an Mi-group.  相似文献

In this note, we give a sufficient condition for Mi-group. In this short note,we consider the perturbation of compact quantum metric spaces.We first show that for two compact quantum metric spaces(A,P) and(B,Q) for which A and B are subspaces of an order-unit space C and P and Q are Lip-norms on A and B respectively,the quantum Gromov–Hausdorff distance between(A,P) and(B,Q) is small under certain conditions.Then some other perturbation results on compact quantum metric spaces derived from spectral triples are also given.  相似文献

Here we introduce a subclass of the class of Ockham algebras ( L ; f ) for which L satisfies the property that for every x ∈ L , there exists n ≥ 0 such that fn ( x ) and fn+1 ( x ) are complementary. We characterize the structure of the lattice of congruences on such an algebra ( L ; f ). We show that the lattice of compact congruences on L is a dual Stone lattice, and in particular, that the lattice Con L of congruences on L is boolean if and only if L is finite boolean. We also show that L is congruence coherent if and only if it is boolean. Finally, we give a sufficient and necessary condition to have the subdirectly irreducible chains.  相似文献

Let g be the finite dimensional simple Lie algebra of type A_n, and let U = U_q(g,Λ)and U= U_q(g,Q)be the quantum groups defined over the weight lattice and over the root lattice, respectively. In this paper, we find two algebraically independent central elements in U for all n ≥ 2 and give an explicit formula of the Casimir elements for the quantum group U = U_q(g,Λ), which corresponds to the Casimir element of the enveloping algebra U(g). Moreover, for n = 2 we give explicitly generators of the center subalgebras of the quantum groups U = U_q(g,Λ) and U = U_q(g,Q).  相似文献

Let k be a field and q a nonzero element in k such that the square roots of q are in k. We use Hq to denote an affne Hecke algebra over k of type G2 with parameter q. The purpose of this paper is to study representations of Hq by using based rings of two-sided cells of an affne Weyl group W of type G2. We shall give the classification of irreducible representations of Hq. We also remark that a calculation in [11] actually shows that Theorem 2 in [1] needs a modification, a fact is known to Grojnowski and Tanisaki long time ago. In this paper we also show an interesting relation between Hq and an Hecke algebra corresponding to a certain Coxeter group. Apparently the idea in this paper works for all affne Weyl groups, but that is the theme of another paper.  相似文献

Let L be a type II1 factor with separable predual and τ be a normal faithful tracial state of L. We first show that the set of subfactors of L with property Γ, the set of type II1 subfactors of L with similarity property and the set of all Mc Duff subfactors of L are open and closed in the Hausdorff metric d2 induced by the trace norm; then we show that the set of all hyperfinite von Neumann subalgebras of L is closed in d2. We also consider the connection of perturbation of operator algebras under d2 with the fundamental group and the generator problem of type II1 factors. When M is a finite von Neumann algebra with a normal faithful trace,the set of all von Neumann subalgebras B of M such that B  M is rigid is closed in the Hausdorff metric d2.  相似文献

We focus our attention to the set Gr(■) of grouplike elements of a coring ■ over a ring A.We do some observations on the actions of the groups U(A) and Aut(■) of units of A and of automorphisms of corings of ■,respectively,on Gr(■),and on the subset Gal(■) of all Galois grouplike elements.Among them,we give conditions on ■ under which Gal(■) is a group,in such a way that there is an exact sequence of groups {1} → U(Ag) → U(A) → Gal(■) → {1},where Ag is the subalgebra of coinvariants for some g ∈ Gal(■).  相似文献

A unilateral weighted shift A is said to be simple if its weight sequence {α_n} satisfies ▽~3(α_n~2)≠0for all n≥2.We prove that if A and B are two simple unilateral weighted shifts,then AI+IB is reducible if and only if A and B are unitarily equivalent.We also study the reducing subspaces of A~kI+IB~l and give some examples.As an application,we study the reducing subspaces of multiplication operators Mzk+αωl on function spaces.  相似文献

Let {A,B} be a complete system of the closed orientable surface F of genus 2. A simple closed curve C on F is separating with respect to (A, B) if it is disjoint from A∪B and it cuts F into two once-punctured tori X, Y with A(?)X, B(?)Y. Letγbe a simple closed curve on F which is disjoint from A∪B and intersects C essentially in two points. In this paper, we show that up to isotopy, {hnγ(C):n∈Z} is the set containing all the simple closed curves on F which is separating with respect to (A,B), where hγis the Dehn twist alongγon F. This also shows how two simple closed curves on F which are separating with respect to (A,B) are related. The result can be applied to yield all Haken spheres of a Heegaard splitting V∪F W which are weakly equivalent to a given Heken sphere of the splitting.  相似文献

We give a Grobner-Shirshov basis of quantum group of type F4 by using the Ringel-Hall algebra approach. We compute all skew-commutator relations between the isoclasses of indecomposable representations of Ringel- Hall algebras of type F4 by using an 'inductive' method. Precisely, we do not use the traditional way of computing the skew-commutative relations, that is first compute all Hall polynomials then compute the corresponding skew- commutator relations; instead, we compute the 'easier' skew-commutator relations which correspond to those exact sequences with middle term indecomposable or the split exact sequences first, then 'deduce' others from these 'easier' ones and this in turn gives Hall polynomials as a byproduct. Then using the composition-diamond lemma prove that the set of these relations constitute a minimal CrSbner-Shirshov basis of the positive part of the quantum group of type F4. Dually, we get a Grobner-Shirshov basis of the negative part of the quantum group of type F4. And finally, we give a Gr6bner-Shirshov basis for the whole quantum group of type F4.  相似文献

The main aim of this paper is to give the invariant properties of representations of algebras under cleft extensions over a semisimple Hopf algebra. Firstly, we explain the concept of the cleft extension and give a relation between the cleft extension and the crossed product which is the approach we depend upon. Then, by making use of them, we prove that over an algebraically closed field k, for a finite dimensional Hopf algebra H which is semisimple as well as its dual H*, the representation type of an algebra is an invariant property under a finite dimensional H-cleft extension . In the other part, we still show that over an arbitrary field k, the Nakayama property of a k-algebra is also an invariant property under an H -cleft extension when the radical of the algebra is H-stable.  相似文献

In this paper,we study the algebra consisting of analytic functions in the Sobolev space W~(2,2) (D) (D is the unit disk),called the Sobolev disk algebra,explore the properties of the multiplication operators M_f on it and give the characterization of the corn- mutant algebra A′(M_f) of M_f.We show that A′(M_f) is commutative if and only if M_f~* is a Cowen-Douglas operator of index 1.  相似文献

Let G be an abelian group, B the G-graded λ-Hopf algebra with A being a bicharacter on G. By introducing some new twisted algebras (coalgebras), we investigate the basic properties of the graded antipode and the structure for B. We also prove that a G-graded λ-Hopf algebra can be embedded in a usual Hopf algebra. As an application, it is given that if G is a finite abelian group then the graded antipode of a finite dimensional G-graded A-Hopf algebra is invertible.  相似文献

We compute the derivations of the positive part of the two-parameter quantum group U_(r,s)(B_3) and show that the Hochschild cohomology group of degree 1 of this algebra is a threedimensional vector space over the base field C. We also compute the groups of(Hopf) algebra automorphisms of the augmented two-parameter quantized enveloping algebra ?_(r,s)~(≥0)(B_3).  相似文献
