采用失重法、动电位极化曲线、电化学阻抗谱(EIS)、量子化学计算研究了两种嘧啶衍生物(2-羟基嘧啶(HP)和2-巯基嘧啶(MP))在1.0-5.0 mol·L-1 HCl溶液中对冷轧钢(CRS)的缓蚀作用. 结果表明: HP和MP在1.0 mol·L-1 HCl溶液中对冷轧钢具有良好的缓蚀作用, 且在钢表面的吸附符合Langmuir吸附等温式. 缓蚀率随缓蚀剂浓度的增加而增大, 但随盐酸浓度的增加而减小.求出了相应的吸附热力学参数(吸附平衡常数(K),吸附自由能(ΔG0))和腐蚀动力学参数(表观活化能(Ea)、指前因子(A)、腐蚀速率常数(k)、动力学常数(B)), 并根据这些参数讨论了缓蚀作用机理. 动电位极化曲线表明, MP和HP均为混合抑制型缓蚀剂; EIS谱呈单一容抗弧,电荷转移电阻随缓蚀剂浓度的增加而增大. 两种嘧啶化合物的缓蚀率排序为MP>HP. 量子化学计算结果表明,MP比HP更具吸附活性,缓蚀性能的理论计算和实验结果相一致.  相似文献

用失重法、动电位极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱(EIS)研究了2-氨基嘧啶(2-AP)在1.0~5.0 mol/L HCl溶液中(20~50 ℃)对冷轧钢的缓蚀作用。 结果表明,2-AP对冷轧钢在1.0 mol/L HCl中具有良好的缓蚀作用,且在钢表面的吸附符合校正的Langmuir吸附模型;缓蚀率随缓蚀剂浓度的增加而增大,但随温度的升高和HCl浓度的增加而降低。 2-AP为混合抑制型缓蚀剂;EIS谱呈半圆容抗弧,电荷转移电阻随缓蚀剂浓度的增加而增大。  相似文献

通过失重法、动电位极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱(EIS)研究了非离子表面活性剂吐温-60在0.10 mol·L-1二氯乙酸(Cl2CHCOOH)溶液中对冷轧钢的缓蚀性能,并且采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、原子力显微镜(AFM)和接触角测试对冷轧钢表面的微观形貌和亲水/疏水性进行了表征分析。结果表明:20℃时100 mg·L-1吐温-60的缓蚀率可达89.6%,6~48 h内缓蚀效果稳定;20~50℃时吐温-60在冷轧钢表面的吸附符合Langmuir吸附等温式,标准吸附Gibbs自由能为-42.92~-47.41 kJ·mol-1,吸附过程中伴随着熵增加。动电位极化曲线表明吐温-60为“几何覆盖效应”的混合抑制型缓蚀剂;随着吐温-60浓度的增大,Nyquist图的容抗弧半径增大,电荷转移电阻增大,而界面双电层电容值下降。SEM和AFM的微观表面形貌进一步证实了吐温-60能有效减缓钢表面的腐蚀程度;缓蚀后钢表面接触角增大,表面疏水性增强,可有效屏蔽酸介质对钢表面的腐蚀。  相似文献

采用失重法、动电位极化曲线、电化学阻抗谱(EIS)及扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究了阳离子表面活性剂溴代十六烷基吡啶(HDPB)在0.10 mol·L-1 Cl3CCOOH溶液中对冷轧钢(CRS)的缓蚀性能。结果表明:20℃时100 mg·L-1 HDPB的最大缓蚀率可达93.7%,HDPB浓度越高,缓蚀性能越强,而温度越高,缓蚀性能越弱。HDPB在CRS表面的吸附过程包含了物理吸附和化学吸附,符合Langmuir吸附等温式,且为放热吸附。冷轧钢在添加HDPB的Cl3CCOOH溶液中腐蚀速率随温度的变化规律符合Arrhenius和过渡态理论方程,添加HDPB后表观活化能、指前因子、表观活化焓、表观活化熵均增大。HDPB为混合型缓蚀剂,其电化学作用机理为“几何覆盖效应”,加入HDPB后,Nyquist图主要由高频区的容抗弧组成,且随着HDPB浓度增大,电荷转移电阻增大,SEM微观形貌进一步证实了HDPB有效减缓了CRS表面的腐蚀速度。  相似文献

