The reaction of perylene-3,4,9,10-tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride with 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane and hexamethyldisilazane was investigated. A possibility of obtaining a new dye resistant to UV light and heating (up to 300°C), consisting of structural fragments of perylene-3,4,9,10-tetracarboxydiimede, diethoxysiloxane, and 3-aminopropylethoxysiloxane was demonstrated. A compound obtained in 43% yield by heating (7 h, 180–200°C) perylene-3,4,9,10-tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride with excess 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane in the presence of catalytic amounts of zinc acetate is an oligomer appropriate for the solgel process, displays strong luminescence in the red spectral region (540–620 nm), and has good film-forming properties. The participation of hexamethyldisilazane consists in binding water molecules formed in the reaction of perylene-3,4,9,10-tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride with 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane and in the formation of trimethylsilanol which replaces a part of the EtO groups at the silicon atoms by a more bulky Me3SiO groups, causing significant increase in the solubility of the dye in organic solvents and silicon sol-gel monomers. The hydrolysis of silicon-containing dye and subsequent dehydration of the resulting gel lead to the formation of insoluble xerogel.  相似文献

应用密度泛函理论研究了四种二萘嵌苯二酰亚胺(PDI)(N,N'-二萘嵌苯-3,4,9,10-四羧酸二酰亚胺(1), N,N'-二(3-氯苯甲基)二萘嵌苯-3,4,9,10-四羧酸二酰亚胺(2), N,N'-二(3-氟苯甲基)二萘嵌苯-3,4,9,10-四羧酸二酰亚胺(3)和N,N'-二(3,3-二氟苯甲基)二萘嵌苯-3,4,9,10-四羧酸二酰亚胺(4))半导体材料的最高占据轨道和最低未占据轨道能量、离子化能和电子亲和能以及在电荷传导过程中的重组能. 与化合物2-4的最高占据轨道和最低未占据轨道能量变化相同, 在PDI分子外围引入氯苯甲基或氟苯甲基后导致化合物2-4的绝热电子亲和能有不同程度的增加. 应用Marcus电子传导理论, 计算了这四种半导体材料应用于有机场效应晶体管在电子传递过程中的电子耦合和迁移率. 计算结果表明:这四种化合物相对于金属金电极而言具有较小的电子注入势垒, 是优良的n型半导体材料. 计算的这四种半导体材料的电子传输迁移率分别为5.39, 0.59, 0.023和0.17 cm2·V-1·s-1. 通过研究化合物分子在还原过程中几何结构变化和在化合物3晶体中不同类型的电子传递路径, 合理地解释了化合物1-4在有机场效应晶体管电荷迁移过程中具有较高的电子迁移率.  相似文献

Organic fluorescent molecules are gaining importance because of their potential applications in many devices. Optically active N,N′-bis((1R)-1-naphthylethyl)perylene-3,4,9,10-tetracarboxylic diimide [(R,R)-1-BNP] and N,N′-bis((1R)-2-naphthylethyl)perylene-3,4,9,10-tetracarboxylic diimide [(R,R)-2-BNP] and their antipode, [(S,S)-1-BNP and (S,S)-2-BNP], emit aggregation-induced enhanced (AIEnh) circularly polarized luminescence (CPL) on both a solid organic polymer film (poly(methyl methacrylate)) and solid inorganic KBr pellet. An opposite chirality is essential for generating CPL of inverted sign. However, a pair of enantiomeric organic molecules may not always be easy to prepare. Interestingly, the chiral perylene fluorophores synthesized in this study can emit both positive and negative AIEnh-CPL in the solid state, depending on their position on the naphthylene groups. In addition, no CPL was observed in these compounds from their dilute solutions.  相似文献

以苝四羧酸二酐为原料,设计并合成了3个苝四羧酸二酰亚胺类化合物[1,7-二溴-3,4,9,10-苝四酸酐(1), N,N′-二(十二烷基)-1,7-二溴-3,4,9,10-苝四羧酸二酰亚胺(2)和N,N′-二(十二烷基)-1,7-二对叔丁基苯氧基-3,4,9,10-苝四羧酸二酰亚胺(3)],其结构经1H NMR和MS表征.用循环伏安法和热分析法研究了2和3的电化学性质和热学性质.结果表明:2和3的氧化电位分别为931.6 mV, 170.1 mV,还原电位分别为-1 028 mV, -1 941 mV;2和3具有高的分解温度(>300 ℃),有良好的热稳定性.  相似文献

