苝二酰亚胺作为一种典型的n型材料,具有可见光区强吸收、光和热稳定性较高等突出优点,近年来应用到有机光伏达电池中。本文介绍了苝二酰亚胺及其各种衍生物的结构和性质,综述了其用作有机光伏受体材料(包括小分子型苝二酰亚胺材料、含苝二酰亚胺受体单元的给体-受体双功能分子和含苝二酰亚胺受体单元的给体-受体双缆型聚合物材料)的最新研究进展。  相似文献

利用空间电荷限制电流(SCLC)法测试了二种氟代苝酰亚胺的电子迁移率, 一种是N,N'-二(五氟代苯基)-3,4,9,10-苝四羧基二酰亚胺(1), 另一种是N,N'-二(1,1-二氢十五氟代辛基)-3,4,9,10-苝四羧基二酰亚胺(2). 结果发现, 化合物2的电子迁移率要比1高1~2个数量级. UV-Vis, XRD, SEM和AFM等表征手段证明, 这一现象可以用不同的氟取代基导致不同的聚集态结构来解释: 对于化合物1而言, 苯环平面与苝环平面之间存在大的夹角, 破坏了苝酰亚胺分子的平面性, 再加上刚性的氟代苯环大的空间位阻作用, 化合物1分子无法依靠相邻苝环之间的重叠排列而结晶, 只能无序堆积形成非晶膜; 与之相反, 在化合物2分子中苝环上的端基是柔性的锯齿状氟代烷基链, 空间位阻小, 化合物2分子能通过相邻苝环之间相互接近而形成的π-π偶合作用而结晶, 因此有利于电子在苝酰亚胺分子间的跳跃传输.  相似文献

Aromatic diimide dyes are an attractive class of redox-active organic molecules for lithium-ion batteries, whose battery performances (stabilities, conductivities and cyclicities) are strongly dependent on the sizes of their π-systems. However, due to the different Clar’s structures possessed, three vertically π-extended aromatic diimides, namely, naphthalene diimide (two one-electron reductions), perylene diimide and terrylene diimide (two one-electron reductions), exhibit different electronic redox mechanisms when served as cathode materials in organic lithium-ion batteries. Herein, we have studied carefully the different electrochemical characteristics of the three aromatic diimides through experimental and theoretical calculations. Their battery present different shape of charge/discharge curves resulting from stability of their reduction state during charge/discharge process. Terrylene diimide shows better cycle and rate capacities than those of naphthalene diimide and perylene diimide, which could be attributed to the more energies released during terrylene diimide combining with lithium ions than those of other two diimides.  相似文献

We have investigated thin films of a perylene diimide derivative with a cyano‐functionalized core (PDI‐8CN2) deposited on Au(111) single crystals from the monolayer to the multilayer regime. We found that PDI‐8CN2 is chemisorbed on gold. The molecules experience a thickness‐dependent reorientation, and a 2D growth mode with molecular stepped terraces is achieved adopting low deposition rates. The obtained results are discussed in terms of their impact on field effect devices, also clarifying why the use of substrate/contact treatments, decoupling PDI‐8CN2 molecules from the substrate/contacts, is beneficial for such devices. Our results also suggest that perylene diimide derivatives with CN bay‐functionalization are very promising candidates for single‐molecule electronic devices.  相似文献

Spontaneously bundled nanotubes assembled from chiral perylene diimide molecules exhibit greatly enhanced emission via inter-nanotube excitation energy transfer. The formation of densely packed superstructures is an effective approach for high fluorescence quantum yield in assembled nanomaterials without compromising optoelectronic properties.  相似文献

The perylene diimide substituented by thiophene rings at bay area shows photoactivity and can be used as a photo sensor, but another one substituented by mestylene groups is photostable. The single crystal of 1,7‐mesitylene perylene diimide was obtained. X‐ray diffraction data of the crystal revealed that the plane of the perylene core was hardly twisted by introduction of mesitylene groups. These mestylene groups are like clips maintaining the planarity of the perylene core. Density functional theory calculation was applied to study the difference of photophysical and photochemical properties. The discovery is valuable for design guidance of perylene diimides.  相似文献

