α-四氢萘酮的乙氧羰基腙(1)经LTA氧化,得到α-偶氮-α-乙酰氧基化合物2.在A lC l3作用下,化合物2脱去乙酰氧基产生重氮正离子中间体3,再经与腈的1,3-偶极环加成、[1,2]-迁移扩环、碱性水解和与苦味酸作用,得到新型[1,2,4]-三唑并[1,5-a][1]苯并氮杂苦味酸盐6a~6c.以2,3-二氢-1-茚酮为底物,采用相同的合成路线,合成了1,2,4-三唑并[1,5-a]-二氢喹啉苦味酸盐12a~12c.  相似文献

It has been found that some acyl derivatives of 1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-1-indolizin-1-one 1and (1H)-3,4-dihydropyrrolo[1,2-a]pyrazin-1-one 2 show remarkable anti-inflammatory and analgesic activities1,2. A series of fluorine-containing substituted spiro[piperidine-4,4′-pyrano[3,2-c]quinolines] were synthesized through a rapid one-pot multi-component reaction under microwave irradiation and sonication. The method has the advantages of excellent yields (80-96%) and short reaction time (3-10 min). We provide a series of fluorinated quinoline derivatives interesting for biological screening tests.  相似文献

A one-pot sequential reaction for efficient synthesis of pyrrolo[2,1-a]isoquinoline and pyrrolo[1,2-a]-quinoline derivatives has been developed. The reaction included firstly the Cu-catalyzed three-component reaction of isoquinoline(quinoline), acetylenedicarboxylate and alkynylbenzene and then Cs2CO3-promoted intramolecular cyclization reaction of initially formed 1-alkenyl-2-alkynyl-1,2-dihydroisoquinoline(1,2-dihydroquinoline).  相似文献

以4-哌啶酮为原料,经过胺基保护、缩合、环合、脱保护等步骤,设计合成了一系列新型的5,6,7,8-四氢咪唑并[2',1':2-3]噻吩并[5,4-c]哌啶类化合物。通过核磁共振波谱仪(~1H NMR、~(13)C NMR)、质谱(MS)和元素分析确证了其结构。对其体外活性研究发现,该类化合物对乳腺癌细胞MCF-7具有一定的抑制活性,其中化合物5a的抑制活性最为显著,半数抑制浓度(IC_(50))值达到了8.6μmol/L。为此类化合物的抗肿瘤活性研究提供了参考。  相似文献

A straightforward method has been developed for the synthesis of 1-phenyl-imidazo [2,1-c][1,2,4]triazole derivatives 5a–j and 1-phenyl-[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]pyrimidinones derivatives 6a–g starting from 5-amino-1-phenyl[1,2,4]triazole and p-toluenesulfonic acid (PTSA). This methodology affords a number of 1-phenyl-imidazo [2,1-c][1,2,4]triazoles 5a–j and 1-phenyl-[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]pyrimidinones 6a–g in reasonable yields and short reaction times. The structures of all new compounds were elucidated using infrared, 1H and 13C NMR, and high-resolution mass spectrometry. Some of the newly synthesized compounds were screened for their antimicrobial activity.

研究了合成3-氨基-6/8取代-1H-吡唑[4,3-c]喹啉类化合物的简易方法.通过3-芳基-4-氨基-5-巯基-1,2,4-三唑与6-/8-取代-4-羟基喹啉羧酸在三氯氧磷催化下的缩合反应及所生成的3-芳基-6-(6-/8-取代-4-氯喹啉-3-基)-1,2,4-三唑[3,4-b]-1,3,4-噻二唑类化合物与水合肼在乙醇中的肼解反应,合成了6个3-氨基-6/8取代-1H-吡唑[4,3-c]喹啉类化合物,并对活泼的氨基进行了初步研究,新化合物通过元素分析,IR,1HNMR和MS确定结构,并讨论了其波谱性质.  相似文献

2-Keto-3-mercaptocinchoninic acid derivatives 1a and b react with Schiff's bases 2a–d in toluene at refluxing temperature to give thiazino[6,5-c]quinoline derivatives 4a–h. Also, refluxing of 1a and b with arylazomalononitriles 5a–d in acetic acid afforded the thiazolo[6,5-c]quinoline derivatives 7a–d. The structure of all the newly synthesized products was confirmed based on elemental and spectral data.  相似文献

A green, convenient, high yielding and one-pot procedure for the synthesis of novel spiro[benzo[a]pyrano[2,3-c]phenazine] derivatives by domino multi-component condensation reaction between 2-hydroxynaphthalene-1,4-dione, benzene-1,2-diamines, ninhydrine, and malononitrile in the presence of a catalytic amount of 1,3-dimethyl-7H-purine-2,6-dione (theophylline) as an expedient, eco-friendly and reusable solid base catalyst under thermal, microwave irradiation and solvent-free conditions. Synthesis of novel ferrocenyl-substituted pyrazolo[4,3-c]quinolines via the Pictet-Spengler reaction is reported. Iminium intermediate formed by the condensation of pyrazole-based arylamine substrates with ferrocenecarboxaldehyde in acidic medium, undergoes 6-endo cyclization with sufficiently reactive aromatic moiety to form a pyrazolo[4,3-c]quinoline ring.  相似文献

呋喃[2,3-b]喹啉骨架作为目前发现数目最为庞大的一类天然呋喃喹啉结构,因其丰富的结构与良好的生物活性,吸引了大量研究者的关注。近年来,不仅许多新的天然呋喃[2,3-b]喹啉不断从自然界中被发现,而且基于生物活性研究的衍生物制备也得到蓬勃发展。为了充分利用这一宝贵天然资源,为活性天然产物的结构改造提供一定指导与参考,本文对近二十年来呋喃[2,3-b]喹啉衍生物的合成以及相关生物活性研究进行了总结,并展望其前景。  相似文献

Substituted p-(naphtho[1,2-c]pyrazol-2-yl)benzenesulfonylurea and thiourea derivatives 5–7 were prepared in three series. Cyclization of the thioureido group of compounds 7 by treating with ethyl bromoacetate, ethyl β-bromopropionate and α-bromoacetophenone afforded the corresponding thiazolidinone, thiazinone and thiazoline derivatives 8 , 9 and 10 respectively.  相似文献

以肼基取代嘧啶为起始原料, 设计合成了16个新型的5-甲硫基-7-氯-1,2,4-三唑并[1,5-c]嘧啶-2-氧苄醚类及35个取代1,2,4-三唑并[1,5-c]嘧啶-2-氧苯醚类化合物, 通过元素分析、MS和1H NMR对所合成的化合物进行了结构表征. 初步生测结果表明, 部分化合物表现出不同程度的除草及杀菌活性.  相似文献