Self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) of a bis(pyrazol-1-yl)pyridine-substituted thiol (bpp-SH) on Au (111)/mica were studied with scanning tunneling microscopy (STM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and near-edge X-ray absorption fine structure spectroscopy (NEXAFS). Using substrates precoated with perylene-3,4,9,10-tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride (PTCDA), preparation at elevated temperatures yields highly ordered layers whose structure is described by a rectangular (5 x radical3) unit cell containing one molecule. The bis(pyrazol-1-yl)pyridine (bpp) units exhibit pi-stacking along the 112 direction, and they are tilted significantly. We conclude the three imine nitrogen atoms in the bpp headgroup adopt a trans,trans arrangement.  相似文献

以阿魏酸甲酯为原料,通过氧化偶联构建2-芳基苯并二氢呋喃骨架,再经傅克酰基化和酯缩合反应依次制得(E)-3-[2-(4-羟基-3-甲氧基-5-乙酰基)苯基-3-甲氧羰基-7-甲氧基-2,3-二氢苯[b]并呋喃-5-基]丙烯酸甲酯(3)和(E)-3-[2-(4-羟基-3-甲氧基-5-甲氧羰基乙酰基)苯基-3-甲氧羰基-7-甲氧基-2,3二氢苯并[b]呋喃-5-基]丙烯酸甲酯(4); 4经水解反应合成3-【2-羟基-3-甲氧基-5-{5-[2-(甲氧基羰基)乙烯基]-7-甲氧基-3-甲氧羰基-2,3-二氢苯并[b]呋喃-2-}基】苯基-3-氧丙酸(5),化合物3~5未见文献报道,其结构经1H NMR, 13C NMR和MS(ESI)表征。采用分子对接软件Autodock vina对化合物2~5与HIV-1整合酶核心部位高度同源的PFV IN(PDB: 3L2V)进行对接,计算结果显示该类化合物能与整合酶形成稳定的复合物,具有1,3-二酮基团的化合物3, 4和5能与整合酶中金属离子产生螯合作用,其中化合物5的结合作用最强。  相似文献

From ZINC database with a total of 1.8 million small molecules, four compounds are identified as prolyl hydroxylase 2 inhibitors through a virtual screening workflow that sequentially incorporates machine learning, molecular docking, and molecular dynamics. Among them, compound 103, (E)-5-(5-((2-(1H-tetrazol-5-yl)hydrazineylidene)methyl)furan-2-yl)isoindoline-1,3-dione, promotes the migration and capillary tube formation capacity of human umbilical vein endothelial cells through enhancing the stability of hypoxia inducible factor-1α and increasing the level of vascular endothelial growth factor.  相似文献

Various 2-((2-((5-benzylideneamino)-1,3,4-oxa/thiadiazol-2-yl)methyl)hydrazinyl) methyl)benzo[b][1,4]oxa/thiazepin-4(5H)-ones (4a–4l), 2-((2-((5-(4-oxo-2-substitutedphenyl thiazolidin-3-yl)-1,3,4-oxa/thiadiazol-2-yl)methyl)hydrazinyl)methyl)benzo [b] [1,4]oxa/thiazepin-4(5H)-ones (5a–5l) and 2-((2-((5-(3-chloro-2-(substitutedphenyl)-4-oxoazetidin-1-yl)-1,3,4-oxa/thia diazol-2-yl)methyl)hydrazinyl)methyl)benzo[b][1,4]oxa/thiazepin-4(5H)-ones (6a–6l) have been synthesized. The structures of these compounds have been established by elemental (C, H, N) and spectral (IR, 1H-NMR and Mass) analysis. The synthesized compounds were screened for their antipsychotic and anticonvulsant activities. Compound 5l was found to be the most active compound of this series.  相似文献