以苝四羧酸二酐为原料,设计并合成了3个苝四羧酸二酰亚胺类化合物[1,7-二溴-3,4,9,10-苝四酸酐(1), N,N′-二(十二烷基)-1,7-二溴-3,4,9,10-苝四羧酸二酰亚胺(2)和N,N′-二(十二烷基)-1,7-二对叔丁基苯氧基-3,4,9,10-苝四羧酸二酰亚胺(3)],其结构经1H NMR和MS表征.用循环伏安法和热分析法研究了2和3的电化学性质和热学性质.结果表明:2和3的氧化电位分别为931.6 mV, 170.1 mV,还原电位分别为-1 028 mV, -1 941 mV;2和3具有高的分解温度(>300 ℃),有良好的热稳定性.  相似文献

应用密度泛函理论研究了四种二萘嵌苯二酰亚胺(PDI)(N,N'-二萘嵌苯-3,4,9,10-四羧酸二酰亚胺(1), N,N'-二(3-氯苯甲基)二萘嵌苯-3,4,9,10-四羧酸二酰亚胺(2), N,N'-二(3-氟苯甲基)二萘嵌苯-3,4,9,10-四羧酸二酰亚胺(3)和N,N'-二(3,3-二氟苯甲基)二萘嵌苯-3,4,9,10-四羧酸二酰亚胺(4))半导体材料的最高占据轨道和最低未占据轨道能量、离子化能和电子亲和能以及在电荷传导过程中的重组能. 与化合物2-4的最高占据轨道和最低未占据轨道能量变化相同, 在PDI分子外围引入氯苯甲基或氟苯甲基后导致化合物2-4的绝热电子亲和能有不同程度的增加. 应用Marcus电子传导理论, 计算了这四种半导体材料应用于有机场效应晶体管在电子传递过程中的电子耦合和迁移率. 计算结果表明:这四种化合物相对于金属金电极而言具有较小的电子注入势垒, 是优良的n型半导体材料. 计算的这四种半导体材料的电子传输迁移率分别为5.39, 0.59, 0.023和0.17 cm2·V-1·s-1. 通过研究化合物分子在还原过程中几何结构变化和在化合物3晶体中不同类型的电子传递路径, 合理地解释了化合物1-4在有机场效应晶体管电荷迁移过程中具有较高的电子迁移率.  相似文献

In 2004, we reported single‐pair fluorescence resonance energy transfer (spFRET), based on a perylene diimide (PDI) and terrylene diimide (TDI) dyad ( 1 ) that was bridged by a rigid substituted para‐terphenyl spacer. Since then, several further single‐molecule‐level investigations on this specific compound have been performed. Herein, we focus on the synthesis of this dyad and the different approaches that can be employed. An optimized reaction pathway was chosen, considering the solubilities, reactivities, and accessibilities of the building blocks for each individual reaction whilst still using established synthetic techniques, including imidization, Suzuki coupling, and cyclization reactions. The key differentiating consideration in this approach to the synthesis of dyad 1 is the introduction of functional groups in a nonsymmetrical manner onto either the perylene diimide or the terrylene diimide by using imidization reactions. Combined with well‐defined purification conditions, this modified approach allows dyad 1 to be obtained in reasonable quantities in good yield.  相似文献

In this Communication we describe a two-component saccharide probe with logic capability. The combination of a boronic acid-appended viologen and perylene diimide was able to perform a complementary implication/not implication logic function. Fluorescence quenching and recovery with fructose was analyzed with fluorescence correlation spectroscopy on the level of a few molecules of the reporting dye.  相似文献

The perylene diimide derivatives (s-THBPDI and d-THBPDI) bearing oxygen bridged twisty heptatomic biphenyl in the bay positions of the perylene core through acetylene bond were designed and synthesized. The photophysical properties of the functionalized dyes were investigated in solution and solid state by UV-vis and photoluminescence (PL) spectra. Their UV-vis and PL spectrum both exhibited the different concentration-dependent behaviors due to the difference of chemical structure. Moreover, cyclic voltammetry results indicated that the introduction of oxygen bridged twisted heptatomic biphenyl could decrease the LUMO energy level of the perylene diimide effectively and made it promising material in photoelectric devices.  相似文献

[2]- and [3]-rotaxanes with a tetraphenoxy perylene diimide core were synthesized. Hydrogen bonding between the wheel and the imide changes the optical properties of the perylene chromophore: the absorption and fluorescence spectra are red-shifted. The decay times of the rotaxanes are shorter in comparison with that of the axle. Single molecule fluorescence measurements reveal relatively narrow distributions of emission maxima and decay times. The averages are in agreement with ensemble measurements. The observed red shifts make the perylene diimide a suitable chromophore for sensing the position of the wheel on the axle.  相似文献