合成了缓蚀剂1,2-二(苯并咪唑-2-硫基)乙烷((bit)_2E),用元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振谱和液质联用技术确证了缓蚀剂的分子结构。用静态失重法、动电位极化曲线法和扫描电子显微镜评价了(bit)_2E在HCl溶液中对碳钢的缓蚀性能。结果表明(bit)_2E是一种混合型缓蚀剂,缓蚀率随缓蚀剂浓度增加而增大,随HCl浓度增大而减小,受腐蚀体系温度和放置时间影响较小。在30℃的1.0 mol·L~(-1)HCl溶液中,(bit)_2E浓度为1.0×10~(-3)mol·L~(-1)时的缓蚀率为95.68%。(bit)_2E作为新型缓蚀剂在碳钢表面上的吸附符合Langmuir吸附等温方程式,属于自发进行的物理和化学吸附。  相似文献

采用静态失重法、动电位极化曲线、电化学阻抗谱(EIS)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)首次研究了阳离子表面活性剂十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵(1227)对冷轧钢在1.0 mol/L柠檬酸(H3C6H5O7)溶液中的缓蚀性能,并研究其与碘化钾(KI)复配后缓蚀协同效应和作用机制。结果表明:单独1227或KI均能一定程度抑制冷轧钢在柠檬酸中的腐蚀,100 mg/L 1227与200 mg/L KI复配后最大缓蚀率高达95.3%。缓蚀协同效应系数(s)高于1,表明两者复配后存在协同效应。1227、KI及1227/KI的吸附行为均符合Langmuir吸附等温方程式。1227与KI协同后的吸附平衡常数进一步增大,标准吸附Gibbs自由能(ΔG?)降低;极化曲线表明1227、KI、1227/KI同时对阴阳两极反应产生抑制作用,为“几何覆盖”模型的混合抑制型缓蚀剂。Nyquist图呈两个时间常数的高频区弥散容抗弧和低频区的小感抗弧,1227与KI复配后的电荷转移电阻进一步增大,缓蚀性能进一步增强;SE...  相似文献

The inhibition effect of polyphenols extracted from olive mill wastewater (PP) on carbon steel in 1.0 M HCl solution was studied. Inhibition efficiency of PP was carried out by using chemical (weight loss method) and electrochemical techniques [potentiodynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS)]. The effect of temperature and immersion time on the corrosion behavior of carbon steel in 1.0 M HCl with addition of an extract was also studied. The results show that PP acts as a very good inhibitor, and the inhibition efficiency increases with the concentration of PP and decreases with rising temperature. Polarization curves show that PP behaves as a mixed-type inhibitor in hydrochloric acid. Data, obtained from EIS measurements, were analyzed to model the corrosion inhibition process through an appropriate equivalent circuit model; a constant phase element has been used. EIS shows that charge-transfer resistance increases and the capacitance of double layer decreases with the inhibitor concentration, confirming the adsorption process mechanism. The activation energy as well as other thermodynamic parameters for the inhibition process were calculated. The adsorption of PP obeys the Langmuir adsorption isotherm.  相似文献

The effect of adding 2-phenylimidazo[1,2-a]pyridine-3-carbaldehyde derivative named (P2), newly synthesized on the electrochemical behavior of C38 steel in molar hydrochloric acid was investigated by using the weight-loss method, potentiodynamic polarization, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) measurements. EIS results show that the transfer resistance increases with the increase of concentration of P2 and it also had an inhibiting effect on C38 steel corrosion in HCl solutions. Weight-loss essays confirm that the corrosion rate decreases as the P2 concentration increases. The inhibition efficiency for this compound studied increased with the increase in the inhibitor concentrations to attain 91.7 % at the 10?3 M of P2. The potentiodynamic polarization curves indicated that P2 acted as a mixed-type inhibitor in hydrochloric acid.  相似文献

