The reaction ofRS(SR)-2,3-dibromo- and 2,3-dichlorotetrahydrofurans with ethylmagnesium bromide in ether was investigated. It was shown that the main reaction products are 2-ethyl-3-bromotetrahydrofuran (27%) and 3-bromo-2-(2-ethyl-3-tetrahydrofuryl)tetrahydrofuran (65%) in the first case and 2-ethyl-3-chlorotetrahydrofuran (33%) and 3-chloro-2-(3-chloro-2-tetrahydrofuryl)tetrahydrofuran (65%) in the second.N. The reaction of the syn-periplanar conformer (the sp-isomer) of morpholinium 5-acetyl-6-methyl-4-(2-nitrophenyl)-3-cyano-1,4-dihydropyridine-2-thiolate with allyl bromide proceeds regio- and stereoselectively with the formation of the sp-isomer of the substituted 2-allylthio-1,4-dihydropyridine. The [3.3]-sigmatropic rearrangement of the last leads to the sp-isomer of 3,4-trans-3-allyl-5-acetyl-6-methyl-4-(2-nitrophenyl)-3-cyano-1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyridine-2(1H)-thione.Deceased.A. N. Abstract

p-Nitrophenacyl esters derived from p-nitrophenacyl bromide and carboxylic acids were determined by high-performance liquid chromatography with electron spin resonance. p-Nitrophenacyl bromide was used as the pre-column reagent to determine the carboxylic acids. The p-nitrophenacyl esters gave free radicals by hydrolysis with alkaline solution, and then the free radicals were detected with electron spin resonance. The separation of these esters was achieved within 20 min.  相似文献

Condensation of isovaleric or acetic aldehydes with cyanothioacetamide and acetoacetamide leads to formation of 4-isobutyl(methyl)-5-carbamoyl-3-cyano-6-methylpyridine-2(1H)-thiones. The action of ammonium acetate in acetic acid on 1-alkyl(aralkyl)-3-phenacylbenzimidazolium bromides leads, in addition to the formation of a new imidazole ring, to cleavage of the benzimidazole fragment of the molecule at the 1,2 bond to give 1-alkyl(aralkyl)aminoaryl-4-arylimidazoles. 1,2-Dimethyl-3-(p-nitrophenacyl)benzimidazolium bromide is converted under similar conditions to the corresponding 2-methylimidazole. 4,4-Dimethyl-2,2-bis(p-nitrophenyl)-1,1-dipyrrolo[1,2-a]benzimidazole was isolated as a side product of this reaction.Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 3, pp. 388–392, March, 1982.  相似文献

It was established that N-phenacyl and p-nitrophenacyl bromides and N-methyl-1-azafluorenium iodide, as well as N-phenacyl-7-nitro-1-azafluorenium bromide, are converted to N-substituted 1H-indeno[2,1-b]pyridines rather than to the corresponding yilds or indenoindolizines upon treatment with bases under various conditions. All of the pseudoazulenes of this type were isolated in the form of crystalline black or dark-violet substances. In contrast to pseudoazulenes of the 1H-indeno[1,2-b]-and 2H-indeno[2,1-c]pyridine series, they are stable both in the solid state and in solutions. 1H-1-Methylindeno[2,1-b]pyridine forms a perchlorate and a picrate (retention of the pseudoazulene structure) but is converted to N-methyl-1-azafluorenium chloride by the action of hydrogen chloride. Reactions of 5-methyl-2-(p-nitrophenyl)oxazolo[3,2-a]pyridinium perchlorate with ammonia and hydrazine, in contrast to the reaction with secondary amines, do not produce indolizines. The reaction with ammonia produces 5-methyl-2-(p-nitrophenyl)imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine; with hydrazine, 3-(p-nitrophenyl)-1,4-dihydropyrido[2,1-c]-as-triazinium semiperchlorate (2 moles of base per one mole of acid). Treatment of fluorenone or 4-azafluoren-9-one with 2-pyridyllithium gives 45-hydroxy-5-(2-pyridyl)fluorene and its aza analog. The structure of the former has been studied by x-ray crystallography. It was found that, in contrast to the non-condensed diaryl-2-pyridylcarbinols, these alcohols do not undergo acid catalyzed dehydration and heterocyclization.