A unique family of 1,3,8,10-tetrahydro-2,9-diazadibenzo[cd,lm]perylenes (THDAP) was prepared through a new synthetic strategy. Completion of the synthesis was achieved in several steps from commercially available perylene-3,4,9,10-tetracarboxylic dianhydride via reactions between 3,4,9,10-tetra(chloromethyl)perylene and primary amines. The successful use of a variety of primary amines in the reactions indicated that the synthetic approach provides a rich opportunity to produce new functionalized perylene derivatives.  相似文献

A new green protocol was developed for the S-alkylation of 2-mercapto-1,3,4-oxadiazole by the reaction of 5-substituted-2-mercapto-1,3,4-oxadiazole with propargyl bromide in sodium bicarbonate in water. The newly synthesized 5-[(substitutedphenoxy)methyl]-2-[(prop-2-yn-1-yl)sulfanyl]-1,3,4-oxadiazole when reacted with azidomethyl coumarins underwent regioselective reaction yielding 4-(((4-((5-((substitutedphenoxy)methyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-yl)sulfanylmethyl)-1H-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl)methyl)-6-methyl)-2H-chromene-2-one or 1-((4-((5-((substitutedphenoxy)methyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-yl)sulfanylmethy)-1H-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl-)methyl)-3H-benzo[f]chromene-3-one. Structures of the newly synthesized compounds were confirmed by spectral and analytical data. The compounds were screened for their in-vitro antioxidant property.  相似文献

A facile procedure for the synthesis of dithieno[5,6-b:11,12-b0]coronene-2,3,8,9-tetracarboxylic tetra(2-ethylhexyl)ester(DTCTTE-EH) from readily available perylene-3,4,9,10-tetracaroboxylic dianhydride is described. The electronic properties of DTCTTE-EH were elucidated on the basis of UV–vis spectra, emission spectrum and electrochemical measurement, which demonstrate that DTCTTE is a new class of components for promising semiconducting materials.  相似文献

2,5-Bis(furan-2-yl)-1H-imidazole was synthesized by the Weidenhagen reaction of [2-(furan-2-yl)-2-oxoethyl]acetate with furfural. Alkylation of the title compound with methyl iodide in acetone in the presence of potassium hydroxide gave a mixture of isomeric N-methyl derivatives, 2,5-bis(furan-2-yl)-1-methyl-1H-imidazole being the major one. Electrophilic substitution reactions of the latter (nitration, bromination, sulfonation, hydroxymethylation, and acylation) were studied.  相似文献

The new heterocycle compound ((3S,5R)-5-((1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)methyl)-5-(2,4-difluorophenyl)tetrahydrofuran-3-yl)methyl 4-methylbenzenesulfonate (1), designed using((3R,5S)-5-(2,4-difluorophenyl)-5-iodotetrahydrofuran-3-yl)methyl isobutyrate(2) as the start material, was successfully obtained via multiple synthesis route and finally characterized by IR, ~1H NMR, and single-crystal X-ray crystallography. In addition, the in vitro anticancer activities of the newly synthesized complex 1 have been emulated against three human breast cancer cell lines BT474, MCF7 and MB.  相似文献

Perylene-containing copolyimides have been synthesized by one-step polycondensation reaction under high temperature of two different aromatic diamines with a mixture of perylene-3,4,9,10-tetracarboxylic dianhydride (PTCDA) and 4,4'-hexafluoroisopropylidene diphthalic anhydride (6FDA). The copolyimides were soluble in polar amidic solvents and their solutions gave flexible thin films when spread onto glass plates. Very thin films obtained by spin coating had smooth surfaces and were self-organized into vertically segregated structures. The polymers were highly thermostable, their decompositions being above 470 °C and displayed reasonable high glass transition temperature values. After being excited with UV light, the polymers emitted light in the bluish and green-yellow domains.  相似文献

In order to clarify the doping behavior of different alkali metals in perylene-3,4,9,10-tetracarboxylic dianhydride (PTCDA), Fourier transform infrared spectra of PTCDA thin films doped with sodium, potassium, and cesium were measured and compared. Furthermore the vibrational properties were calculated using density-functional theory and these calculated vibrational frequencies were assigned to the experimental IR modes of the thin films.  相似文献