Well-defined nanobelts with strong fluorescence were fabricated from a perylene tetracarboxylic diimide molecule modified with specific side-chain substitution. The new perylene diimide was characterised by 1H, 13C NMR, mass and IR spectral techniques. The photophysical and electrochemical properties were investigated by UV–vis absorption, fluorescence, differential scanning calorimetry and cyclic voltammetry. 1D nanobelt self-assembly of the compound was studied with optical, fluorescence and scanning electron microscopic techniques. The observed self-assembly was supported by computational studies using density functional theory and natural bond order analysis. The optimised molecule was fit into crystal space theoretically, and the observed band gap was correlated well with optical and electrical properties.  相似文献

The optical characterization and chemical vapor sensing properties of 1,7-dibromo-N,N′-(bicyclohexyl)-3,4:9,10-perylene diimide thin film against to organic vapors were discussed in this study by using spin coating, UV–Vis spectroscopy, atomic force microscopy, surface plasmon resonance (SPR) and Quartz Crystal Microbalance (QCM) techniques. The perylene diimide thin films were fabricated with a refractive index values from 1.55 to 1.60 and thicknesses in the range between 15.80 and 26.32 nm using different spin speeds from 1000 to 5000 rpm. In this study, perylene diimide thin film sensor was exposed to dichloromethane, chloroform, carbon tetrachloride, tetrahydrofuran and ethyl acetate vapors by using both SPR and QCM techniques. Also, the swelling behaviors of the perylene diimide thin films prepared at different spin speeds were investigated with respect to dichloromethane vapor at the room temperature by using SPR data. Diffusion coefficients were found to be 11.34?×?10?17 (1000 rpm), 2.56?×?10?17 (3000 rpm) and 0.38?×?10?17 cm2 s?1 (5000 rpm) for dichloromethane vapor by using the Fick’s law of diffusion. It might be proposed that perylene diimide thin film optical chemical sensor element has a good sensitivity and selectivity for the dichloromethane vapor at room temperature.  相似文献

将带有硼酸基团的苝酰亚胺荧光分子引入聚苯乙烯共聚乳胶粒表面,再将其嵌入聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶膜内,合成了对葡萄糖敏感的水凝胶膜。通过扫描电子显微镜、激光粒径分析仪对微球的外观形貌、单分散性进行表征,并用原子吸收光谱法间接测定了微球表面苝酰亚胺的含量,研究了苝酰亚胺功能化聚苯乙烯乳胶粒的紫外-可见吸收光谱图及其水凝胶膜的荧光性能。结果表明:苝酰亚胺功能化聚苯乙烯乳胶粒水凝胶膜经浓度逐渐增大的葡萄糖溶液浸泡后,其荧光强度降低,但发射峰位置不变。当葡萄糖浓度达到200 mmol/L时,其荧光淬灭效率为0.34。  相似文献

Supramolecular complexation of perylene bis(diimide) (PDI) dyes with the macrocyclic host cucurbit[8]uril (CB[8]) prevents self-aggregation of the dye molecules and enables their use as highly (photo)chemically stable, strongly-emitting fluorophores in water. The complexes are stimuli-responsive to binders and can be electrochemically cycled, leading to reversible on-off fluorescence switching and access to noncovalent formation of higher-order architectures in water.  相似文献

合成了三种新型的有机电子受体: N,N'-二(2-氟代苯基)-3,4,9,10-苝四羧基二酰亚胺(D2MFPP)、N,N'-二(3-氟代苯基)-3,4,9,10-苝四羧基二酰亚胺(D3MFPP)和N,N'-二(4-氟代苯基)-3,4,9,10-苝四羧基二酰亚胺(D4MFPP). 利用元素分析、傅立叶变换红外(FTIR)等方法表征了它们的分子结构, 用紫外-可见光吸收光谱(UV-Vis)、X射线衍射(XRD)和原子力显微镜(AFM)等手段研究了氟代位置对苝酰亚胺薄膜聚集态结构的影响, 发现氟代使苝酰亚胺的聚集态发生变化, 且不同位置的氟代对其影响也不一样. 除了分子结构的影响, 外场条件也会产生很大的作用. 通过制备场效应晶体管研究了其电子传输性能, 发现氟代后器件的空气稳定性有明显提高.  相似文献