The inhibiting action of a nonionic surfactant of Tween-20 on the corrosion of cold rolled steel (CRS) in 0.5-7.0 M sulfuric acid (H(2)SO(4)) was studied by weight loss and potentiodynamic polarization methods. Atomic force microscope (AFM) provided the surface conditions. The results show that inhibition efficiency increases with the inhibitor concentration, while it decreases with the sulfuric acid concentration. The adsorption of inhibitor on the cold rolled steel surface obeys the Langmuir adsorption isotherm equation. Effect of immersion time was studied and discussed. The effect of temperature on the corrosion behavior of cold rolled steel was also studied at four temperatures ranging from 30 to 60 degrees C, the thermodynamic parameters such as adsorption heat, adsorption free energy, and adsorption entropy were calculated. The results revealed that the adsorption was physisorption mechanism. A kinetic study of cold rolled steel in uninhibited and inhibited acid was also discussed. The kinetic parameters such as apparent activation energy, pre-exponential factor, rate constant, and reaction constant were calculated for the reactions of corrosion. The inhibition effect is satisfactorily explained by both thermodynamic and kinetic models. Polarization curves show that Tween-20 is a cathodic-type inhibitor in sulfuric acid. The results obtained from weight loss and potentiodynamic polarization are in good agreement, and the Tween-20 inhibition action could also be evidenced by surface AFM images.  相似文献

The new synthesized cationic Gemini surfactant (CGS) was tested as a corrosion inhibitor for carbon steel (CS) in 1.0?M hydrochloric acid using weight loss, electrochemical spectroscopy and potentiodynamic polarization. The inhibition efficiency is increased by increasing the CGS concentration and is almost constant within the temperature range studied. The inhibition was explained by adsorption of the CGS molecule on the CS surface. A mixed-type inhibitor is suggested for the inhibitory effects of CGS as revealed by the potentiodynamic polarization technique. The changes in impedance parameters suggested that the adsorption of the inhibitor on the CGS surface led to the formation of protective films. The adsorption of the CGS on the surface of CS obeys Langmuir adsorption isotherm. Thermodynamic and kinetic parameters were calculated and discussed.  相似文献

The inhibition effect of cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) on the corrosion of mild steel in 1.0 mol L?1 hydrochloric acid (HCl) has been studied at different temperatures (25–60°C) by weight loss and potentiodynamic polarization methods. The results reveal that CTAB behaves as an effective inhibitor in 1.0 mol L?1 HCl, and the inhibition efficiency increases with the inhibitor concentration. Polarization curves show that CTAB is a mixed-type inhibitor in hydrochloric acid. The results obtained from weight loss and polarizations are in good agreement. The effect of immersion time on corrosion inhibition has also been examined and is discussed. The adsorption of inhibitor on mild steel surface obeys the Langmuir adsorption isotherm equation. Thermodynamic parameters have been obtained by adsorption theory. The inhibition effect is satisfactorily explained by the parameters.  相似文献

The inhibitive action of 4-methyl pyrazole (4MP) against the corrosion of iron (99.9999%) in solutions of hydrochloric acid has been studied using potentiodynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). At inhibitor concentration range (10?3–10?2 M) in 1.0 M acid, the results showed that 4MP suppressed mainly the anodic processes of iron corrosion in 1.0 M HCl by adsorption on the iron surface according to Temkin adsorption isotherm. Both potentiodynamic and EIS measurements reveal that 4MP inhibits the iron corrosion in 1.0 M HCl and that the efficiency increases with increasing inhibitor concentration. Data obtained from EIS were analyzed to model the corrosion inhibition process through an equivalent circuit.  相似文献

采用失重实验,动电位极化,交流阻抗,量子化学计算和拉曼光谱等方法研究了N,N′-二异丙氧基丙基二硫代二丙酰胺(DPDA)在1 mol.L-1盐酸溶液中对碳钢的缓蚀性能.失重实验结果表明,DPDA在盐酸溶液中能够有效地抑制碳钢的腐蚀,当缓蚀剂DPDA的浓度为1×10-3 mol.L-1时,其缓蚀效率达到90.2%.极化曲线表明DPDA为混合型缓蚀剂,单一的容抗弧变化表明碳钢电极表面的腐蚀过程主要由电荷转移步骤控制.由失重实验,动电位极化和电化学交流阻抗方法得到的DPDA缓蚀效率具有较好的相关性,均表现为缓蚀效率随着DPDA浓度的增大而增加.另外,DPDA在碳钢表面的吸附符合Langmuir吸附等温式.吸附过程的吉布斯自由能(ΔG0a0d0s)为-38.65 kJ.mol-1,这说明DPDA分子在碳钢表面形成共价键而发生了自发的化学吸附.拉曼光谱表明DPDA分子有效地吸附在碳钢表面,量子化学计算结果证明DPDA分子在碳钢表面的化学吸附活性中心集中在S原子上.  相似文献