Nanobelt structures have been fabricated for an n-type semiconductor molecule, N,N'-di(propoxyethyl)perylene-3,4,9,10-tetracarboxylic diimide (PTCDI). The short alkyloxy side chain not only affords effective pi-pi stacking in polar solvents for self-assembling but also provides sufficient solubility in nonpolar solvents for solution processing. As revealed by both AFM and electron microscopies, the nanobelts have an approximately rectangular cross section, with a typical thickness of about 100 nm and a width in the range of 300-500 nm. The length of the nanobelts ranges from 10 to a few tens of micrometers. The highly organized molecular packing (uniaxial crystalline phase) has been deduced from the measurement of electron diffraction and polarized microscopy imaging. The detected optical axis is consistent with the one-dimensional stacking of the molecules.  相似文献

The syntheses of 4-(benzo[b]furan-3-yl)piperidines, 4-(benzo[b]furan-2-yl)piperidines and 4-(benzo[b]thiophen-3-yl)piperidines with 5-HT2 antagonist activity are described. Reaction of 1-acetyl-4-(2,4-difluorobenzo-yl)piperidine 2 with methyl glycolate gave methyl 6-fluoro-3-(1-acetylpiperidin-4-yl)benzo[b]furan-2-carboxylate 3 , which was converted to 2-[2-[4-(benzo[b]furan-3-yi)piperidin-1-yl]ethyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-1,2,4-triazolo-[4,3-a]pyridin-3(2H)-one hydrochloride 9 . Analogous benzo[b]furans 17a-d and benzo[b]thiophenes 10a,b and 18a were prepared by a similar method. Cyclization of 4-fluoro-2-(4-pyridinylmethoxy)acetophenones 20a,b afforded 4-(benzo[b]furan-2-yl)pyridines 21a,b , which were converted to 2-[2-[4-(benzo[b]furan-2-yl)-piperidin-1-yl]ethyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-1,2,4-triazolo[4,3-a]pyridin-3(2H)-one hydrochlorides 24a,b. Among them, benzo[b]furans 9 and 17a,d and benzo[b]thiophenes 10 and 18a showed potent 5-HT2 antagonist activity in vitro.  相似文献

N-(Quinolin-6-yl)furan-2-carboxamide was prepared by the coupling of quinoline-6-amine with furan-2-carbonyl chloride in propan-2-ol. Treatment of the product with excess Р2S5 in anhydrous pyridine gave N-(quinolin-6-yl)furan-2-carbothioamide which was oxidized with potassium ferricyanide in an alkaline medium by the Jakobson procedure to obtain 2-(furan-2-yl)thiazolo[5,4-f]quinoline. The latter was subjected to electrophilic substitution reactions (nitration, bromination, formylation, and acylation), as well as characteristic nucleophilic substitution involving the quinoline ring and quaternization with methyl iodide in benzene.  相似文献

结核是由结核分枝杆菌引起的一种慢性呼吸道传染病,对人类的健康构成严重威胁。 本文利用药效团拼接原理,将片段硝基呋喃和苯基噻唑组合,得到了19个2-(1-((5-硝基呋喃-2-基)甲基)哌啶-4-基)噻唑(5)和2-(1-((5-硝基呋喃-2-基)甲基)哌啶-4-基)-4-苯噻唑(6)系列化合物,测试了所有化合物在1和0.1 μmol/L浓度下对结核分枝杆菌H37Ra的抑制率。 构效关系分析表明,苯环上有取代基有利于活性,且苯环上对位取代普遍优于间位和邻位取代,对位吸电子基团取代活性优于对位供电子基团取代活性。在苯环对位吸电子基团取代中,—CF3取代的化合物2-(1-((5-硝基呋喃-2-基)甲基)哌啶-4-基)-4-(4-三氟甲基)苯基)噻唑(6f)活性最高,在1和0.1 μmol/L浓度下,抑制率分别为99.6%和93.4%。 鉴于新化合物具有抗结核高活性,化合物6f可作为抗结核候选化合物进一步研究。  相似文献
